Mary Jane reaches out and grabs Mark's phone. Mark attempts to defend himself and his property by pushing the aggressor away from him. Then the entire gang attacks him. This is not the first time these security guards have instigated violent altercations. Two years ago, in the same building, security guard Shawn O'Brien stole someone's recording device right out of their hands and that somebody pushed him, almost sending him over a 15t balcony. >> Don't do it, guys. >> Hey. Hey. But if you're like me, you're probably wondering, "How did we even get here?" To where security guards are violently attacking people for recording their business with the government inside of public government buildings. Let me see if I can at least try to put some of it together for you. You remember that video I showed you where an offduty Pima County corrections officer put in some nipple rings and then attacked a 60-year-old veteran on a sidewalk for criticizing the police. And then the Tucson police arrested the 16-year-old veteran and charged him with disorderly conduct, claiming that it was his criticism of the police that forced the offduty Puma County corrections officer to put in nipple rings and then attack. If you don't remember that, I linked to it in the pin comment and the description. On February 18th, 2025, Mark Brown attended a hearing at the Puma County Justice Courts for this charge. They actually charged him with disorderly conduct for saying Tucson police suck and trespassing on the public sidewalk. The court rules in Arizona allow anyone to audio live stream their hearings and so Mark did. Immediately the Tucson prosecutor objected to Mark being allowed to stream the justice process. >> Before defense councing um in this case there are victims in all three cases. One is a is a person and under rule 22 the the defense has filed a motion prior the live stream. So if there is any live stream, we just ask that the court um um so we just object to live stream. >> The prosecutor claims that Mark shouldn't be allowed to broadcast this because there's victims in all the cases and those victims have a right to privacy. But in all of his cases, the victims are the government. >> Many of the issues here are going to be police misconduct against the defendant who likes to video records of what's happening, video events, video proceedings. believing he has a first amendment right to do so. If he does that, police are often troubled by that. As a court probably knows, you were an attorney in private practice for years. You know, police don't like to be videoed. So, they have made life difficult. Uh now we are here in a trial where the issue is his defending his first amendment right and police misconduct brought these charges. The defense theory. Mark's lawyer at the time basically argues, "Look, judge, every single thing about all of this is about the government retaliating against Mark for recording the government and criticizing the government." And now, while it's litigated, the government wants to continue to stop him from recording it. This Mark Brown guy sure is one stubborn son of a [ __ ] who just will not waver on what he believes are his rights. I mean, you have to sign up if there was a way. And if he wouldn't be here in this pit ass court system in Tucson if you guys would have just filed a national federal court right off the bat. >> No, we did. >> We did. >> This is our third one. >> This is the third time that we've been >> Yeah. Third one in 19. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Don't they ever take it up there in the ninth? >> No. The ninth circuit refused. Last time we in 2018 when we got arrested for trespassing at Tucson City Court and they I filed an a case that said you didn't have problem cause arrest for trespass. You were really trying to make it and the court dismissed it and they went up to the ninth circuit. They said well okay so they did have problem with cause for trespassing but they were disorderly. So because they were disorderly how you do it is important. >> Yes. Yes. officer, would you like to hand? >> In case you didn't catch all that, let me summarize it in layman's terms for you. Mark has already had cases go to the Ninth Circuit of Appeals on this, but the Ninth Circuit came back and said, "Okay, yeah, you're right about the law, but you're also an [ __ ] so you lose." You see, the Ninth Circuit said, "Yeah, sure. They didn't have a right to trespass you for recording, but you were disorderly." Did they mean that Mark committed the criminal offense of disorderly conduct? No, of course not. Mark was never even charged, let alone convicted of disorderly conduct in that case. All they meant was, "We personally didn't like your behavior and the way you handled