every single person in the vicinity has to identify were're there to yeah they got identify their the Prov their name andth okay even if they're not suspected of committing a crime well if we're there for welfare checks suspicious things you know we we go to we respond to a lot of calls so okay let's say it's this but my question I guess is if if someone hasn't committed a crime or isn't suspected of committing a crime are they required to give ID it it depends on the circumstances so what yeah if you but what would be the different circumstances that I'll refer you to Lieutenant Atlantic he's our admin sergeant that deals with all the quests for uh hey I think you're breaking up you still there sorry you there yeah yeah I'll I'm going to refer you to our uh admin Lieutenant since he's in he deals with uh all the requests for things of this nature well but for the mo for the most part yes you have to provide your name dat even if you're not suspected of committing a crime uh yeah we go and find someone that's you know we don't know if they're suspected a crime we're there for a lawful reason someone calls for us to be there um whether it's a trespass or um yeah we they need to provide their name and date of birth how about a guy standing on a public sidewalk recording uh government facility uh yeah I don't know um I'm not going to get into all the hypotheticals yeah um well um I mean people yeah people do have their right to say what they want and they can uh record things um if they're in a public space so okay they record us and do that that sort of thing too okay and and doing such wouldn't be considered suspicion of a crime right I'm not going to comment on that okay well it sounds like I mean I'm trying to clear this up before I publish and and just have you guys apologize for what you did and we all make mistakes so I'm trying to just get an apology have you guys realize I'm sure you already realize it but admit that you cannot legally and lawfully get can and can't do I personally don't believe that fighting in any Court anywhere equals standing up for your rights when I I mean by that is if someone breaks into your home or say tries to carjack you they're violating your rights in the process of doing what they're doing and defending your rights would mean defending against that person right then and there allowing someone to break into your home and then just standing there watching while they rape your wife and children and later taking them to court is not defending your rights but police are the only criminals that when you defend your rights against them you're guaranteed to die because who is right or wrong doesn't matter to them they're an army 900,000 strong Nationwide and who's right or wrong doesn't matter at all all that matters is that they are willing to escalate any Petty matter all the way to deadly force these aren't Law Enforcement Officers Guys these are just thugs that are immune to the laws of our societies exactly what we created governments to protect ourselves from
