I'm Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly. It's time for this week's edition of Fugitive Friday Bingo! Let's find out who we're going to go get! (turns on bingo machine) (rattling bingo balls) Sergeant Mello of our Fugitive Unit... number 6. Time's up. Roosevelt Hemphill. Black male, 5'6, 210 pounds. He is wanted for failing to appear reference burglary of a structure or conveyance, grand theft, criminal mischief. He is also wanted for another warrant for failure to appear reference burglary of a structure or conveyance, principal to a larceny, petit theft first degree and criminal mischief. So this is a guy that likes to break into your stuff and steal your stuff. Let's put him in the Green Roof Inn before he can victimize somebody else. Call us with your tips. Call Crime Stoppers. 1-888-277-TIPS.