things. We think you're an [ __ ] so even though you're right on the law, you lose." You see, so many people who get into this really think that it's just about law. And it's not. There are so many things at play here that have so much more power than law, such as money, politics, public opinion, the ability to control narratives, personal connections, and so much more. As a matter of fact, the ability to control narratives is precisely why the government doesn't want you to be able to record what's actually going on. >> You got to get the media on your side. >> We are the media. The >> mainstream media sucks. They are bootleggers. >> Go to one of the news outlets, the big giants, and say, "Look, we have this story. It's happening. How come you guys aren't on it?" After the hearing, Mark Brown was downstairs in the lobby of this multi-purpose building live streaming and discussing some of his cases with his friend and retired lawyer Vernon. Now, in previous videos, I've told you about the Arizona Supreme Court rule about recording in courtrooms and courouses. The rules say that you can record in courtrooms, but that you're supposed to notify the judge first so that anybody can make an objection if there is a good reason for you not to record a proceeding. The rule also says that you can record in all the public areas and lobbies of the courthouse. and their rules define a courthouse as an area of a building that's strictly used by the court. This is a multi-purpose building that houses the court, but also the assessor's office, the recorder's office, the treasurer's office, and the county constables. Where these guys are at right now is the main lobby entrance to the entire building with the assessor's office right there to the side. Now, even if they were in a court-controlled area, Mark would still be in compliance with the rules here. The point is that even according to the government's own rules and laws, these guys are so wrong on so many levels trying to tell Mark that he can't record. >> They coming, >> you know, you are not authorized to film in this building. Oh, sure. >> Per the administrative order. Here's the electronic order. >> Yeah, that level. >> You need to leave the building. >> You guys need to leave the building. >> This here, let me show you the definition of a courthouse. You say, "Hey, hey, I ain't talking to you, Mary. You need to leave. I am leaving. telling you you need to leave the building. Go ahead and get CPD on on the >> Yes. Get get the Yes. Thank you. Get PT over here. >> I'm leaving. >> Get to show you. >> Hey, shut up. And right there, Mark Brown's video shuts off. When we watch the security cam footage, we see why. It's important to note that the gang of people that approached Mark are all security guards and not certified law enforcement officers. Once again, the government's own rules say that these people are not supposed to touch anybody, and if they need somebody removed from the building, they are to call Tucson police to have it done. The building video has no audio. As you see here, a gang of armed individuals, approaches Mark. The first one, Shawn O'Brien, tells Mark that he can't record in here. Mark stands up to pull out the actual court rules that say he can record in here, along with a ruling from a judge on a case that he appealed, specifically saying that he can record in here. As he tries to get his paperwork out, the gang of individuals gets loud, starts yelling, and becomes very disorderly. They talk over Mark, yell at him, and move in closer to him, surrounding him, and attempting to further intimidate him. As Mark attempts to read them the rules, Mary Jane reaches out and grabs Mark's phone. Mark attempts to defend himself and his property by pushing the aggressor away from him. Then, the entire gang attacks him. His friend and retired lawyer, Vernon, pulls out his phone to start recording what they're doing to Mark. This is what's going on here. >> This is what's going on. >> This is what happens. These are the people that are arresting him. Leave no call. They assaulted need to leave. They assaulted him and they're arresting him right now. You need to leave me alone. You need to leave. I'm not going. Okay, that's fine. No, you're not touching me. Don't touch me. We see here how quickly government staff turned quiet, calm, orderly situations into total chaos and violence. >> This is what happens. They won't let me come in there and record them beating you >> now. Do I have to leave here? >> Huh? >> They need to leave the property. >> You can Oh, why? >> All right. >> Go call the police. >> They're called. >> Okay. Let them get here. >> Leave the property. >> Let them get here. >> That's fine. Go wait over there on the sidewalk. >> You go wait over there