we're here with our outstanding major case unit that inv involves most of our homicides that have occurred this week they were managed to solve two cold cases for us the first one happened in a 300 block at Chipotle Avenue on December 11th 2022 at about 145 a.m. and I'd like to have detective Maguire who was the case agent talk about how we came the resolution to make this arrest yesterday Sheriff's Office hey put your hands on your head put your hands on your head put my hands on my head uh you got uh a warm for arrest and there's a detective that we're going to take it talk to that'll explain all right so uh the case came like I said December 11th 2022 uh we know that the victim in this case Cory woard had been in a relationship with our defendant uh jasber B that morning um there was a altercation between the two which ultimately led to Corey fleeing the scene from the fight and our defendant Jas Moray following him down and uh ultimately Cory was shot uh one time in the chest and the 300 block of Chipola the other case we got an arrest warrant for occurred at 808 South Massachusetts Avenue on December 3rd 2023 in this case detectives have been able to get an arrest warrant and we have a $225,000 reward out there for the perpetrator in that case the assigned case agent was detective lame no uh so on December 2nd um 2023 Hector Hernandez Pascal was murdered in uh the yard of 808 South Massachusetts after he went to go visit some family um throughout our investigation we learned that the suspect is actually his son-in-law uh Joel Alonzo Cisneros um after the murder he and two of his brothers fled the area we have uh information that they fled up to the Ohio area and then West out towards Utah and Idaho we do have a a a an arrest warrant for second degree murder for Joel uh he is currently outstanding if anybody knows uh his whereabouts or where he may be please contact the Vala sheriff's office in the 808 uh South Massachusetts case from 2023 the suspect in this case Joel cisos has been in the country illegally that's why we have the $25,000 award out there he's obviously has a propensity toward violence he likes guns it's important that we get him off the street this is just a sample of the outstanding work that my major crimes unit does day in and day out so again if you know where Mr SOS is please reach out to us $225,000 reward if we can get him into custody
