Kevin Bacon's murder was shocking grisly and ritualistic good body of 25 year old Kevin Bacon was hanging from the ceiling in a hidden room of Mark latonski's home this video contains the interview of a man who ate part of his victim before being discovered 25 year old Kevin Bacon Mike many his age had turned to dating apps to look for relationships or encounters with others this is how he found Mark David latunski an older man with experience in some of the darker scenes after going missing on Christmas Eve of 2019 bacon was found murdered inside latinsky's Bennington township hall latonski told police he used a knife to stab bacon in the back then slit his throat that is not my legal name oh it isn't no that is a stolen identity Mark and David latinski was last or at least the last record that I have of Mark David latonski was in 1972. he was born in 1969. he has black hair he has a brown eye and he was born a [ __ ] as all of the grand cripples so what happened to Mark David okumpke I have no idea okay however all of the people that I grew up with no knew that I'm not Mark Davis and they just failed to tell me my mother had a funeral in 1981. okay so she died in 1981 sorry to hear that okay so what is the name that you prefer that you use now well as long as you're filling my I have no idea where does he live uh he passed away in I believe 2002 he lived somewhere in Owasso um as I recall okay no I was raised by my sister however when I did my ancestry DNA so I did the digging and when I confronted the people that I was raised with they said oh now you know I said okay so who's Mark rotomski who knows at least as far as I know I know he was born I have a birth certificate but whether the but the dates on that birth certificate span 1969 to 1972. so I was born no earlier than 1969. and no later than 1972 when two cousins from my family genetic family signed off on those state of Michigan documents I don't know if that documented the death certificate for Mark witomski or not but I've been using that name to go to school get an education hold a job but it's not me and everyone in the county knows it because when my mother died and that's when it became public knowledge to everyone except for me so is my name Mark David litowski no my name is Edgar Thomas Hill so you're Edgar Thomas health y claims this isn't his real name while this may or may not be true he also believes himself to be royalty which certainly isn't and that name is a family name because my grandfather my great-grandfather and my great-great-grandfather so okay so what's your date of birth I don't know okay what is the name that you prefer to be called well when I started to realize that that was a stolen and identity Force One I stopped avoiding two I've been trying to get rid of it for a long time because of that name is the name of a bunch of people that I have absolutely no relationship to so the name that I go by is Holy Ghost how do you spell it o l y k o f and um that that's at least a a common name that that I use um but only because I I've never really used any of those other names and when I hear the name Mark of Constantine I know that somebody is talking garbage it's not real okay all right you were brought down here obviously well when the when the police came to your house they put you in a handcuffs and then you're at work and then you were driven down here yes and I want to talk to you but because but before I can do something because you earn handcuffs and you're brought down here I need to advise you of your Miranda Rights sure okay so I'm gonna read you your Miranda Rights move form once we get through those then we'll talk to you about what's going on okay so the first thing is you have the right Humane silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you before or doing any questioning if you want a lawyer but cannot afford one one would be a point that represent you a public expense if you wait for it to make silent you may do a stop answering questions the questions will stop and if you waited right to have a very present and later change your mind the questions will stop and she'll talk to the lawyer well because you understand in each of the rights of Ash when you I understand that okay is that yes yes sorry and are you willing to give up these right to answer my questions at this time basically I want to talk to you about what's going on I'm perfectly happy to talk yes I'm serious ly is 556 A.M well I don't want to offend you in any way so one view up here press on your name and date of birth and all that said is that you understand your rights that's all it's saying so I don't want you to get upset if uh and and I got the question is what name do you want whatever name you want to go by you mean for this interview correct okay fine uh your full name uh I will use this one there we go sometimes unknown that's the best of my knowledge of of when that was okay so you sign is at Wilk w-i-l-k that's all righty so lotusky has settled on a name to use for the interview and after being read his rights the important questions will begin a police came to your house right um they were looking for the person okay okay [Music] sure yeah so so that's basically how the police came and contacted you but before I go into that um what do you do you said you mentioned you work what do you do for living well right now I'm doing construction what I have done for a living is had my trust funds rated by people who were pretending to employ me and giving me back my own money that was my employment up until February of this year okay that ran through two companies the first one was Clinton no complaints about down my life part they acted very honorably but when they realized how deep they were in they sold the business got the hell out of Dodge and and tested off to the international bankers American Chemical got in a little bit deeper because they decided to send a member of the family to New York and sit down with the New York Bankers so that they knew the extent and breadth of the trust funds that they were being paid by um so I don't know the details of that what did you do for Flint Inc for Flint Inc uh I worked as a bench chemist okay so is that a tattoo place or is that no I don't know but printing it the manufacturer of the inks that go on everything from newspapers to um to what a packaging or or anything else that's printed okay uh I mean they got into digital printing but pink pink uh but not a tattoo place okay and then what what did you do for American Chemical uh I have no idea what I was actually doing they the stuff that they had me just signing off on ended up being just garbage I was a quality manager for a company whose business model was to have no quality so I was pretty much a lie detector if we can fool this guy oh man we're scot-free we can get away with anything um so so that is is the extent uh you know did I ever really stop anything no I would tell them this is what I'm finding them they just do it in some other way where I couldn't see it how long did you work at American Chemical I worked there for 12 years roughly it was about 12 and 12. um I I'm rounding because it was 2000 and happened to 2019 yeah [Music] um well 1996 to 2007. so okay well you know like I said rounding it was about 12 and 12. so when you're not working what do you do well right now I I'm just doing construction uh uh working on on building the house uh picking up odd jobs uh you know and and this was the thing be when I realized that I was paying myself out of these response and that the money by as I got contacted by the New York Bankers I don't know what happened why they contacted me directly but something must have happened and uh they only I learned a little bit about how the money was being pulled out of the trust fund and how money could be pulled out of the trust fund to do things other than what it was supposed to be now other people who have things like this they look at them the next day okay so it's uh they have a name for it um they it was either a show or a no-show trust and it's like okay so you had a show trust fine um but uh with that going on I looked at it and I said wait a minute if there's been bad stuff going on in the background okay let's put the bricks on this ship because what they the in any case it's Financial stuff some of the spare time you do Financial stuff oh well I I work on financial the description of lotinsky's job history shows that he's prone to rambling this may eventually be useful in getting him to reveal more information but there is also the possibility that they will have to actively keep him on track uh is my New York investor that I work with I have a second one who is who's here in Michigan um and and then in my spare time I'm doing construction but because I was looking for honest work uh you know I started trying to pick up odd jobs where I would do something uh put up someone's drywall no go um and and so finally I you know using the the name uh vilko vocus I put an add-on on rent man and man if I can give a massage and somebody's gonna pay me that's more honest money than what I was doing at American Chemical what they were doing was downright discussing things that nobody should do and I look at you know if a man was gonna pay me to rub him down fine go online a couple places well I started in about April of this year it's like massages I just massages you know it's like you know what I'll spend time with you you know man can't guarantee sex sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't so hey guess what I can't sell that because that that's that's not the way the world works but you want to spend your time with me boom here's your price and and I'll have a good time with it and come on so what do you say here's your price that's how much you would charge yeah it's about 200 an hour uh fifteen hundred dollars a day and if you look at it and you say you know you want to bicker a deal on it guess what I'm not doing this because I want to I'm doing it for honest money pulling my own money out of a trust fund is not enough money yeah right I mean that that's that's stupid because the fact is that my mother passed away on the very day that I would have come of age bye our culture and I would have had to have been told that she was my mother and that I wasn't just gee this little kid I was husband and had this trust fund now I've talked to people and I said what are the chances that the very person who held the trust in guardianship who was required to tell me passes away on the very day that she would have had to have done that so when you said come of age what do you mean come up age it was my 12th birthday and you said come away for your culture so I honestly I'm Norwegian okay so what is explain to me then what coming of age for Norwegian wow because I don't I don't know for multi-generational trust funds that would have been set up oh no it's a plan thing that that I don't control the conditions of any more than my mother controls the conditions of them which is why the people in New York the family in New York that I've been in touch with here and there oh no more details than I do because they know much more all I know is that I'm sitting here as the only living Palace of Wales that I've been able to find and so you're a Thomas of Wales I when I am a Thomas of Wales and I reached out to the people in Great Britain to find out if there are any more because belief an obsession that he is royalty and people have kept it a secret from him is consistent with his diagnosis of schizophrenia amongst my blood relatives I don't think there are any other okay Thomas the wills of a Thomas of will Clan left except for me okay so to what extent that makes what Iota a difference to why we're talking I don't know it's not like I have a whole bunch of people that I can go up to and say okay beyond what these people here in Shiawassee know what gives some of them will give me some details and some people just clam up but at this point you look at it and you think come on get out of the pack and that's that's when the people that I grew up with said okay fine you know I'm not and you know it and I'm doing it but having that stolen identity kept me alive when all of the rest of my family is not and that is what the New York Banker finally said bingo so if that's what my mother had to do to keep me alive she was a very smart woman because it didn't keep her alive