on the sidewalk. Oh, they are. >> Yeah. >> I'm leaving here. You don't have the right to arrest me. >> I'm detain. >> This is You're detaining me for what? >> Trespassing. >> Trespassing. You're a pig. You don't have a right. You don't have a reasonable request to make me leave. >> You Nazi sons of [ __ ] The call went out to the Tucson police as a level two fight in progress with injuries. A level two is the second most urgent emergency call the police can get. With a level one being something like an active shooting. However, the Tucson police never showed up and after a couple of hours being held by these security guards who have no authority to touch anybody. Mark Brown was finally released with no charges. A couple months later, Mark filed a lawsuit against the individuals that attacked him. But before we get into that, I wanted to show you that this is not the first time these security guards have instigated violent altercations. Two years ago, in the same building, security guard Shawn O'Brien stole someone's recording device right out of their hands. And that somebody pushed him, almost sending him over a 15t balcony. >> Don't do it, guys. >> Hey. Hey. >> My [ __ ] [ __ ] man. >> No. Why are you taking the stuff? I asked him not to film. >> You just don't push him. There's no need to put hands on. He just stole you. >> I dare you to take it away. He asked you. >> He just came and took it from him. >> As we hear Shawn O'Brien state here, he stole Patrick's recording device because he was recording him. These Tucson City and Puma County employees constantly say that this is not about them not wanting to be recorded. It's about protecting potential victims from being recorded. But again, in this instance, just like all the others, Patrick was attacked while obeying the administrative rules, also while recording government staff. They keep saying it's about protecting victims, but every time they're claiming that the government is the victim. He was charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest, but found not guilty in a bench trial because security guard Shawn O'Brien was the attacker and Patrick was the defender. Also, like we stated earlier, these security guards don't have any arrest authority. You can't resist an arrest when you're not under arrest. But Shawn O'Brien was never even charged with stealing Patrick's property right out of his hands, which if I'm not mistaken, by Arizona statute is strong armed robbery. As we can see, everybody else is still recording Shawn O'Brien. But there's only so many security guards to attack so many people at one time. One of their favorite things to do for the past few years is to attack people, create violent altercations, and then claim that everybody has to leave. Not because they're recording, but because they've now created a disturbance. >> The [ __ ] away from me. >> Time to go. >> Get the [ __ ] away from >> You guys would call disturbance. I didn't call it disturb. I didn't cause nothing. >> He that took that off the case has nothing to do with me. So leave me alone. Leave me alone. Why do we got to go for what? >> I'm asking you this time. >> Why do Why do I have to go? >> I didn't do nothing. >> What did I do? I didn't do nothing. >> You guys are causing a dis. >> I did not cause nothing. You guys by grabbing someone's equipment. >> Illegally trespassed from the court because of these gang members. his gang member uh pal uh assaulted uh Patrick went and grabbed his camera. He said, "You can't film me. You got you don't got my permission to film me." And he grabbed his camera, just took it from him. >> So, we come back to present day where Mark Brown was attacked by this gang of thugs who are completely outside of their own laws and their own rules. So, Roy and Vernon go in to serve the defendants with their lawsuit for this attack on Mark. >> Alena Meadows and Mary Jane as well. Are they on site? They don't have to be here. They don't have to. >> We can just give it to Richard Tracy. >> We'll see. >> Well, he's the director. He's the director of court security. So >> So we're going to serve him >> through him. >> They try to give the mall to Dick Tracy who's in charge of all the people that attacked Mark. >> There he is. >> All right. >> Okay. >> As promised, if you want I assume this. Give me a favor. If you want to serve me, >> I'm not sering. It's an envelope. I'm giving I'm just giving it to I'm not serving it. Here it is. >> All right. It's just >> Okay. Yeah, it's a acceptance of services in there. Now, I believe you also have this woman in your office. >> I can't accept service. >> I'm not serving you. I'm giving these to you. Like if you got it in the mail, do you know this lady? >> I do. You give her that. >> And how about