Witnesses called 911 stating that a man at a bar was grabbing his wife by the throat they had left the bar before the police arrived but after watching the surveillance video officers went to summers's home to complete the investigation and arrest him Summers was super tough in the video while putting his hands around his wife's throat but he instantly turned into a little [ __ ] when