so when you started doing um the rubdown of these men um that kind of leads me into I guess what is going on with the you know why we're here what you know there's a welfare check that um you got you got the Troopers go in and immigrations and they see a man that who is there man well who and and again when you talk to those I know on those sites you can get any pain or no name what size did you did you meet him on um gosh I think that one was grinder but no matter we chatted for a while he described the things that he wanted uh I didn't what I could to the initial contact between lutonski and his victim is brought up and letonski claims that they discussed what bacon wanted to happen when they met he gives all the appearances of being sincere but that means nothing for someone who speaks with the same conviction when they say they are a member of a royal family bring those things about and after a week that immigration what was going to happen we made the agreement and he was supposed to disappear be it gone he had but you know as well as I do that in our society of how we say you know a man can just go of our society really allowed that no and what it leaves behind is all kinds of of I I'm going to say things for his family that a man doesn't want to leave now the things that I for help for him and plan to do for him in that regard would do something for his family that would make it easier but that agreement between him and I really shouldn't have anything to do with anything but MRI so what was the agreement in total of one that I would well I started as a new one this is what it is and and he looked at it I mean we we laid together for a while he asked me to I did um just just lay with them just lay with them and hold them um and and finally he says you know what I'm ready and at that point that was that was kind of now the going away part and the portions for his family uh knowing that I have and as I explained to him I know that there are uh leases and properties that uh that are attached to my state and I said you know what because I fully expect it because we've talked through all of the options I just looked because of who I am and who I've been in one way or another the people who controls the trust find out the best way to either a get me out of the way be keep me safe or to be protect me on some way why or how sometimes I know and sometimes I don't know so how does that how does the trust have to do with them in the basement well or doesn't it it does it does because with that there were things that I was going to do for his family see our portion of the trust or at least what what I'm beginning to feel out and got to my home is the original Garrison that fits along the I-69 corridor the rest of the portion of the key homes along the north side of I-69 are also opened by my family my father's family so knowing and having different neighbors tell me that there are more properties that are on things like 99 and 100 Year releases one of the things that I said was you know but when these Leaf was come too where's your family live he says followed by 69. I suppose they don't want to be there the LIE of Chaos and my chaos is I-69 population of South the low population in the North I said so if you're felt by 69 when they turn that line into a border of Defense then your family's on the wrong side you want to have your family [Music] and I you want your family to have bullet supplies on the north side of I-69 I said yes I've been bust open this fast and I get the ability to talk to the New York Bankers then wow so happy in the two so the man in the basement how did when did he come to your house I picked him up uh he Wayne met physically met um in Swartz Creek and that was when I you know because I had given me details of what he wanted and so I said I'll tell you what I will bring all of the things that you would need so that you can see them I will leave them out in front of you I says then I'll step back I said you need to decide you need to decide because I'm not going to force it even the detectives are confused about how the supposed trust fund comes into play lucenski attempts to explain that he was going to do something for the family of the victim but what that is he never really makes it clear okay so you meet them in sports climb mountain in Swartz Creek on Wednesday well that would be the uh 24th okay I'm 12 24. okay so it's Christmas Eve and then um was that the first thing that you've ever met up in person that's the first time I ever met I I didn't I had chatted with him so I had a tremendous amount of detail of of what he was looking for only what he was looking for and what you were trying to help him wow in that regard I took all of everything that I had to set it up and I put it into a bag I laid it out so that it was there on the back of the van and then I got an apartment and I said you desire because I've made my decisions as well I said okay and you know put on put on the different gear that you wanted uh that he had selected taking film and said no about this this one you know he picks it all up he wanted to make sure that he was comfortable and that he was as well as the as as it was outgoing I I don't want to have the details on on any record it doesn't need to be there plus what he wants is what what he wants to do is what he wanted but at that point I said you know what I'm not going to put these on you I says take what you have take it off put it in the stack and he said you know what can I can I text a friend and say you know what I'm I'm just gonna be out and you know whatever we've blabbered about and I said whatever just because I said you know what you say whatever you want to say and he says okay now let's send it I'm gonna turn my phone off okay okay it was in the parking lot there on Grand River and attack Range Rover uh Miller Road and um in Swartz Creek and I said if you're ready if you're doing this then you put the stuff on and and and then so I I sat in the front uh while he did all of that so yeah in front of your view I was in the front of of mine what kind of vehicle do you have uh it's a fan um it's a Hyundai Santa Fe oh great all right so I sat in the front and he went in the back he got all ready and it's my first look you know this way they're leaving everything behind and it's like done done and um that uh at that point he says okay I'm ready I went around and then I shut the trunk and um and then I put you know he he gave me the the key um so that I could lock the car I put his bag in the back I locked the car you like his vehicle I locked him so his stuff isn't his view pissed up within his vehicle and is she in the does he stay in the back of your van now he stayed on the back of my van okay and then you leave the new Visa party and then I left the parking lot okay and then we we went back to the house remember do you know where you did with the keys okay um the cave were he had a good cheese at first he gave them to me um but uh in any case we went back to the house it seems odd that he had bacon changes clothes in the van if they were only going to be going to the house anyway but the process seems perfectly logical to litinski I went went through the okay [Music] um you have to let the person say you have one because involving well you know lots of different people that that it then gets a little precarious um but in any case you know going through all of that and and and working through it it was finally you know at at the I'm going to say end of the evening at the beginning of the next morning it was it was that that time frame that finally uh you know and and we've talked about you know several several things you know what was I going to do um and part of it was the process of turning you know that what turning them into something that would grow tulips for example he says well my family will never know that for me no to a look for starvation food they'll know that do they you do you want them to know that that's something that you're getting them if not that's something that I want them to know if something that you want them to know and he said no not something I wanted to know so if we can just make this happen then Jesus Jesus you know what I'm talking about because I've never done this but I don't have never done this before because what is that uh well after after talking to him in multiple ways an Apple's plan hey as well because I mean here's the knife I could do it that way I said I don't know if that would be painless and and you know we we debated it all all of the different ways that I said I mean I have a sort of stairs but it's a film it wouldn't work I would I I was afraid I would hurt him anything you know and I I'm not ready I couldn't do that I couldn't run the risk an email had happened in suffer and after we debated it I said you know what the given given what we've got right here but that will do I I was you know not really and and finally and I did and he says you know I mean I'm on that side because he's laying on the floor and it would be across the room and he had his head facing the unless he'll be the East wall and so when I went in you know it that and and when you have to obviously have on the picture there there's the the spray that went to the left and and you know it's like an exercise you know um and you know there was a fair amount of blood and you know nothing's like you know I went I really don't mind yeah and and that was and and then of course it was a matter of um doing what I needed to do to to complete what I told him I would do turn him into something that would produce life and and that's that's what I was in the process of doing where's their life now it is upstairs in uh because I cleaned it off um and then it is upstairs in the uh dresser drawer I think on the right hand side top um I I like his own bedroom someone's bedroom yeah no no no I I put it up in my bedroom um just because I mean I I had um you know again knowing not and knowing at least the the bits and pieces of the conversations that we've had over over periods of time um and uh what does the knife look like um what's it look like yeah it's just like a kitchen knife is it is no it's just a hunter's life it's 100 what color is it um it has a Black Blade um it I mean I had actually you know it it is um it has a black and gray handle okay um [Music] ski describes killing bacon as if he is talking about an interesting yet messy science project there's no attempt to hide his actions and every indication that he thinks this was a perfectly normal thing to do I'm picturing something like uh you remember the movie Rambo never seen Rambo or anything about that big handle and a big Blade the blade is only about the alcohol is it serious smooth play and it's in your bedroom it's in my bedroom in a dresser drawer in a dress and and I think it's it's there yes [Music] which is the 24th well that was when I physics that's the first time I physically met it we had um we had you know talked for I mean he actually no and and had had talked with um with uh the guy who I was living with um for you know in in the past as well so you know I mean however however it works so YouTube physically me the first time after the agreement for you want that happen so you meet him Christmas Eve do you know about what time it was that you met him and it doesn't have to be exact uh three o'clock five o'clock five o'clock no I I I I I really don't know okay because um it was it was right near dusk okay so you meet in the parking lot I mean at that at that time um and and again however uh however it was um but uh I had a time it was a matter of I I was in town I was running some errands with some stuff and um that uh that he sent me a message that just said you know what I'm I'm I'm I'm ready where do you where do you want to be okay and I said you know hey that doesn't matter to me actually where do you want to work where so he arrives in his vehicle if you arrive in your vehicle you have the gray Hyundai van yep you have items laid out in the back of the van and he and then he gets out and he sees the items he decides what he's going to put on or what he's going to wear he made all of those decisions what exactly what pieces of what was there he wanted and and and based on you know I like that it was full there were some things that went back into the bag and some things that he put on and some things he says well you know what maybe I'll try those