right um You are under arrest all right for for grand theft all right um now there's there's two ways we can do this cuz I'm that boat that you can see that's that's the boat right there in back okay um we would like the easiest way for everybody involved is just for you to you are underr though so it's kind of different you for you to give us consent to get the boat out of your backyard okay absolutely we'll call the victim he'll come on up with a truck and a trail or truck and he'll back it up and he'll tow it out all right so but consent is given free and voluntarily so you are not loosen These Cuffs a little bit man $750 to what 10,000 is a third degree felony over $10,000 I'm sorry seven so $10,000 and less is an F3 okay and that your bond will be $1,000 yeah an F2 is over 10, and he admitted to it and right the first thing out of his mouth was I stole it so he told us he he did it for his kids does he have to go to jail he's going to get a bond uh it's it's going to be um a couple hundred to bond him out so um I need two things from you one I did tell him I'd get him a cigarette I don't know where his cigarettes are okay um we can go talk to him and figure that would you mind moving his truck please cuz the owner of the boat is going to come up and back up into y'all's backyard and remove the boat he already gave us permission too so and then once you we'll go get some um I'll go over there and talk about the cigarettes go get cigarett and then you can talk to him if you'd like you don't pretty upset with him I'm up okay so um yeah that's that's where we're at find one that you think or call around if you have friends that are commonly arrested or family members that say Hey this bondsman's good you know just Google it we're we're not allowed to give out a list of bondsman because it shows favoritism how when can I do that like uh once he gets booked in so give it like two or three hours and then his bot will be posted he'll call down there say hey my husband's Brian shoot I need to know what his um bond is and they'll tell you and then or you could just contact a bondsman directly and okay sorry can um I'm all yeah that's fine what all right what I would do here is I would contact a bond right now all right okay I would contact a bondsman and say hey my husband in P County yes ma'am okay just Google p County bondsman find one contact them say hey my husband just got arrested and they'll say how long ago and you'll probably say like 30 minutes and they'll say call me back in a couple hours so what I would do if I I would go to sleep CU you're going to have your kids in the morning okay i' go back to sleep when you wake up contact a bondsman say hey my husband got arrest last night at that point his bond will already be posted and everything and then the bonds will coordinate payment with you and they'll go Bond him out and then the jail will call you when he's ready picked up okay B that that's the point of bonds they make it easy on this they're the kind of lias on between you and the jail okay okay okay all
