outlawing carry of firearms [Music] in New Mexico and we're going to ask them if they're giving out citations for people carrying uh on Sunday there was a number of people there's probably 100 people out at the Gathering and typically when you have a hundred armed people tyrants don't do anything but they do like to catch us one at a time and start picking us off that way and that's usually how things are done so you guys are cool being on camera right sure I got a couple of people with me this is my buddy James and Blair Blair is an attorney that's uh suing the judge in Torrance County for me and so he's out here with me as well and James is with me as well so I'm gonna put you the reason we're in portrait mode I know you guys are probably pissed about it but um I need to put you in my shirt pocket so that I can record so I can static record with high quality in my hand so that's why we're in portrait mode if you hate it sorry but the edited video will come out in regular mode so order so we'll see for those of you who regularly watch my channel I don't ever open carry I concealed carry for probably at least a decade almost all the time I personally don't care to open carry could speak to our public information officer and they'll be able to give you all the details A through Z okay but they're if you're interested so there won't be any enforcement though you have you have to speak to our public information okay that's fair enough but you won't be enforced so you have to speak to our public information for all the information on enforcement information yeah any enforcement or or whatever so we could get you that information if you would like no I mean if you aren't enforcing it then you're not enforcing it so that's what I'm that's what I'm asking that's other people's table to feed your family you know what I mean it's and that's that's pretty much the example where we can access her yeah I mean we we can do like press interviews or interviews and stuff like that I know you're probably live streaming uh like your group of stuff but we do have a public information officer that's uh that's his whole job to add that you guys can reach out to answer all your questions and it's the public information sure the one who'll be who will be handing out citations or will that be you he's the one that does all the interviews and answers all you get oh I'm just looking for the people who are handing out citations I'll tell you right now so I'm not handing out to citation right now okay that's what I can say but like I said everything else you can go through our public information you're not going to kick my door down later with a SWAT team to give me a citation are you sure huh sir you promise oh I promise because I mean that would suck for you to just come and terrorize my entire family and this is what I'm gonna do I'm going to do right now no I'm not going to decide you okay I'm going to inform you that you are based on the governor's order that you are violating the public health order and then I'm going to walk away unless you have a crime to commit or unless it's a crime to report or you're committing a crime which is trying to somebody because the governor just recently made some orders saying I can't do what I've done every day of my life you heard him say multiple times I'm not giving you a citation yet right right it means that this is conduct that they will issue a citation right help us told us that they're issues and and to me it says people have asked me I've realized around the entire country most cops don't want to screw with me anymore but they'll still screw with you not you actually either but they'll still screw with most people and so it's a thing it's a bully mentality they're not going to bully somebody that they know can fight back and will fight back or that it's able to record what they're doing right they want to because they're bullies they will bully the weak they will seek out hunt out sniff out who they believe are weak and they will bully them so I mean he wants to act as if he's being decent important not you're not man being decent would be to say outright no I will not enforce the order on anyone anytime anywhere and if I'm asked to I will resign my position that is the only acceptable answer [Music] [Music] all right guys well we're out of here um I guess I'll
