accidents they want to be covered right so if I'm not able to be covered when you hit my car I'm G be upset because now that means that I either have to replace my vehicle with my own money or my insurance rates are going to go up because I'm going to use my insurance to cover those costs so that's why they made it a misdemeanor in the state of Michigan which is punishable by either 90 days in jail or up to a $500 fine because they were tired of people just saying oh I'm not gonna get it and then they would get into these situations right but we understand people have Financial hardships so if you would like a pre-trial I can give you until July 1 to try and get everything together is that what you would like to do ma'am yes I would just like to get the insurance and bring it to y'all question was do you or don't you have insurance at this point in time I'm asking you to dismiss the case with prejudice okay so I'm not going to do that because it's still an open case and I still
