First of all, um, we aren't the ones that got you here, okay? So, keep that in mind. We're just doing our job. >> This is a story of how a man who was being extorted by the government made them work hard for the money. One day, Roy was driving to work before the sun even came up like a productive member of society when he was stopped by a worthless piece of who produces nothing in society. The worthless piece of turned out to be a pirate that wanted to steal Royy's money that he earns by being a productive member of society every day. >> So, how much you extortting me for today? This is your citation for 92 and a 75. >> How much do you want right now? >> It has your information, vehicles information. >> How much do you want right now? >> If you choose to go to court, >> how much do you want right now? >> 19. >> You want some cash right now? >> You can do the online. >> You want some cash? Can I do some cash right now? >> Or you can go online and pay the fine. Okay. >> Would you would you like to see my feet? Would you like to see my feet? >> Hey, do you Let's talk about this, man. Trooper Pel. >> Oh, yeah. Are you going to be here tomorrow morning? Cuz I'm going to do the same thing tomorrow morning. >> Cool. Sounds good. >> Good. >> Great. Let's go now. >> I'm premeditating that. >> Okay, cool. Sounds great. You like premeditations? >> Yeah, sure, man. >> Do you go? >> I'll see you around, bro. >> Yeah, >> you can go now. >> You can go now. I'm not leaving with you behind me. You get the out of here first and then I'll leave. >> Cool. Sounds good. >> Yeah. Good job. >> Oo, so close. So close. Almost got him. A few days later, Roy showed up to where the pirate told him to go to be extorted. >> Here for court. >> Roy, >> it was a speeding ticket. Do you do responsible or not responsible? I want to go to trial. That's why I'm here. I drove an hour and a half. >> Okay. So, we're going to set you up for September the 9th. Okay. >> No, no, no. I'm here today. I I'm not driving back. >> We're not doing it today. >> Well, I'm not doing it September 9th. I'm >> You need to summon the officer if you're going to fight the officer. >> Sure. It's already on the on the paperwork there. Why did they summon him already? I came in for court. I'm here for court. I'm not coming back. >> Give me a second. >> Sure. Sorry. I don't like government. So, nothing against you personally, right? >> Okay. I was like ice cream. >> No, I'm just This is the way I am and I can't stand government and extortion supervisor. >> Sure. No worries. So, so I'm here for court. She says I can't go to court today. I got to do another day. I drove an hour and a half. I'm here to I'm here to see a judge. >> We are civil traffic officers, her and I. So, we did the same training the judges do. So, we handle the civil traffics at the window. We would you give you the same options that the judge would give you on the bench? >> I I don't need I'm here for trial. So, I want to go to trial. I'm not going to show back up >> for a trial and you'd have to come back. >> I'm not coming back. I'm not coming back to trial. You guys just dismiss it or I want my trial today. I'm not coming back. I'm not going to spend three more hours. I do get what I want. I will get what I want. >> You're pleading not responsible. We'll set you free. >> I'm not pleading anything. I'm ple I want my trial today. I want to see a judge. >> You should figure it out. >> I'll get your trial today. Jud or sir, you have to >> You can call me judge. That's fine. >> An officer has to be here. I don't know why you think an officer is going to wait. >> Why wouldn't you show up? Why would they give me a date? Not him. >> Maybe you need to seek an attorney. >> I'm not like the rest of these sheep around here. I'm not going to do that. I'll fight this on my own. >> First of all, um we aren't the ones that got you here, okay? So, keep that in mind. We're just doing our job. >> Why are you being so ugly like >> Because look, I'm getting extorted. I didn't >> do anything to you. I It's nothing personal. Don't take it personal. You're just doing your job. You're just doing your job, right? I'm doing my job. >> No, it's not a job. So, are you pleading not responsible? >> I'm not pleading anything. I'm saying >> the not responsible. >> No, don't put a plea down for me. Are you >> down for a civil traffic trial? >> Are you practicing law from behind this window here? >> You can't put me down for anything. Don't put me down for anything. This is all being recorded. >> Putting you down. >> Now, she gets a security guard to come intimidate Roy. >> Are we done? >> Are we