gave me back my registration took my id and we'll see what happens next and now there is a second unit arriving i have had no conversation with this gentleman at all i don't know why he pulled me over but now there is a second unit here hi are you america yes sir hi america my name is officer roberson i'm with the traffic unit okay and so i would just call her to make sure everything's good to go in terms of driving digital impairment issues like that absolutely all right everything okay though everything's fine with me i'm sorry everything's fine with me excellent great all right so um when you were just started a few minutes ago where are you coming from man i'm respectfully going to decline answering questions thank you why is that it's i'm not legally obligated to i realize that i just wonder what because it then it requires me to enter into a consensual conversation and i'm not willing to do that okay have you had a bad experience before i'm not willing to answer questions registration coming back expired registration yes sir parking lot of the greenlee the farming store on route 73. so do you have a license on you may if we see it no are you freezing give me your license sir uh unless you have a writ or a warrant or anything like that to obligate you to do so okay well it's a traffic stop you're being detained right now one hundred central sorry 26 please do i haven't do we have another registration for the great car because the cops just pulled me over between the cops the registration was expired can you show me a law or anything that that states that i have to show you that can you give me something yes your registration's expired can you give me a verification that i have i don't have to yes you do this is a traffic stop no no no yes it is a traffic stop can you show me something that documents i don't have to show you anything yeah you you don't pull me up you have to have a reason right the reason is your registration is expired right here um you provide me proof that's expired virtual hospital you need to provide me the driver's license there's a traffic stop license registration insurance are required i don't have to show you anything you're required by law to provide me with a driver's license in the state of new jersey show me a law that says i don't have to yes you do you're stating the law that doesn't exist it doesn't exist it doesn't exist if it exists i don't need to show you anything so you need to provide the driver's license you have to show me you have to show me call no i don't you you're in the obligation here not me all right i'm stable i'm going to provide documents very argumentative so you need to provide me the driver's license i just want to see a law that says i have to there is a law i'm not true i'm not required to provide you any documentation i'm not required to provide you yes you are by law don't use the law not required to show you anything you need to provide me with your driver's license sir should you understand you'd be placed under arrest for not showing your driver's license right now your vehicle is expired the registration on your vehicle is expired you need to provide them with documents one of those is your license you set the registration right registration right here there's a registration engineer right yes it's expired you need to provide me with the driver's license why do you need my life so i can prove that you're illegally allowed to drive this vehicle okay so can you show me a lot of states that you need i don't have to i'm just telling you you don't you're you're words i'm a police officer in the state of new jersey i'm so sworn you this job break the law all the time have you not seen the news you guys do not do a good job of providing yourselves credibility so i'm stating if you're stating that's a law show me the law i don't have to there's no requirement for you to show your laws a law officer not have to provide proof of the law because it's our word your word means nothing you can't go to court and say that's that's fine i just want to see the wall thirty four nine got registration insurance he won't provide with his license he called a lawyer his lawyers on his way whatever failing to it's ready to expire this doesn't stop so right now he's finally provided driver's license and uh registration all right adjust the driver's listen at this point what's your name and i know who you are i'm telling you right now you're going to give us your name no i'm not all right or i'm going to yank you out of this car then
