establish i believe is that not all traffic stops are conducted because of criminal activity some things that you can get pulled over for are civil infractions which technically aren't crimes but you can still be pulled over for them so this idea that you can't be pulled over for civil infractions absolutely wrong i'm getting ready to break your window sir if you don't cooperate he's about to you they are absolute nonsense so let's go over some of it affidavit fact exhibit a enclosed are international treaty violations involving human trafficking and corporate persons generating income and not reporting the information of the internal revenue services uh none of that makes sense and i it just i there better be something good in whatever was filed now this was filed december 7th 2017 i believe it was sent on the fourth not super relevant but if we look at the sort of timeline of things sort of puts you put you in the right place our boy here in his court case filing nonsense says quote speeding running stop signs traveling without license plates or registration are not threats to the public safety and thus are not arrestable offenses end quote that allegedly comes from christy versus elliot now i assure you that speeding and running stop signs are threats to public safety now traveling without license plates or registration yeah an argument could be made especially in the early 1900s when this case was originally filed 1905 by the way illinois supreme court christie versus elliot now if we look through this case and we look up something like speed speeding is not in there stops stop signs not in there license no license plates not in there a lot of the words that are used in this quote aren't in the case which makes me think that that quote is not in the case and in fact probably has never existed within our legal system something you want to do if you ever hear a sovereign citizen or moorish american quote a case it's either going to generally be made up or it's going to be completely out of context for future reference our boy goes on to say from the declaration of human rights united nations general assembly resolution 217 december 10 1948 article 15. number one everyone has the right to a nationality that's right i assume i don't know if this is actually legitimate but yes everyone i assume should have a right to a nationality if you're born in the united states you get to be a united states citizen you don't just not get a nationality it doesn't mean that you can make up your own nationality because that requires you to actually have a nation which sovereign citizens do not neither do moorish americans although they certainly claim to that's actually a major difference between sovereign citizens and most americans most americans actually try to claim the united states is theirs whereas sovereign citizens generally claim that no one really has any authority over them it's a whole thing we're not going to get into it number two of this article 15 says no one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality or denial the right to change his nationality again i don't know if this is the legitimate thing i have no idea but are you arbitrarily deprived of your nationality if you're told that you're an american citizen no if you're born in america that makes you a natural-born citizen in the united states denial of the right to change your nationality you can change your nationality but you can't just change it to anything you want i can't be like my nationality is a bowl of pasta right that's not gonna get any recognition not gonna happen regardless of what your nationality is though when you're in the united states you do still have to obey united states law if someone from spain comes here to visit they still have to obey all the laws even though they're spanish if someone grew up on an abandoned desert island like i actually don't i legitimately don't have a nationality i i grew up in the open ocean on a little a little bit of sand dolphins fed me well guess what they still have to obey the laws even if they don't have nationality it's crazy how that works i know if i went to a foreign country let's say romania and i slapped a baby in the face i don't get to say well i'm not romanian you can't touch me guess what's going to happen i'll give you a wild wild guess you know what you know united nations general assembly 1989 principle three every child shall be entitled from his birth to a name and nationality congratulations you get a name you get a nationality doesn't mean you get to choose your name doesn't mean you get to choose your nationality not confusing let's keep going definition of ld car that gives identifying information such as name age and organizational membership warrants shall issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the person or things to be searched that is the fourth point of the constitution what i'm very familiar with means that you can't be searched you can't be seized your property can't be searched or seized without reason that can be important in a second we'll get to that all right quote the constitution has written instrument as such its meaning does not alter that which it meant when it was adopted it means now which is south carolina versus us four through seven four four eight let's check that real quick south carolina versus us437 let's see if any of that exists oh 1905 fantastic oh boy oh boy okay that quote does exist and so does this one one other fact must be born in mind and that is that in interpreting the constitution we must have recourse to the common law yeah so sometimes you got to figure out what the constitution meant and to do that you got to review common law a lot of the time or create common law so when we talk about things like driving and traveling all that has been reviewed by courts in fact by the supreme court a few times and you know