There were some words exchanged between this individual and the officer before he started the camera in which the officer told him to stand in his own yard rather than on the public sidewalk. Yeah, I'd let him know, too, you coward. [Music] Hey. Hey. No. No. Roll your window down. As a passenger, you should have told him, "What crime do I commit? She's the driver. Focus on your traffic stop." Did he ask for your name and ID? Did you give it to him? Yeah. You don't got to give him any information as a passenger. What did you get pulled over for? Speeding. Speeding or No. Yeah. Just don't answer questions, guys. Cuz I can tell you right now, most people don't care at all what their rights are or what they're supposed to be. They just want to do whatever their government tells them to do and then move on with their day. Piece of crap. Hey, Derek. How are you? E 27 and 29. Well, I want to tell him to quit ordering people to get where he doesn't feel comfortable. This is private or public property. He's not going to open his cowardly piece of mouth and tell me to go someplace where I know I'm allowed to be right now. Please tell him, "Hey, don't just I'm talking. Don't you ever interrupt. Hey, I You're not in the right. Shut the up and listen. If I need to, I'll file a complaint. That's fine. And I'll arrest you. You ever come to me that it's disorderly conduct, you dumb? Uh there you go. our videographer there, our suspect, whatever you want to call him, was arrested for disorderly conduct, not interference or or something like that, disorderly conduct for cussing at the cop. I enjoyed the heck out of watching this guy cuss out a couple of revenue generators. I don't think a jury will find it as amusing as I found it, though. While it's not illegal, I don't know if a lot of people realize that you don't live in a system of law and order. Just because you're not breaking the law or you're not doing something illegal doesn't mean you're not going to get arrested. it. And it doesn't even mean you're not going to get convicted. I can tell you right now 100% that cussing is not disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct has to incite some type of violence and a police officer can't be the victim of disorderly conduct. But I wish more people would realize that that isn't necessarily what matters. What matters is that when you're cussing out a cop, you're cussing out someone who has little to no understanding of the law with a fragile ego and a bad temper. There's a good chance you're going to get arrested. And and the law has absolutely nothing to do with whether you do or don't get arrested. And it even has absolutely nothing to do with whether you do or don't get prosecuted. If you're going to go out and do this, just realize you do not live in a system of law and order. You live in a system of the guy with the biggest stick wins and your government has the biggest sticks and they're willing to use them. If you enjoy doing this, great. I enjoy watching it.
