I'm Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly. It's time for this week's edition of Fugitive Friday Bingo. I can't wait to find out who you will help us put in jail. (rattling bingo balls) Sergeant Mello, number one is not number one anymore. Time's up. Who is it? Roosevelt Marell. Black male, 5 foot 9 inches tall, 150 pounds. He is wanted for violation of community control reference fleeing/attempting to elude LEO at high speed and violation of probation reference corruption by threat, public servant or family. So here's another person that's been given an opportunity by a judge to turn their life around. He violated it. Call us with your tips. Call Crimestoppers. 1-888-277-TIPS (8477).
