Well, ma'am, I'm I'm not trying to get you answer for them. I'm trying to get you to answer for you. I mean, the the paper, the product that was in y'all's possession, someone could have called over. Did Did someone call over there? Don't video me. Um, I am. Sir, you do not have permission to video me, so turn it off, please, and I'll talk to you. Leave. Oh. Oh, that's Jeremy went into the Medina County, Texas Sheriff's Office to ask some questions about a ticket that he received. He's smart enough to have realized that this whole thing people call first amendment audits where they record their government for no reason was only meant to establish that you can record your government. But the whole point of establishing that was to show that every single everyday citizen can and should record all of their own interactions with their government, especially when they're doing business with them. The real point of recording your government is not just to make Kairens lose their mind, although that is hilarious. The real point is that government treats the people that they force to do business with them like crap all the time and then they lie about it and people believe them because people perceive them to be authority. Why would they lie? The whole point of me helping to establish that you have a right to record your government was not to try to get other people to go and trigger Kairens in the workplace. It was to establish that each and every one of you not only have the right but have the civic duty to record all of your own interactions with your own government. You know why I hate the word first amendment auditor? Because recording your government shouldn't be a first amendment auditor thing. It should be a human thing. Many of these interactions will go just fine. But for the ones that don't, if you don't have a recording of it, it's your word against theirs. And they are the all knowing benevolent government. How could they be wrong? [Music] Yes. Uh yes, ma'am. So I I had a couple more questions. Um y'all said that the uh the ticket or whatever was placed in their uh It's in the judge's box. It's in the judge. Was it just placed in there or has it been in there for like a day? They haven't came to pick their stuff up. So that's why they were trying to call you. Okay. And um so when what date would you say it was placed in there? Like a week ago, two weeks ago? I don't know cuz I didn't put it in there. You just talk to the judge's office and everything will be okay. Um so uh how often are they supposed to come and pick up that kind of weekly weekly? So, so it's been in there at least a week then. I don't know, sir. I haven't No, I I understand, man, but I just have some questions that of why like what happened, why it wasn't turned in on time. I'm just trying to figure that out. I mean, why do you keep trying to cut me off? I'm sorry. Well, we're busy. I mean, I'm I'm I'm busy, too. Y'all took two hours of my day today that I'm not going to get back. I made a trip all the way down here. No, but I just work here. So, if you would call the judge's office, they will help you out cuz I can't answer for them. Well, ma'am, I'm I'm not trying to get you answer for them. I'm trying to get you to answer for you. I mean, the the paper, the product, it was in y'all's possession, someone could have called over. Did Did someone call over there? I don't have anything to do with those citations, sir. So, I can't help you. I just know they get put in the judges box and they come pick their stuff up or we mail it to them if we're out for them to do that. Okay. Don't video me. Um, I am. You see, this is the real reason that government doesn't want us recording. It's because this man just showed in about 2 minutes how incompetent this woman is and how much she doesn't care that she just wasted 2 hours of this man's time. Hello sir. Sir, you do not have permission to video me. So, turn it off, please, and I'll talk to you. Ma'am, we were in the middle of talking and then you just What do you need help with? Um, nothing that concerns you, sir. Yeah, it does. I work here. Okay. She told you that you were issued a citation, right? Right. I'm not going to answer your question. I don't have citation. You need to go to the judge and talk to the judge's office. Go ahead. Get an attitude with me. Get it all out. I have an attitude with you. Yes, you do. They're trying to explain. You want to walk up to me like that all trying to be scary thinking you got authority over me? You're nothing. Get out. You're nothing. Arrest you for trespassing. You will. Yeah, you will. Yes. So, um, just to verify, you're here for some other reason. It has nothing to do with this department. Um, that is not accurate. I have not told you why I'm here. That I'm here for a citation. I just heard you ask about it. I'm here for multiple reasons. Thank you. Okay. The citation's not here, sir. I'm I'm Everything got turned into the judge's office. You need to talk with JP one, two, or three. Sir, I'm not going to argue with you anymore. If if you are threatened me if I don't leave that you are Are you threatening me under arrest? I will leave. They've already answered your question and you're still here. I'm not done asking you in this room. I'm not done asking questions. What's the question? I don't want to talk to you first off. Why? Cuz I got an issue with you. What issue? Uh your face for one. Now you need to leave. Leave. Oh. Oh, that's that's assault. That's assault. I I got your ass. You're lawsuit. lawsuit. You tyrant Nazi piece of You're a worthless tyrant sucking. Lawsuit, mother. You just up sucking You up. You up. Yeah. Yeah. I got you, mother. I got you. Tyrant Nazi. Come out here and do that ass mother lawsuit. Suck my mother. Youucked up. I got you, mother. You're that stupid, aren't you? Yep. Now, I'm sure you're all thinking the same thing as me. I wonder how this guy really feels about Deputy Thomas with the Medina County, Texas Sheriff's Office. And if only he could find a way to verbalize exactly how he feels about being attacked by this thug. I don't know, maybe some of you guys can find the right words and reach out to the Medina County Sheriff's Office with them. I'm sure some people might even say that this guy's reaction was out of line and inappropriate. But he could not have been more cool, calm, collected, and polite before hands were illegally put on him. This guy didn't go in here just to try to annoy or trigger somebody or get some reaction out of somebody. They had already wasted hours of his time with their incompetence and he was just trying to get clear answers about how he could prevent his time being wasted again. If I had been in that lobby that day and decided that Jeremy annoyed me and decided to physically put my hands on him and push him out of the building, I would be in jail. This isn't just misconduct or violating policy. This is criminal behavior and it needs to start being treated as such. You can reach out to the department to find out when Deputy Thomas will be booked into jail on charges of assault and battery. But I'll give you a hint. The answer is never. Because this system was built by criminals for criminals. Jeremy doesn't wear this silly label of First Amendment auditor. He's just a guy who was getting screwed over by government and decided to record it. Be like Jeremy.
