2022 police the police 719 was down the street from a police standoff in Fountain Colorado they had been called to the house because allegedly this man had pistol whipped someone in the front yard when the Fountain Colorado Police arrived the suspect's mother as well as multiple neighbors told them that the suspect had left even the victim who had called the police and would have no reason whatsoever to try to protect the suspect told the police that the man left on foot but the police insisted on having a couple hour standoff with an empty house some of which was caught on camera by one of the neighbors and uploaded to his Tic Tacs account during the standoff they broke out multiple windows and threw tear gas inside of the home where the woman's pets were the homeowner was present for all of this and was yelling and screaming in protest of this destruction of her home for yelling at the police while they destroyed her home she was arrested by The Fountain Colorado Police Department for disorderly conduct but even the arrest of the victim was quite odd the victim told me that the fountain police put her in handcuffs put her in a cop car took her 1.3 miles to the police station then they gave her a citation and let her go rather than actually booking her in so really all they did is move her 1.3 miles away from the house that they were destroying to give her a citation giving them more time to destroy the house in peace without hearing her protest technically it wasn't even an arrest just a kidnapping the 60-year-old woman made it back to her home 1.3 miles away in her nightgown in slippers on foot when she got back home the standoff with her empty home had finally ended and she met cop Watcher police the police 719 who was still there recording nobody could go inside of the home because of all the Cs gas that the department deployed inside the home but police the police goes out cop watching prepared for anything so he had a gas mask in his car he offered to go inside and take photographs of the destruction inside of the home for the family when he came back outside the police were present and this was what transpired can you do that where are you don't worry about who he is worry about who I am why don't you guys throw a camera what you guys did your house that was so unnecessary I'll answer questions [Music] look for somebody seriously is the woman that called the police and wants the suspect arrested if this man standing here with the camera were the suspect she would have been the first to tell the police that that's the guy but she repeatedly tells the police that this is not the guy Ivan Rodriguez attacks him anyway [Music] even though the trash Tyrant is blinding the camera you can still see the look on the Sergeant's face he's mildly annoyed and he knows this isn't the suspect that they're looking for the felony suspect that they are looking for is considered armed and dangerous but the sergeant looks completely disinterested so who are you I'm not going to answer questions you you and you okay and all of them you're not gonna identify yourself he is not are you gonna identify yourself can you back off are you gonna identify yourself can you please are you gonna identify yourself hey please are you going to identify yourself can you please watch it I'm sorry that's cool I met him up at the corner where's your ID you don't have it on you also so go ahead and stand up for me yes he took a question what the [ __ ] nothing else he was so mean to you and they were filming you and they were filming you you've been filmed by all my neighbors this whole incident has been filmed since the moment both of us stepped out of our cars okay we got the fight stability you're here for a call for service okay but I told you I know who you just go in the house you need to identify him I need to identify this guy if he's gonna refuse to identify us he don't like it because he's got you them it's still
