Office all in one building on October 31st myself and a friend were trying to enter the Sheriff's Office to utilize Sheriff David Fry's self-proclaimed open door policy when we arrived at the door we realized Not only was it not open but the entirety of the general public had been locked out of the sheriff's apartment during regular business hours so we were forced to enter at the south end of the building at the District Attorney's office and cut through the hallway to the Sheriff's Office in the 10 plus years that this building has been here there has never been security at all but on this day a new security boy had been hired with the sole purpose of keeping me out of the building because IID previously published stories about the court exposing their corruption rather than changing their bad behavior they've spent the past year trying to keep me from publishing more stories about them their efforts have only resulted in dozens more Publications including this one the security boy refused to allow us access to the Sheriff's Office it seems somehow believing that the court has full control of the hallway to the Sheriff's office after about 20 minutes of us live streaming being harassed and denied access to our elected officials by the security boy the mayor of the Town Nathan dial arrived to see why the court was pretending that they have control over the whole building when he walked in he was armed and he just walked right past the security checkpoint that was being used to restrict The public's access to their Sheriff this is a multi-purpose building and the court only has the authority to control the areas designated for their use they don't have the authority to control the common areas and according to the New Mexico legislation Firearms are not prohibited from Sheriff's departments so according to the legislation not only can the mayor carry a firearm in the common areas of this building but anybody else can too at the same time that the mayor arrived the undersheriff arrived to to escort myself and my friend back to the Sheriff's Office the security boy was trying to tell the mayor that he can't be armed in this multi-purpose building since myself and my friend had our own business to conduct we had to part ways but I suggested to the mayor that he start recording his own interactions with the security boy because the district 7 court and their attorneys have a history of lying and trying to get people hurt notice also before we part ways that the mayor is talking to the UND Sheriff right here here and another deputy walks by nobody else in this building perceives any threat whatsoever or sees any law being broken so the mayor just walked right through your security without going through security properly being paid to enforce stuff they're t on you right or are you just sitting here cuz you have nothing better to do at this point Court Clerk Susan Rosal has put the court into emergency lockdown which is only supposed to be done when there's a credible threat to the safety of those in the courthouse however there was a court hearing going on at the time is Court in session right now and the court hearing wasn't stopped nor were the people in the courtroom put into emergency lockdown only Susan Rosal and her security boy put themselves into lockdown while nobody else in the entire building was even notified that there could be a possible threat and the Seven Judicial District Court staff have done this to multiple people over the last few years when they're not getting their own way they completely disregard their law and try to pretend that the person who's not giving them their way is some type of terrorist the problem is that they've been conducting themselves with this Lawless childish behavior for so many years that none of the local law enforcement takes them seriously at all if there were truly a credible threat from a man with a deadly weapon they surely would have immediately called 911 and a SWAT team would have arrived to deal with it but Susan Rosal didn't dial 911 because she knew there were no laws being broken nor was there any credible threat there are at least three sheriff's deputies in this building while this is going on but Susan knows that they know she's full of so instead of dialing 911 she calls a friend at the New Mexico State Police are they going in lockdown or something cuz to go in lockdown you have to have a credible threat and there's no credible threat here we're having trouble finding Susan's call because we don't believe she actually called dispatch again we believe she called a friend who notified dispatch after Susan's call to her friend in New Mexico State Police the New Mexico State Police dispatcher calls torren County dispatch torren County dispatch it's Alex State please yes hey we're getting a report of a male subject by the name of man uh Manson dial he's at the magistrate or I'm sorry let me see he's at the district court office in asencia and he has a firearm with him and he's in the building and what is the first name uh the first name is Manson M an s o n last name dial d i l e and it looks like judge of the seven Judicial District Court has written a Judicial order saying that I have to have a police escort while covering matters of public interest at the courthouse due to the fact that I've previously exposed their misconduct misdeeds and allowed them to embarrass themselves on camera all of the local governing bodies are sick and tired of the Lawless Corruption of the S Judicial District Court and therefore both the unders Sheriff multiple deputies and even the local police department agreed to escort me while I covered these matters of public interest and yet another scandal from the seventh Judicial District Court hey I hate to do this but there's breaking news about to happen out there right now and as a journalist I need to be there but the court order says I have to have a police escort can I are you going to come with me I I appreciate it and I really I don't I hate to waste your time with this stupid nonsense I really do I'm sorry I know you guys have real things to deal with but they won't let me be here building who has the Judiciary when they go in lock down they lock all the doors because they feel this I'm a threat or they're a threat so nobody can out of the courtroom because the court as a whole was not put into lockdown only the security guard and the court clerk Susan Rosal locked themselves in a closet to pretend that there was a threat to try to create some type of narrative that's the new hearing offic the unders Sheriff searches the entire building looking for court clerk Susan Rosal and her security boys so that she can inform them that no laws are being broken and that there is no security threat but Susan Rosal and her unarmed security boy aren't hiding from a Potential Threat they're hiding from law enforcement because they know they're going to tell Susan that there is no threat and that they need to come out of lockdown and that's not what they want to hear because that doesn't push their false narrative so they're hiding until the state police get here hoping they'll get a different answer out of them when the state police you hold anybody in the office are they hiding in the court they're in the back somewhere but they left the civilians over here in the courtroom yeah the unarmed civilians so they're still running court but the uh the people who keep trying to escalate things and create drama including Susan Rosenthal have ran to the back and lock themselves in a closet to try to pretend that there's some type of threat and then the rest of us are just here to be mowed down by the threat this is the kind of dramatic nonsense that they've been pulling for so long and this is part of creating a narrative an issue they have is they want the sheriffs to bow down to them but they dep department the torren county sheriff all got together to talk about what was going on here but the district 7 Court staff that caused this problem refused to talk to anybody I have a lawsuit against the seven Judicial District Court two of their judges and two of their court clerks for violating my rights after this incident their attorney Jade delin with Garcia Law Group filed a motion with the federal court claiming that I walked into the courthouse on this day with a firearm causing the courthouse to have to go into lockdown in the next video we'll go over this discussion with every single law enforcement representative in the state as well as the Motions that the district 7 court has filed with the the federal court lying to a federal judge in case you've missed it every single law enforcement agency in the entire state has told the court that they are wrong on multiple occasions but they will not stop a special shout out goes to the aonia New Mexico police department and the