Mary Jane? >> I know her. >> Okay. And how about Kevin Luck? >> I know him. >> Okay. And officer Vasquez from Justice Court. >> I know him. and Richard Lopez. >> I don't have their address. >> In order to try to avoid serving these people at their homes, these papers are given to their boss so that their boss can just deliver them to them. >> Stop it. >> I asked I told you what you have to do. You have to take Let's go. >> Head of court security Dick Tracy throws the papers on a chair and then later comes back to throw them in the trash. >> Deliver it. >> You'll be in trouble if you don't. Yours is there, too. Okay. >> A month after Mark filed the lawsuit against the individuals that attacked him and 3 months after the incident happened, Mark was back at court and this happened. >> How's it going, sex? >> I got some I have some paperwork I need you to discuss with you. >> Okay. Well, >> you're going to you're going to be cited >> for an incident that happened here back in February. There's probable cause to arrest you for criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and assault with injuries. I'm going to sign a release. >> Well, if he doesn't, he has to go to jail. >> Oh, >> well, maybe you better. >> It's a It's just a It's not an admission. >> We're talking about when you guys attacked him here. >> I wasn't here. >> On the ground. He's being charged. Is that because of the lawsuit? >> Because of the lawsuit. >> Yeah. Um we're on the staff here. >> It's going to be >> It's not an admission of guilt. It's just >> What are the charges? What are the charges? >> Sign it under duress. >> Criminal trespassing assault injury. You sign it and you >> criminal trespassing disorderly conduct with injury on him. He was the one injured. You want to get you want to sign that >> communist is just quite unbelievable. >> Quite unbelievable. >> How's it feel to be a Nazi sex? >> You want to sign over here? Where's >> little Nazi [ __ ] >> Oops. >> It's a sergeant, too. Look at this [ __ ] ass. I got you. >> What's your uh what's your bedroom? 43 486 42 43 >> 42 bitch86 >> 43486. >> That is horrible, man. >> Mr. Brown. Yeah, I That's what they do now. Now they now that they can't stop us from recording. >> Yeah, I know. >> I got it. >> It's right under. >> I know. I know all that. I know you're a piece of [ __ ] I got the case for that, too. And you didn't arrest the person cuz remember I made that complaint. I got assaulted. >> And if it's Mary Jane the complaint, >> did you are you charging her? >> Are you charging her? >> Mr. I ain't giving you any information. Okay, that's fine. So, uh, so Mary Jane, is that the one? >> How do we find out? Is it her? Is she your victim? >> You absolutely needed. >> Unbelievable. They got three [ __ ] charges. >> Crimes because of the lawsuit. >> Because of the lawsuit. It's It's retaliatory crimes. Yes. >> Yeah. Before they even >> Where's my Is this in city court or >> kangaroo court again? Yeehaw. >> I see you [ __ ] over there. And so they summon Mark Brown back to their courts again where he will surely record and document the process and they will surely violently attack him for it again. This same scenario has happened to half a dozen people over and over and over again for the last 6 years. Now remember how all of this came about in the first place. The only reason Mark's even in these public buildings is because he's forced to come for court hearings where he's been charged with disorderly conduct for saying Tucson police suck and trespassing for being on a public sidewalk while saying Tucson police suck. The alleged victim of the disorderly conduct is an offduty Pima County corrections officer who came out and physically attacked Mark for criticizing the police. I'm beginning to see how it just might look like Tucson police in Pima County are continually retaliating against Mark Brown for exercising his First Amendment rights and then continuing to exercise his First Amendment rights to document the process of being retaliated against and maliciously prosecuted for exercising his First Amendment rights. You would think at some point when the government continues to break their own laws, their own rules, violently attack you, and never face any consequences whatsoever that you would realize what's actually going on. that you don't have any rights and you're going to do exactly as you're told by the guy with the biggest stick or you're gonna get whooped with that stick. Some say Mark just enjoys the abuse and he's a masochist. Others say he just firmly believes in the First Amendment and refuses to waver on his principles. Either way, I link to his channel below so you can all go watch lawless thugs violently attack Mark on a regular basis. Okay, I see you [ __ ]
