after the show Evan noticed an extremely heavy police presence nearby and headed over to record what was going on based on the number of police present it was clear that they must be dealing with something really big possibly a homicide or some other type of violent crime with severe injuries Evan realized that whatever it was it was clearly a matter of public interest and therefore exercised his right to Free Press recording the incident with the full intent to publish his recordings to show the world whatever was happening there that night he was immediately harassed and bullied by a gang of thugs who told him that he was not allowed to be close enough to the incident to actually be able to document it we would later find out what was actually happening here and surprisingly it wasn't a homicide or a violent crime or even a crime at all but we'll get into that later they're right by my house we are military you're a liar you're a liar you're a liar he just told me to move stand over there but then he took a picture of me so I wanted to approach him to ask for his name and ID number which I did and then I got hands put on me and that's where I have a problem with all of his interaction I don't know what you guys are dealing with and I respect your guys' job I really do but getting hands put on me that that's not cool man is anybody's body cam rolling out here does anybody have a body cam at all so you don't answer questions yes sir body okay so PBSO doesn't have body cams I'm not doing well we have an AC investigation I don't give a [ __ ] I need you to step back I'm on a public sidewalk right now I am challenging each and every one of you I am in your so-called investigation do something about it and there they go cockroaches always cockroaches it's like you pull a can of raid out as you can see there's close to a dozen deputies in police cars here including a Chevy and Paula parked on the sidewalk and units blocking two out of the three travel Lanes in the road obviously something really big happened here right what happened is a 17-year-old chirped his tires in a parking lot these deputies came over placed him under arrest for racing on a highway those charges were later dropped by prosecutors since there was was no racing and there was no Highway he was in a privately owned parking lot law enforcement can't enforce traffic laws on private property I'm not a fan of criminals but if police have this many resources available for a kid that chirped his tires in a parking lot they are definitely overfunded since a huge portion of their operations are funded by federal grants if you live in the US and pay taxes you are personally paying for these cops to do what they're doing as you can see Evan wasn't arrested on this night which was December 30th 2022 a few days later on January 3rd 2023 Evan went to the department to file complaints on the deputies involved in bullying him the following day January 4th a notice to appear was issued for Evan accusing him of violating Florida statute 84302 resisting an officer without violence the statute says that it shall be a misdemeanor to resist obstruct or oppose any officer in the lawful execution of any Duty now there's a few problems here first it's perfectly clear that accusing him of a crime was retaliation for the complaints that he filed against the officers if they really believed he committed a crime they would have arrested him on the scene second none of these officers had any lawful Duty or authority to harass the kid that chirped his tires on private property which is why the charges for the original incident were completely dropped third even if these deputies had a lawful duty to harass a kid for chirping his tires Evan being even 2 feet away from them while they harass the kid wouldn't prevent them from executing their duty to harass the only difference between the harassment with Evan there versus without him there is that with him there the harassment would be documented and be able to be shown to the world as you saw in the video none of these deputies have body cams and as you've seen on this channel and many others police often write stories and call them police reports and even write sworn affidavits about incidents that in absolutely no way match the video footage of the incident so the case for resisting and obstructing was set for jury trial April 11th 2023 and ended and a hung jury the charges were refiled and a jury trial was set for the day before Thanksgiving this year where he was found guilty and a judge sentenced him to 30 days in the county jail he's appealing that case so there's a hearing set tomorrow before judge April Bristo to have him released on bond during the appeals process but there's a few things I hope all of you will take away from this incident first just because you haven't broken the law doesn't mean you won't get arrested doesn't mean you won't get convicted even and it doesn't even mean that you won't serve time every criminal case that's gone to an appeals court went there because someone was wrongfully convicted and they had to beg multiple other courts to recognize this this process is expensive and time consuming therefore poor people can't afford it luckily Evan isn't poor and will therefore be able to buy Justice and I'm genuinely glad that he will but there are 1.68 million people incarcerated in the US today many of those people are guilty criminals who took life liberty and property from others but how many of those people are just like Evan and harmed absolutely nobody more importantly how many of those people would have been Victorious if they had the tens of thousands of dollars to use the appeals process to exonerate themselves the government is messing with the wrong people when they mess with people like Evan Amanda Jeff Gray Philip Turner myself and many others who will exhaust every possible resource to fight them to The Bitter End but what I really hope all of you will learn and take away from not just this video but all of the videos that I produce is that none of the justice system is about Justice or law or order it's about politics it's about money but it's certainly not about Justice I don't claim to have all the answers but I do know that the first step to fixing a problem is recognizing that there is a
