Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staley this started out as a nuisance abatement problem house that made the sheriff's High interest Target list we've had an overdose death at this house we've had all kinds of complaints at this house and transience had taken over this home the homeowner that does not live here worked with us the trespass eight people that we found in this house all transients so this home is being returned to the homeowner we appreciate her cooperation unlike some other nuisance abatement homes that we've had to close down and now if any of these people come back we will arrest them and they will go to The Green Roof Inn or anywhere where you will be arrested for trespassing everybody understand that I'm not playing around we're done playing around so we are working hard with our deputies and using every law possible to clean up this community so that the good people that live here can enjoy a quiet cul-de-sac without having to put up with the trash that's been living here as a Transit so they're gone we're going to allow them to get a few things but if they come back they're going to jail my suggestion is leave Flagler County because wherever you go we're going to find and if you do this craft again or you do your drugs and you have another overdose we're going to do everything we can to lock you up everybody understand that and if they don't think we'll do that ask some of the others that didn't believe our nuisance abatement orders because they're all sitting in The Green Roof Inn now and I have plenty of vacancy so if you have a home in your neighborhood like I just described call us send us a tip at tips at flaglersheriff.com because we want to clean up your neighborhood for the good law-abiding people that live in Flagler County in Palm Coast
