Get over. Yeah. >> You're on the ground right on my shoulder. >> That's how they are. Okay. >> That's >> They're wrong. They're dead wrong. >> I never walked out the door. I mean, I walked out the door, but I didn't walk out the door with nothing. Did you have items that they had to take back from you before you walked out of the store? >> While honest shoppers follow the rules, petty thieves believe they can slip away unnoticed. But reality hits hard when cops catch them red-handed, ending their reckless game. Here are the times when shoplifterss get caught in the act by cops. Follow and like so you won't miss new videos every day. Let's meet the foolish suspects who turned a minor ticket into a fierce clash with the cops. Why you do this to me? >> You need to stop. You need to stop. >> Yeah. >> On June 24th, 20124, police quickly arrived at J C Penney after reports of two women acting suspiciously and lingering for hours. Here's what happened next. >> All right, so they both selected stuff, took hangers off of stuff, hid the hangers throughout the store. Um, I was on top of them the whole time cuz it's slow, so it was easy. Just so they're not here. >> No, they're in here right now. They're in the holding room. I just want to tell you what was going on before. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. >> Okay. >> So, I just wanted to do that before. >> How much? >> Uh, it was almost $500 together. >> Okay. >> I got a receipt over there for you guys. >> And one doesn't speak English that well, but the other girl does, and I also have somebody in there on our end that speaks English. >> Okay, perfect. >> Store employees said they had detained two suspects with clear evidence of stolen goods worth nearly $500. He led the officers into the security room and that was when their real ordeal began. You >> do we have IDs on us? >> No. >> No. No IDs? >> No. >> Nothing. >> All right. I got to read this to you guys, okay? Before we talk about anything, just listen, okay? >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Do you understand each of these rights so I've explained them to you? He'll he'll read it to us, >> but for you, do you understand each of these rights if I've read them to you? >> Yeah. Okay. Okay. [Music] She doesn't want to talk. So 10:15. >> Okay. >> Although they struggled to communicate in English, the suspects remained calm and even defied the officers. But they would soon pay the price for their actions. >> I'll have you stand up over here. >> Yeah. Come on. >> No, you got to stand up. No, that's how >> we'll do this one ahead of time. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Stand up. Come on. Don't make this hard. Let her go. >> You stand up. Stand up. Stand up or you're going to get a resisting charge. A resisting charge. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Come on. We're not going to continue this. >> Nope. Nope. Nope. >> I'm not I'm not doing >> Come here. >> Come on. >> Instead of cooperating, they chose to confront the officers immediately, leaving the cops no choice but to use force. >> Stop. >> Stop. Come on. >> Why? Why? Why you do this to me? Why? >> No. No. Please. No. Please no power no more. Please, please, please. Stop. [Music] >> No. No. Please. >> No. No. No. Please. Please. >> Stop. Stop. >> You got me. >> Sit down. Sit down now. You need to stop. You need to stop. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. This can go a lot easier. really stop. >> The struggle turned intense with screams echoing through the room. Officers were forced to restrain each suspect amid fierce resistance. What? While another officer was called in for backup. >> Just additional units. No, no, no, no. I'm not choose. I'm not accused. I'm not accused. Sir, >> you were red parents also got that you selected as well. >> Put your hand behind your back now. [Music] >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I know. >> Hello. >> Hold on. I want your hand. [Music] Ladies and gentlemen, we >> sit down. >> Sit down. Yeah. >> The arrest was nothing short of a wrestling match, so officers couldn't wait to throw them in jail. >> Okay. >> Get for one moment. >> Hang on. Where you taking her? Where you taking her? >> To your cruiser. Where's your cruiser at? >> I don't keep on your phone. >> Where's your cruiser at? It's on the east side. >> Where's your cruiser at? >> East side. Jess, >> take them both out or they're both going in the car. >> We'll be back with the rest of this. They're going to get secured. >> All right. >> 21. I'm moving around to the cruisers. >> Home. >> I >> Let's go. >> I take it they weren't searched, right? >> No, >> we just literally got them both. You said you're by the east side or the you're part by the overhang. >> East side. The top. >> In the end, the two women were charged with retail theft of nearly $500 and resisting law enforcement. They faced jail time and a lasting criminal record. Let this be a lesson. Defying the police only turns a bad decision into a life-changing mistake. Next is the woman who thought she was in the right and had to learn a costly lesson. >> You're under my shoulder. >> That's how they are. Okay. >> On April 26th, 2024, police quickly responded to a call from Walmart. A woman had filled a cart with merchandise but refused to pay. Watch how she tried to justify her actions. That's >> going this way. >> Yeah, >> we can go this way. >> The woman was identified as Destiny, 37 years old. When officers asked for her information, she became defiant and failed to provide any reasonable explanation. >> Do you have an ID? >> I don't have my wallet on the money in the glove box in the vehicle. >> What's your name? >> Nothing. Just literally took everything out because I didn't wasn't stealing. was like I explained now. I was running through the vehicle to go grab money out the glove box to come back and pay for the stuff. >> Destiny tried to excuse herself by claiming she only ran to the car to grab money from the glove box. But things weren't that simple. >> The stuff that I walked in the door was >> I just literally took everything out because I didn't want to stay cuz I didn't go to the glove box. Who did you say was out in the parking lot? >> I didn't see nobody was out in the parking lot. She should be in the store. My auntie. >> Who? >> My auntie. Melody. >> Oh, you got her phone number. >> I'm trying to call her on Facebook. Like, she should be connected to the Wi-Fi cuz she don't have little Sim trans. >> You're not connected to the Wi-Fi, >> huh? I had to go to US. So, >> I've been trying to call you. Well, >> I've been I had to go to US. So, >> hello. >> Okay. So, my >> would you call this? >> I had the stuff right there. That's my card. Trying to call you first before I even thought about walking up the doors to go to the vehicle to grab the money off the bus stop. >> When her aunt showed up, Destiny claims she'd done this before without trouble and even said the staff prepared the items for her, making the excuse sound absurd. Apparently I'm still trespassing when although I thought since all my cases are closed and I'm done with it last all the stuff didn't make it >> and like I just explained to you I was going to the vehicle