are misleading the masses who are really trying to get out of this Matrix I received my documents back today that I returned to them and they will not sign for the any um for any mail they refused and as you can see everything was authentically sent through the postal services and the fees that I paid and they do not um uh re um accept any mail and um you cannot contact them for any information after they receive your monies this is Maxum and what you're about to witness is one of the most Sinister sounding intros to a trailer to one of the greatest epics ever produced in the history of Television there's more because you are going to see it as [Music] well and welcome to facts or frauds hello how we doing sir oh what's up State Police um reason I st too bad you don't have Li right oh you have a license on you I don't have a license okay you can run the passport information okay but you've got a passport at least yes but I don't carry it with me because they've been stealing them from people so so I carry this I got you but have you ever had a driver's license I turned that in uh about years or years ago okay you know you got have driver's license drive right but I'm not driving I'm travel okay you're we seat belt I just toed it off oh did you just now I just toed this off and just just turned the car off and okay I got you yeah what's what's this here if you don't want me asking more paperwork no that's just do you have a actual copy of your uh passport on it like the real on this what I told what I told him was was people steal those okay we wouldn't steal no no no but I'm saying when I'm saying when I've been out he's looking for the VIN number I'm saying when I've been out like for example um gave a my passport card to a a a police and he said that it was homemade so I stopped carrying it started carrying this right now we already got a lawsuit against Cumberland police okay and uh that's what we going through okay that's a little more than I was hoping but you know that's okay so you don't have any driver's license or anything like that you said you turned it in yep that that was uh back in like 201 17 2017 been it's been more than that it's but but this right here if you run the if you run the passport number or the passport card number it'll tell you it'll tell you everything went run passport numbers but I had I got a video where Cumberland pulled us over another time and they ran the passport number no I can run your name off of the passport but I can't run a passport there's no passport number passport number is just a passport number if there is a database we don't have access to it yeah well didn't know that thought y'all did no no we don't okay we're not we're not the greatest at talking to each other you know ma'am do you have ID on you or anything I have I just need to establish a give me a passport card okay so we're just trying to establish a valid driver if we don't have a valid driver the car is going to be tow today no it's not heads up what's your date of birth buddy this is private information if if you run the okay you understand that when you're stoping traffic infraction you're required to identify yourself yep well that's what I'm doing with that includes that includes a birth date yep I need at at a minimum your name your birth date your address let me see one second uh this this word okay I'll start a tow truck cuz I'm not going to argue no we're not arguing anything wait wait wait wait no no no no I'm not doing anything n I'm just going to start tow Tru you're not no n you got a vow license yeah yeah it's that's hers it's a driver's license but it's butv but the driver license is still signed without prejudice good you jumo just like the passport ass signed without prejudice that's fine I'm not reaching for any weapons LIC according to state of Indiana so you know okay well okay then once once we win this court case okay then everybody will know all right that's fine I'm just saying we we've been going to court now and we got attorneys it's it's it's a big battle man because according to our rights you don't that according to our rights that you don't have to have a driver's license to travel according to law a color of law Black's Law Dictionary a driver is one employed and a passenger is one in this pain I think you're misunderstanding the law of States sir but but I got again it's a misunderstanding of what the law of States there's numerous court cases that state you do have to have a valid license the vehicle has to be registered yeah yeah yeah SE the power yeah yeah I'm not going to sit and read your paperwork I prove that that's real you could have made that up no these are these are court cases again Cas that said you have to have all the correct documentation as well on the traffic sta but where where's the plate the plate is the plate is back there somewhere it might be in the trunk I don't know okay well do you have a plate for the vehicle or not well what happened was I'm going to get out of the car what happened was what happened was they illegally unlawfully told our car before you cannot escape the almighty bung hole so they made us register mhm illegally unlawfully when we register it's not illegal and unlawfully you have to have a license plate you have to register the vehicle in order to operate on the roads in Indiana that's what the law states we have to go by Indiana Law we are in the state of Indiana we not that commer are we in the state of Indiana Commerce doesn't matter no I'm I'm I'm telling youate of Indiana now I'm right now I'm in Indiana yeah not state of Indiana a vehicle Indiana you were yes driving on the road out here is operating a vehicle but can I give you the definition operation is yes watch this no watch this okay again I'm not going to argue I'm not arguing man I don't argue