In early October, Dean Riiano with the McKini Police Department arrested me for telling him to shut up. >> Shut up. >> Seriously, you're under arrest for a peace officer. >> For what? >> Obstructing a police officer. >> Unfortunately, there was not a single good cop within the McKini Police Department to stop the illegal arrest. As a matter of fact, at least four other McKini Police officers helped with the legal arrest and illegal booking process. I was booked into the Colin County Jail charged with obstructing a police officer. Even though there wasn't a single good cop within the entire McKini Police Department or the Colin County Sheriff's Department to stop me from being arrested and booked into jail for telling a cop to shut up. Luckily, we have a system of checks and balances where the judiciary checks up on the executive branch. The way that it works in this instance is the charging instruments, the probable cause affidavit for your arrest, whatever it is, goes before a magistrate judge who reviews it and determines whether there was or was not actually probable cause for you to be arrested. If they determine there is probable cause, then they start looking at whether or not you should be released based on different factors such as whether or not you are a threat to society, whether or not you might show up to court or not. But if the magistrate can't find probable cause for the arrest in the first place, then none of that actually matters and you should be released immediately. My friend David Borne was present recording the arraignment inside of the Colin County Jail, but was told by jail staff that he's not allowed to record the public due process. Sir, videotaping of arraignment is not allowed. >> Oh, he can't record. >> No, it's in writing right there. >> Not allowed. >> You can watch it. >> Okay. >> Cannot record it. >> That's the judge's. >> No, >> so David ended his live stream. The magistrate judge is Lisa Bronetti. Jail staff says that it was her orders that say you can't record public hearings. It quickly became clear why she doesn't want the illusion of due process recorded because she's very bad at upholding the illusion. She never said anything about probable cause and immediately started talking about how much money I should have to give the system to be allowed out of the cage. So I asked her if she read the charging instruments and found that there was probable cause for my arrest. Her response was, "No, sir. I don't do that here. Your lawyer can do that for you." You know, that would be convenient for me because then all I need is one of my lawyers to say there's no probable cause to arrest me and that's it. It's over. You had one job, [ __ ] One [ __ ] job. They say, "Don't argue with the police on the side of the road. Wait for your day in court." Well, here's my day in court, and this [ __ ] isn't even pretending to go through the process. She wants $2,500 in extortion fees to let me out of a cage that I'm in in the first place for telling a cop to shut up. And she verbally admits that she never even looked at the charging instruments to see if there was probable cause. After I ask her a second time, she changes her mind and says she did find probable cause. We don't know where she found it, though, because allegedly she didn't even read the affidavit. I was in jail for roughly seven or eight hours. Somebody paid the extortion fee and I was released. Upon being released, I found that the McKini Police Department stole one of my cell phones and two memory cards. So, the following morning, I started working on trying to retrieve my stolen property. >> Police on fire. How may I help you? >> Hey, um, this is James. I need to pick up the property that was stolen from me by that piece of [ __ ] officer that arrested me yesterday before I leave town and wanted to uh make sure where to go pick it up at. >> Okay. So, you're looking for something that's in property or evidence? >> Oh, I honestly I don't know. I don't work there. I don't know how you do things. All I know is that piece of [ __ ] uh kidnapped me and stole my stuff for telling him to shut up and I need to get it back right away. >> Okay, hold on. >> So, this is Courtney. >> Hi, Courtney. This is James. cuz I was the one who was uh illegally kidnapped and had my stuff stolen by the officer yesterday for telling him to shut up. >> Yes, sir. >> You're familiar with it, right? