On the evening of January 19th, 2024, Officer Baltazar headed to East Loman to serve a warrant on Johnny Martinez. Even though the officer knew exactly who he was looking for, Martinez refused to [music] follow orders and decided to resist. Here are the details of a confrontation that started as a routine arrest and ended with an extra charge, obstructing justice. You confirm those 40s? Yeah. How's your back? Negative on 550. He went like that and I just like tried to sweep him. Okay. All right.