to grab the money >> and like I said I've done that before and the workers >> um well because I would like I have this or and I trying to call I know I'm showing the questions back to Lifi here at Walmart and stuff to ask her to run out there to make money and she was a dancer so I had all the stuff in the shower and stuff and I had done but then when they put in a freaking mask >> her shifting stories and deliberate stalling left the officers with no patience to wait any longer here. >> Garbage. Literally walking to the garbage. I was I asked to grab something. >> All right. We're going to be going to jail today. >> Why? >> Because probation's placed on hold on you. >> Are you >> Are we going to fight? >> I'm about to call my probation officer. >> Okay. >> That's not fair. >> Don't touch Don't touch my phone. >> Behind your back. >> I cannot sit in the vehicle. Wait. Hold on. Let me hang up my phone. Stop. You're squeezing my wrist at first. >> Okay. I can't sit here. >> It don't matter if I have two cuffs or not. I still can't look like that. I have a friendly health. [Music] >> Officers arrested her immediately and as she was escorted to the car, the woman kept arguing and grew agitated, causing the tension to escalate rapidly. >> I'm asking very nicely. Can these puffs be switched around? Please stop bullying on me. Please. >> Okay. Do you have anything hidden on your person? No, I do not. >> Cuz you apparently told Rebecca that you had weed on you. >> I did. I had weed in my bag. At least it should have been there. >> I didn't find it. >> Well, then that means it's not in my bag then. And then I don't have anything on me. >> If you take that into jail, that's going to be >> I already know that. >> So, can we please switch these cuffs around? I can already feel my shoulder hurting. >> Yeah. Are you going to cause Offspring any more issues? >> No, I'm not trying to cause any issues. I'm asking all these simple question nicely and it's making me frustrated and getting pissed off because you guys never listen to me. >> Okay, I'm going to grab your phone out of there. >> No, do not. >> I don't feel comfortable with that. >> Have a seat. >> If that's my grandmother calling, I need to call. >> No, stop. It's my fault. >> My shoulder shoulder. You're not cleaning my phone. >> Stop my squats. >> Stand up. >> Get in the car. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up and get in the car. >> My shoulder. >> Stand up in the car. >> Stand up and get in the car. >> I need these scuffs to get off this wrist. his shoulder. It's >> That's not happening right now. >> Stand up again. >> You guys aren't listening to me. It's serious. My shoulder, we'll get an ambulance. I better check that. >> Listen to me. >> My shoulder is killing me. I know. >> Stand up and sit down on the car so we can get an ambulance. Come. You can't do that till you get in. >> Have a vehicle. Is that my grandmother calling my phone? >> Instead of cooperating, she chose to play the victim, making things harder. Officers then called medical staff to ensure she was okay after the struggle. >> We're just going to leave it. Is it too tight? I can loosen it a little bit more. if that will help. But >> do you think that will help a little bit? >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> All right. Cuz right now we're going to leave them on you. Best I can do is loosen it up a little bit. Okay. >> It's still on me to this wrist and I'm connected to the bed. >> I know. But we're just going to leave them how they are. Okay. You're not going to be able to put my property in the smart car that I'm riding them to the jail to. >> Oh, why not? >> Destiny, it will get there to the >> I need my phone at the jail. You guys are seriously off. >> Well, talking like that's not going to get it there. >> I tried talking to you guys with respect. And you know what? You guys disregard that. >> Destiny, I have just started dealing with you today. So, I was not there for your arrest. Okay. So any disrespect you're talking about is not with me. >> At the hospital, her pain quickly turned into an excuse to make demands on the officers, but that was impossible. >> I don't understand why my can't be put in the same squad if I'm being a joke. >> Because Destiny, we got other things going on right now. It will get there. >> Hey, isn't he in his freaking squad? >> No, he is not. I >> cuz when I get to the door, I'm not going to be able to make any pay for the phone call because I don't have my phone. >> You don't use your phone anyways to make phone calls. You use >> I have to get the phone numbers out of my phone. >> Well, then once it gets there, then they >> In the end, Destiny was convicted of felony retail theft and resisting an officer. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 2 years of probation, and ordered to write an apology letter to Walmart. This case reminded us that lies and excuses may delay the truth, but in the end, they only lead back to jail. Now, let's move on to the three women who thought they had escaped until they ran into the police. >> That's not how you >> But that was not my But all this all this clothes right here, you were literally when you got out of the car, you it was behind you. You were sitting on it. >> I literally asked the lady that just took her, I told her when I was sleep, I was laying down. I was not hiding them. I swear. All of it was you were laying on top of all that. >> No, not like to hide it, but I was using cushion to like what? >> And the other thing is all the stolen all the tags that are all pulled off are all right in front of where you're sitting in the back. >> I swear God that was not. >> On May 7th, 2025, deputies received a report of shoplifting at TJ Maxx. Two women were caught hiding items in bags and leaving without paying. The store provided the suspect's license plate number to the police. From there, the chase began. As soon as the car was stopped, deputies immediately arrested the suspects. The store's evidence was undeniable. Watch how these thieves reacted next. >> I wrote, >> huh? >> Oh, no. I said I wrote >> I've got hands up on both of the passengers. >> I If you want to get one of them out, you can. I just didn't want to. I just got driver out. She's in cuffs right now. So, whichever one you want. And then the other one, keep your hands on the cuff her up. They match the description. So, keep your hands over >> here. Just put it right here and get the other one out and cut her up cuz the other one keeps getting on the phone. >> Yeah, hang that phone up. >> Well, we're about to find out. All right. >> Just check pockets or whatever when you walk. >> We'll just need to do a show up whenever they get over there. You have a valid license or no? Romeo? >> No, sir. >> You on probation? >> No, sir. >> You on probation? >> Where do you live? Where do you live? >> Gainesville. >> Gainesville. Where do you live? >> Window slider. >> I'm just I didn't want your hands to come out. You got you got small wrist. >> You got small wrists. So, I just didn't want the cops to slip off. >> An 86 a Fox unit on TJ Maxx. You can go to LA3. >> You can walk back there, too. >> While searching the car, deputies described each suspect