received a call from a drunk woman
reporting her sister missing

the woman was in a state of panic
shouting my sister as gone and
explaining that she was shouting so her
sister could hear her did I call you do

and confirmed she could not hear her

crime of trespassing specifically as
follows general definition trespassing
is entering or remaining on someone
else's property without permission this
this applies to buildings land and even
private areas within public
spaces severity the severity of
trespassing varies depending on the
purpose and location of the
trespass depending on the state and the
severity of the ACT trespassing can
result in administrative penalties fines

sister was fine but she continued to
complain to the police she eventually
left the restaurant she returned to the
restaurant because she couldn't find her
keys when you called us earlier before

arrested her for causing a public

repeatedly asked why she was being
arrested a female officer explained her
charges but the woman seemed too
intoxicated to understand the classy
young lady was charged with disorderly
intoxication and resisting and then
trans reported to the Palm Beach main
detention center on July 24th 2023 she
plead guilty to disorderly intoxication
and was issued
$338 in fines by judge Robert pant the
charge of resisting was
dropped the fine was paid in full and
the case is now closed this is wildly
the subject in the third case she was
arrested for assaulting a security guard
in a bar and resisting when the police
police
intervened the incident occurred on
February 14th 2024 in Sarasota Florida
police responded to The Cask in the old
social Lounge in reference to an
intoxicated gir striking a bouncer after
being asked to leave I was just trying
to look for some key I just for
some you guys hear me in the face you

claimed that she was only trying to find
her keys and repeatedly said that one of
the police officers had hit
her why what are you going to do take me

just the police asked the woman to come
with them but she refused insisting that
she had done nothing wrong and was only
trying to find her keys the you have to
listen to me I Haven done anym to anyone

you at this point the woman continued to
scream insisting that she hadn't harmed
anyone and had no intentions since she
refused to cooperate the police placed
her in the
car you saw
yeah basically they come in stop check
your
ID

this turns towards him they exchange

words the police officer along with
another officer checked the woman's ID
the other officer recounted the events
leading to the arrest the woman argued
with security staff hit them and was
subsequently arrested the police officer
drove the woman to the Detention
Center

mentioned that her kindness had been
taken advantage of and expressed her
fear of being raped in
jail after completing some paperwork the
police officer asked the woman to get
out of the car but she refused
continuing to insist that she had done
nothing wrong and wanted them to listen
to

outside but what are you going to
do bring you inside but what are you
going to do besides the smart ass

not do treating me this way stop don't
resist it you're going to get extra
charge come out of the car and walk with
me to the gym
why the police officer advised the woman
to get out of the car warning her that
if she didn't she could be charged with
resisting
arrest definition resisting arrest is
the crime of preventing or hindering an
arrest also referred to as resisting an
officer sometimes merely as resisting or
obstructing resisting arrest is a
serious crime in the United States and
can be classified as either a felony or
a misdemeanor depending on the
circumstances penalties the penalties
for a resisting arrest felony very based

reasonable range of felony resisting
arrest penalties include jail time from

transported to Sarasota County jail for
processing the case remains open and
pre-trial hearing is scheduled for May
28th 2024 with judge Kennedy

if he doesn't want to take you you you

sort of like like early dementia or
something but he is not acting like

Starbucks and then he said that he had

her a couple of gift cards because she
doesn't have a job he did he well he
just got me a gift card and showed up
back at the apartment so I felt sorry
for her my mistake gave her more money
gave her more things to do took her here
so she could get food she refused to get
out of the car
and now she get out of it at all I'm
just trying to the day with go out run
errands we're just trying to run erands
um you said she was evicted from the
apartment does she not so that's not
where she lives anymore I still live
there she is in the process of eviction
I don't think they got a final order for
it yet okay so she can still be there
according to the father he had tried to
assist his daughter but upon arrival she
refused to leave the car despite his
repeated requests when the police
arrived they approached the young woman
and asked her to step out of the vehicle
to resolve the situation however she
refused insisting that she had the right
to remain in the car claiming that her
father was experiencing memory issues
I'm not trying to live in this car you
know what I mean so yeah but you're not
trying to get out of this car which
right now you're working the law this
not your car so you're trespassing with
the permission of the person he doesn't
want you in his car you're trespassing

test because that'll prove your

then requested a urine test but her

their experience and skills the police
quickly subdued her applying strong
measures to bring her under
control resisting the police can lead to
Serious consequences including arrest
and imprisonment this also complicates
the situation and can create unnecessary
risks in this case the woman was charged
with resisting arrest under Ohio Revised
Code section
2921.331
11.19 and traffic violations failure to
provide valid documents while driving
and was fined under orc
457.9 5 she was sentenced to 180 days in
jail with 175 days suspended fined
$525 and had her driver's license
revoked for a
year this incident highlights the
importance of complying with traffic
laws cooperating with the police and
always carrying valid documents to avoid
legal troubles resisting and not
cooperating can lead to criminal charges
is arrest and severe
penalties understanding your rights and
obligations in legal situations also
helps minimize risks and negative
consequences this not only protects

upon arriving at the scene the police
officers approached and interacted with
the woman when they asked her to leave
she expressed dissatisfaction with being
asked to leave without a specific
explanation she voiced her displeasure
and emphasized that she was a military
member feeling that she was being
treated unfairly in this
situation you want to take an Uber CU
you're not going to be able to wait for
them I mean I don't care if I put that
away from them or not honestly like this
park so your option is to take an Uber
or they're going to press charges for
trust pass after warning and you're
going to do it I don't know they're like
talking about pressing charges like
being at Universal because they can't
basom the fact that I am in the military

so we can either start walking towards
the Uber I don't know it's very Weir or
we can end up starting to to the exit

much the police then presented the woman
woman with two options either she could
leave the area by calling an Uber or she
would face the possibility of being
charged with trespassing and potentially
arrested at this point the woman
contacted a friend and the bodykim
footage shows the police following her
out of the area you guys happy with her
on the
sidewalk she she's apparently going to