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Um so, he stole some property from me and I need to leave town. Um so, I need to get that stolen property back right away. Uh there's a a cell phone, uh a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and um two uh memory cards. They're CF TypeA cards. Um, >> unfortunately we do not have paperwork to release those, but I can give you the number to the person that you need to contact to get that paperwork done. >> Deputy Chief Burker is his name. Number is 9725472761. >> Where are you located? You're you're in the property and evidence place. Is that right? >> Yes, sir. >> Is that inside of the police department? >> It's part of the police department. Yes, sir. >> Is it physically inside of the police department, though? So, I I know where to start heading over to. Well, unfortunately at this time we won't be able to release it because we don't have paperwork. That's why you need to contact >> We're gonna get that uh >> we're going to get that done right away, but I don't really have time to like just play the runaround. So, I need to get everything in order right now. I need to give him a call out and and we have a few people heading over there. So, so what I need to know is are you physically located? >> You can contact him. >> Listen, are you located in the Look, look, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. You understand? I'm [ __ ] fed up to have this guy kidnap me and steal my stuff for telling him to shut up and the entire uh department to make a Facebook post saying, "Oh, well, he interfered." And to just double down and triple down on it, steal my equipment, refused to give it back. Show me the good cop. Show me one cop. One cop that's going to put the handcuffs on the guy who illegally attacked me. When I walk into the department, the officer at the desk radios in, "Be advised, we have a male in a gray shirt and tan pants." acknowledging that I'm there, but then refuses to acknowledge me. [Music] >> What' you What' you call in there? >> Hey, I need to get some uh business done here. I need to pick up some property. Where do I go for that? >> Hello. Hey. Hey. Hey. I need to pick up property. Where do I go, >> sir? >> Yes. >> Okay. You have my case right now. I'll be right with you. >> Oh, okay. Thank you. Thank you for addressing me. >> You're so welcome. >> All right. Sit down and get your case and let me know when you're ready. >> I'm going to sit down when I'm ready. You could have a seat on the side. Feel free to use your restroom. Whatever you want to do. Get comfortable. Okay. >> I'll wait here. >> Might be a while. >> Why is that? Guys, we're at Mckini Police Department. They're already acting like absolute horrible, disgusting human beings. Yeah, that's all I asked him was how his day was and he flipped out on me. >> I just need to pick up my property, man. You don't need to act like a jerk. >> I will be right with you, sir. >> Thank you. Appreciate it. >> You don't need to act like a jerk. >> Just Hey, just just look. Just Just >> stop. >> I'll be right with you. >> All right. Thank you. >> I'll be right with you. >> Thank you. >> Feel free to use a restroom. >> Look, man. I'll feel free to do anything I need to do. I don't need your directives. >> I'll be right with you. >> All right. I'll do anything I need to do. >> A few minutes. I'll be right with you. >> Yep. You said that. Go ahead and do it. >> All right. I'll be right with you. >> That's McKini Police Department. This is the attitude we get. >> I'll be right with you, sir. >> You see the attitude we get? >> Absolutely. >> Passive aggressive just disgusting human beings. I'm talking to the I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to my audience. >> Okay. >> I'm narrating for the >> You'll be okay. You'll be okay. >> Yeah, I will. I'm narrating for the camera. >> I just need to pick up some property, bud. >> Is this the good cop that everybody talks about? >> Oh, dude. This guy is nasty. >> He is. I know. They all are. Everybody in the family is >> obviously it's a culture problem within the entire department. It's not a single officer problem. He's probably a actual police officer though. You know why they get put at the desk, right? >> Oh, he's being punished. >> When you shoot somebody in the back, >> shoot somebody. >> When you prove that you're not suitable to interact with the public, they're like, "All right, put him behind a desk. Take his gun." Does he have his gun on him? I'm I'm trying to pick up property. Um I was robbed yesterday. Oh, okay. And uh I was told to come and talk to the deputy chief police uh deputy chief of police and I can't remember his name. I wrote it down. Um but I was told to come and talk to him to get my stolen property back and >> Okay. Yeah, these are the guys who talk to >> this guy right here. Okay. I appreciate it, man. >> Cool. >> All right. >> All right, boss. >> Welcome aboard number 416. How can I help you, sir? >> Hey, um I was told to come and talk to the deputy chief uh about getting sto my stolen property back. So, that's all I'm here for. >> Do you have the name? >> I don't because I wrote it down and uh I I misplaced it. How many deputy chiefs are there? >> What is your name? >> James. I I left a voicemail with him, too, but I'll give you a name and phone number. And >> can they say your property is ready to be released? >> She said to talk to him about it. