to the terminal sir you weren't even behind us i was right behind the same car and watching how would you know if i used my turn signal because there's these red i used my i hit my turn signal when we were almost a block away okay well now i'm going to tell you one more time if you don't give it to me you're obstructing my official business and i will please try to cry yes it is no it's not yes it is how can i identify myself it's not a crime when a police officer has a justifiably excuse me has a justifiable reason to stop you then they have a right to get your id and that's under colorado law and i believe it's under federal law when i was in kentucky it was also the law there that a police officer if he had reasonable suspicion to stop you he could demand an id and if you didn't give it to him he could detain you further for um identification purposes it's getting recorded right now you're good okay it is for both of our safety so either we can a no not answer any more questions okay that's fine you have to enter in your obstruction official business so you will be placed on the risk restricting official business okay so you can either hey give me your information if they arrest me you can come bail me out but it's going to be a unlawful arrest no that's not did you know that did you know that go ahead let me let me hear it nope sir i don't have to provide any i don't care yes you do you are the supreme court has ruled on this many times state of ohio's law you have to give me your information you are operating a vehicle that i stopped you for a traffic violation okay