in detail to the witness, then quickly separated them to gather statements. >> All right. All right. I'm going to use the back of my hand just to go over your pockets. Make sure you got Is there any weed or anything in the car you know about? >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah. I mean, I can smell it. So, >> all right. Again, back of my hand. Okay. >> I'm not grabbing your butt. >> All right. Turn around. Relax right here for me. >> Turn around. Relax. >> She's saying it was her and another one in the store. She said >> one in your car. >> There's two in my car. Which one? >> Okay. >> Which TJ Maxx is the stuff in the back from Dayton. >> Dayton. Man, >> you already call out all three things. >> I did not. Do you want to run them and ID them? and we can go from there. And you're not on probation? >> I'm not on probation, but I am. >> You got to open case right now. Not on bond. >> Driving. >> For driving out of where? Put them. Well, you said you're palaca or you're from Palaca. Whose name's the car in? >> My sister. I'm already outside. >> You're out here committing new crimes when you get sentenced. They ain't going to like that. Sentenced to what? 180 days just for driving. Are you habitual? >> Um, I smell weed coming out of there. So, let's uh the driver said that there's weed in there, but let's make sure none of my medical marijuana card and then we can at least get that part out of the way. There's a whole bunch of TJ Maxx stuff in the back with tags all thrown on the floor. So, >> do you have a medical marijuana card? Is there any marijuana in that vehicle? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> Marina, do you have a medical marijuana card? >> Expired. Okay. This has still got a sticker on it. >> Um, you see all this clothes in the back? They all have TJ Maxx tag on it. Oh, there's Yeah, they stuffed all the tags started stuck in the stuffing the tags in the back pocket here. So, the back seat passenger sitting on all those, the pregnant one. I did ask her, but she's not been meanderized yet, but the driver said that they were in the Daytona TJ Maxx before the other one. But yeah, you can see there's just TJ Maxx stuff freaking everywhere. The suspect in the black shirt admitted there was marijuana in the car. More surprisingly, deputies found piles of stolen merchandise with tags still attached. Meanwhile, the other suspects insisted they had no idea. So, the pregnant one was here sitting on all these clothes, and right in front of her is all the ripped off tags. >> Which one? Cuz you're saying they're both pregnant. The one in the >> one with just the top. >> The one that's obvious. >> The one in just the sports bra looking thing. She was here with all the ripped off tags and everything is it's all up there in front of that. Popping those off, too. So, you're the only one that doesn't have a prior theft conviction, but you two have lots lots of theft convictions. >> You're sitting on a bunch of stolen stuff in the car. >> I didn't steal nothing. No. >> You're sitting on it all? >> No, I was not sitting on it. I swear by >> You were in the back seat, right? >> But that was not my stuff. >> But all this all this clothes right here, you were literally when you got out of the car, you it was behind you. You were sitting on it. >> I literally asked the lady that just took her. I told her when I was sleep, I was laying down. I was not hiding them. I swept all of it. that you were laying on top of all that. >> No, not like to hide it, but I was using cushion to like what? >> And the other thing is all the stolen all the tags that are all pulled off are all right in front of where you're sitting in the back. >> I swear for God that was not me, sir. >> I mean, you need better friends than I imagine, right? >> But they told you I was not I wasn't stealing. Like I wasn't stealing. Like that man can confirm. We go watch those >> Yeah. You didn't You weren't in there. Correct. >> But >> but you're on top of all the stolen property and stuff. >> No, that was not my stuff. It wasn't like that. That's what I'm trying to say. It was not like that. >> But you're going with them from store to store and they're stealing stuff. >> I was in the back seat. I was not stealing stuff. >> I know you're not getting out, but you're in the car with them going store to store. >> I did not know, sir. I swear. Oh, God. I did not know. >> Their weak excuses couldn't hide the truth. Tags and stolen goods at their seats, plus prior theft records, proved all three were clearly involved. >> No, I talked to the deputy. I talked to No. So, the deputy that's investigating it is dropping the witness back off at the store and then they'll come up here and talk to you. But you're under arrest for sure. Are you out on bond right now? Cuz you got a bunch of theft history in tons of tons of different counties. So, this is a felony for you for both of them. For you and the girl driver. For >> real. She got felonies. >> Yeah. They've been arrested like she been arrested a bunch for stealing. >> Like 10 times probably. >> Only one I know is one that is bad though. >> She been arrested a bunch for stealing too. But you're in the car. You're involved in this. >> Yeah, you're in it whether you want. >> In the end, the three women were charged with using an anti-shoplifting device and grand theft. The stolen goods worth over $1,000 for multiple TJ Maxx stores elevated the charges to a serious felony. What do you think about this case? Leave your comment below. Now, let's see the nurse who seems more passionate about shoplifting than caring for patients. >> So, see that? Look at that's a big black bowl that she scanned and that's a small >> I've never been Oh my god. >> You've never been to >> On August 9th, 2023, officers responded to a Target store where a woman known for returning multiple times was caught attempting another checkout scam. Here's what happened. >> Had a lady, she ticket switches stuff. She she ticket switches like um she ticket switches using stock barcodes usually a little bit Um, >> what was it based on? >> Like 2400. >> We have a name for her. I'm not sure if it's 100% accurate, but we'd have her as Thelma Grant. >> Thelma Grant. >> Yes, >> that's a old man. >> Yeah, she's old lady. I don't feel bad for her, though. She's She knows what she's doing. Like, she's been doing this for a while. Like, just to give you some insight. $2,400 and stuff. >> How many? No, 32 incences. >> Yeah. So, she's been doing this for a while. So, usually what she does is she grabs like little sock barcodes that are like a dollar, a little bit less. She'll put that on whatever else she's buying >> and then she'll actually go through the checkout line. >> Mhm. >> She'll scan the socks. >> Yeah, she scans the socks like 50 times. >> Security staff identified her as Thelma Grant, notorious for swapping barcodes. The total loss had once reached $2,400 with more than 30 repeat offenses. But this time, her plan took a different turn. How >> much? She's been here for like 30 minutes. I'm expecting her to head to the front seat. >> Is she a nurse? >> I have no idea. I know the last time she came in though, she was wearing scrubs. So, that's kind of how I picked