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Let me see who I can get. >> I appreciate it, man. >> Give me a few minutes. >> Thank you. >> Report number. >> I had that, too. Where's Where's property at? cuz maybe I can go talk to her and give her my name and get the information that I had earlier. >> Let me see what I can do for you here. >> Okay, I appreciate it. Thank you. Yep. And that's his direct line to >> So, did Chief Barker give you this number? >> Who was that? >> Did Chief Barker give you this number? >> No, the uh property and evidence did I called them and said, "Hey, I need to pick up my stolen property." And she said I gave her my name. She gave me that case number and his name and uh said, "Uh, just get him to to tell me to release it." And and I'll and come over and pick it up. >> So, the lieutenant that releases it is not here right now. >> Okay. >> But we have another sergeant who's going to come and talk to you about it. >> I appreciate it. Thank you, man. >> You're welcome. >> And I'll be out of here, too. I'm not here to cause any problem. I I just need Yeah, I know you at the beginning. >> Cool. We're past it. >> I appreciate it, brother. >> Afternoon, gentlemen. >> Hey, how's it going, man? >> Not too bad. How are you? >> Good. I'm James. >> Are you the James? Want your property back? >> Yes. Please. Please. I >> So, it's my understanding all we have is a cell phone and two SD cards. Is that what you're looking for? Okay. >> And I'm more than happy to cooperate with with giving you all the video, too. But that I have stories on there. Okay. >> For for documentaries. I desperately need those, man. >> Absolutely. Um, we are currently getting search warrants to just obtain the data that's on there. We're just looking for uh specifically the video pertaining to >> Let me just give it to you. You don't even need a search warrant. I'll give it to you. >> Well, >> I'm dead serious. I I can bring a laptop in. >> The the warrants have already been sent to the judge. So, at this point, um >> the way that we do it is we send it through our uh we have a forensic team that downloads this stuff. >> Um and so once we get the search warrant enhanced, it's it's already been submitted. We will submit uh the phone and the SD camera or the cards over to >> There's nothing on the phone. >> Okay. >> It was it was live streamed. There's nothing on the phone at all. >> I no no idea what you recorded it on or anything. So, >> sure. Um they'll go through, they'll do the dumps, and then as soon as those are done, we'll contact you and allow you to just come up here and pick them up. >> Okay. Um you're you're aware you're arrested me for saying shut up, right? >> I don't know all the detail. >> I mean, at some point at some point though, um I mean, I I don't want to double down on making problems. >> You know what I I I want to I want to get my work and I want to go home and and I want to finish editing and I want to publish my documentary that I've been working on for six years. Absolutely. >> Okay. And and you guys weren't even a part of it. >> Not at all. >> You weren't and >> didn't know anything about it. >> And and so like I I need my work product and the fact that you think you can I mean >> I I I'm honestly I'm a little frustrated that that you think you can get a warrant to search my stuff for me saying shut up. But even on top of that, like I'm I'm open about everything that I that I record and publish. And you know, I can bring I can bring a laptop up here right now with your forensic analysts, let them click the buttons to make sure I'm not removing or deleting anything and give you everything that you want without a warrant >> and and more. You want to see all the raw footage of of the stuff we got for autos document? Like I got nothing to hide, >> but dude, I've got to get that work product. >> I get Tell me your last name again. >> Uh Springer. I'm leaving town. I'm leaving town in the morning. >> Do you live here locally? >> I'm going to Arizona. No. Okay. No. >> Um, >> so I I mean, I'm going to have to come a thousand miles back out here. I got to get back and edit this. This is supposed to be produced next week. >> Yeah. So, it's So, we have a a standard practice on how we do any of these downloads. Um, and so we're not trying to treat you any different. >> I know you're not I know you're not, but it's wrong, man. It's wrong that I was that I was kidnapped and I'm sorry, let me move over. It was wrong that I was kidnapped and my property was stolen for saying shut up. >> Yeah. So, you know it. I