later but you know let's not start with that I just look you need to put this on I said I'm not gonna force you to put you know I'm not gonna force you to do anything right this is you and so so he puts the stuff on you lock up his car to make sure all this is uh that everything is secure so that nobody's going to come in and steal anything right because I understand so then you drive to your house you get back yeah you get back to the house and you guys go inside when you get home to the house is it just you two it's just us too okay so with this instead of being I have no idea okay I have no idea I like that and and and and and even uh you know it's kind of hard to to gauge time and something like that because time just kind of takes its own its own toll and um you know like I said after after the the over and it was like okay I I took you to this point it's like did I accomplish it I said what was your brain telling you was it I feel was it not real some information has been censored from the video so it's a little hard to tell exactly what latinsky did at this time there still doesn't seem to be an understandable motive for the murder you you really made me he he you know he really really and that was that was after the illusion of that portion was done and it was at that point he says okay I'm ready okay so after the took place did it take place oh excuse me a bedroom or downstairs where he is where he is he is right now and we fell down the stairs okay so nothing nothing sexual happened upstairs no between YouTube no only down in that room oh yes yes I mean there was there was a natural you know there was an initial portion up in the kitchen um but but yeah it was it was kitchen and then downstairs um and uh and and then um and and that's but it was all there in that basement um now he's after honestly because um the uh he was in the uh it was after uh after he was deceased that the and I knew that that I that that I wanted to have him you know and I'm gonna say uh I don't know what what the right word is for it is that as soon as he was at the point of being unconscious that I was trying it was after he that was when it was like oh I I need uh I I need to make sure that this is quick and not run out and so with them that it's like okay let's get let them and I let's get this so that so then it was I was trying to speed it up at that point because he was already unconscious okay and but I could tell you know because you know I mean you could not he was he was fine foreign case it was it was the realization of this wasn't enough and and that that was when you know I I a hoisted and got all of that set up and had to apply I had actually you know I was using that and it it the way it had broken once it was but once we live clearly deceased then I was like okay let's get them up as much as I would so that so that one the the what what blood there was there was in the sand could go out into the flower bed and um and and that way walks the detectives through Bacon's final moments man they try to gain insight into his thought process patonski doesn't seem to have any anger toward bacon or any standard motive to kill such as Revenge love or financial gain Ed right at the hairline when you do this you see on the ground there was a chair down there it was he sit in it or not that the chair was not in there at the time I put the chair in after when I was trying to get to take the um the the horse chestnut or that horse at the chestnuts and and plump them in the same way so that would be great now and go through some you know some of that look we're gonna we're gonna make sure that this particularly comes something that's that and you know in any case um so it was it was it would be after the portion of cleaning up what I didn't get to yet was to wash them up clean them up and you know I started to pull the sand out that that was there to start to clean it up but you know as a matter of it takes a little bit of time to you know if anything if you've ever crossed the fear it is it's the same it's the same process and and it's just a matter of saying how how do you do it good chance so the first one went in here you realize he's still alive and uh and and it wants to do that that was when I just reached down because he is he is playing uh you know and and she's face down her face up either well he he actually uh when when he well when we were talking you know we were just laying on the ground side by side and and you know he was he was face up and then when he went after we talked about all of the different options of how do we do this yeah that was when he Netflix and that's where so he was I must say on a stomach okay face towards the east and that would be shut down right like the dirt area with it with his head they've seen that is well no I know but I mean like if this is the head of his body he doesn't speak he was on the lip he was out of the woods he was like is this the area where that dirt is at yeah there's there's the dirt area so he's like that Russell said right because I'm trying to throw a picture [Music] that way we have a much better idea what they're not talking about because you've got a rectangular room okay you've got the door here of the inenders crossed on it okay um and and so and then the the end of the areas here so it's dirt dirt here and he was laying this way with his head here and if he was facing that direction where's the door that you walk into the room okay and so you know he was laying here and I was here okay at the point that um that we did it and then in order to get him thank you he it was after he was here he was probably dead so he died here getting it up and and he had to pull off the the slang that was and that's what the chains that are hanging on each side right that's the sling and where where that all all was um and so it was there and then then it was did you do this by yourself you didn't have both I did it all by myself and that's that's why he was getting him basically what do you remember what day that was because you said that you met initially on the 24th 24th so when did this part all take place it was wasn't the same night or the next day or well Christmas was Wednesday if well it would have been during I mean it was during that evening and um and and then after uh after he was and and I don't know it's a flat out effect um is that after he was dead when asked to describe the room latinski is more than willing to draw them a layout of the scene there's no hesitance on his part to give them answers no matter how gruesome they might be and it was quite a huge part of him and I did uh it was the new moon um and and honoring my word through what I thought I would do uh that was when I and you know that that was you know just just part um you know I I look at it and I say foreign okay so this happens sometime [Music] so then when at what point how long after that did you take those upstairs uh was um I mean it was before I went to bed um at that point um you know I mean I I stayed with them for quite a while I mean that was that that was very important and yeah I said you will not die alone you know what that to me there's an outsider looking and that shows me the type of person I I still won't do that regardless of what it is I won't let you die alone and that's very stand-up book I mean well not a lot of people would do that it it wasn't it wasn't me [Music] um did it I've met so many people and and even the guy that I spent uh Christmas with because I went over and and spent Christmas with a guy from Lansing a guy from um gosh where is he from I think that they sitting area and then implant and um and then we went down and he was a health care worker who worked for nursing homes and you know he he Joel joined us because we didn't have anyone to spend Christmas with who's us uh uh not not at my house uh I've actually gone because because the water went bad in my house room and some other things happen I call him his his legal um but and when a bunch of stuff started happening that made the living conditions there not very good and he couldn't fail the water but the water was flowing arsenic I said you can't drink the water we took the water to a doctor the doctor says don't even pay a minute he says I have to go to work I have to bathe in my stuff and so when he started to get sick I took him to the doctor I showed him that the stuff that was going on tender and I helped him get an apartment of his own so that he wasn't in that mess while while I was trying to get it fixed back up and and make it livable again um anyway so just because I mean I put up the Christmas tree I put the decorations you know I I was I was living there and and you know trying to hold it together while you know trying to pick the reasons of of Hawaiian was in the condition that it was in you know it was Trashed by Home Depot uh that I can't do anything about that but if a person yeah I can't live this way uh it's a mess and I can't handle that latinski gives a strange account of the living arrangements and it is hard to figure out how he went from being concerned and caring for a partner and murdering a random stranger um so if you don't mind that I was just curious why did you do that did you cook them did you um where did you do that I mean on the kitchen stove um it was it was The Griddle and uh I mean I I eat Rocky Mountain Oysters anyway sure um I have a carton of them that I had bought them um and so it's really very simple you just buy something you talk to him [Music] and then once they're once they're done you just hit them um you know the the other portions were going to be uh a jerk Candlelight I mean I didn't know that at the time and so afterwards um that and in fact yesterday and if it was well that's about what day it is now um no Saturday morning but I just ordered a um a dehydrator so that you know so so that you know I mean I said not not knowing just so that I could continue to process the way and undo it what he wanted me to do so you might have you would have taken more of his body and put in the dehydrator absolutely absolutely the worst day to have right here now it's on order it Alora I I didn't order it until after we've talked and and and he said that that's what he wanted um and and so I you know it was it's like whoa and that's when I started really looking for one to say you know what this is what he wants then this is what he wanted [Music] I might have missed a conversation when I stepped out and you had said something about Marty yes was there other locations within the house that that you guys what's in the house uh no only the um only the kitchen where we started in the kitchen and then we went downstairs and then everything was there um you know and what happened in the kitchen uh it it it was it was like and it and I'm going to say the best description is a you know where where he was um he was on him okay no and and he and and so it was it was a matter of of having uh you know different um it was like different responses in order to say you know how how do you work through that because it was it was something and it was like so there was no actual sexual interactions in the kitchen just correct but um and that was all that was all Tuesday night the 24th that's that's 24 it's going into the 27th and um you know and then the but and and I I will say because that after it was done you know I I looked at myself and I went you know I was covered and did anything else a little not not covered but it's like I had some on me no way much latunski describes cooking and eating bacon leaves one to believe that given the opportunity he would continue to do this with future victims and I looked at it and you know it's like I I had done what I needed to do and I was I was like I could wash this off no I'm not going to and then at that point you know I I went upstairs and I crawled into bed and I just left it did you ever um uh and did you ever watch the sheets then after you laid in the blood on it no uh and when I got up the next morning uh you know because I rested in you know just like like I got up and it was uh middle of the afternoon when I was supposed to go over there because on the 25th and and I looked at it and I went you know what I'm not and I left it right on and I put on what clothing I had and I I'm not going to wash them off where did you put the clothing that you have him on you no idea um you know I I mean you've ever