up on her today. I was like, "Okay, same scrub. We're good." >> So, see that? Look at that's a big black bowl that she scanned. That's a small white little cup that she scanned. So, we're good. Yeah, >> let's just wait till she passed off once you say it. >> Can you guys tell the difference? So, you see that's a big black bowl and this is like a small white cup >> and then you should see her do it here again. >> And the little paper bowls. Yeah. So, she's still doing the cup. So, we're good. We just need her to leave now. Perfect. >> Wonder where she did with the cup. >> She dumped them. She left them like >> she left them where she dumped the other stuff. Hey, I'm sorry to bother. Um, so I have Thelma right here at the POS. She used ticket switch. She switched barcodes. She scanned everything in, but her card might decline. It looks like she's struggling to render payment. If that's the case, the police are saying they have enough to like charge her with shoplifting because she switched the barcodes. But what should we do to proceed? >> We can. >> Yeah. Target, right? As long as the police want to, um, I'm willing to prosecute on that. The cameras captured her scheme in full. All staff had to do was wait for her at the checkout. Watch the suspect's reaction. >> Hey, ma'am. Drop your phone for me. >> Uhhuh. >> Drop your phone for me. >> Yes. >> You're under arrest right now. Okay. >> Place your hands. Place your hands behind your back. We'll tell you as soon as you're uncuffed. >> What I did? >> We'll tell you as soon as you're cuffed. >> What did I do? What's are you just let me get some handcuffs on you and then um >> we'll bring you back and we'll explain everything. >> Yeah. >> Sorry. What did I do? >> Well, I'll let you know. Just let me get these cuffs on you real quick. >> Don't mess up your watch. >> Mhm. >> What in the world did I do? >> We'll explain. Just give us >> Officers arrested her immediately as Grant pretended to be innocent and quickly turned defiant. >> You want to handcuff me? Have a seat over here on the the uh bench for me. >> Yes, >> that's good. You can sit there or there or either way. >> Yeah, I don't want to sit down. >> Have a seat. >> I don't want to sit down, sir. This hurt me. This hurt my arm. >> So, switching switching the barcodes of switching the barcodes of an item is crime. >> I didn't switch no barcode. >> I have you on camera, ma'am. And we have >> What did you do, sir? You didn't see me switching nothing. I didn't switch no barcode anywhere. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Sir, show me, please. >> I have I have it right here. They They've seen it. They >> sir. No. Uh-uh. You You need to show me. Show me. What did I do? >> You don't need to show. >> Okay. >> Show me. What did I do? >> You switched the barcodes of the items that you rang over. Sir, >> sir, I promise you I didn't switch no barcode. >> I We have it on, >> sir. I didn't switch no barcode. >> What's your name? >> I I didn't switch no barcode. >> Okay. >> Yes. But what I'm saying is arrested for what? >> Shoplifting. >> Shoplifting. >> Please sit down. >> Sir, show me proof that I shoplifted anything. You just told him, >> "Sir, I didn't." No, I did not. No, I did not. >> Okay, have a seat for me. >> That Oh, no. Uh-uh. Mm-m. The only thing I did, I went and I bought what I had. I I was trying to get my money off the chime. The whole time, >> Grant fiercely resisted, screaming, "I didn't do anything." But the camera told the truth. Still, the officers remained patient with her. I just told you you're under arrest for shopping. >> How you under arrest? First of all, sir, look here. First of all, I didn't leave out the store with anything and I didn't change no I didn't change no prices on anything. The only thing I did was scan what I had. >> When you were scanning things, they were it was coming up as a white plastic cup. >> Listen, I scanned what I had. You're not going to sit up here and tell me that I shop this anything. >> Okay? >> I scann the stuff that I had. But it's something that if you wish to fight it in court, you can fight it in court. >> Oh, I'm definitely going to fight this in court. Okay. >> I'm definitely going to fight this in court now. >> What's your last name or something? >> Not until y'all give me some information because this is not fair. >> We observed you bringing up items on the camera. And we >> Man, I bring up everything. No, those are mine cuz my bag is in the car. Those are >> her selecting us on camera. >> Okay, ma'am. >> Oh, I'm definitely going to get me a lawyer. That sounds like >> I'm not talking to you because I didn't because you didn't do anything to me. >> Okay. >> You didn't you stood back. >> You're the reason why we're here. >> Listen, it doesn't matter, brother. He's the reason. I'm talking about what you all did. Kenny just banned me out the store. >> Was doing that, too. >> I know that, but Kenny, let me go. >> That's up to them, but I don't think they are. >> Sir, that's that's all that's sir. >> Please, sir. Please, cuz this is going to be on me and I'm going to lose my job. I work at the hospital and date surgery. Please, I Please, sir. >> He's got to keep his job, too. >> I I understand that, but this judge, it's their call. Please, sir. I won't step back in here. No way around it. Please, sir. I lose my job if this is on it. Please. It took me so long to get this job. >> Well, you are. >> Please, sir. I'm just begging you. Please, just what? Just please >> I just can can I just pay for the stuff and you please sir and let people >> I can't. Unfortunately, we've had 33 previous incidents of you doing this >> from And not in here. >> I do, >> sir. No, you Sir, I've never been Oh my god. >> You've never been to this store before. Is that what you're saying? >> I always shop in here. I live right down the street. >> Okay, >> sir. You have never caught me in no shop listing or anything like that here. >> I >> Oh my god. I can't believe this. I No. No, you did not. Uh-uh. I told you. >> She kept arguing non-stop, but once she realized the officers had solid evidence, her attitude quickly shifted to anxiety. >> I didn't leave out the door. I didn't pay for anything or anything. >> It's 5926. >> Is that a misdemeanor or felony? >> It's a misdemeanor. >> Sir, please. Please. I'm going to lose my job. Please, sir. >> It's not my choice. Well, whose choice is it? >> It's corporate. >> Well, can you talk to Corp, please? >> I already have. I call You heard me call them earlier and they What did they say? >> To arrest her. >> Yes. >> I have never been in this store getting caught for no shoplifting or anything. Sir, please. Can you please Sir, can I can I can I beg I beg you please. I have nobody to get me out on bond. Not only that, not only having this charge on me, I can't go to work tomorrow. Anything. In the end, Grant was charged with theft for that day and permanently banned from all Target stores. Her actions have etched her name into Target's permanent blacklist. Grant's case proves that no trick can escape the cameras. Don't trade your freedom and dignity for a few cheap items. Next, watch the two sisters who never expected to be caught red-handed so quickly. >> I never