everything's going to go the way it's going to go I'm more than happy we tellw the vehicle I don't argue she she got her license and the plate I don't see a plate I'm getting find the plate baby find the plate baby kiss my grand there there's that what you was looking for but when we when we registered sir your driving status is suspended prior from when you did have a license okay um it's expired I could see that but your status is still suspended with a prior offence well I don't know how to correct that cuz I by way of the passport and the boy it was filled out it took me out of their jurisdiction okay I got you you'll have to bring that up with the B&B with the course I can't help you can I ask you question also let me explain this and you absolutely can okay um you're also going to get a summons for failing to identify because that card you gave me it gave me a first name it did not give me your last name your date of birth that's required by [Applause] law okay um these are criminal offenses you could go to jail but I appreciate you being cool with me so I'm just going to write you a ticket and the prosecutor is going to send you some information mail let me ask you this cuz that's not my mail that's not my address oh okay are you willing to give me a good address um I'm going to give yeah I'm going to do the same thing you did the last time but what I'm saying is um so just just all I need to know from now on if I carry my passport instead of this then it is accepted that that is the acceptable form of identification yes what about the passport card the card that's fine too because they said it was homemade the last time I got you um as as long as it's legitimate document that's fine I've had people ID by passport before and that's that's acceptable okay but your um your first name your last name your date of birth and your address have to be legit that that's all information they required to give us by law when sto for an infraction but now it's a crime what you want refusing to identify yourself bump upu to a crime um I'll get your address here in just a second okay let me explain this last one this one um where's that on here this one right here it is not a crime this one's a civil infraction same as regular traffic ticket for um in proper display of a license plate in your case just not displaying it at all okay um so down here on the bottom boo I got to get out I got get air she got to get air she has that's fine she can stand right there if she wants I have I have pot she got pot so she need fresh air she's about to pass out and stuff um I accidentally checked the wrong option here I'll fix it in the system okay um this says you have 60 days to contact have pot that's incorrect the can contact you by getting too high so I just need right here at the bottom where it says 60 days he told me I had to sit here what he said I had to sit here no I said she get out and get just stay right there baby you're fine cuz you don't stand cuz you know you you'll get weak don't stand stand I got to sit right okay um but as I was saying accidentally clicked the wrong option in the system this says you have to contact the port within 60 days that's not true they're going to send you a letter in the mail supp date it's also what they call aut okay I'm I'm listening but I don't have a choice you know what I mean I got you man um I was just explaining that to you so you know that you don't have to contact them you absolutely can if you have any questions for them at this phone number right here but they'll contact you most supp um and if you're willing to give me that address I'll update it so they know um where to send that to the at write it on here no I'll I'll I'll take a note down you want to set in my air it's uh in care of all right okay East Washington Street Unit 29285 29285 yep in care of and that's Indianapolis Indiana okay um if you don't mind me ask is that like a PO box or safe deposit or something I've never seen address like that a unit number okay unit 29285 and the first is uh in care of okay in care of yeah okay that's fine but you you can receive mail there that's that's just the address it's that's that's that it'll be in care of that address and it'll come like because I don't live there anymore oh you have like four on somewhere else yeah only there but I I just want to make sure that if someone sends you a letter you'll get it y cuz that's what happened with the um with the uh defense attorney that cuz we're suing him that's what happened to him is he didn't put the unit number on there and the mail never came so I'm glad I looked and found it or else you know I got you and just make sure that was unit 29285 okay I got you 29285 and then uh I'm just going to fill this one out the same way I did this other one and I'm going to mail it in and go from there you what you got to do man yeah um the the reason the address is so important is because with a Criminal summons like that um they're going to send you that court date and you you must appear that what what's the criminal summons for again um for driving us suspended prior and for failing to identify failing to identify y so all I got to do is bring the passport then and show them that I haven't is real it's not the fact that you do or do not have the passport it's the fact that you refuse to give me the information that I need that you're required to give me by law when you're sto for infraction infraction so what's an infraction an infraction like a traffic ticket okay like in property so so is in so is an infraction a crime yes it yes it yes it's a it's a civil penalty is it a crime okay I'm just asking is it a crime it's yeah it's a civil crime it it's a reason that we can stop you like most of traffic code is civil was was anybody hurt during this process I I can't F out