watched it [ __ ] do you remember what you were wearing when I when we were having our finish things nothing what was I wearing good well you said you had blood do you have blood in your clothes or just your body naked my body just a naked body so at the time times and then the time that um you assisted him in passing um or did you have clothes out at that time okay I was thinking okay so there would be Blood on the sheets though we're getting laid down if it came off it would be it would be dry it would be it would be whatever fluffed off and I looked at it and and again maybe in my thinking of saying you know what I'm not gonna wash the sauce I I even when I was I was talking about Idol I don't feel that I did anything wrong did you tell anybody else about this other than us I I did because part of my culture is that if you if you have an honorable death then you have to tell somebody before you pass three houses and and so I looked at it and we've even talked about this you know because he gave me the name I actually never used his name um it was only just before he and and he looked at it you know because he said he says wow you really planned a lot of this I said I planned nothing because I planned absolutely nothing I said okay let's say that the police have a problem with them I said the police have a problem with it and then and you know then what they throw me in jail or they try to I guess I'll just have to deal with that it's so nice it sounds honorable it sounds horrible well but in order to make it Honorable in my culture I did have to tell someone and even when I talked to him he says he says well he said um he was just just call me call me Kevin [Music] my name I actually texted a before before I ever did anything I went up and I texted a a friend who was and I'm going to say um uh what What's the correct word understanding of a situation because he was a he's a he's a Judge Advocate in New York and I sent him a text and I said you know what I I did this I said and I love him he's my hero and I'm sorry who's your girl uh I thought I killed Kevin Jacob Kevin Bacon is my hero I'm not and whoever you send that text I I sent that to uh who was in New York um he he also um you know I said it encounters different people with all kinds of of different different um needs and like I said at that point you know I just texted him and I said okay my cut you know I I don't need to do anything else I I I was able to help someone before I even left the house and at that point I learned I'm done you know what I I did it I complied and and then I went to sleep watonski continues to insist that this is what bacon wanted but there's no way anyone could possibly believe this to be true went after Christmas and that was when I I talked and you know it's like and it was it was really strange because working in the in the healthcare was working in nursing homes and places you know he was talking about how undignified how how horrible sometimes we let people die in that way how they they drag out and he actually came to tears I said someone who had who had joined us for I I actually don't even know his last name I actually got a text from him because he thanked me for the discussion that we had anymore to spend some time with me um but uh a completely different reason no but um you know because we didn't we didn't talk about this I I put it completely out of my mind as far as saying you know what it's done and now I'm just going to do the thing that uh that I agreed to do it the best of my ability and I I hold it I'm able to do that instead of opening up something that he never wanted opened and and so so I don't know if you covered up with cash um when did you spend his suffering was he or was he on the ground when you when you did he was on the ground okay because he was still in this position and what I did was I had to move his head and that because because at that point I would sort of did you being over him I mean can you demonstrate pretend his head against that wall what did you do foreign like there was the first time so it was at least more effective so he said this spray the first time what do you mean that was when I sort of spray on the wall is what you think what you're referring to as the first half of the first one and then when you did this when you did the second one it was it was it was there was no it was just you know it's like I need to end this as quickly as I can and that was and that was it was after that that I could tell that he was unconscious and that was when I started to uh when when he died they um that I was using the class from the just and that and that was after it was like okay I need more things to get on in order to make this happen and and so that's when I started you know getting as much roles as I could to get that going did you have to put the Rope on the attaching the ceiling or was it rope already there some no I was I was running the rope through the eye hook yeah okay because the eye Hook was used for you know if if that's other suspense I had a crack hanging by its balls that that's you know it's when you do things like that I don't know if you're familiar with that not really okay well and and then in case it's that I have more feather stuff but you know the the Eye Hook was there and so I was running the ropes through you know as as generally what two adults do behind closed doors is their own business this is one of the very rare cases where that doesn't apply even if bacon had expressed a desire for things to end this way it does not give another person the right to actually go through with it or had they been there for a couple weeks before Kevin Bacon no no that they had never that those ropes hadn't no those were all done that night and in fact before he uh got there that role I mean we tailored it for some of the stuff that that we were doing the um the uh because the apps were framed and because I don't like the latest things so just taken and um I don't know if it was yesterday or the day before or whatever it was I had recut some of the ends and and none that and taking them upstairs put them on the stove and and you know so you'll you'll you'll see with the ropes that they're they're they're steered on the end so that they don't break because they're uh they're probably they're talking about rolls in the basement though the ropes that are in the basement and then and then because I was trying to readjust and get them up so that I could get some of the fan out to get it out to the flower bed um is that the ropes as you saw them today but all of that because I've been working with it for the past couple of days to you know what I mean whenever I can to try to get everything I was just trying to get everything right so that I could you know just make it happen too and uh like I said that's but where is your van now uh blew a piston rod in his car and so today I had to I I took my van to him took his rental back to the um uh Randy live and uh out there in London and Dr and then I went to so he has my van um that uh and then I had Hank Graf and Duran pick up my truck so that I can get the truck Road where the so he has the van on Grand just off the Grand Blanc Road so he said treasurement is his name is if I missed it uh how familiar are you with the the leather fetish Community uh he's been my office mate for foreign for the past five years but when he started doing exhibit characteristics of an alpha and that was another reason why he got his own apartment you don't put too well it's listen the same building so is your was your partner until he showed too much dominance for your liking and at that point he got a boy of his own and I helped him do that but what do you mean guy boy well he he has a another man who helps him out not a partner I want to say it wrong that's right that's why I'm asking questions uh oh please follow the path Dynamics and so when uh when we were together it was Alpha Alpha's name and then anyone else with either a beta submissive or whatnot we did not have an Omega with him exhibiting and he's older than I am with him exhibiting dominant characteristics the detectives tried to get a clear picture of lotinsky's relationship Dynamics they need to know if this might be something that has happened before and been covered up or if anyone else could possibly be involved to the point that he was willing to say that no it's like you see how that works I played it with my dog you play that with my my dog you played I'm the awful dog in this house you're gonna do whatever you're going to do what I said not sexually anyway I hear you so when and then it was um and they'll tell you that it came from GLC I in in all of my stupidity last January I decided to get him some of that he will have his own fault it was my own fault I thought it was my own fault I got him some and he went on it for I think it was about two months maybe even it was a month and one day I I I I can't even be able to think that with you I think the second year went on there it went from Flat to us to to this and here we are today as if you've got to get off of that he went off of it and what happened we went right back up and then he went to GMC and he got the generics and he says look what it's doing to me look what it's doing to us what it did to us was that you now had an offer who was older who was saying no I'm in charge you had one that had always been in place of Fame if you're in charge you're in charge of something else because it ain't going to be to run rough shot over me so first we separated on two different floors but then when the house fell apart and there was all other stuff going on and he got sick that was what I helped him get an apartment so that we're still together but we're in two locations and I look at it and I say no we can be there we can be here we can do we can we can maintain them so you know whose address by chance I don't know uh it's actually and that's where your man's at and that's where the banner what did he get again today well yesterday Friday so you meet Friday or Thursday today right now is Saturday Friday so he got Fridays on Friday did he did he see Kevin in the basement uh no did you tell him anything about Kevin I didn't uh I did not you know and and it's it's just a matter of I've already told somebody so if that was that that was the guy who texted from New York correct yes sorry his that text message will be on your phone it'll be on my phone okay because it'll be on my phone it'll be on this phone it sits there and um and also uh you know like I said it's a matter of details and you know I I wanted to mention because not everybody could do this and follow through in your word you're with his wishes um not everyone would commend me I I know that there are that there are people who would look at it and say hell no yeah and and I I look at it and I say I know that in in a lot of you know a lot of different ways for a lot of different reasons and um and and even you know and I was talking to the one police officer you know he was looking at the palm tree and I yeah I broke we're at Battle Creek knew that there was something wrong with the profile when I picked him up six foot 160 pounds uh no not as if something's wrong but I picked him up he's an amputated just below the leg two weeks earlier I don't think I told you I went no you didn't tell me but let's go decorate the Christmas tree he says when I'm in Battle Creek he says the party's going on around me and everyone pretends like I'm not there however well you know what let's go upstairs you know we guys up we went upstairs and I just held him all night long how's it going yeah and um the next morning I got out because he was a type 1 type 1 diabetic and he'd forgotten the events one he said the encounter with this other man went so differently from the one with bacon what was the difference what made letinski Comfort one man and kill the other let's go home I'll be straight less enough never gonna be what it was never I said you know but go home and decorate and put up your own Christmas tree because those lights are gonna make you your winner for a whole lot better and you know I I dropped him off and his friend came over and and picked him back up you know you know and it's like I mean even even before I picked him up I knew that there was something wrong and I looked at it and I think he was afraid that when I saw him with a leg and a half but I was just