[Music] yes sir I do what is your suspicion it looks like you're carrying a gun in your back pocket I'm stopping to make sure you're carrying it properly you don't have you ensured that it's not a firearm no you keep turning so I can't see it you don't have to be a dick to me well you're being one to me no sir I'm doing my job am I detained yeah you are what's your name and date of birth it doesn't not matter yes sir it does do you have a crime would you like me it's right here all right don't you know I wish to stop before or a walking stick and it could look like a weapon she asked you to really send it okay now she's asking me for ID okay I don't need the idea that's a reasonable articulated suspicious and I have committed a crime and committed a crime in order to stop to do a crime sir and her suspicion was that you were armed okay she's asking me for your ID well now she has verified that I am not off right so there is no idea or not I do have my ideas you don't need it okay okay [Music] you do that 77 whiskey marketing I don't know where his wallet is Sir I don't have a wallet on me okay where's your ID where's your ID pocket which fogger you are not allowed to search me it's in the pocket there you go thank you I want your names and badge numbers 1257 I'll make six five four twenty seven yeah three two two four five seven six one two five four zero this one [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so you legally blind yes I am I had to walk up here in the dark for jury duty which was canceled when she using your stickers [Music] 26. all right Mr Hodges was that that hard it's gonna be I want your name in your badge now for resistance okay all right let's go I want your name in badge number two sir Casey I'm gonna pick my property up please I sure will you want to pull this out of my back pocket okay I'll grab your jacket for you too hmm I attempted to contact the department but since this video is already Mega viral and thousands of you are already calling they're no longer answering the phones there's a couple of things that I want to point out about this video one is that Florida has a statute that says that it's illegal to openly carry a firearm in the state states that allow you to openly or concealed carry a firearm are called constitutional carry states logically a state that doesn't allow that would be called an unconstitutional carry state and make no mistake every single one of these police officers is willing to violate the constitution to enforce these statutes and confiscate your Firearms Nancy Pelosi is certainly no good but I've never seen her stop someone because she thought they were carrying a firearm and try to take it away only cops do that another thing I want to point out is that anytime a police officer accuses you of having a deadly weapon please do not reach for it to prove that it's not a deadly weapon it's a good way to get shot while all the police propaganda will try to tell you that police are there to help you this is an outright lie and for your safety you need to treat police interactions like an armed robbery do exactly as you're told don't say or do anything that might upset them don't make any sudden moves and if you're lucky you just might make it out alive just like dealing with an armed robber it doesn't matter who's right or wrong what matters is that one party here is willing to commit murder while the other isn't and for all the cops out there that say I try to make you look bad if I wanted you to look bad I would tell you to arrest a blind man for having a walking stick but I didn't tell you to do that you did it on your own because you are not a decent human being and do not deserve to be part of a civilized society I personally have had more of my property and my Liberty taken from me by government agents than any private criminal out there if all cops did is help people in need and save babies lives I don't think anybody would be saying F the police no amount of propaganda will ever erase everything that they do on a daily basis to harm innocent people