what they review and rely on common law other court rulings to determine okay what do we what do we think this actually meant because guess what there were no cars there were no cars when the constitution was written there was no concept of cars so obviously when the constitution was written that was not taken into account so what the courts do is they interpret the constitution to apply to modern day things and be like well this is what this is how it should be right for the safety of the people for the general welfare of the public we have to do things this way i don't know what this guy is referring to when he actually cites south carolina versus united states but there's a great example because sovereign citizens likes to be like no travel you still can travel doesn't mean you can drive the government's not required to give you the most uh convenient mode of travel you got feet you got hands you can crawl along the ground with by all means you can take a bus nothing's stopping you from taking a bus to my knowledge taxi have a friend drive you you do not have the right to operate a motor vehicle that's different from traveling now you can operate a motor vehicle travel those are two different things i mean i can operate a plane or a helicopter to travel doesn't mean i have a right to do either of those things crazy i know i'm not going to read all the cases there's a lot there and i'm sure that none of them are applicable maybe they are i don't know nothing i've seen so far has really been like oh gosh you got me there let's keep going through this though we have a uh affidavit of the fact exhibit b okay criminal complaint violation of secured constitutional treaty right by person working for or by cohesion with the city of jurisdiction that's not how that works at all it's just it's just so stupid it's so stupid anyway on august 16th 2017 approximately 11 40 p.m estimated i think is what he means by i don't know it's and battery damaged personal property damage to property well it seems like you said the same thing twice unlawful arrest color of law violation failure to properly identify an unconstitutional abuse of power while slowly approaching a yellow light at an intersection pj monterio was doing business as a police officer for the city of fayetteville was casually taking a left turn going towards the direction i had just came from okay afterwards lights turned green and i casually proceeded to go on my travels 15 seconds later i see pj monterio doing business as a police officer for the city of fayetteville illegally performing you turn to the middle of the highway oh yeah by the way uh police officers can do that if they see some crime afoot or certainly something that they can pull you over for the the u-turn not illegal in their case for that situation after performing this action pj monterey doing business as a police officer for the city of fayetteville stalked me from 10 yards away that's not what stalking is by the way and a diagonal position stop stalking me for several minutes slowing down when i slow down speeding up when i speed up then just as i'm a few feet from the city of fayetteville city limits signed pj monterio doing business as a police officer for the city of fayetteville turns on his blue lights no way i did nothing wrong i pulled over and asked pgm ontario doing business as a police officer for the city of fayetteville whenever he reaches the vehicle his reason for pointing me over pj monterio doing business i can't keep doing this i'm gonna try as a police officer for the city of fayetteville then proceeds to lie to me and state that he pulled me because my plates not match the vehicle claiming the plates were coming back for a white lincoln instead of a red chevy cruise i was currently in knowing this to be a lie because one the vehicle was just purchased brand new off car line all paperwork correct and two in order for pj montario doing business as a police officer for the city of fayetteville to have seen my place in the first place would be if he was riding behind me instead of committing the illegal unjustifiable u-turn what yeah so it sounds like he ran your plates and they didn't come back correctly now if you're a moorish american it's not really surprising to believe that your plates are incorrect the police officer can absolutely run them there is no expectation of privacy on your plates they can check them whenever they want for no reason and that traffic stop if those plates did not come back correctly is perfectly lawful absolutely 100 you then committed the crime of not identifying yourself during a lawful traffic stop don't know what to tell you perhaps when you bought the car it was registered improperly now you can take a civil suit to whoever sold that car if that's the case i mean this was 2017 so you i don't know if you can anymore but that's absurd and then he filed all that nonsense remember all that nonsense none of it really made sense he's citing all these things well apparently the judge thought it didn't make sense either because the court directed plaintiff to particularize his complaint he was given 14 days to find his particularized pleading basically saying like look man you give us a bunch of stuff we're not really sure what you mean by it doesn't really make sense you gotta take it you gotta clarify it maybe condense it maybe expand it in the appropriate areas but you have to make this make sense why is this kidnapping why is this extortion why is this whatever it was there was a lot of nonsense and then i guess he failed to do it because on july 17 2018 the action was dismissed without prejudice meaning it can be filed again i don't know if it was for failure to prosecute and the reason for failure to prosecute was because uh the the case wasn't particularized so there you have it a whole bunch of nonsense as you'd expect from these sovereignties
