I can't make her get out of her car just could tell her she can't drive it what I can't make her really get out of her car I mean if I'm not arresting her just moments after telling another officer that she knows she can't make her get out of the car she makes her get out of the car yeah I want you to step out but there's not a reason for me to because I told you to step out get out of the car I wasn't even arrested her I asked her to step out so I could talk her after handcuffing her the deputy repeatedly punched her victim in the face and then grabbed her by the hair and smashed her head into the Grill of her car after investigating the incident the department gave her a verbal warning shortly after that she was awarded with Deputy of the month by the department the department kept her out on the streets working until a year later when she was finally indicted with one count of aggravated assault one count of simple battery one count of making a false statement and three counts of violating her oath of office