know it. Most of your department knows it. Your cops know it. Can Dude, just stop damaging me further. >> Yeah, >> I'll let's you can you get someone a lieutenant, the chief, something say, "Hey, I'm a sergeant. Let's >> just let me give you the footage instead of f further harming me." >> Yeah. So, nobody's trying to harm you any more than what's already been done. Okay. So, >> but I know you're not trying to, >> but you are. >> I promise we're doing this as quickly as we can. We were just given the stuff this afternoon. uh have already submitted the search warrant once we get it back. We will have the phone and the SD cards immediately taken over to this team of individuals who does the downloads. >> Do you want to see if the card's on there or not? Are you the >> detective? >> Okay. Are are you the one who's going to take and download it? >> I'm not I I we have a whole lot of other detectives. I'm just the detective cuz I can help you with it. The car I don't know if you guys are even familiar with the type of cards that I'm that are being used. >> We're not. But we don't >> I just need it to be expedited. >> We don't do the downloads. I promise. It's illegal for you guys to have even taken them and but I don't care, man. I I just want it back. I don't want to, >> you know, hey, you're wrong. You are, but >> I just want it back. So, >> that's my livelihood, man. >> And I get that, Mr. >> We don't have any problem returning it to you. It's just >> it's just it we believe that it has evidence um of the crime that you were accused of. Not saying that you're guilty of, but you were accused of a crime. And so, >> any any reasonable >> any reasonable human being on this planet could see that I didn't commit a crime. Okay. And I think I think the evidence on your phone will will tell the truth. Whatever that is. >> It was live stream. There's no evidence on the phone. >> So, it was once we get it done. >> Yeah. >> Um, we will give you a call. Uh, >> doesn't the officer have a body cam? >> He does. Yes. >> So, I'm I've been told multiple times when recording police interactions, you don't need to do that. We have body cams. >> That's That's true. >> So, why did you need to take my recording if he had a body cam? >> Well, since you did record it, it's just additional evidence. So, for instance, okay, for and I'm just going to give you some perspective like this is a body cam and it's recording this interaction just like y'all's cameras are. Um, but there is a possibility that if you um were 30 yards away, you could say something that maybe my body cam doesn't pick up and if you were holding a recording device, it would probably more accurately capture whatever you said. >> So, the more recording devices, the better. More angles, the better. more people in different places circling and and and surrounding the traffic stop, the better. I agree. >> I agree. The more cameras, the more cameras on your traffic stops, the better. The more angles, the better >> potentially. >> So, I'll never hear a cop say, "You don't need to record. I got my body camera on ever again." >> I'm not I'm not going to tell you what they're going to say. So, if you're in the middle of their business and you're interfering for whatever they're doing, if if hypothetical, um >> I I don't do I don't do hypotheticals. >> Then they could ask you to step away. But I don't think I don't think most officers are going to tell you to stop recording. They they could ask you to separate remove yourself so that you're not a threat or interfering with what they're doing. >> Well, I'm a threat from 800 yards away. But I'm not a threat is the thing. You know what I mean? That that's the point though, right? Anybody could hurt anybody. You You could hurt me right this second. >> Do you have Do you have a good phone number for us to contact? Yeah. >> I I left it with the deputy chief. Let me tell you, >> what I mean by that, too, is like anybody I'm not saying I'm not a threat. >> Okay. But but I told him yesterday, "Dude, this is ridiculous, man. If someone wanted to hurt someone, they could hurt someone." >> Absolutely. >> That's, you know, to walk up and and peacefully stand there with a camera and then >> But unfortunately, us in our in our line of business, people try to hurt us for no reason. >> I can see why after what happened yesterday and the fact that you're doubling down on my stolen property. I can see why people want to see you guys dead. >> I can see not the phone that I have. >> I can see why people want to see you dead based on based on what >> um Are you live? I'm muted. >> 469. >> So, here's what's going to happen. Um, as soon as we have the warrant in hand, >> Mhm. >> we will submit uh your phone and the SD cards uh to our forensic unit who does the download. >> It's >> as soon