know what I am uh they impounded my truck and I had to pay 341 dollars and something to get it out when I was uh they didn't arrest me they just took my property uh with no warrant this is what I have on the back of my truck when it happened I had all of this on here when it happened I had my plates on here the plates and the tags I took the the tag off of my windshield and I've been in town I've seen cops and I've passed by cops and they ain't tried to pull me over so I don't have the sticker I took it off it was outdated 2018. that's right Rebel got his truck out of impound and now he's driving around with no plates and no inspection sticker let's see how that goes hello from the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office the reason for the stop today is no license plate on the vehicle can you show me a state law that gives you authority over me well I can't show you but I can because you don't have authority over me and you can't do anything if you do not have authority over me so do you have your driver's license and insurance on you you do not have authority over me do you have your driver's license you do not have authority over me sir you do I don't answer questions I understand that and I am invoking my fourth amendment and Fifth Amendment rights to be secure in my person's uh papers effects uh and property yes sir I understand what you're saying and if you swore an oath you are to uphold the Constitution that's the interstate Constitution the state constitution says I have a right to travel okay what's your name sir um don't answer questions sir sir what's your name I don't answer questions sir sir you've been stopped I understand that but I do not have to answer any of your questions show me a state law it says I have to answer your questions okay here's your state law for those questions Texas Transportation code 521.025 requires a driver to have their license in their possession while driving and display it when asked by a police officer you get it that's you the driver you're not traveling that's the passengers which you don't have so you're driving you have been stopped for the traffic infraction uh Read Me My Rights if uh public roadway you're investigating me read me my rocks I'm not trying to make it hard it's just you are violating my rights they're going to provide me with your name if I do that then no matter what happens you're going to use that against me and I have the right to not let you use stuff against me unless it's done in a court of law we're not in a court of law we're not in a court of law and I have the right to life liberty to Pursuit of Happiness yes sir and I'm not trying to infringe upon you yes you are sir you pulled me over I'm traveling in an automobile this is not what you want to call it this is an automobile this is not a vehicle that is uh that I am paid to drive I'm not a driver I'm not a driver I'm a traveler I'm traveling I have the right to travel according to the Supreme Court have to answer any questions and give you any information I understand that and then and then if I'm being detained if I've been detained you ought to read me my rides it's a total fabrication you have the right to shut up or I'll kick your ass it's all mines are an investigation fraction on on a highway there is no law that states that I am to hell I am obligated to help you do your job I understand what you're saying and I understand your whole thing it's just I don't answer questions you're impeding my right to travel naturally as given to me by God you you swore an oath that by 13 people when I was arrested and 12 others were arrested the day I was arrested multiply that 13 times 350 dollars and just six hours or uh 10 hours I was picked up at 1 30 and taken to jail