done? >> Am I going to see a judge or what? >> You have to leave. >> He's told he has to leave. So he grabs the paper where she wrote down his trial date. >> You're not taking my document with you. >> I need to know. Then tell me what I'm doing here. >> Can you >> before these guys escort me out? >> Turn off your camera. >> What camera? >> Turn it off. >> I'm not flipping my phone around for you. Flip your pants inside out. >> Can you call outside? I'd rather have >> You have to leave now. >> So when's my court date, lady? >> Hey, when's my court date, >> sir? First, shut the leave now. Shut the up talking to you like that. What's wrong with you? Get out, >> sheep [ __ ] >> Get out. >> [ __ ] you. >> Yeah, [ __ ] you. >> Come outside and say something like that. >> Come on, tough guy. You ain't [ __ ] [ __ ] You can run your [ __ ] mouth inside this courthouse all day long. >> Go outside. Go. Go. >> Peter Puffer [ __ ] >> Go. >> What? What? What are you going to do? >> A few days later, he received a letter in the mail saying that a default judgment had been made against him because he didn't show up for court at all. Had Roy not been recording at court, it would have been his word against the word of the honorable Judge Tino Terango III. Who do you think would believe Roy over an honorable judge and his honorable staff? So, he went back to talk to the judge and find out why the court was claiming that he wasn't even there when he was here to see if I can see the judge today. >> I've got uh this in the mail from you guys, but I was here the last time. that the lady next to you was one of the ones that actually helped me. So, I want to see if I can turn in this motion to the judge. Maybe you'll hear my motion today and possibly reinstate the case. >> Do you remember me, ma'am? I was a little bit of an [ __ ] I apologize. All right. But I want to reinstate this case if possible. So, that's why I'm here. >> Okay. Let me go get the file. >> Awesome. Thank you. Hey, ma'am. Just so I can tell the judge who I spoke with on the 16th what what's your name? >> Valerie. >> Valerie. Okay. Do you want to add a copy of this to the file? >> No, they'll do that in the courtroom. >> Okay. >> And I've got a motion. Bring >> me your phone, sir. >> My phone? >> Yes, sir. I want your phone. You're not recording. >> Oh, I'm start bringing out my phone. >> You were to appear in this court on August 19th, but I believe that's the day that you appeared. Is that correct, sir? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. And I've already explained part of the reason that I brought you up to the bench to talk to you. and the court entered the default judgment against you and you have a fine of $375. Do you understand, sir? >> I don't understand that part. >> That you want to tell me, sir? >> Well, I have a a motion here to um hopefully a motion to vacate the erroneous default um and accept the defensive driving course. I would like my due process um either to be able to take the defensive driving course, which I've already paid and completed. Um but I've never gotten another arraignment. Uh we were supposed to reschedule another arraignment. That didn't happen. All I did was get a default. So, >> and I also want to advise you that I did watch the video of your interactions at the front counter and you actually reached through the little slot and you took the court's original complaint. Unfortunately, fortunately, it had already been scanned, so we had another copy. Do you understand? This is what I can do for you, sir. >> Yeah. >> Additional sanctions already placed on you in reference to the fine had gone up. I've heard what you've had to say. I'm willing to reduce the fine to the original amount, which is $36. I've heard what you've had to say about the defensive driving course being completed. Unfortunately, their actions on that day warranted the court to enter a default judgment. I can either put you on a payment plan for the $36. Uh you're almost saving $70 and additional sanctions. Um or you could pay it in full sir collected. >> Uh first and foremost, um so because of me having a bad attitude, I don't get due processor. Is that what you're saying? >> No, you have be processed, sir. >> I showed up to court, sir. And >> you're actually lucky that the court didn't have the Koolage Police Department come in here and charge you with stealing documents that belong to the court. >> I never stole anything. >> You took it. I saw you take it through the slot. And when the clerk walked out to get security, you reached into the slot and you took the court's cut. >> So, you have um intro you're