[Music] well I went to do a Freedom of Information Act request because I had uh multiple judges and uh multiple prosecutors and I also have a lot of police officers that I need to get their o and bonds for so that I can file a federal case now I put in a Freedom of Information Act request for the O bonds of multiple judges right and prosecutors and I was denied through the clerk of court stating that uh I needed to pay money to put in a Freedom of Information Act request and welcome to facts or frauds and our Sovereign friend Miss MC Henry is back in the conat municipal court in Ohio this time she's got have a surprise for us all the court is on the record in city of conat versus Amber R McKenry case number 24 TRD 527 uh this case is set for a status conference today prior to the jury trial that's scheduled at the end of this month Miss McKenry is present she's accompanied by her attorney Mai Sayed also present is law director John Lewis court is in receipt of a pre-trial report Mr Lewis thank you your honor we uh we may have a resolution of the of the matter uh should the court be willing to accept it uh whereby the city would dismiss the fictitious plate charge at defendant's cost and M McKenry would then enter the of guilty to the two remaining charges of failure reinstate driving under suspension and expired plates uh the city would then recommend wherever findes supp court with appropriate along the court cost of the case thank you thank you Mr s thank you honor uh I did convey the offer from law direct Lewis to my client McKenry after extensive talks and going over what she would be waving today she has decided today that uh she would take the plea offer along with the along with the state's recommendation of just court costs and fines all we ask her honor is if is if the court can give Miss mcken some ample time to pay she has informed me um you know she has other issues to deal with outside of this court so she just does need some significant time to make the court cost compliance and other cost from thist also so it's already okay I I just want to make sure we're on the same page he's recommending fines and Court cause yes he's he is recomend men in a fine you know I just yes I'm sorry yeah I mean he's it's just not being one charge is being dismissed at her cost right but the he's he's asking the fines being imposed into the other two charges yes okay okay Miss McKenry it's my understanding today that you wish to change uh while you originally entered no plea to charges of failure to reinstate an unclassified misdemeanor and expire expired plates minor mror you wish to enter guilty pleas to those two charges in exchange for those guilty pleas of the fourth degree misdemeanor charge of fictitious place would be dismissed at your cost is that what you would like to see happen today uh I believe so you understand by pleading guilty to those charges that you would be waving your right to the jury trial that is currently scheduled at the end of the month as well as all of your trial rights we just had a trial uh last week so you kind of know what a trial is like so by pleading guilty to these two charges you'd be waving all of those trial rights is that what you wish to do would that put an end to litigation yes it would then I'm sorry yes okay also by you are represented my Mr sayage have you had sufficient time to consult with him and are you satisfied with his Council uh yes okay I do find that defendants please guilty to these minor and unass classified misdemeanor offenses in subcase A and B failure to reinstate and expired plates to be knowing voluntary and intelligent the court will accept the guilty pleas to those two charges and I will therefore find her guilty of those offenses I will dismiss at the defendant's cost the fictitious plates car C or fictitious plates charge in subcase C okay before I proceed to sentence is there anything that you or your client would like to say Mr s in mitigation your honor just as uh indicated earlier just as long as uh she's given ample time to pay uh as she indicated herself too she has other court costs and fines out of this court um besides that nothing further M McKenry is there anything you would like to say at this time before I impose sentence no okay anything M further Mr Lewis nothing further thank you are you are you able to work or you are you I'm are you working yeah I I take care of mentally and physically disabled people Okay the reason I ask is because there is a component of community work service and the failure to reinstate if you're full-time work um I'm I'm less inclined to do that are you working full-time yes okay okay um on the failure to reate charge and $150 F costs on the fictitious I'm sorry on the expired Place charge a $50 F in court cost did you have insurance in the vehicle you're driving that day at 2006 Honda Civic okay just advising you if your right to appeal if your right to appeal without cost if your right to have counsel appointed an appeal without cost of your right to have documents provided you necessary to file an appeal without cost and your right to have a notice of appeal Tom we followed on your behalf so miss McKenry I did not impose Community work service I could have I did not impose a class 7even license suspension I could have on the failure to reinstate charge um I've just given you a fining cost although I'm ordering you to provide proof of insurance on the vehicle you're driving that day if you're not able to provide to the clerk uh proof of insurance on the vehicle you're driving that day you are subject to what we call a non-compliance suspension with the Bure of Motor Vehicles um guess what I'm saying Mr kenry I could have done I could have sentenced you in a much more severe way I did not but understand that if you're back here with similar offenses and you're found guilty of those I will I will uh impose those what I didn't do today I would do it a labor time do you have anything further Mr Lewis no Mr Sage not on your honor thank you m McKenry the clerk will calculate all that is owed um well I'm sorry I did not address how much can you afford to pay this court on a monthly basis uh monthly probably well I don't I don't think I have something set up with the other one yet either that's well I'm going to set it up for all of them for all okay like I could do um $100 a month for if we're if we're just pulling it together and when can the first payment be made um my next paycheck um hold on one second um I believe my next paycheck will be on the 20th so I could start then okay so I'll say um $100 per month starting on March 20th 2025 and continuing no later uh then the 20th day of each month thereafter till all fines and costs are paid in all cases I will set a review Hearing in four months um just to monitor how things are going the clerk will give you a hearing date okay okay this matter is concluded then
