Just don't touch me. >> Well, we're going to. >> Some people are dumb. >> Really? >> What started out as a sovereign citizen adverse possession claim became a criminal case, and the charges escalated quickly. Ashley is now facing felony escape, resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, threatening law enforcement, along with multiple misdemeanor charges. And court records also show that sovereign Ashley later failed to appear in court. After failing to appear, a felony warrant is issued. No bond hold. Nearly a full year later, Ashley was booked back into Orange County Corrections, and as of this recording, she's still awaiting trial. Adverse possession does not mean entering somebody else's property, changing the locks, removing signs, and then declaring yourself the owner. Florida law has very specific legal requirements, and they were clearly not met here. As for where I've been lately, let's just say I needed a place that I could get in right away. Hi.