as that download is complete, which we're hoping will be tomorrow. We'll give you a call on that phone number. >> I'll be I'll be gone tomorrow. >> Unfortunately, I can't control that. I don't I don't have any control over how fast >> you have a lot more control than you think you he you had. All right, man. Well, I can see why people want to hurt cops. And this is, you know, I'm not saying it's okay. I'm not saying they should, but it is very unfortunate. It's very unfortunate. >> I just went through this. >> Mr. Detective, >> we'll talk to you soon. >> I got a question for you. >> Have a good day. >> No further question. >> I'll just No further questions. >> I know a lot of people would be pretty mad at me for offering to give the police my video voluntarily, especially when on a matter of principle, they have absolutely no legal or lawful right to it. But for those of you who have been watching my channel for the last 8 years, you know that these people are in absolutely no way whatsoever held accountable to any of their own laws. The law says they shouldn't have arrest me. The law says the magistrate should have released me with no bond. I've spent the last 8 years showing my audience how much law doesn't matter to criminals. When the government decides that they're going to download all of your data and snoop into every aspect of your life, they're going to do it no matter what. They've done it to me before, but previously they've held my stolen devices from me for up to four years. So, even though they have absolutely no legal or lawful authority to even have my stuff, let alone dig into it. I still want to show that I'm willing to voluntarily give them every second of video interaction I had with their officer, knowing damn well that they're going to try to use it to try to prosecute me for a crime. But here's the thing. I'm going to publish the video publicly anyways. I had already talked to my lawyer about it, and he said, "Look, that's a great idea. show that this really doesn't have anything to do with getting the so-called evidence off of your devices. It really only has to do with trying to further harm you and further retaliate against you for recording the police. In other words, they're going to do what they're going to do and they're going to get what they want. Make it clear to the audience that it's all about harming you. Nothing more and nothing less. >> Hey, how you doing? >> You coming for me? >> You miss the spring? >> Yeah. Do you want to go in? It's cooler in there. It's hot. >> Absolutely. If you want, you can stand right in there. Yeah, >> I'm assistant chief Tom Merge number three. >> All right. >> So, I heard that. >> Can we go in here? Actually, it's echoey in here. >> Over here. It's just not echoey here. So, I get better audio. >> Absolutely. >> Just for my records. >> I appreciate it. >> You want to sit? >> Sure. Yep. >> So, I'm down here just to help you with a public records request. >> Oh, I'm not doing it. That must have been somebody else. >> All I want is my property back. >> Okay. >> Dave explained that uh >> he did and he's and I know he's you guys got policies. >> Yeah. Yeah. But >> I heard that you >> there's also there's also Yeah, I don't live here. >> Yeah, >> I I I told him like I know you guys got policies and blah blah blah, but I mean >> I know it's hard for you guys to see, but he broke the law, man. You guys shouldn't even But but I'm okay. But you know, here's my thing, though. I told him, "Look, I'll bring a laptop down here. I'll give you all the files. There's even on my phone. There's >> What about a um consent to search?" >> Yeah. >> Would you file a consent? >> Would we do that? >> It's It's already at the judge. Is that the judges? >> Well, you don't even need the judge's signature. If you've got mine, if if you can take the videos raw, uncut off of the card and give it to me, I'm going to publish it raw anyways. It's going to be on the internet. You know what I mean? I I've got nothing to hide there. And I don't >> um But if I understand you guys wanting to make sure that like it doesn't get cut. >> So, yeah, we just want the raw footage, >> right? >> So, I look I can bring a laptop down. I can show I mean, >> yeah. Be reasonable, but I think and I want to help you the best I can. That's why I came down here. >> And I know you got policies, but this is this shouldn't have happened, but >> let me let me find out where the damages. Okay. >> I'll find out where it's at right now and see what we can do to help. >> I appreciate you so much. >> Absolutely. What do I do? >> All right. >> Thanks very sitting outside so it doesn't get noisy in here. So if you need me to come and sign something Yeah. for it, let me know. >> You're not You're not needing open record. >> All my thing is just getting