the united states i have native american rights that y'all are on a native american tribe no listen mr sovereign citizen you are not native first of all and second of all yes we have to follow the no rear plate is required for cars in california so yes in california you need front and back plates right there's the vehicle code read up on the law however we still have to abide by the process where the driver is still part of the car in the sense that we have to conduct and complete our end of it with the investigation why is there an investigation being had because it was a misunderstanding about no no no no it's like i just but i just told him what happened to the rear plate uh-huh i did mr pearson did you did you remember what i told you what happened to the rear plate and don't you see the toe stuff on the back of that and then he just has to check with all the id make sure it all works but it's why do you have to check that that's right for citizens so can you get going on the officer shouldn't expect it to believe that me they have to confirm that the person is likely who doesn't want to be caught isn't going to lie to an officer we're not saying we don't believe you we just have to it's just our formalities you have to confirm it you made the concept so but in in but in my formality having all of this go down i'm unlicensed and i'm telling you that as a the same thing i told him when i'm in my citizenship so so like and i'm not a common person that drives in this native in this land so i don't know all of your commonalities some people are dumb yeah really i don't i wasn't here i'd like i am not being detained so i don't have to abide by any detainee laws how am i being detained right now the traffic stop it's the simple it's the simplest container it's the most common i know you're aware of traffic so the detain the detainment happens when the person agreed to the traffic violation wrong again mr stubborn citizen read the definition
