this is Lieutenant Butterworth with the Ava Missouri Police Department a few days ago he filed felony charges against Jimmy hag of JC news now the felony charges state that Jimmy made false claims against Lieutenant Butterworth publicly including claims that Butterworth assaulted him when he tried to file a complaint on another officer as well as claims that Butterworth is featured in some homosexual adult film content on the internet Butterworth claims that these are false allegations and that Jimmy making these allegations constitutes felony harassment as it has quote affected his ability to work in a productive manner hey everybody it's James Freeman and a few days ago I shared this video with you where JC news now visited Ava Missouri Police Department to file a complaint on an officer and was bullied out of the building and even off of the property by the lieutenant and chief of police step out the door or you will be escorted out escorted you going to put your hands on me yes I will if you do comp step out can you state the ARs step out what's the mlc on that I need a Complaint Form sir St out you have one in your hand St I need another one for you while JC news now was filling out a complaint form for an officer Lieutenant Butterworth clearly threatened to use violence against him if he refused to leave the building we be escorted out escorted you going to put your hands on me yes I will you going to put your hand yes I will if you do I comply step out as he was leaving he was bullied by a man plain clothes who was later identified as the chief of police what's your name and badge number what's your name what's your badge number what's your name and badge number what's your badge number none of your business I'm a private Citi cop do I do I look like a cop you got a name and badge number you going to identify I ain't got nothing you going down F who are you none of your business who are you none of your business what's your name boy none of your business boy what's your name boy none of your business look at this y' that's a nice little doag you got up there man you like that do you look like a all right are you clear I don't want you to hurt you can't I'm I'm on public property buddy you can't have your cell phone running while you're driving two weeks later JC news now went to the city to serve them with an intent to sue the chief and the lieutenant for threatening and bullying him when he went to file a complaint the very next day lieutenant Butterworth went to the sheriff's department and filed a felony complaint against JC news now claiming that JC publishing Butterworth's bad behavior constituted felony harassment now the judge in their county is Judge Bach but for some reason they took this to judge Raymond gross in Ozark County usually when this happens it's because the local judge refuses to sign the warrant because they don't see probable cause so the police keep shopping until they find a judge that will play their games now when you look at the probable cause statement this story takes an even darker turn much of which I can't even cover here because it's quite literally pornographic at some point local residents in Ava Missouri who are sick and tired of Lieutenant Butterworth's reign of terror in their Community reached out to JC news and sent him links to adult websites claiming to feature Lieutenant Butterworth JC news now made mention of the adult content publicly in one or more of his YouTube videos Lieutenant Butterworth's sworn statement on the probable cause affidavit claims that JC falsely accused him of assaulting JC at the police station the day that he tried to fill out a complaint and falsely accused him of being in homosexual films the affidavit claims that JC publishing these videos has caused people to contact the police department about Butterworth's Behavior which he claims has affected his his ability to work in a productive manner now the site that the informant shared with JC news claims to be straight adult content but the informant sent screen grabs of someone that looks exactly like Lieutenant Butterworth naked and aroused while surrounded by a number of other naked and aroused men and one woman I've made at least a dozen attempts to reach Lieutenant Butterworth in the past week so that he could either confirm or deny for all of us that it is or isn't him in the videos but he's refused to get back to me he has not yet publicly denied that he's in the videos he's only denied that the videos are homosexual in nature now I don't even care to cover this part of the story I'm quite disgusted by it but as far as I'm concerned consenting adults can do whatever they want with one another as long as they all consent and even if it is Lieutenant Butterworth in those videos if it is him it was done on his own time which quite frankly is not none of our business but unfortunately since he put it on a sworn affidavit in a public court record I can't just pretend it's not there he made it part of the story yesterday the department made this post on their Facebook page saying that they're trying to arrest Jimmy ha on harassment charges for exposing Butterworth as you can see they provided multiple contact numbers asking you to call at this point my investigation has led me to believe that Jimmy ha may have misspoken on specific details for example if Jimmy hag really did claim that Butterworth quote assaulted him according to the Missouri statute I don't think that that would match up Butterworth definitely threatened to use violence against ha while ha was trying to fill out a complaint on a police officer but does that constitute assault in the state of Missouri I don't know ask a lawyer it also appears to me that Butterworth wants to split hairs on what's homosexual adult content versus straight adult content it appears to me that someone could argue that Jimmy hag may have made some minor mistakes if we want to split hairs on definitions and if he misspoke I would hope that he would retract any false statements however slapping him with a felony for this appears to me to be nothing more or less than the
