police officers when police officers actually engage in processes like this and they act upon human beings who have existed peacefully with no violation of uh when they do this they're acting outside of their authorization you're wrong it's so wrong they're authorized to act on behalf of victims making allegations or if they personally witnessed the commission of a crime well you're pulled over right and you're not giving them your driver's license and registration is required so that's a crime hello hello peace [Music] so it's gerald is that right yeah so gerald i need to see your license your registration and insurance okay man um you're gonna provide that to me i already explained to you i haven't voluntarily applied for one of those actually the police took my license from me and i'm not gerald tyler davis gerald lee davis in case you're making a case of mistaken identity okay i need you to go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me okay okay okay well i will peacefully uh allow you to do whatever you want and if you wouldn't miss me breach the piece then uh remove me from the vehicle because i'm a peaceful man okay can you step out uh no i can't voluntarily consent to what i believe is a crime on your behalf i've explained to you that you are required to identify yourself i'll be bringing charges against you person-to-person injury crime okay um i'm like i said i'm a peaceful man you have two options gerald i have more options than that i have a right to remain silent okay i'm done talking yeah you're not done talking by far and pennsylvania versus mims tells you to get out of the car when the police officer says so then once you're arrested you can be as quiet as you'd like hey gerald rick stop it gerald rex you're under arrest okay you understand that you're under arrest you need to step out of the car rick stop there'd be no need for violence i'm a peaceful man i love people i care about people i don't approve of people who use threats force threat and coercion to secure security interest nobody's doing that uh maybe you should do a little research i have done the research yeah me too yeah really school [ __ ] and um like i said i i believe in acting lawfully i don't believe anybody not even in uniform has a right to act against a peaceful human being and what required is when you are driving a motor vehicle yes driving is a commercial term which i am not engaging in i'm not getting paid i'm not working like you guys are getting paid to act against a human being who's traveled from point a to point b it's none of your business sir it's not in my business no i have a right to privacy maybe you should uh read your constitution it'd be awesome if you were acting on an oath if you just taken a sworn oath to uphold the laws that govern your conduct yes if you haven't been told we're recording yes so am i we are too oh definitely i i have this understand this you you've stated what your views are and i'm going to state a couple of things that are fact okay right now you're under arrest for failure to carry and present your id it's voluntarily to apply so you either step out of the car or we'll remove you from the car and i told you i won't resist at all you said you said something about voluntary and we don't want to use any force either i would like you to step out of the car no please otherwise because i'm the people otherwise you'll be removed from the car okay sir well you understand yes you i know you're going to commit an act of crime against me and you will be charged because you are not authorized to act against a human being i've committed no crime maybe this will teach you to listen to authoritar oh oh my god oh my gosh hold that dog you better hold that dog can i stand it up you've damaged properly sit down think what you guys are doing right now yeah they thought about what they were doing they broke your window think about what you're doing you're not even getting out after they broke your window now they're thinking of taking you out physically yeah think what you're doing for what you know i got it i got it can i take my seat belt off you go hand on your head no no wreck oh boy can you keep your hands where we can see him get out of the car stand on your feet what are you doing what are you doing right now we're just having you guys stay put for safety releasing this car to somebody who has a valid license do either of you guys have a valid driver's license do not no no is that did you say no i said no i'm sorry sir no you do not okay what was that sir i haven't bite my bike okay all right yeah nobody has a driver's license and the vehicle comes back still owned by the county because the owner never transferred the title how do you guys know him he's been a friend just a friend 20 years ago what's what's this problem with us me um that's not with you guys yeah yeah it's what the um you know the common denominator i mean not tracking i'm not trying with you sir well there we've been lied to i mean as a people and um he's just kind of realizing that he's still kind of young in it he's not exactly sure how to you know go about it yet but um i think that we should do that in courts or whatever i mean yeah um yeah all right deal with people you know i mean because you know you guys understand you guys understand where we stand with this yeah okay officer thomas observed some traffic violations or a traffic violation um and when you're operating a motor vehicle on the public highway for whatever reason commercial or not you're required to identify yourself for that purpose for citations yeah i know i have a right to travel what's that i know we have a right to travel yeah but when you commit a traffic violation you can be stopped and receive a traffic citation and for that purpose you're required to identify yourself cool understand okay yeah the they don't understand anything yes you gotta walk home now you don't have
