the Aniston police officers went into the Jacks to ask the management if they would like the cameraman trespassed the management having no actual idea what officer Henry was even talking about allowed him to do whatever he wanted to do after all he's a police officer he wouldn't be asking to arrest someone if they didn't need to be arrested Hey sir how are you I'm also here at Police Department uh in the interest of cooperation with authorities and upholding Public Safety we allowed access to our premises for the officers to address the reported matter however public comments have revealed that the individual involved in this incident may have been situated on a public easement adjacent to our property Jack's family restaurants Endeavors to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone we look forward to working with our local law enforcement Partners to alleviate any confusion or inconvenience this situation may have caused to the individual concerned and the broader Community thanks Billy jaora I can't wait to hear what you guys think of this in the comments section but as a business owner of 20 years who has been intimidated by the police I'm going to tell you what I think at first I want to be mad at Jacks and their employees for playing along with this dirty officer resulting in the loss of a man's freedom however the employees of jacks didn't approach the police and ask for this officer Henry approached them and in my opinion he put them in an ugly situation these are fast food workers do you think they have any training in law property rights public easements Etc I highly doubt it the problem with police soliciting a trespass especially out of business is that the business owners Andor managers often feel as if they're obligated to go along with whatever the officer wants what if officer Henry asked the manager to trespass the cameraman and she said no is there a concern that officer Henry and the Aniston police department will retaliate against them in the future by not responding to calls at the business since they wouldn't help out the police when they were asked to me the situation that officer Henry put these fast food work ERS and is completely unfair to them and this is why most departments have policies against soliciting trespasses from business owners had the Jack's employees approached the police and asked for a man to be removed from public property I'd go at them full force but they didn't I think they agreed to go along with it because they mistakenly trust police and assume they wouldn't be asking to arrest someone if they didn't have a good reason do you you think they were truly worried about a Stringer out by the road that they didn't even notice until officer Henry brought it to their attention this is what government does they pit good people against each other and then sit back and watch them fight if you think I'm being too apologetic towards Jax by all means let me know in the comments section but my hope is that this will be used as a good lesson to everyone out there don't trust the police and stop letting the government pit us against against each other please head over