gonna walk out because so many people would what kind of photos was she wanting to have happen no I I invited him over to decorate the Christmas tree then at him on anchor I met him on uh well I mean why he may also have been grinder I have no idea you know I mean it's so if there was a different social media and it was something um where we just we just talked and we said you know this is um this was a Christmas tree decorating party because I didn't want to decorate that tree alone um in the past I've always had someone there and it was thundering Thanksgiving so that it was a party but this year I didn't have anybody to do that with me so when I reached out here this guy wanted to you know it was agreeable to decorate the Christmas tree and I happen to be in Lansing I just Battle Creek isn't that far I can just hop down pick you up and and we'll we'll decorate the Christmas tree get there and I I see a leg and a half and it's like you looked at me you know and you could tell the face it was like okay here it comes he's gonna say I'm not interested I looked at him and I said load up and we also we decorating the Christmas tree together but you know so it's it's not as you know it's time spent it's pasta with with you know who knows whatever they want and you know um but in any case so when you were talking about what Kevin wanted and you were gonna potentially use his bones her tulips where were you planning on putting his bones I guess I don't understand I'm talking like wherever you're going to plant that stuff actually he wanted me to get and the Tulip hole of the family somehow and and so one of the things we thought was you know get them to um you know because I said if I have the ability to get his family from the south side of I-69 to the north side that comes about then they're going to be on the North side somewhere and if they're on the North side if tulips show up with a bag here here's the Tulip and this is what you put on them so where did you read about that like how did you know that like I have no knowledge like how do you know helps with uh with any uh with with any growth of plants but tulips in particular like bone meals but the big thing about tools is that they are the starvation grade plan so when when you can't get potatoes from the grocery store you've got the tool sitting on the ground and you're the only one who knows where I've ever had so the person who plants the Tulips and keeps them growing I think the person who knows where to dig because in the winter time you don't know where the tool of that is using Bacon's blood to feed tulips which he then intended to give to Bacon's family makes perfect sense in latunsky's mind are there any other Secrets hidden in his garden the detectives will have to check just to be sure um and the Dutch learned that and World War one is that you can't eat the tulip bulbs out of the stores they're all covered with the herbicides you have to have a second aircraft you have to have something that has been planted attended so that it's edible and and that was something that you know as we were talking about it and I said you know is this is this they just need to know that the toolbox arrived what caused you to like what what what was that about uh that was you know it was the new one I normally do Rocky Mountain meisters on either the pneumon of the formula it wasn't until after I I went upstairs and I looked out and I saw that it was the new moon that that I looked at and I went you know what this is where I'll start and and so that was that that was that was not in in particular you know that he didn't put in an order or or it was like that that one was a matter of you know what I could fall somehow or there they are and and I will start with with what what what is right there so but but that you like I said at that point he was already gone sure it was it was it was post-mortem and and it was just a matter of saying look and you said horses around I put the land parents Worcestershire sauce on it and that's just you know I the The Griddle is is right there and all right because that's how I normally you don't remember that but a friend from Ohio that came up and uh I I tried some of the recipes with with Rocky Mount oysters and and they just produced so so much volume but I found that just then slicing them with with grandparents was best when I went well if it works first the the standard Rocky Mountain moisture is it should work for these and so that leads me to impression and again I appreciate your honesty I I I'm I'm I'm looking at I'm saying you know it is what it is and again that proves to me the type of person you are the the honest being that you know that oh like I said it's not a matter of what some people would say okay and I think some people would say no okay but so yeah has this has this ever happened before no you've never assisted anybody with these type of wishes and eaten anybody else's any other part about it oh and and I I told him that as well I've never done this well I've never done it or you just got to understand though was that that's how you normally eat them no no that they I have a carton of Rocky Mountain oysters that I purchased of of standard you know I bought them from Meredith uh uh lifestyle yeah and so it was at that time you know I had learned to just take the Rocky Mountain moisture then slice them put them onto the griddle put them uh Worcestershire sauce and I figured if it works for those that should work for me how long do you think that you've helped you lotusky claims he has never done this before yet his plan was fairly detailed for someone without any type of experience he also had no real problem with going through it all as if bacon was nothing more than livestock to be killed and consumed as we have these other men that speak out for you to help them with their fetishes how many of them how many men do you think that you have help with their fetishes ballpark figures how many or for how many years have been say this in this type of role um well prior to about six years ago I was submissive I I was I was on switch um uh or or such um I get a thank you letters or notes all the time from people all over the world so so people from around the world come they're not not at either online um or you know like I said if because I run a very open um an open forum so that anybody can contact me and know who I am um uh I would I use Facebook I use you know that I use Facebook a lot what's your name on Facebook uh and Greek um and uh that I mean I do I do keep it I I'm gonna say it's not open to everybody if if you're a friend then you can see what's going on um and and so you know and I'm going to say here's my life here's how I love it this is this is what I believe and uh if I can help you either uh either in conversations or in in um in in real life but I'm glad you I've had people come in from Ohio I let people come up from India we go down to Chicago we've we've been to Washington DC uh we we've we've seen people all over so uh when you have a an alkalia and and then I thought the same thing when I was talking to Jewel yesterday I I've looked at the gay or fetish Community do you know how many alpha males there are in the entire state of Michigan how many I've only met two and you're one of them no no no you're one of three then if if if I classify myself as one there are only two others that I from that in the entire State and that includes New York your friend correct it well I mean he he's he's in my pack he's in my group he's sure exhibiting Alpha characteristics or dominant characteristics of his own so we had to kind of separate a little but if you were to talk to him and say what's Holy Ghost to you okay here's my Alpha so uh so you're the leader of a pack but we use that pet Dynamics you know I mean it's very common for that and and like I said I look at it and when we all show up to an event or we get together yep the three of us we Mark all different areas but I've met people who are outposting while we went to New York City you know and I say I toyed with the Alpha New York City just to see how he protected his people see how he made sure that men that he was looking out for could go out to a social event have a good time get what they needed and make it home and so when I got too close and when one of his group noticed me and paid me a little bit too much of attention he took his group and he moved tomorrow and then the person that he has this little soldier in arms it's like we moved from there to here because of you oh good enough there may have been some issues with otunski's group if questioned they may be able to give insight into his State of Mind what what my name was the punishment of the order and true I mean is there so that soldier of arms protected that group what would have happened if based on your experience if you were to if you would have still if you still would have [Music] hypothetically what would happen well in all likelihoods that that enables but I I call the Circuit circuit because I got a shirt with a circuit on it that was that that was um at the very first and he'd addressed me directly and say back off I would hope right if he were a more aggressive type if you were a little bit more unhanded then what he just looks at me and throws a punch you know what uh yeah you know darn well that that happens well it happened and I just I'm not familiar with it with with the fetish culture so well I want to make sure I understand that there are there are plenty of people who swing punches that happen you know you've had it happen to you no I don't know if I I've had I have met people who have swung punches right and I know who they are okay and I steer clearable no no one no one has ever gotten violent with me what about in your path do you have do you have the same precautions so if you have you have your kind of get too close to some of your omegas do you have somebody like like a soldier arms as you described I have to put together that that regulator type of a structure um that that's something that just hasn't it hasn't been available to me because and this would go back to the the trust situation because the people who have been in my life have been paid by the cost and it has become very apparent that they've been paid in one way or another lots of ways to buy someone and I meant to ask you a long time ago I forgot and I apologize did Kevin pay you for your time like when you were did he so could you imagine youth massage an hour and then 15 for a day look so that was nothing in in the in the situation it was there no money okay so here's another question I have in that that um okay what was you said you is and that you and then your element and you're and you're saying that you've had them before but then you're relating to oysters have you ever have you ever been requested in the past to do something that you did to Kevin where they were down or they wanted they wanted to end their life have you ever assisted no I I there have been painful who have have answers at it okay and there have been people who you know just kind of play around with it a little bit but I I've always you know that I I've shied away from it for obvious reasons and and that um that in fact it is you know I said I I texted uh he was a little bit more um I must say involved or contacted with uh people who not in the leather fetish world not in the gay world but are aggressively seeking that the detectives continue to question lotinski about his pack possibly looking for patterns of behavior in his interactions with other men was the incident with bacon completely random or has this been escalating over time um and you know that I have actually had uh at my house and um you know some of the stuff that I have there is from him it was stuff that he had left behind and um the the with that you know like I said I I played the The Fetish role with it but at the end of the day with uh with that I actually bought him a ticket because um and this is why um is that as we were playing out the The Fetish war that you know that he came forward with um that he always went back to the thing of of he was um he was really concerned about his mom and I said you know what this is Kevin no no okay excellent look you know when I really put the screws to you all you could do was think about your mouth you're in New York you're a mountain you know what if you hop on a plane and you go and