my property and getting the hell out of here. Okay. >> And I'll be back for court. We got a court thing coming up. You know, I'm not not going to flee, but I got work to do. >> Yeah. So, we we'll figure out. So, the warrant is already at the judge. Um, if we can resend that or whatever. Um, whatever is going to be fastest. So, I mean, I promise we're not trying to delay. >> Yeah. And that card is is I don't know if you guys are used to dealing with those cards. So, I've got a card reader I can run back and grab, too. >> They've got card readers in there as well. >> It's a it's a CFA type A. It's a cinema camera. It's cinema footage. It's not just it's not your typical Oh yeah. >> So different from like any other like >> Yeah. It's not your typical that's in any of our other stuff. It's a CF Type 8. It's a cinema camera. It was a cinema camera and it's a cinema card that it's for recording 8K like movie footage. >> Okay. Once once >> but I have a card. I have a reader that I can bring >> once we take the card physically back to them. We'll have the forensic people who do the download. We'll have them look at it and if they need a special reader like yours um then we may request that from you. Um otherwise uh then it would then we would be delayed if but we I'm assuming >> I think I might have it in the car too. >> I'm assuming we're going to have a reader for it. But I don't I'm not over that unit. So >> I'll check in the car real quick. Make sure it's either there or back at my hotel. So >> excellent. All right. Just >> we'll let you know something as soon as we can. >> I'll be either out I'll be around and you got my cell number. Thank you. >> I just want my stolen property back. >> Easy as possible. >> We're trying to give it to you. Just take it. >> Yeah. >> It's good footage. You can have it. >> Just I get to publish it first, though. >> Don't Don't go, you know, don't go scooping my story on me, Mckin PD, and publish it before I do. >> What's that? >> They >> I know they wouldn't actually because it looks so bad. >> It looks really bad. >> Like I need those cars. I told them I've been telling my audience like we've been working on the documentary for you. All the stuff for that documentary is on those cars. >> We I mean that's the whole reason for the trip out here, >> dude. That ruins that's >> Yeah, >> that's a lot. I mean, a lot of it can't even undo it. We can't even redo it, >> right? >> Cuz it was >> very unique. >> Yeah. You only get one shot. Most of what we do is one shot only. >> Yeah. >> You know, these are all paid actors, but not by us. >> I don't know if you noticed. I I lost I lost some [ __ ] while I was out there in Mckini the other day. >> You lost your voice? >> Yeah. I can't find it. >> Nice. They told me they got to get a warrant and they're going to they're going to download and I told him I'll give it to you. You don't need a warrant. He said, "Will you sign us a consent to search?" I said, "Yeah, >> sure." Guys, I need the card back. I'm going to publish the video. >> Hey, I mean, from from what we're always people are always saying about us, you sure are >> very compliant. >> Me? >> Yeah, >> I am. >> Yeah. Yeah. You're like actually sucking a boot right now. I am. You backed up and he told you back up. You backed up even further and then you went even like you like a joke a comical amount of of distance away. >> The cop even thanked him for obeying him then arrested. >> Yeah. If you guys watch the video of the arrest, too. The cop said, "Thank you for complying and obeying my orders." He told him that >> and then he arrested me for interfering. I would end up spending my entire day there hanging out with my buddies Chuck Bronson, Clash with Bao, Harvey Freeird, Otto the Watchdog, and others, waiting for the McKini Police Department to accomplish something that would take a productive member of society less than 5 minutes. Otto spent most of the day standing by the street holding his signs while live streaming to his channel linked below. >> Two things. We don't have a reader. So, if you want to consent for us to use your reader. >> Yeah, cuz I can get it done now then, right? >> Absolutely. Otherwise, we would have to go purchase it later. >> Um, second thing to expedite the download of your phone. Um, >> there's nothing on the phone. >> Okay. >> It was live streamed. >> There's nothing there. >> Nevertheless, we we don't know what captured what didn't. So, it's going to be it was included in the search warrant. So, >> right. So, they gave you a warrant to search what in my phone exactly >> to search the contents of your phone to see if it has any evidence related to this interference charge. It may not. And that's that's >> Well, that's not very specific. It would be specific to like audio video recordings. >> So