You son of a [ __ ] I'll light your [ __ ] pig ass up. [ __ ] pig. >> Kuzov was hospitalized and medical tests later detected multiple substances in his system. Prosecutors ruled Bowen's use of force legally justified and filed no charges against him. A troubling reminder of how quickly a tense encounter can spiral out of control. No, we're not. Put it down now. Put it down now. Put the knives down [screaming] now. >> On April 28th, 2024, at around 9:46 a.m. in Bo, Wisconsin, USA, police responded to a 911 call near Ashland Avenue. I told you. >> Out of vehicle, please. >> Williams later regained consciousness and received further medical treatment. The footage sparked strong public reaction while LeBlanc was placed on leave and later resigned. An independent investigation followed, a reminder that every decision behind the badge can carry serious consequences. >> I don't think he's going to fight with them, but you'll follow them out there and >> we'll have um I'm going to follow. >> Yep. Knowing there were more homes ahead, the trooper waited for a safer location before pulling alongside the sedan and performing a TVI maneuver. The car slowed and came to a stop, allowing officers to secure both occupants without further incident. A carefully timed decision had brought the pursuit under control before it reached a more populated area. >> Get on the ground. No, you stay in the car. You get out on the ground. >> He wrecked the car. >> Get on the ground. >> Can't be your back. You don't move. >> Slowly get out of the car. Get on the ground now. >> Officers later confirmed that Wright had an active warrant and that her driver's license had been revoked for years.