spend some time with your mom I'll buy the ticket I said you've got a couple hours to decide the plane leaves of this time we drive to Detroit you hop on the plane and put your money where your month is you're concerned about her oh you can be out there with her is that down I thought about it for a minute he says put me on the plane down to Detroit we went boom and so you know if you look at it and you think sometimes you put someone into a crisis position and their responses well wait a minute sometimes you put someone into a crisis position and their responses I'm ready and it that's that's the you know here with someone who had actually also talked to me about you know stuff like that this is in a better world and you know it's like the end result was you know what you need to go through your mouth and and your mouth does not need to see all of this weather here you don't want to see that right she wants to I said you've got nothing on your back get the hell out of here and go see her spend spend some time with their hands you know and in my opinion you know I'm saying because I come out of Industry and I see how precarious our world is right now having worked on the population industry and and I don't mean to say this the scariest but when little little companies like GE couldn't keep power plants that are running on all states like Arkansas and North Carolina from blinking and they've thrown them a towel because they don't know how to fix them we've gotten to the point where our society is so intricate and so precarious that in my opinion I'm looking at it now saying I don't really see and out that doesn't bring um bring some of the things that people have been just kind of wondering about for a long time to a reality and and that's one of the reasons why I've looked at it and said well thank you guys can give the lifetime now that may be very they listed but I also look at it and I say you know that's reality and and so I'm spending a little bit more time just as his mum is uh learning how to uh I'm gonna say live off the land and and so I guess I think you made a distinction between the mother fetish world and the desert other different fetishes within these kind of Worlds of leather fetish or if they all kind of the same versus ndo or because I've looked at the text messages and I know that you would ask him lotusky goes off on a bit of a tangent but the detectives allow it so far it is still hard to understand why his interaction with bacon went differently than the others he talks about because you've been honest with us I I appreciate that um I'm gonna be I have a feeling this probably wasn't the first person where you help them end their life and and maybe I'm wrong but I mean and I'm not going to be disrespectful I'm just I'm trying to sit back and visualize how this all played out and with your demeanor you're so calm and and I'm just wondering is this really the only person that you've that this has happened with I'm I you're completely wrong okay however and I'm going to put however in there the as as we started the conversation exactly where is Mark potomski no uh that is something that I I mean I've become very much a realist about it things that I remember from my childhood I remember going out into a field with more instinct and with a shovel varying something when I was this big in the location that is now been converted into the cemetery that contains the cemetery plot dealing with that reality in a very mature way did and I buried this whatever was left of it at that point I don't know how old you think you were well the last record of Mark witowski was 1972. yeah I'm saying the person I'm looking at now how old were you as a physical person how old how old was I when that happened I was maybe five six okay so as a property that you're at now at the house right now have you beared anything on the property have I buried anything on the property um let me give you another piece of paper okay if the house is here okay my dog LED his buried here okay so we bear the dog I pray to talk respectfully what else is here I am buried of course and actually I didn't bury the horse when the horse drank the water out of the barn it went crazy and dropped dead and um so the neighbor came over and he buried that can you write course and then dog dog have you buried anything else oh and I'm gonna have to have her dog while and just do a property sweep just just so we cover our bases yeah for your basis there are to my knowledge there is absolutely nothing there buried have you taken the life of anybody else understand to my knowledge no okay what do you mean here I have not taken anybody I'm telling you this is the first time I've been this is the first time I've ever done anything like this because you do this to meet and clean did you clean up that room and all after after it was passed and after you had hung him by his feet did you do a lot of cleaning uh so that you can look over because this is Meyer I took the sand where the blood was there and I shoveled out one bucket that had a bloody sand and I put it on the hyacinths that and actually the whole type of dug where I was planting the hyacinths because I ran out of hyacinths in the fall and so the rest of the hole was already there but there was one hyaccept that was left exposed and I just took that one bucket that I put it right there just put sand the sand and that is from basement there's no way that that uh won't be able to smell that um that um and and that that was um that was it there should be as like I said as far as I know and I I've looked up how long have you been at that property I've learned that property since 2000 and um one two thousand yeah 2001. I bought it in two no I bought a 2001 and um we moved in in 2002. okay and that was and I have only okay my family or the people who were running the trust purchased a girlfriend for me and the easiest way to take care of somebody is to make them pretend that they love them and so I did a sick marriage with this caregiver come to find out If a DNA test were done she's Mark lipinski's first cousin okay so so you kind of married I married a biological first cousin of Mark lipomsky okay and the only reason that it all fell into plot place was that she looks just like her dad just like her father look nothing like her dad and because I am second cousins to almost full of Tom skis on one side memories of her family her kids are my third cousins latinski claims that this is his first murder but it is easy to see why the detectives are skeptical to do something like this in such a methodical Manner and to remain calm is almost unheard of to get my third cousins out of my pocketbook gotcha what so I mean you know what were you wearing when when you when you put a knife nothing okay nothing on okay and then did you shower you I'd be on that shower okay I did not shower um and and I like I said I I just put on um I put out a pair of socks I put on these boots um I may be able to talk about this I mean and because I think sure Kevin is in some sort of what was what did Kevin end up wearing when he was in the back of your band what did he what did he decide to put on oh uh he's had on um well he's 18 yeah he looked at but it wasn't the right size he wanted to put on them but it was the right side um but if he had put uh he put on a well he he put on the the thing he had and then um uh because he was good because he was going on um and um and then he he had on the the um uh and and that was it so when you're driving him from that parking lot to your house I I actually had uh I had him sit on a blanket so that so and and then I I just look I said there's somebody we're driving down the road and if someone looks in you know so I I put two blankets into the back of the van for him um so that he could edit and then I turned on the heat so if it was you know plenty more yeah um you know that um like I said I just looked at it I went you know here this way if I says Isis look and and as we were to look at this different stuff I said I said if you decide to go with the with I said you know then it has to be removed I could see it now we get stopped by the cops the cops looks in the back he sees you all the time this is one thing I actually said to him I said they stop us and he says what's that and I said don't worry it's okay it's consensual and then the guy the the cop is gonna you and he's gonna stay is this consensual and you're gonna say yes I says if you don't say yes then you better hope that I never get out of prison you know it's like I laughed about it but you know that's all serious because people will say yes and then later it's like well no or I meant to be no or and you really have to be very careful of when a person is saying no and when they're really saying no sure and when more or less the role playing versus out of that fetish world they're saying no I've had enough legitimately I need I need you to stop I need to go back calling the nutshell so when he is riding and you're driving he basically essentially is he's got no nothing covering his legs he's us and that was that was just part of um power of you know just let me ask you this on the topic of this Kevin the only person that you've taken the life of um back in November the Troopers came out because there was somebody who ran from their house when I asked about some of the incidents involving the police wiltowski claims that what he was doing with the men was consensual since he also says that about bacon there is a better than good chance that those men did not consent either if that was a consensual Act at what point or what caused him to flee needs me to believe that Kevin isn't the only one and so I just want to explain a fair enough and and this is what I will say is that um and I don't even remember the chef's name um is that he was playing along very well until uh he can he got me and um you know so uh you know I I had no problem with that uh and and and I'm saying uh you know by that time uh you know all of these that was all the time he was he was freely walking around the house it was no problem whatsoever um I I in fact had taken my eyes completely off of him that's like you know what like if if you want to see the upstairs go ahead sit the upstairs go do it do what you want it was interesting that uh that at that point and and I don't know exactly what and what is going on inside of his head um but he had full ability to to get his own clothes they were right there but it is he he went and he went to one of the most expensive pieces of weather articles that I own and put that was it like 300 actually I think that's closer there's 300 probably closer to 500 but yeah I think that's interesting I think that's what you told me that's a little hundred dollars yeah and and you know it's like okay a part of that 50 bucks you know what a pair of pair of jeans you know 60 bucks no big deal he's [ __ ] us into something more than a couple a couple hundred that was a very nice like I said I'm gonna say the nicest piece of of leather article that I have and he decides to walk out the door with them now I'm just saying you know like but uh but then he'd go there wanting a sexual encounter with you so then why would he freak out when at no it was it was it was it you know I'm I'm sitting there and I'm like going you know and then we went upstairs and it was like I went into bed and and and and that was when he he started you know I was I was laying down you know and um and and I'm looking at it and it's like you know and and he's just wandering around the place and and I'm laying there I'm dozing off and it's like you know thinking this is no you know no no big deal I'm just gonna take a little nap right now because I just and um or at least and and whatever it was and then all of a sudden I I hear the uh the the door open I wanna I'm not kind of weird and I go to the door and I look up I'm not wearing anything and um I I look out the door and he's just walking across the yard and he's walking across the yard now we'd already talked he knew which neighbor he could go to who doesn't care for me at all he walked past the house he walked past the next house and it's like I look at him and then he booked it two and a half three houses down and and decides to start climbing fences oh my God you're stupid what what what's going on here and it's like but then it was like my personal opinion is that he found the