If you say anything and you interfere, I am arresting you. I just want to be clear. We are conducting an investigation and you will not interfere or I will arrest you. I've made myself clear. You will not interfere. I will talk. Did I make myself clear? I will. You're under arrest. Oh my god. New Mexico. Farmington, New Mexico. How you guys doing the night? Good. know what about yourself? I don't know what he was talking about, but keeping you guys busy tonight now. Yeah, it's finally warming up over here. You know what I mean? And I heard that uh once it warms up, the crime picks up, right? It's It tends to get busier. I think the summertime rolls around and people get out of school and I think it opens up a little bit. It's Farmington, New Mexico. Coronado Apartments. Farmington police believe that there's a man inside of one of these apartments that previously held a woman against her will. Since the woman is now free, there are no exigent circumstances. So, the police are waiting for a warrant so that they can breach the apartment door to get their suspect. Mom, are you try locking me in that room? [Music] Two men were present recording and documenting as the incident unfolded. Sir, can you just go stand? [ __ ] you. You ain't nothing but a thumbnail. I'll walk all over this [ __ ] place. This is still a free country. In Aaria versus Yahia, the 10th Circuit of Appeals ruled that recording police in a public place is a constitutionally protected first amendment right. But in reality, in practice, you can have all the rules, laws, and case law that you want. It doesn't mean anything because criminals don't obey laws. And when there are absolutely no consequences for these criminals not obeying the law, why would they? Sergeant Mosley shows up in this gray Ford pickup. You may remember Sergeant Mosley from a video I did a year ago where he handpicked media that he was going to allow into a press conference and rejected access to media outlets that he believed had previously been too critical of the department. I put a link to that video in the description. Since then, he's been promoted from sergeant to lieutenant. Okay, so it is now you guys need to back up. Clearly clearly articulated. Where's the spot? Where did they start and end? Sir, 20 ft back that way. 20 back that way. Measure it. I'm more than 20 ft. He's good. Right there at that other side. Right there, sir. Thank you. Crime scene right there. My camera. No crime scene tape. The light in my camera. Can you just go back to the edge over there, sir? The light. Where's that tape? You guys going to put the tape up where the bikes are, please, and see if over there, please. Everybody got in there. Megan, stop starting a [ __ ] protest. What's your [ __ ] problem? Is that what you want? A protest, huh? You want to cause a big [ __ ] seed in the neighborhood because you're all [ __ ] [ __ ] You [ __ ] liy liver [ __ ] [ __ ] grow a pair, man. You ain't doing [ __ ] [ __ ] you, [ __ ] You ain't nothing but a goddamn thumbnail. I told you that already. Under the direction of Sergeant Mosley, the cameramen are pushed back to a point where they cannot see what the police are doing, thereby defeating the purpose of recording the police in their official capacity. Some people may mistakenly believe this is a reasonable restriction, but the case law says that you can record police in public places where the public can be. This area is in no way closed off to any other members of the public other than the two guys that are recording. Stop shining your light in my camera. Stop shining your light in my camera. That doesn't prior straight. Y when they shine your their lights in your in your face and we're doing nothing wrong. No, it's not. Stop shining my light in my camera. Shining. No, you're not. It's directly at my [ __ ] camera. and they were knocking on the door earlier and nobody answered. So, I think they're trying to get the gentleman that held the young lady against her will in this apartment. It sound like she was uh assaulted. I think they're going back over to talk to the victim and they're going to get a statement and with that statement they're going to get a warrant and until then they're going to lock this [ __ ] down and ain't nobody leaving until they get a warrant. Really? When they get a warrant then they're kicking it in. Sound like it might be a long night. You'd be surprised how fast they can get a judge to sign a warrant and [ __ ] Understanding. So they can sit on that bench. You see that? Oh yeah. It's just the people with the cameras. So they can sit on the bench though, huh? Huh? Baldi. You stupid [ __ ] bald [ __ ] This is why you're supposed to get crime scene tape. You stupid [ __ ] It's only stopped for us. Hey, what's your problem? This bald [ __ ] is my problem. He already started a protest here in the United States of America. Don't get in between me and my government. Yeah. None of these [ __ ] worthless pigs can [ __ ] pay attention to their useless directives and [ __ ] They only [ __ ] count for us. They arresting that guy. Are they? They got hands on him. Got a warrant on him. Oh my god. They're arresting him, huh? Yeah, they are arresting him. right there. See how direct 20 ft back? I'm way more than 20 ft. I'm saying 20 ft back from here. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. If you say anything and you interfere, I am arresting you. I just want to be clear. We are conducting an investigation and you will not interfere or I will arrest you. I've made myself clear. You will not interfere. I will talk. Did I make myself clear? I will talk all I [ __ ] want. You're under arrest. The man is arrested by now Lieutenant Mosley for saying, "I will talk all I [ __ ] want." You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. This arrest occurred on April 22nd, 2025. As of the time of this video being made, April 29th, 2025, a week later, the man is still being held in jail in Farmington, New Mexico, because he refuses to give his name. Contact information for the people holding this man in a cage is listed below. He's been held in a cage for a week for saying, quote, "I'll talk all I [ __ ] want in the United States of America." Lieutenant Mosley claims that these words constituted interference with police duties. That's what you're going to do is just lay there. All right, you take a break then. Take him take him to your unit. Will you guys just sit there for a second? Sorry about this. Just give us a minute. When asked what the statute says on interference with police duties, Mosley said he doesn't know, but that certainly didn't stop him from arresting someone for it. Excuse me, officer. What's the charges? What? What regarding what, Mr. Oh, was my friend getting arrested there? Someone like you, you're staying back, listening. You get what I'm saying? Not interfering with our investigation. He's not doing that after he was instructed in order not to. So, obstructing and then resisting. Interfering with our investigation. Okay. Mr. Chief, can you uh explain what uh obstructing really is? Obstructing? Yeah. It's a state statute, sir. So, this is the thing. I'm still in the middle of the investigation. Okay. I'm not gonna sit here and do definitions of state statute. No, I just I just wanted and quite frankly, to be honest, if I was going to give you an exact definition, I have to look it up myself. Does that make sense? It's been a long time since I charged that. I'm a lieutenant. I don't work the streets anymore. I haven't charged obstructing in a very long time. So, I got to look at the actual charging language to define it for you, but Mr. Chi, this is the deal. I'm still in the middle of this, okay? So, if you just continue staying back, I appreciate you and I'm going to continue my investigation. Okay, sir. You got an incident report for my friends? Uh, not yet. Uh, not yet, but if you hang out, we'll get you one. Okay. Right on. Um, so since they're interviewing over here, just about here is good. Okay. Thank you. No yellow tape. It's a law officer. You know, you think he would understand what he's arresting press harder for. But he's just saying because his feelings got hurt because press harder started protesting. That was it. So obstructing and concealing identity. concealing is what their his charges are. Mr. G, here's that card you asked for. It's got your name and badge number on it, right? Yes, sir. Okay. Hey, what what's your friend's name? What's that? What's your friend's name? The one you said was your friend over here. Oh, it's uh it's Peoples. He goes by Peoples. Peoples. So, this is a deal. I think he's going to conceal on us and it's going to be harder for us and him. I was just wondering if you knew his actual name. Peoples. That's what I call him. That's what I call him. But you don't know his real name? No. Thank you, Mr. G. Have a good night. You too. El Mosley got his feelings hurt. There's his number. His mobile station dispatch. The case number is 2526080.
