steps back it's going to look and sound as follows one 2 3 all the way out to nine then you're going to use a series of small steps keeping your front foot on the ground like this and walk nine steps back one two two 3 all the way out to nine okay you're going to keep your hands down by your sides you're going to maintain Heel To Toe contact on each step you're going to count your steps out loud