walked out the door. And I mean, I walked out the door, but I didn't walk out the door with nothing. >> Did you have items that they had to take back from you? On December 19th, 2024 in Ohio, police received a report of a theft in progress at Walmart. Upon arrival, they discovered two women in a white SUV attempting to leave the parking lot. Here's what happened next. >> Right. Can you tell them to walk out to the middle of the parking lot and confirm if this is the right car? They can see my cruiser in front of it. Shortly after, police received a detailed description from the store. >> Okay. >> Can I ask you this? What's your reasonable suspicion? >> Uh the the description they gave me in the white SUV. That's that's that's all I need. They say heavy set black female wearing a black t-shirt and pink pants and a white SUV. That's all I need to make you go up front. >> That's crazy. >> Okay. So, it's either that or I'm going to charge somebody with obstructing. Okay. So, I have reasonable suspicion. I'm not trying to escalate it. I don't I don't want to do all that, but can we please go up front and see? Absolutely. Okay. If that's it, then you're good to go. >> Tell LP that I have this car coming back up front. need them to come outside and either identify this individual or release them. >> The description from store security matched exactly. Two black females, one wearing a black shirt and pink pants. Despite their denials, officers forced them back for identification. >> If that's the case, >> I'm not going back in that store. You can come out here. >> Okay. I told him to come out. >> [ __ ] It ain't a goddamn Walmart bag in this. He's wrong. >> Quit cussing. Well, this individual, >> you want my ID? >> That's it. >> My name's not Angela. >> This This woman of >> Tensions quickly escalated. One of the women kept cursing and lashing out while officers warned she would be arrested immediately for obstruction. >> They're wrong. >> Go ahead and step out. Turn >> that car. My name's not Angela. >> Turn around. >> What am I? >> Get out of the car cuz I told you to. >> What are you arresting me for, though? >> I'm going to tell you in just a second. Put your hands together. >> Yes, sir. >> Let's not make a scene. You ain't got to do all that. Okay. >> Let's just Let's just be cool. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm sorry. I'm not trying to pinch you. >> Can I I don't understand what I was driving for. Both of them. >> She loaded the car. >> I was told to go. We're going shopping for We're going shopping for our kids. She said get the car. I went and got the car. >> I don't know if to anything that's going on. >> And that's the thing. It ain't nothing in this [ __ ] car. He said Angela. I don't know. >> Put your Turn your hand this way. >> I don't know. It's Walmart. I don't know. Walmart and coffee. I don't know. >> Bring your hand behind your back. >> Told me to come get the car. So, I went to get the car. She said she wanted to get some for the girls and for the boys and everything. So, she told me to come get the car. She told me what I'm looking for. I went got the car. I don't know. She came out. She didn't have anything >> right now. You're being detained. Okay. I'm being detained >> for obstructing official business. >> Police decided to arrest both women as they continued making excuses. Just minutes later, store employees would expose the truth. >> We have one in the office, and this was the one that pushed out while we had that one in there, too. >> Okay. All right. Did you guys attempt to stop them? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. I stopped when you put the car first. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So Phil and I are headquarters and then I was up here with him and I put him and Justin both on them cuz my store manager was like something >> Justin's getting receipt now >> for that for them. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Is it going to be in their car? >> Nothing's in the car. >> Oh, you got all their stuff already. >> They pushed it out the door. >> Okay. Well, one of you guys write me. So, I'm going to go grab a statement if you can write me. So, I want to charge them with obstructing for running and lying to me when I had them stopped up front. So, I need a brief statement. Hey, we tried to stop them. They pushed past us. We were able to get the items, but we observed Officer McCoy stopped him in the lot, however you want to word it in your words. Um, but I just need that to charge. >> Store employees confirmed the women not only shoplifted, but also tried to flee and resisted in the parking lot. Officers then gave the suspects a chance to come clean, but it wasn't that simple. >> What happened today? >> I'm going to tell you. So, when I I was really actually looking for my little sister, but she had already went to another store. So when I walked out, I was standing there standing I didn't even make it out the door. So when I came there, I was standing at the door and I was looking like, "Is she outside?" I walked over by Subway. I was standing there. So then the white man jumped out. He came right there by the door and he said, "Hey, sir, lost prevention." I said, "I'm looking for my little sister." I said, "You could hold my buggy. I'm going outside >> to find my little sister." And he said, "Okay." He stood there and he watched me. I never walked out the door. And I I mean I walked out the door, but I didn't walk out the door with nothing. >> Did you have items that they had to take back from you before you walked out of the store? >> I didn't walk out the store. I left the the buggy was sitting right there. >> Okay. All right. >> So I It wasn't like I was walking out the door with the buggy. You know what I'm saying? I was standing I was see that second door right there, that last door. I was standing right there when the door opened. I looked out. Well, before I looked out, the man said, "Losts prevention." I said, "I'm not going anywhere, sir. I'm looking for my little sister." He said, "Okay." He I seen him do something on his phone and I when I walked out this way, I was walking to the car and I heard him on the phone, but I didn't know, you know what I mean? >> Okay. All right. >> So, he was like, "Uh, he said, "I can't." He said, "I can't say you stole it cuz you didn't make it out the store, but I do still have to call the police." I said, "I wasn't going out the store." The suspect in black tried to claim she was well just looking for her sister, but cameras and witnesses clearly showed their direct involvement in the theft. >> Uh they called one and I when I was on the way here, another one took off on them. So I don't think after talking to them, I think little sister I'm just going to cut her loose cuz she had really no idea what was going on. But I think the older one who pushed out the door and went running from them. on the charge instructing him with the real flow. You're going to spell me your full name. I'm going to run it real quick. Just make sure you know these words. >> Angela John, 57y old female. She's valid. >> What did you say you're charging her? >> Constructing and theft. >> I've never smoked a cigarette, but I feel like