afternoon again everyone um just briefly because it is late and it has been a long day um I will say that uh although we call this a dangerousness here what I am actually called upon to decide is whether or not the Commonwealth has proven by clear and convincing evidence that there are no conditions of release that would reasonably assure the safety of the community in this case um and I'm not certain what conditions I could set that would do so uh given what their brief history here in the Commonwealth on July 3D demonstrates to me and so they are ordered held without bail we are now going to set a probable cause hearing date and so I will hear from the lawyers as to what date they would like August that good for all attorney yeah and I think we were in agreement that doing by Zoom might be a good idea August okay thank you as to all six defendants the Commonwealth request for detention under Section 58a has been allowed you will be held for a period of 120 days that end dat being November 3rd 2021 as to all defendants your oral or the one written motion to dismiss has been denied and as to Mr stepen Perez um um Lua L the common motion to amend the complaint to reflect the name Steven Perez with the specified date of birth has been allowed mits will issue to respective institutions for August 9th 2021 for probable cause hearing via zoom and I'm required to ADI advise all of you that if there is probable cause to believe a new offense has been committed your bail could be revoked and you could be help for up to the time of trial August 9th for probable cause thank you you all very much yes Miss fun yes I will allow motion for f