introducing evidence into this now uh that you're a witness. >> What saw? >> So, you're a witness to this, right? >> I saw it in the court. So you're a witness to So this is a biased courtroom right now. Then you're a biased judge. You are supposed to be >> I'm actually entering a judgment on a default because you didn't take care of this when you were supposed to. If you were to come in, >> I came in >> like everybody else did >> and you would probably would set it up for a court date. You'd have come in and the officer would have come in and he' have presented his case. You' have presented your case have made a decision. But the actions on that date. So again, because of my attitude, sir, you are making >> if that's the way you feel. >> No, not feel. I I I demand due process and and the court of law should give me due process. This is not due process. I showed up to my arraignment and then I want a trial on the matter. Then I got a right to due process on a trial. I showed it to my arraignment. >> Weapon has already been entered against Shir. It >> it was entered erroneously. You cannot enter a default judgment when I showed up to my court date. >> I'm going to argue with you, sir. >> I'm telling you that I'm >> not going to argue with you. >> Um I showed up. You can either pay pay this or or put you on a payment plan, sir. >> Okay. Um, what's your bond information, sir? Are you bonded? >> Are you Are you bonded? Yeah. >> Why not? >> No, you're not bonded. >> Have you swore an oath to the Constitution, sir? >> Sir, I'm not going to go there with you. In reference to bonded, most of those >> I paid a lot of money for this driving school, sir, and I spent a lot of time doing it for you folks. >> All right. >> And and my insurance is going to go through the roof. going to pay the share or not? >> Yeah, absolutely. I'm going to pay it. I'm not going to I mean, you guys are going to take my slave card away from me and not allow me to drive anymore if if I don't pay it. So, I'm more than happy to pay it, but I would like for you to reconsider your actions today because you're acting on a biased level right now. And >> can I have a play in order for this? >> You've got you've got evidence in your head right now of my attitude the last time, which is creating a bias within. You're supposed to be a neutral party. come into my court and disrespect the clerk's security and everybody else who been that lobby. Sheriff, uh, it is my right to protect everybody in this court and I'm going to review whatever they had at the monitor to make this court safe. Do you understand that, sir? I need to know that. >> This is going to be I'm I'm going to put in a bar complaint on you, man. You You cannot uh This is This is uh completely biased. You're you're you you've got evidence in your head. >> Come on in paper. >> This disgusts me. We're around here. Can I do a public records request so I can obtain that evidence that you got? Cuz this is going to go further than this. >> Look at the front counter. >> Check at the front counter for a public records request. >> Talk talk to the >> Because of hurt feelings, I get no due process. Is that what's going on here? That is exactly what's going on here. Is this a court of record? >> I'm done with you, sir. >> Is this a court of record? >> Is this a court of record? >> I'm done. >> Do you guys keep a record here? insight. >> What is this? >> Russell James, come forward, please. >> You got a copy for me? >> Once he's sign, I'll give you a >> Where do you want the data? [Music] >> Mr. Ch, just come back and see. [Music] guys ain't heard the last for me. I'll tell you that much right now. I'll take this [ __ ] all the way to the Supreme Court. >> I signed this under duress because this guy because this judge. So, just so you're aware, any contract signed under duress is null and void. >> Now, all court hearings and proceedings are supposed to be public in a free society, meaning that anyone can go in any time and observe a hearing. So Roy tried to sit down in the gallery to observe how the judge treated the other defendants. He was told by the judge and the security under threat of arrest to leave not just the courtroom but the entire property. >> I'd like to observe the rest of the court. >> Would you like me to be removed from the courtroom? Can I observe from the gallery? >> No. >> No. Leave the court. >> Okay. And if not, it'll I'll be arrested for trespassing. >> Leave the courtroom. >> Okay. So under leave the courtroom, right? You got control over the courtroom, right? >> The whole courtroom. Oh, so you got control over the whole courthouse, not just