I could right now. >> Listen. Uh, is this like an actual family member? >> Same DNA. >> The woman in pink was later released as she wasn't involved. Finally, the main suspect was identified as Angela John, 57. She was charged with theft worth $735 and obstruction of official business. Let this serve as a warning. One reckless decision can ruin your future. Theft and defiance never end well. Honesty is always the wiser choice. What do you think about these cases? Don't forget to like and subscribe for more shocking stories. But the next woman, she acted way worse and she was stone cold sober. >> I don't know what happens. I didn't take the oath. I don't know your job. >> Okay. >> I know that I'm a civilian. You >> It's the car for me. >> Put everything on top. >> On November 19th, 2024, an officer stopped a vehicle flagged with a seized tag order. But as soon as he approached and started questioning the driver, the situation took an unexpected turn thanks to the driver's attitude. >> Hey, can you roll this back window down for me, please? I'm sorry. Why am I pulled over? >> Can you roll this back window down for me? I can come up there. >> Tell me why you pulled me over first. >> I can barely hear you back here. >> Tell me why you pulled me over first, please. Why? Why am I pulled over? >> I'm sorry. A little bit louder. >> Oh, sorry. Don't hang me. >> Okay, if you roll your window down, I can come up there and chat with you. >> Why am I pulled over, ma'am? >> I'm sorry. >> Why am I pulled over? >> Okay, I'm stopping you because this vehicle contains a cease order. Okay. Is this your vehicle? >> It's my son. A what order? >> Seize the tag. Do you have your ID on you? >> Why is there a seize tag order? >> I don't know. I have to run a bunch of things. Okay. Is it your vehicle? Is it registered to you? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have the registration and insurance? >> I'm sure it's in here, but I'm here. >> What's that? I said, "I'm sure it's in here, but I don't know where. This is not my baby." >> Okay, I'll let you, ma'am. >> I'll let you look for it. Okay, you find it, hold your hand out the window for me. I'll come back up and get it. Okay, >> good check. >> When the officer returned with a ticket, her behavior made one thing crystal clear. Cooperation and taking responsibility weren't even in her vocabulary. >> Well, I need the right to make sure. >> All right, ma'am. >> All right. >> All right. I have your ID here. Okay. So, I did set you for not having insurance on the vehicle. >> It's not my vehicle. >> I know, but you're in possession of it. You're driving it. So, whoever is driving it is responsible at the time they're driving it. >> Since when? >> Since always. Okay. You're taking possession of the vehicle, you're driving it right now. Okay. You're responsible. >> I just want my ID. I'm not taking that ticket. I'm not responsible for something I didn't know was going on with the insurance. >> Okay. So, it's your responsibility to know when you're driving a vehicle. Okay. >> It's not. No, it's not. I have insurance. >> Okay. This vehicle does not have insurance. Okay. And you are driving it. You're the operator. >> I'll take my license. >> Everything is in this. >> I will take my license. Keep the ticket. >> Can I have another? >> Keep the ticket. >> So, your driver's license is inside. >> Okay. >> Yeah. The one down the street from the house. Are you help us out? >> 5-year-old. I'll take my license. >> Okay. So, by taking the citation, it's not an admission of guilt. Okay. >> Taking that. >> It has everything explained on there. >> I don't want >> And you don't have to. >> I don't want to take you to be mailed to me. No, I'm I'm actually done with the convers. I just want my license. >> Okay. So, I can't not give you the citation. Okay. That would be me failing to provide you the information. Okay. So, what do you want to keep? License or I get a new one? >> No, I don't need to keep your license. >> I'm not taking it. >> So, everything's in here. Okay. >> The woman had no intention of making things easy. At that point, she decided to bury herself in a phone call, ignoring the officers as if trying to escape reality. >> Huh? That's her first car. >> No, cuz she's trying to give me a citation and talking about because I didn't uh because there's no insurance on the car, he can come, but how far is he? This is some [ __ ] >> So, by him showing up, that doesn't do anything. The vehicle needs insurance. >> Insurance >> in the system. It says it does not have insurance. >> No, because you No. If that man has the proof and something's wrong or glitched in your system because they're on >> You understand that's a state of Florida, right? >> They're on their way here. I don't listen. Things can happen in the computer system. >> No, I totally agree. Yeah, things can happen in the computer. >> If this man has proof that there is actual insurance on this car and y'all system haven't catched up caught up, excuse me, I'd like to wait before I take that that whole envelope cuz I'm not doing it. >> Good check. Um, so my son who owns the vehicle is on the way. The vehicle doesn't have insurance. So I said it for insurance. Okay. >> She said, uh, it's not hers, so she's not responsible. She will not take the citation. >> Um, she says her son's on the way. >> I don't know for what reason. Um, she thinks he can provide insurance, but >> Is there a seed tag on it? >> Yes, but it's under his name. >> Okay. So, she has to get out of the car. We're going to do the impound, the whole 9 yards. >> Sounds good. >> I don't think she'll do that. The female officer was fully true because with someone this arrogant and entitled, it was clear she wouldn't give up without a fight. >> Hey, ma'am. >> Ma'am, >> ma'am, may I have you step out of the vehicle, please? My corporal's here. He can also explain it to you if you'd like. >> I don't want to step out of the vehicle. >> All right. Well, you have to step out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Not. >> You do. >> You have to get out of the vehicle, please. I'm >> going to go ahead and start recording. >> Sure. We're recording on our body cams as well. >> Now, why do I have to get out of the car and show me in writing? Why? >> We don't need to show you in writing. Okay. >> So, how the hell? >> So, here's the deal. We're going to seize the vehicle if you're not willing to be cooperative. This could have been a simple citation. >> TripleA. >> Can you pinch this car in from the rear? I'm going to get the front. >> Okay. take the tag and wait for me to get Triple A and we'll get it right to our house right around the corner cuz I know you see the address and we can do it that way. I'm not taking my son's vehicle. >> Okay. So, here's the deal. You don't get the say in how this works. Okay. >> Because you're making this difficult. Now, I'm going to seize the vehicle. >> Difficult. This is not my car. Now, you're giving me a citation for something that I'm not responsible for. that he didn't even know about. I'm not making it difficult. You guys act like everybody's supposed to be sunshiny happy. First of all, when you first approach the car, you're telling me to roll the window down