you get to search my whole phone to see if there happens to be anything on there even though you know any reasonable Okay. Yeah, I get it. >> Okay. So >> dude, your your guys' this whole organization is a freaking terrorist organization. There is no law and order. Like >> I'm sorry that you >> I mean you know it's not how I feel. It's how it is. >> So I want to ask you one more thing. So um if you give us the password to your phone, it would expedite the search of it. Not a chance to. No chance. >> Not a No, you guys don't need to search the phone. >> Okay. Well, it's going it's going to happen regardless. Okay. So, >> well, you'll get sued for it, too. >> All right. >> And so will the the piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] judge that signed a warrant for it. >> Hey, I'm talking over here. If you want to hear her, go back there. >> Let's not Let's not argue. Let's not argue. >> I agree. Let's not argue. We were here. >> If you're talking over >> All right. Sorry. Go on. Sorry, he interrupted. So, we're we're going to start on the SD cards. >> Yeah, sure. >> Um, and we'll start on the phone because I think those can be done simultaneous. >> Um, do uh let me give you a phone. >> And and this is all for saying shut up to a cop, right? >> No, sure. >> Oh, what is it for then? >> I think there's a little bit more to We're not going to discuss the case. So, >> like what? >> You have that card that uh Detective Reed handed you earlier? >> Mhm. >> That business card. Okay. this phone number. Let me just for you. >> So, they're trying to trump up some other kind of charges on me. Um, my lawyer told me what he thinks they are. It's the same thing. I, you know, I always tell cops the same exact thing. Said, >> "All right, see that number that I that I underlined?" All right. So, obviously, you're giving us consent to use your SD card. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> So, if at any point you decide that you don't want us to use your reader, >> Mhm. >> then you can call that phone number and revoke the consent. >> All right. So, you'll be able to use that and then get that back to me in a couple minutes, though, right? I don't know how long it takes, but as soon as as soon as the download >> Oh, dude, that thing is wicked fast. Like 800 megabytes per second. >> Yeah, it's wicked fast, dude. It's impressive. You're going to like it. You guys are going to want one when when you're done with it. >> We probably need to go buy one. >> So, while I'm willing to give them any and all video of my interaction with their police officer, which is what's on the memory cards, I'm not willing to voluntarily let them search my entire phone. I know that they're going to do it anyways and that they'll search my Google accounts, all my Facebook, my bank accounts, and everything. I'm just trying to make it clear that I don't actually consent to that part. Mostly because when they get in there, they're going to find out that their wives are sending me nudes on a regular basis. If you think they're mad at me now, wait until they find nudes of their own wives in my phone. At 5:00, they close the lobby and kick us all out. The following morning, when I'm about to head back to Arizona, they call me and let me know that my property is ready for release. >> I don't know if it was open. I didn't even try it. >> It's all good. I uh >> All right. So this is the the phone and two SD cards. Okay. This is >> this is just your uh beater. >> What is that? >> Beater. >> Beater. >> Beater. Your SD. >> Oh. Oh, okay. Okay. Sorry. >> So, you don't need a sign for this one because it was never logged as evidence. >> All right. >> These sheets right here, this is your black cell phone. >> Okay. >> Sign that you're picking it up. And this is the two SD cards. >> Okay. to me and sorry for the inconvenience. All right, Mr. >> All right. >> Have any questions? You've got Detective Reed's call uh card. Uh she'll be the one that uh going to submit the case over to the DA's office. But other than that, if you got any questions, got my number as well. >> All right. Thank you. All of my property was returned. At this point, 13 days later, the McKini Police Department has not filed any charges with the Colin County Prosecutor's Office. I haven't looked it up myself, but somebody else told me they looked it up in the system 3 days ago, and it said that the case was closed. This really doesn't mean anything, though, because the statute of limitations on a misdemeanor in Texas is 2 years, meaning that McKini Police Department has 2 years to come back and further retaliate against me. Officer Dean Riono and the two thugs that helped him illegally arrest me have not been arrested and charged themselves yet. I'm sure some good cop somewhere is going to handle it, right?