your room. Okay. So, the whole courthouse, leave that, >> sir. >> Including the property, right? >> My business with everybody. >> Sure. Sure. Yeah. I just want to be clear on that. That's all. Just want to be clear. >> I got the door for you, sir. Don't worry. >> So, he plans to appeal the case because according to their own rules, you can only be found in default if you just don't show up, not because you hurt the court clerk's feelings. But in the meantime, he still has to pay the fine. otherwise his license will immediately be suspended. So Roy went home and made someone spend over a half an hour on the phone with him to pay his $300 fine. Here's some of my favorite clips from that call. >> Okay, so we have pigs like the animal pigs and then underpressuregmail.com. Is that correct? >> That is correct. And because of this >> Okay, thank you. >> Uh fine here, it's going to be courthouse under pressure is going to be the next channel cuz I'm going over there to film them [ __ ] too. >> Oh god. Okay. All right, sir. Okay. So, by allowing me to enter your card information, you are waving a number of constitutional and legal rights, pleading guilty to the charges presented, and authorizing the clerk to treat this payment as if it was paid in person. Do you agree? >> No, I don't know what you're talking about. I'm just paying an extortion ticket. I don't I don't agree or comply to anything. I just want to pay it, that's all. >> Well, unfortunately, if you do not agree, I can't take the payment. What I'm reading to you is a disclaimer of this court to all their customers regarding what they're regardless of what they're paying. So I have to read that disclaimer to all the customers and if you do I can't take the payment if you do not say you agree. >> All right. And what's your name? Ma'am >> Vanessa. >> I have till the end of today to pay and I'm here to pay this under threats of d under threats of violence. I mean these people are going to do violence on me if I don't pay this. Okay. If you can please just please accept the payment so they don't do violence on me when I'm driving, I would greatly appreciate it. I know maybe your policies won't allow me to, but just please accept this pay payment because these these people are seriously violent and I'm not joking with you. I'm >> begging for your help. >> Okay. Okay. So then your answer to you when I say do you agree, you just got to say yes or no. >> Okay. I'm sorry. What was the question again? What was the question again? Let's >> Okay. So I said here here it is. This is their disclaimer. By allowing me to enter your card information, you are waving a number of constitutional and legal rights, pleading guilty to the charges presented, and authorizing the clerk to treat this payment as if it was paid in person. Do you agree? >> Oh, wow. That's very interesting. So, go first off, uh, tell me which constitutional rights I'm I'm waving. Let's start there. >> I wouldn't know that. Unfortunately, Mr. Tripolini, we do not have information like that. We're strictly the call center. We are not the courts. If you needed to be uh explained to you, you would have to contact the clerk. >> I'm [ __ ] I'm scared right now. We don't get into all of that. >> If these people catch me driving, they're going to kill me if I don't pay this. I have to pay this. They're literally going to gun me down. I need your help. >> So, do you agree? Yes or no? Please. >> You got to say yes or no. If you don't take the payment, Just please take the payment. Please take the pay. >> Thank you so much. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Thank you. Just do it. Please just take it right now. Run it. >> Okay. Okay. It did. It didn't go through. It says suspected fraud. >> Even his bank recognizes the payment as fraud. >> So, what you need to do is contact your bank to see what the discrepancy is. Not unless you have another card you want to use today. >> I absolutely have another card we can use. Let's use it. >> Roy gives her another card number, but accidentally drags it out by giving her a few wrong numbers here and there. >> All right, we'll try this. Hold on. >> Thank you so much. I appreciate this. If we don't do this, I'm serious. People will attack me. >> Well, this Oh, it says Hold on. Hold on. >> This one says >> I got it. I got it. It's giving me a notification here. >> Yeah. Insufficient funds. That's what it says. >> Oh, well that Yeah. Well, that one the other one's just fine, though. The other one uh the other one has uh $2,800 balance on it. I actually I just transferred the balance from the first card that you ran to this card