lifeless piece of Leather wear he shimmed into it and he was gonna walk with him and Buttowski has the sort of Charisma that allows him to make it look like it is the other person that is irrational while he is the level-headed one this makes him even more dangerous to potential victims they say look I and then go home with it I actually had to go I want my kill back and that's like oh that's your kill yeah I want my Kilt back here are his clothes sitting in a dang pile right in front of the door okay so I look at it and I'm not passed that myself because when I was younger you know and it's like I mean I I did it myself with a little article and I was like well gee I don't have this you know this this porn video so it's like you know in the end of the bag it went and it's like so I always have to be careful of that because when you've got when you've got items of butter snake through that are kind of expensive for something to just disappear like that no you know even even my you know even if all the stuff with this the with the trust and what I can't get that money gotcha um so with these fetishes do any of these people want it recorded do they want to record or do you record them have an eye they're fantastic what about Kevin um no I didn't record it uh I mean I I he didn't want it I didn't it didn't come up it didn't come up it didn't come up so there's no video of you and Kevin together or you quickly into this life or anything like that yeah and um I've been off that as far as I know there there isn't and I say that because four um when and I said when we first got together with me he was paid um and however it was a better Arrangement whatever he got just like the person that I was with before and I talked to because I got very close and and he kind of said okay I'm not taking their money anymore you know in some cases it was I can see how you're turning the thrust money back on and I'm going to turn it back off on you oh by the way that doesn't work anymore um I had to move all the capital how much are duck let's put it this way the um there's a roundabout more more than you could ever put a figure in it it's that thing all right so and and I don't mean as far as saying okay it's still a lot of money it's enough money so that you could buy someone by serving a lot and make sure that everyone around me is up is is on the payroll but easily and so again so that was going on because I I talked to myself so whenever I'm talking to this person and the information that I give them because I'm a scientist I cross-check stuff you know I cut someone up and all often I get a message from this person hey what's going on I said so whenever I'm talking to this person they're relaying the information back to them he says yep basically I suppose there you go and it went right back to the people who were pulling the string from the background so even in some regards you know I I can almost guarantee all of my communications all the people that I contact everybody that I run into in one way or another maybe not through the government maybe in in ways that are being run through this trust everything was being recorded absolutely lotusky believes he is constantly being recorded which is a sign of paranoia surprisingly he doesn't get as agitated as many people with disbelief so there's no way for me to run anything now when I came to that realization that nothing is private and absolutely nothing um and and the um the the fact that that my cell phone communication and and everything else is is all wrapped up into this because hey they get all of that all those bills and make it all of the access so when I talked to the New York bankers and looked at up and said how do I how do I how do I exist in this world now that I know that it's there how do I exist in it and they say well you know what you just have to existence as best you can and it's like so if nothing in my life is private absolutely nothing that's very liberating to say marijuana a person's gonna like it a person could not like it it doesn't really matter because like it or don't like it it's still out there um I want to go back over as a summary you've been in here a long time I know I am just hired that's all right I want to go back over with Kevin so you may so you initially start talking with Kevin on Grindr you guys meet in person uh on the 24th in the parking lot you go to the house there's sexual activity that occurs in the kitchen and then downstairs [Music] as far as I as far as I would consider it the scene uh started you know when when he said yes I'm in let's start this okay because it you know at that point starts so and and and that's why there were there were so many and that was that was part of that was part of the plan was going on and then it was the discussions afterwards uh that that continued it so you will put all the people blindfold on uh blindfolds up change positions switch to the switch to that uh that is that is for a blogging usually okay um you know the purpose of vlogging right purpose of it but okay well what it does is it uh is it bring the it activates the blood vessels in the skin so that the sensations of touch and feel are are heightened because because the nerves are activated that so so the the but you know like I said so it was through an entire you know each uh each of the different movements that went through um went through a different a a different scenario okay and so then exactly how did Kevin say or what led to Kevin's death he was telling you specifically what well I mean it was It was a and it was a fairly long conversation and and then summary I mean it was a he was talking about about how how many different times or in different little ways that he had um that because because he just had um it's difficult so yeah he's telling you previously and then what you're saying let me ask you to do that for him okay once again lotusky claims that bacon asked him to do this and it isn't any more believable than it was the first time and and it was it was it was part of that and I was like well you know I mean it it it's part of it as far as as saying how do you make sure enough make sure that it's all there it's like well I put all of this together and and he's looking at he says well with the planning and it's like well none of this was planned this this you know it's like you you started laying up out and this is what I put together for for you to do this and that's when the conversation turned that direction and it was like well these these are the things that that that happened it didn't necessarily uh roll that way it was just a matter of that and then it's like yeah so and then America things together so when he told you that was that knife already down in the basement or did you go up and get it no I I actually went up and got it and then brought it down so no it was not down there um I mean it was it was um yeah it was it was um it was upstairs okay so you went upstairs got it and then that's when you put the knife he's laying on the ground well you say then I mean this was uh we had actually talked for and I can't even put a time not time on it I I mean it was there were lots of pieces of the discussion of what was there um but you know like I said that that test appointment it's like well there's there's different ways he he asked me to go up and and and get the sword I mean I do have a sword it's not Sharp I I'd gotten the sword at the at the Renaissance Festival uh it's never been used the an ornament over the mail but you know even with that I looked at my sister it's it's not sharp there's there's that that's that's wrong okay I can't do that I I can't I just I can't do that so where does the knife was it your bedroom or was it somewhere else I think it was something it was in the kitchen okay like those in the kitchen in the kitchen okay so then you go downstairs and eventually you do the nice kind of back here on his neck yeah I mean you said you went unconscious yep and then and then you lift up his face that was that was that was after when when this didn't happen quick enough and that was when you again they'll probably see that's what they'll find [Applause] so you said your vehicle is the um is the apartment building right um and so and that for you that's what we think the man is uh that's the Santa Fe now if you guys take that I have any transportation is that is that something is that something that you're you're planning on doing or seizing that vehicle you know I mean or is this something you got to work at it okay because that's what Kevin wrote in right so we have to look at it yeah okay they have to look at it then then look at it like we're gonna do okay so then you step on the back of the back there a lot of it was lotenski tells the detectives exactly where he stabbed bacon you know it's not perfect but if it's during the day then you'd probably catch the vehicle at um corner of uh and last strip mall okay so then after you put yeah it was it was now the leather was all that some of the leather was already there so then I started trying to use the leather in order to um it it was on for a while but then I went and started using a rope just just because it was it was more secure um and and it was that the rope that you see on there is I mean what the the the the what I was doing at the time I I was doing everything I could to get it where it was uh and the person when you when you strung him or pulled him so he suspended the first person I went to the ground so the blood would go on the ground and they would be contained um rather rather than you know I guess by that time he was already unconscious and it was just a matter of saying it's it it it it's done and and that there was there was no more more I think was that dirt that ground area had that been like that for a long time or did you cut that out after or did you kind of make that square you know so he was that there there previously or did you recently cut that out that's where it's always about that so that's so bad like that little section has always been there yeah from the time that that was built that's always been there because it has the Saint Andrews cross on it because the door comes open and your St Andrews crosses there and you've got the bar on the top that has the suspension so the the the purpose is not the sand the purpose is to have a Saint Andrews that has a vlogging station there that allows for vlogging the sand is just there because that's the floor that was that was there and it's hard to suspend it's hard to affix a San Andrews to the cement wall and have it stable and so when it was originally designed I looked at it and I went well why not why not put a thing Andrew said it's either there or not they're enough that it's there on the bottom of the doors that comes up like this yeah you you've got a place for Action wrap and then if you look at it if you've got different widths that you do as far as where you'll fix the hands because when you are depending upon who you've got I had some people who are real um who who are real massacres and so I mean it's a matter of fact come on is that all you've got and and that's that's something that that's like uh it their their skin becomes so desensitized that their Justice topless nails and and just look at us like yeah that's all I've got awesome and so you know I mean that's that some of the exposed dirt there why is it exposure there lives are exposed to Earth there yeah [Music] and it I mean the the exposure is always better since you own the house yeah why haven't you covered that up why I don't understand that that's all I'm trying to get I just don't I don't follow it when the basement was poured they poured the basement but they didn't pour any cement in that room okay so it was just like in The Root Cellar that's in the back you'll you'll actually see that there's a Flatwood floor that goes all the way across in that room you've got the wood floor that was put in after the cement was put on the top because that room was originally designed for like hose and patio furniture storage the basement sounds like it was the perfect location for what lotusky had planned for bacon it is just another thing that is arranged a bit too neatly to allow the detectives to believe that this is his first murder yeah and then the dirt was always there when when when uh this is the mission of basement floor ever right when Kevin was laying here like this was