was screaming at people across the street she was screaming at other people she was in the roadway she was out of the roadway her friend that was videoing as well was standing a decent amount of space away she was in Grass to where she wasn't affecting the flow of traffic and she wasn't disturbing anybody she did not get any charges brought against her because she was acting with her constitutional rights to record in video without putting a disturbance as you put it to the general public we're causing an unsafe environment by being in the roadway okay is is there a charge for like a pedestrian in the roadway um when a pedestrian and like I said state to State's different sure and and I'm just talking about in your area specifically because again I will be out recording you guys again I've been out there before and okay so so specifically in your area is there a statute for pedestrian in the roadway so a pedestrian in the roadway no but a pedestrian who is a ing the everyday flow of traffic and a ping traffic yes which is disorderly oh okay all right so she was impeding traffic she was Cars was having to go around her the lady that you watch the video cars were going around her at Point she even said in her video oh I'm in the road I need to get out of the road and she was also yelling and screaming across the road at some construction workers oh what was she saying to them I don't recall I don't have the body cam I mean that'll come up in court when we go I still have pendant charges on her okay so like so yelling across the street to the neighbors would be a no no like I said it's it isn't and I'm not going to get no more into it because like I said if you need advice call your attorney if you get out here and you overstep the lines and you go to jail you'll get an didn't even violate anything in the statute there was also once or twice where he tried to say that she was impeding traffic which is disorderly but impeding traffic is its own statute and at no point did she actually do that either even when she was standing on the pavement she was actually on the right side of the white line off of the actual roadway in the same place that the police and her friend were standing after she was arrested there are also some statutes about pedestrians the only one that really applies here is that a pedestrian is supposed to use the sidewalk when one is present and in this case there wasn't one present I know this doesn't matter at all because cops operate based on emotions and feelings rather than codes and statutes and he even admitted over the phone to me that none of the nonsense he spewed on scene exists anywhere in laws codes or statutes but I still thought I'd bring up the statutes just to prove to all of you beyond reasonable doubt that not only did he speak incorrectly but he acted incorrectly because there's absolutely nothing this woman did that was illegal in any way whatsoever was she annoying I'm sure as a matter of
