you're in a public building you can fil in a public place but if you start monitoring this monitoring it yeah which uh which law school did you learn the word monitorize at on September 18th 2024 Jeff Gray from the YouTube channel H year oath was standing outside of Little Rock Arkansas City Hall holding a sign that said God bless the homeless veterans when he was approached by Officer Jackson and officer Morris and eventually trespassed from the property for constitutionally protected Free Speech officer Morris completely fabricates a false story that contradicts what her body cam shows actually happened all Jeff did was stand there with his son but she claimed that he was begging for money falsely claiming to be a veteran and even said multiple times that he claimed to be a sovereign citizen which Jeff is not and never claimed to be I linked to the full body cam on Jeff's channel in the description below during the interaction the officers briefly mentioned possibly Heming Jeff up for not having a permit for his free speech so while I was in Little Rock recently I decided to go in to inquire about this permit to exercise rights for anyone who's new here no such permit exists or is necessary but I find the process of helping them come to this conclusion themselves fascinating how you doing sir good how are you uh I need to get a permit permit to uh for uh a protest um if you will message and the attorney name you're trying to reach someone will give as possible thank here should I just run up to the office I need to go to uh well I I don't know I think a uh what let me let me think so is it like an event kind of thing or is it just a group of people out hanging out well yeah you know they all call each other and say hey we've all got kids let's go stupid it is that you have to have a permit to go outside and protest especially with a group for more than 20 people we both know that if you're at the park you don't have to have a permit to play permits okay is that's something that you're interested in okay yeah I mean it seems quite reasonable that if I was going to shut down a public Street or sidewalk you know hindering other people's ability of tree free travel it would seem perfectly reasonable that I need to get a permit that everyone needs to know ahead of time hey the road's going to be closed you're not going to be able to traffic of any sort of fashion of that this when you're going to need to have an application or a permit in all right so no permit for me to stand by myself on the steps of city hall with a sign that donations so I am making money at this very moment off of this now the the key is is that the only caution I will give you is if an employee says you know don't film my face and you can not do that or you can figure out how to pixelate it I would suggest you do that if you do film their face I think you got a privacy question for the employee in what you're asking for remember what I said though I
