That hearing never had took place. Um Yeah, you didn't show up for your trial and the $9,000 bond was forfeited. So, what happens then, Mr. Davis Bay? Yeah, you get arrested, Mr. Davis Bay. And that $9,000 has to be paid, dig it out. And it looks like you paid it. And what is this I see? You have a lawyer now, too, huh? Huh? Well, good for you, Mr. Davis Bay, because you weren't getting anywhere on your own and we both know that. Huh? Yeah, and your appeal that you filed. Yes, that was [music] dismissed very quickly. If they say you out breaking some type of law and driving, then it MUST BE A CONTRACT IN PLAY. LET'S TALK ABOUT IT, MOORISH. WHERE'S THE CONTRACT IF YOU A DRIVER? IF YOU A DRIVER OR PASSENGER, THAT MEANS YOU RIDING IN THE UBER. ONLY PERSON THAT'S DRIVING IS DRIVING in Ubers AND 18-WHEELERS. IT'S LAW. SEE, THE FOURTH AMENDMENT SAYS THEY CAN'T PULL YOU OVER WITHOUT A WARRANT. LET'S TALK ABOUT SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION. COURTS DO NOT HAVE JURISDICTION. OH, YES, they do. Oh, by the way, the appeals court wrote back. Yeah, your appeal is incomplete, Mr. Davis Bay. So, work with your attorney, get back on that, and finish your trial. We'll see you then. Huh?