that door open or closed was it always open well it got open when uh when he went out when he went onto the floor game you know that's when that got oh we're just part of the fetish which when I was prior to yes enough that was that was probably that was that was that was Prior so when you was laying here and you you put the knife in his neck Outdoors so that was still stay open from the point where the portion of the scene where he um you know I was like hey you know it's like you're trying um that um that you know that was open and so it you know because it was it was open it just it just stayed open at that point so you know that's that's where that came to our energy but you can say there's nobody else that you've done this to as far as where where their life is ended down there you know is that the truth you've been truthful so far it is the truth I I you know so I can't I can't tell a lot of the for anything it it is the truth I have I have enough I've never done this before this is um another question that came to mind um actually the guys one of our partners that's out there at the house had asked um in the kitchen on the stove there's a couple different pans there's one that's got some vegetables like potatoes and stuff already in it yeah and there's another one that I think might be clean or doesn't have anything in it do you remember which pan you would have used to I think that's the grill is one more rounded and one's flat well I think it was between the two I use cast iron okay okay and um you know so the um you don't remember which one I mean it was it was whatever whatever I don't know um I mean I I put it onto a flat surface that that was it I put on the left Circle so you know I mean like I said wet weather what what whether you are and then and even the way you're asking that question that's like I look at it and I say maybe they're being square with me maybe you'll look at it and you say you know what this will only open up maybe you're just playing me on my video because we're hearing this there and we're trying to get a little picture and you listen you've been completely honest with us and we appreciate that and I'm a completely honest person with you I'm not I'm not blowing any smoke nothing okay I look at it and you know even when they show it up you know I mean obviously the name that he's used and I didn't know whether it was his real name a fake name or or black people that's so common uh particularly with anyone in the photo Sharina or sort of the name Karen bacon is a common name used by not now it's not a common name used by popular but it's common for people to give names other than their own I found um so you know even when they showed up it's like they said well you know it's like it's like you could come in I'm not I'm not going to hide anything well done ski didn't even know if bacon was using his real name which points to this being a crime of opportunity rather than a personal motive I wanted to remind you once again my new merch shop is up strangerlabel.com is full of relatable designs like the unstable and the mentally checked out t-shirts as well as other cool items like the All-Seeing beanie and the stranger socks every purchase helps support this Channel and you can even write me a short message on the purchase page I'll be reading every single message that comes with any order big or small so I head to strangerlabel.com and get whatever you want and with that said let's get back into the case um you know and and so I I look at it and I say um it is what it is come on in you want to see something go ahead and see it I I don't care um because you know it is what it is and and even when in dealing with this stuff for the when I say crap for the the probate stuff I was in there with a guy who was a petty who broke in the houses well we're probably a court here in Charlotte here inside the box they're dragging me through and like I said it's it's a shell because you don't marry first cousins so you'll look at it and you say on paper the person that is Mark witowski that she married is her first cousin in reality we're third cousins but when they wanted to be reality they pretend that I have black hair and brown eyes when they want to be on paper they say but on paper it says external relations well why are we coddling between reality and fantasy to your discretion why can't we toggle between reality and fantasy to my discretion because then the picture was completely different and and I look at it and I say you know what okay fine I went to a lawyer they need paperwork files I said this is what the paperwork about I don't know whether or not uh uh a first cousin can be married but if you use this birth certificate and this DNA sample their first cousin's Center and and if you decide to ignore one or the other why are we sitting here in a divorce court when you're talking about marrying first cousins that are liptonski so at the house it's just you that they're there though right right now it's just me and let's live in there well Athena and I is there anything else that we should know about the dog oh sorry this is not the most important part but you're buried a different bar in the backyard as well that works that drink water that causes the the neighbor buried the horse in the back corner uh the the dog is buried just past the backyard well you know the sand is in the front of the garden that is just west of the house and it's not it's not buried it's just Sarah and it's in a spot that's like that Wise by that wide it's going to be just right there it's it's I just took it and I'm a and and that you know that was just my my process of I was starting to clean up and and I'm sorry what if if no one had shown up in the house and maybe you already told us in that story about her what were you going to do with this battle uh his his and his internal we're going to go out back and I was going to put the peach pinch you know uh and then the um the the rest of them I have uh the uh uh chestnuts chestnuts that are in the refrigerator and I had been meaning to plant them before but really never had anything that you know to to grow them with I was going to drop the chestnuts into a portion of them there's the pile of mulch out back I was just gonna cover almost mulch not the bones I was just going to take the the internal gut portion and and get rid of it um so that they were they were each growing things the uh the muscle portion was going to go into the dehydrator that I purchased after um you know yesterday or it could be delivered on Monday um because that was you know that came out of the discussion so I didn't have anything you know planned for it at that point and um and then um the the I was just going to uh you know crush up the bones and the bone meal and then see if you know essentially excuse me what seasonings bring them up in the bone meal and um and take the bone meal and pair them with with tulip bulbs and and figure out some way to you know just have them appear somewhere you know it's like remember your own room just however however it worked you know if it's if it's a matter of getting it to happen so the inputting the muscle the muscle from the body into the and hydrator the dehydrator to eat like jerky basically yeah that's you know I thought I know a lot of people don't understand that but you know it's like I looked at it and you know we're open to a lot of things and I know it's it's it is what it is it's a matter of just just making making happen we're gonna take a quick break and we'll get right back with you [Music] [Music] the detectives take a short break and after all the details they have been given they probably need it it is difficult to hear such details and try to remain visibly calm especially for prolonged periods of time there's [Applause] [Music] [Applause] foreign what we would like to get from you is very painless and simple but we like to take some samples of your DNA um if you're okay with that there's nothing magical about it we would take a Q-tip and two different ones run on the inside of your cheek that's a sample um I would also like to if you're willing to to allow us to I'd like to take pictures of on your hands and your forearms just get put on there yeah so you can see that there's there always there's no injuries right right as well as your bare chest and down your underwear and I won't even do that here or or maybe we will just pull your skirt up there and tilt I'm sorry I'm uh I'm not at all bashful I don't care I mean and that's more honest money than what with this damn product well and I don't think we need we don't need private there's pictures of his privates just put your legs and your arms and your chest yeah lotusky is going to be photographed and checked for any wounds he may have gotten during a struggle with bacon and then in addition to I want to just give some samples of like by your fingernails with a Q-tip yeah like I said I have um yeah I showered it doesn't even have showers well to yesterday I mean I didn't even think because you know because everything had slept off so um so yeah I shower yesterday right do you want I have a problem let me know [Applause] so if you're willing to do that I'm going gave me pictures and and in pictures and then um and in this form here is just a consent it says I will print your name there willingly give my permission or consent for the authorized law enforcement officials what name do you want of the Michigan State Police and who doesn't need you can use the name that you used earlier than that that way is okay and and like I said it's a matter of saying oh I okay you know what I'll get this information on your vehicle um do you have Plumbing Vehicles do you have just one or two well I have two at one is at Hank grass several legs that's not involved um and then the van is a 2018 and that is nice it's not my coverage um it is a Hyundai and it is a Santa Fe oh Santa Fe uh um 70201 and how many letters do they do that it depends two or three like I think there's a b in there I think it's a b b e b or something like that uh I have no idea what the bin number is a complete search the motor vehicle owned by me and under my care accustomed control including interior trunk engine compartment and all containers that are in yeah that's okay yeah this is uh yeah I I I I I I uh yeah um and then to obtain a buckle sample to the taken by an MSP representative I find it here let me just read it to you so we're thorough here I further get permission for the release of the sample to an authorized law enforcement officer of Michigan State Police for the purpose of obtaining a diet analysis if you're okay with that what you will find is that yes I did [ __ ] and then down here we'll read I give this permission freely voluntarily I have not been coerced or threatened in any manner no promises have been made to cause this grant or permission I know that I am not required by law to give permission and the results of the analysis may be used as evidence and possible Court proceedings I further understand that the sample given will be destroyed at the completion of the judicial process if you're willing to sign that put today's date and time I mean the fact is is that I fully admitted that I had contact all over him and he had contact all over me right that's it this is not gonna do anything to until you're here no no just just here there's paperwork to be filled out and letounski has no problem with verifying that everything is told him is the truth at least the truth as he sees it and it is 8 55. and then your signature goes there Mr Wilkos do you guys still Scream number of teams um I know the social security number David stole an identity if you want to put that window uh there is no social security number for Edgar okay Thomas Hill because given the fact that my mother was not a U.S citizen on all of her family is in Canada as I talked with my cousins who were in Canada there is no meaning that I could have been born in the United States this work without a record no problem though the social security number is there it's for someone who is okay who isn't me they're going to find that when they do their DNA the not me so as crazy as that is all right so let me take your buckles first sure compare it to your system and see if this DNA shows up anywhere else and if you guys find the Marco out there with black hair and black eyes and as a [ __ ] I want to know where he