right here. That's why it's going to be an insufficient. I forgot. I'm going to put 2,000 on that card tomorrow. Um >> Oh no. How could Roy have ever known that there was insufficient funds in that account. Oh well, guess we'll have to try a different card. One thing's for sure, these people will never forget the day they demanded $300 from Roy. >> Okay, so you need um some other card then, right? >> Yep. Yeah. >> Okay, hold on one second. Let me let me uh let me go ahead and transfer some funds off of the other one real fast for you. I can do that online real fast if you're fine with that. Thank you for taking this. I appreciate it. Thank you so much. You don't understand how much this means to me. >> Okay. Okay. >> What did it say on the other card? Because uh >> suspected fraud. >> Roy manages to stretch this out another 15 minutes, keeping her on the phone for a total of just over a half hour. Then he goes in to file his appeal with the court. >> Okay. What are you filing? >> Uh notice of appeal. I already paid your fine in full. It's already closed. >> I know, but I still want to appeal the the I I was under duress. The reason why I paid it is because they're going to take my driver's license that stop recording. I >> I don't have any control over >> I can show that you guys just came out of the same deal. >> You're telling me I have control over somebody else's actions. I don't. I'm here to file my own paperwork, ma'am. That's all. >> While Roy was there, another person was in the lobby allegedly recording. It's important to note that Arizona Supreme Court rules 121.1 and 121.2 Two say that you can record in the public areas of a courthouse, both video and audio, and that you can record audio only in the courtroom without any permission from anyone in the courthouse. Now, whether these rules are right or wrong, constitutional or unconstitutional, these are the government's rules, not ours. >> Ma'am, I have my dated and signed copies of the appeal over here. Can I just hand that to you, please? >> There is a public records request in there, too, and I will be uh requesting the security footage that the judge reviewed in order to create the bias. Judge didn't review anything I watched. >> Oh, actually the judge told me he reviewed it. >> The judge told me he reviewed it. >> No, I'm talking about Tuesday. I'm not talking about whatever day he >> Well, he's talking about the day that I was disrespectful to you. >> Roy spends about 10 minutes at the window filing his appeal and making some open records requests. Quite frankly, it's boring, so I'm not going to show it all here, but if you head over to his channel, I do think it's fascinating to watch and see just how complicated these people make the most simple of tasks. And I believe that's 100% intentional and part of their game. make things so completely difficult and complex that any reasonable person will just throw their hands up and walk away. But you see, Roy is not just a regular person. He'll spend hundreds of hours making these people go through the process and make damn sure that they earn that $300 for that citation. And the best part is that he enjoys every minute of it. It's like a hobby to him. Critics love to say that people that do this are just the dredges of society that need to get a job. But Roy is an entrepreneur who's created hundreds of jobs and makes more money in a year than probably four or five of these people put together. He does it because he believes in it because he's worked hard his entire life and he's sick and tired of people who don't work, who don't actually produce anything in society, constantly taking from those of us who do. Anyways, while he's doing his business, other court personnel call the police on the other guy in the lobby who's legally and lawfully recording. >> Hey, you too, brother. on the property. >> How you doing, man? >> Yeah. So, anyway, so uh so 122.1 covers the courthouse. 122 I have it here too covers the courtroom. So in the courtroom, uh in the courtroom, you have to get the judge's per >> step out of the doorway, gentlemen. >> 122.1 says recording is allowed. Then it says with exceptions, I can't record juveniles. I can't record attorney client privilege. All common sense stuff. >> Um I was there. You guys are like good friends. You guys usually come to the court. Has have they asked any of you guys to leave? >> They asked me to leave, but but they can't. They said the reason was is cuz I'm recording. That they can't do. >> Has to be a reasonable request per the uh uh statute. It has to be a reasonable request. >> Hey sir, what what was the reason you asked