prejudice I Mikel hyen Eric colen Harris beneficiary and Sovereign principal of the ccate trust am here by special appearance under threat duress fraud ceron and extortion not submitting to the Court's jur jurisdiction fiduciary all fiduciary um Miss Milhouse uh there was no crime committed failure to present a court uh failure to present the court a case deprives the court of jurisdiction against Mikel hyen Eric Coen Harris beneficiary uh being the solvent principal of the CES trust who hereby moves this court to dismiss this complt filed by the policy officer for failure to present a cause of action or crime as well as a corpus dcti you big cold blooded dummy all right so um I think we've been through this before um I I am not able to process anything unless um by by a beneficiary so unless it's the person of Michael Eric Harris pres uh this is the beneficiary of the trust Michael Michael Eric Harris is the trust I'm the beneficiary of the trust this is a trust action this is a trust action and and also there have there have been documents and briefs submitted for for the court submitted for the court for the um the judge and also for the prosecutor the LA the LA the last uh submission was you have you have 12 that I that was submitted and then you had the last two you have a color of Law and a corpus dcti that was submitted as well everything is in your brief thank you um the court is unable to process or respond or even arraign you on or arraign Michael Eric Harris unless it's m unless Michael Eric Harris with no colons no extra uh and not a beneficiary and not a truck the person of otherwise I can't I the court cannot process it I can't do the arrangment I can't move it forward and uh so at at some point on one of these I just um I think today is a show cause for these citations they are not trust actions but I'll I'll let I mean I don't know if Miss Mason wants to weigh in at all but I'm not able to I'm not able to move forward good good morning to you chiku Mason City prosecutor uh your honor in regards to this matter I would probably um reaffirm what the court has just stated to um defendant Harrison that he's not the actual person this court at this point I recomend that continue to AR it out and even go forward for the AR for the arrest of Michael har for his failure to on these m well I can't hear I hear some might be you miss Mason back the background noise about that well the P the person the person that the person that that um Miss Mas is looking for she has in her document this is her person this is the trust what she's looking for she has that in her in her documents and she has that there so this is the person that you're looking for this is the trust this is the person you look before and you have that information in your presence that's the person you're looking for well well sir I because we this is not not a trust action the court can't even can't uh move this process along um based on any trust action um and there's no way to dismiss this case unless I think that's might be what is being asked for as well there's no legal or constitutional or jurisdictional basis to do so I can't move it forward so it just would go into uh warrant status and that's where I'd have to leave it but I appreciate you coming in and um stating what you had to say to the court on the record everything is on the record and brief and um I appreciate you and always you are one of the best judges uh I've met and I appreciate your presence and I appreciate your honesty and the person that you are Miss MH house thank you you
