So, here's here's the latest uh statement of phone call I've got from Star. Just wanted to play it on the video to get it on some sort of public record. Thank you for using security. Um, they still haven't given me any legal packet or communication with anyone. It's about 11:30, I guess. So, I've talked to I I've talked to Michael at 2:30. Yeah, I've talked to Michael on text. Um, well, first of all, if Kevin is there, I mean, really, an argument of facts at this point is is pointless, but if he happens to be there, he he he's the president of the school district and would be a key character witness at least. Michael's telling me on text that, you know, that uh he's going to try to talk to the public defender and have they're just going to dismiss fine for for uh or, you know, down to the served and time served and maybe a fine or dismiss. He's going to try to talk to the public pretender there and then she's going to shut up about jurisdiction. So yeah, pretty much you just stick with this. That's right. Drop the whole stuff in court. It's not going to work. We know it doesn't work, but just don't tell anybody. Right. And what's your plan, Star? Let me just read what I have written. Are you documenting? He says she can walk easily if she just shuts up is what Michael said. Yeah, I'm recording. Listening. Hey, I just want to I just want to at least have this on the record. They probably won't even let me carry any notes. I'm just trying to remember as much as I can. But your honor, it is against my faith to swear. I affirm I will tell the truth and I will not lie as I know and believe. My word is my bond. So help me God. For the record, I am God's living divine being known by Stark, a family clan of hills, which is styled as a noun written in upper and lower case and separated by a colon. S A R H L O S. I do not understand the charges and have not been informed in my native language uh common English or given any facts or allowed to face my accuser. Your honor, I ask your forgiveness and apologize for my misunderstandings of the presumption uh that of how I became a US citizen without my fully informed consent in my native language without deception, coercion or fraud. Uh, please forgive me for my misunderstanding of the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. I'm rather dated on law. Um, it's my honest belief that I harmed no one and was under no contract with the agents making a claim or complaint against me. I truly believe I am innocent, but I will say whatever it requires free once. I am in great physical pain and mental suffering and in fear of my health, life, safety, and I wish to go home to my loved ones. I promise I will not run away and I am no risk of flight from facing these charges. But I must be free to go to gain my health and strength to exact my otherwise I will just plead guilty to the charges under duress. that will allow, your honor, to set me free and not waste any more of the court's time. I will pay in full and lawful money upon receiving a bill to grant relief for any injury I may have caused, otherwise without full disclosure and discovery I do not understand and will be forced to orally seek havius corpus uh a habius corpus and seek all discovery to be given to me in open court. Thank you for your honor. Thank you, your honor. I trust you will be fair and just with a speedy and equitable remedy. Uh please, your honor, and accept my apology and forgive me and set me free. Wow. You actually said you're guilty and you said please to the judge. Jail has changed your star. And then I also have the other notice that uh it is my understanding that I am in God's original jurisdiction and entered into world citizenry with full understanding and voluntary and voluntarily with the intent of serving the whole of the world community created by the divine creator of the world and uh and given my inheritance on heaven and earth. Uh and uh then see and if they challenge anything about that I would just say carry data during the two hours versus district director in immigration naturalization services CI. A.