me to leave? >> Cuz you're recording. >> See you. >> You don't want them, correct? >> No, I should. >> Just so you know what happened is I went and sat down. So I wasn't causing no disturbance. >> Yeah. I don't believe you are. You seem very nice with me. I assume you're nice with them as well. >> So if they ask >> you can trespass me, but then you have to ask me to leave. >> Well, if they've asked you to leave and you refuse to leave. >> Okay. >> Then yes. >> So under threat. Yeah. That's all I need to know. >> It's got to be a reasonable request. Lady, you got to look at the whole statute. >> Did they ask you to leave? >> Because I'm recording. >> Was it a reasonable request? >> Constitutionally protected. >> And they also in that there's also a part in there that says if you were being disruptive or they felt >> it was not sitting in a chair. That's that's your opinion against theirs. You know what I mean? >> It's not about an opinion. And it's written in law security >> cuz I recorded it. >> According to the security officer and he says that your behavior was being disruptive. I don't >> that's crazy. That's ridiculous. That's an unreasonable request to leave. >> Easy to prove in court cuz I was recording you and that's why I have to record because of liars like that. Cuz I you can go to jail for this. You know, if I did uh if I was breaking the law and what what did I do that was disruptive? Ask him. And he said I was recording. And he asked >> this is M. Childers, you guys with uh Koolage Police Department. >> Like I said, I stepped away. I made a phone call. I talked to my legal department and the legal department says, "We're not dealing with reporting stuff. If they've asked you officially to leave, we deal with trespass and trespass." I'm telling you that you're not welcome in there. That's between you guys and them. We show up. We're going to enforce the trespass. If they've asked you to leave, you guys >> public sidewalk, he can't trespass me from here, right? Or can he trespass me from here, too? >> No, I'm going to talk. >> So, the judge doesn't have no problem with you. Like, he was just like, "Oh, he's super like you you're here for the legitimate reason." >> Right. Right. I definitely do. Yes. And judge knows that. The judge knows that I was here for a legitimate business >> and I'm here and I was doing constitutionally protected activity. >> I understand that. But the judge wants you arrested for trespassing. >> My right arm has been ripped out and don't go behind my back. So far, you can just put him. >> So if he's got an injury, just check him. >> You're listening to a judge. He's all He doesn't even have a bar degree. You know, he's not an attorney, right? He was a sheriff in Penel County for 30 years. And so he doesn't even know law. All he knows is arrest people, book them, and [ __ ] they'll fight it in the system. He has no clue what he's doing on that bench. I hope you realize that right now. >> I mean, it becomes that it's not not lawful. >> On the way to the car, Mark passes out. >> I may fail a million times, but I'm stubborn as [ __ ] and I'll never give up. >> Mark is taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance where he's diagnosed with heat stroke. As Mark was collapsing, Sergeant Childers was articulating that should this arrest be unlawful, >> I mean, if it becomes that it's not not lawful. >> And she never got the rest of her statement out, but that was enough to clarify that Childers did believe that there may not actually be probable cause for an arrest here. >> I mean, if it becomes that it's not not lawful. >> Well, if it turns out it's not lawful, then what? What personal consequences do these people face? Well, it turns out they got a second opinion from a lawyer who told them this is unlawful. Mark was taken to the hospital, treated, and then released without charges. And that's where the story's at right now. I cut out a ton of footage to tell the story without making the video 5 hours long, but I do think a lot of the stuff that I cut out is really interesting. You can watch all that on Pigs Under Pressur's channel, as well as see brand new updates on this as they come out over there. But also, if you call them to redress your grievances, just make sure you don't say the same things to them that they say to us because they definitely think that talking to them the way they talk to people is criminal. >> First of all, um, we aren't the ones that got you here, okay? So, keep that in mind. We're just doing our job. >> We're not the ones who got you in this situation. We're just doing our jobs. Are you threatening
