got arrested and they uh applied that to my case when I went back to court I had an appeal I won my appeal and it got knocked down it was only supposed to be 6 months uh year on all three cases I have the uh appeal paperwork at my house and everything sir I even got the email it was a uh I W up my pill in 2000 September no uh excuse me October of last year when I came back to court I want to appeal now my paperwork shows like I have three cases and all the cases are under the same thing dispatch has been updated literally all my cases run concurr I don't know why they run like that she said it when I came home they didn't understand my probation why it was like that but they said all my three cases run together and it shouldn't I don't even know why I shows a bit cuz it was a violation under the same charge I only had it once but when I violated it open it and activate again and when she sented me she messed up my czon I won my pill in October of last year I went to the what were you what were you incarcerated for uh violation of probation you're still on probation now yes what you on probation for uh I'm just I just got out and I was basically doing the probation felony uh yeah is it considered felony when you I'm just like what were your charges um narcotics yeah the first one I had uh did a drug rehab program cuz I was addicted to uh opiates and then I had uh the flee and they all under the same case and when I violated it opened it again who did you flee from uh I think it came out of Simo County that's when I had uh I fought the case and everything like I said sir and I went back on my pill so you're on felony probation you're habitual driving habitual traffic violator and you're driving while your license is r no that's what I'm saying sir the habitual part I don't know why it's saying that literally and I literally like I just told you H I went to the store for my job my manager's in there I didn't even know that was a big like sit the safety Road I'm thinking maybe if I could just go to the store grab our supplies and come back that's like you're still operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway I said like I said Mr h i was clueless I'm