like you can't walk over here and speak to me like I'm a person. >> In stark contrast to the officer's calm and respectful approach. The suspect continued to escalate the situation, making it more difficult with every passing moment. >> You're good. >> Yeah. I asked you to roll the back window down because I couldn't see all the way through it. See what? What do you need to see? >> To see if there's anyone in the back seat. >> Why? >> I don't want to get shot. >> Sweetheart, if that's how you think, you should not be a police officer >> because it never happens. >> Somebody pull >> pull over and then just shoot you cuz you're walking up. I don't know what happens. I didn't take the oath. I don't know your job. >> Okay. >> I know that I'm a civilian. You can shoot me, too. >> I don't want to shoot you. >> Okay. So, why would I want to shoot you? Why would anybody see? It's broad daylight. You can see clear through this car >> with the windows up. It's difficult. >> What What do you have that says this car has been involved in anything close to that? What do you mean? >> You looked up the tab, right? Before you stopped me, before you pulled me, did you see anything about this car being involved in any type of activity where somebody was in a back seat and tries to attack an officer >> or anything or any crime or any anything any any disorder decided to step in and have one more talk with her. Would it change her attitude? Well, let's see. >> I'm Corporal May with Florida Police. How are you? You're recording on your phone, correct? I'm recording on I'm recording on my body camera. Okay. There's a cease tag order on this vehicle. >> All right. This vehicle does not have insurance. This vehicle is not >> Her son is on their way. >> You are currently in this vehicle. >> Okay. >> They're not. >> Take the tag and wait for me to get AAA to tow our vehicle back home, which is less than 5 minutes away. It's in walking. >> No, this vehicle is going to be impounded. This vehicle doesn't have insurance. It cannot be on the roadway. It cannot have a tag. There's a cease tag order. Okay. So right now, right, technically, you've committed a crime. Okay? You're committing obstruction. You're refusing to get out of the vehicle when asked to do so. It's a lawful order. It's an it's an order that you have to comply with. All right? I'm asking you nicely. Please get out of the vehicle. All right? [Music] >> Stay there. Almost. Yep. Just hang over there, buddy. You're good. Relax. >> I'll come chat with you in a minute. So dive record. [Music] >> Are you going hands on? >> Yeah. I'm going to put her in the cups. >> Okay. >> Finally, she did step out of the car, but not with cooperation or remorse. No. What came out was still that same arrogance and defiance. >> I just want my license. I'm not taking that envelope. >> Can I have my license, please? >> All right, you can stand up. Face the car for me. Put everything on top. Drop it. We're going to tell you everything. >> Come get my stuff. >> Okay. >> Come get my stuff. This is what happens. >> Stop in in Trump country. >> Get over there, buddy. Don't come over here right now. We'll we'll tell you everything that's going on. >> 2041 105. >> Y'all kidding, right? >> Come get my license and uh stuff too. >> I can talk to my son. >> Or do you have anything on you going to poke me? Stick me. Cut me. Knives, needles, weapons of any sort, bombs, ma'am. Okay, spread your feet wider. There you go. All right, ma'am. Walk back this way. >> Will you unlock my doors, please? >> We're going to walk on the other side of the park. >> In the end, the woman was charged with reasoning without violence. As the driver, you're responsible for the vehicle you operate. Even if you didn't know about a tag issue or missing insurance, the law still holds you accountable when behind the wheel. Next, meet a woman who thought her Tik Tok laws made her untouchable. [Applause] On December 11th, 2024, a tow truck operator attempted to remove a vehicle parked in the wrong spot at a Coral Gables property. But as soon as officers arrived and began speaking with the driver, things were quickly out of control. Here is what truly happened. >> Hi in a spot for one of the seats that wasn't for my job and they called and so when I came down to move my car he had already booked it and it didn't allow me to park in the right one the ones right next to there. So basically I just want a police report showing my claim which is that I shouldn't be told that I didn't want to leave that I didn't want to pay him right away just like that or allow him to tow me. Okay. So that's your car. >> That's my car. >> And you're not allowed to be parked here. Is that the >> Well, I work in another suite. So I went up there to check what was going on to try to move my car. By the time I came down, >> it was open, but he was already here. And he's like, "Either you pay me or I take your car." >> So who called to the property manager called to tell her car? Okay. Unfortunately, it's a private matter. I can even write a police report for you. >> Can you write the police report that I am unwilling to leave? Otherwise, >> that doesn't exist. that doesn't exist. Okay, this is a civil matter. >> So what if like I don't leave? Let me talk. So this is a civil matter between you and me. I can't even get involved. I'm here to basically maintain the peace. He's doing his job. So we can stay here like for 4 days? >> No, technically you cannot do that. Do you have time to stay here 4 days? Cuz I'm pretty sure you don't and he doesn't. >> But that's the plane. Okay. That's why I need to clean and there's no police. >> It seemed the woman still hadn't realized her mistake. She kept arguing with the officer relentlessly even after everything had been explained to her. Clearly. >> Okay. Nothing criminal is going on here. >> Well, he's asking me to It's like extortion asking me to pay some money to get my car out. >> So, I don't know if you can tell he's wearing a Alpine towing. He He's doing >> But I don't have any nothing. You know, that is the wrong spot. The manager didn't come down. >> There's no person. Do you understand that this is a civil matter? It's not a police matter. Okay. >> Okay. I cannot give you a police report for something criminal that's not even going on. You parked at the wrong spot, right? Correct. Yes or no? Did you park in the wrong spot? Yes or no? I don't want to hear other than yes or no. Did you park in the incorrect number? You didn't because I went to 23 Street 202. I could have I went to speak to the manager about not having any spots anywhere. When I rented a room and we were supposed to have a spot and then when I came down after this small term that I went to speak to the manager, he was blocking the two spots that I was supposed to park. Right. >> What did you see? >> I I get it, but you had already been parked here. So, technically, it was like you can't go to the office that I was supposed to go to speak to management about the situation. >> But you still can't park there whether you go talk to >> Of course I can because that's where I went. So, rather you talk you stay I don't know. >> That's where I went. >> So, okay. >> I just want >> property manager >> thinks it's incorrect. You weren't supposed to park here, right? >> I just want him to unhook me. So, >> unhook me and then >> I don't work for a tow truck. Well, that's ex >> The woman grew increasingly defiant. But the real reason behind her attitude was her misplaced confidence in things she picked up from Tik Tok, completely unaware that those very ideas would be her downfall. >> Me and I all right. Not extortion. Okay. That's not the legal term for extortion. It's not extortion. Meaning >> it is because he's telling me to pay him. I'm a police officer. So I'm telling you that's not >> You are not an attorney. You are not a me. I am a liber because I'm a police officer. So I'm telling you that's not >> You sound ignorant. You sound ignorant. This whole thing you sound ignorant. Okay. Also, >> I'm here for >> that's his job. >> I don't know. You could correct me if I'm wrong, but once you hook a car, you're not allowed to unhook it. Correct. >> Unless he has the >> unless he gets paid. But that's not true because I've seen a lot of instances where the car is unhooked when the person shows up on Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube. >> It doesn't matter because yeah, it's all real life stuff. It doesn't matter. You can't make fun of like real life stuff. >> Your fears are being based off of theories like imaginary theories. >> You know, you're saying that social media stuff is not real life. It's not real life. >> It's not real life. Anybody can fake anything online. I feel so sorry for you, but okay. >> Um, so you could either pay him, okay, if you want your car removed, or you can stay here for hours. I mean, I don't know. >> Well, thank you for showing up. Okay. Yeah. Still waiting for my partner who's right here. >> She don't want to pay and she don't want to get out of my truck cuz she's touching my truck. She can't touch my truck. >> Right. So, come here. >> At this point, the situation took a turn. A nononsense male officer arrived to take over the scene and one thing was clear. He wasn't about to play games. He was ready to put the woman in her place. This >> I don't know anything about the law. One of those languages talking. >> He's allowed to remove this car. >> I just need a police report. >> Okay, that's fine. You get one, but he's going to move. >> She said that she couldn't give me a police report. >> You're right. All I was going to say is that he's going to take the car >> and you're going to have to pay. I just I just want I want you to write that I was unwilling to move it because I went to the right suite. He's still willing to take my car and he won't look it. >> Well, the property owner wanted the car removed. The property owner owns the property so he can have it. >> But, you know, I work there and I went for the property owner and that's why I need the police. >> You're going to get the report, but he's going to take the property. >> No, I'm I promise you one thing. If you don't move, I'll take you to jail. >> Okay. Take me to jail. Okay. Come here. >> No, no, no, no, no. I'm going to No. This is worth it. Come here. >> It's not worth it. >> Come over here. >> If you don't come over here, you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. Take me to >> I told you. >> I told you. >> Relax. If you're pregnant, then relax. You're stressing yourself out. Turn around. Okay. Turn around. >> It's too late to turn around. >> I'm pregnant. All right. >> It's too late for that. >> I'm sorry. >> Too late for that. >> To resist and delay the arrest, the woman pulled out every trick in the book, grasping at all the classic Karen excuses you could think of. >> Hey, if you're pregnant, relax. That's okay. You're stressing yourself out. Relax. Relax. me too. Hey, chill. >> I'm okay. >> It's too late for that. >> We gave you an opportunity. >> Stop resisting. >> Is there any available unit? >> Can I just face you? >> No. >> Oh my goodness. >> Stop resisting. >> Can I try? No. >> Holding my arm. >> Of course I on their way. They're on their way. What do you need? I'm trying to get it >> another step. >> Okay, chill. >> You're going to jail. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Okay. Now, >> your arms are going to break. >> If you keep resisting, your arms are going to be broken. >> Turn around. Let you turn once I get you in handcuffs. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Turn around. >> And look at me. >> Hey, nothing's going on. Look at me. >> Without missing a beat, the woman slips straight into victim mode, playing the helpless, wounded soul. >> Yes. It's not fair what you guys are doing. It's just not fair. I can't do anything. >> Yes. And I'm doing my job. You know, I have sexual. You know what I told is it's not going to happen. >> He's blocking my spots right now. >> We gave you an opportunity. You didn't want to move. Now you want to do it. >> That doesn't make sense at all. >> That's exactly how the law. >> It doesn't make sense. >> We gave you a lawful order to move. You refuse. That's resisting. >> Why is he being so rough? >> This is No, he's being extremely rough. >> But you're resisting at this point. >> Look at this. Is resistance. You're not going with it. Oh, my arms. My arm. >> Stop being dramatic. >> This is all on camera. Okay. Right here. Good. >> Nobody's hurting you. >> Look at how hard it is. >> No. That's just him grabbing me too hard. >> That's just If you were to walk, >> it's too bad. >> Okay. Well, you don't want to look like >> the more you resist, the harder it's going to get. >> I can't do anything because I won't fall. >> No, that's not why you're being arrested. >> That's not why you're being arrested. cuz I wasn't willing to move cuz I had a client. >> Yes, cuz you're not willing to move and listen to a police. >> Okay. >> Her theatrics never paused. She kept playing the drama queen. But she seemed to forget one thing. The person she was dealing with wasn't exactly a fan of her little theatrics. >> What are you a 14-year-old girl? >> Right. Look what you're doing to your >> Look what he's doing to me. Look at my arm. Open my arm. See how the bruises that he put on there? Bruises. >> Lift my thing. >> Do me a favor. You going to make this worse for yourself? Just chill out. >> I need nobody. >> You grab her stuff. I'll stay here with this. >> Where's your stuff? >> It's on the other side of the truck right by the pool. >> If you would just listen the first time I moved. >> I did. Listen. All I needed was a police report. That's all I needed. I said if you don't move, you're going to jail. But that doesn't make sense at all. It does. You don't have a warrant. You don't have a warrant. Tell me my saw on Tik Tok. >> Yes. >> Then you're wrong. >> No, I'm not wrong. I do educate myself. >> Clearly not. >> Yes, you did. >> Stay over here. If you had moved the first time when I told you police report, >> look at him. He's bruising me all over and I'm pregnant. >> Yes, he is. Look at the way he's holding me. >> All I was asking was a police report. Look at him. He's bruising me all over and I'm pregnant. Yes, he is. Look at the way he's holding me. >> Stay right there. Come check. >> Look what he's doing. Literally no room. He's >> putting me like he's putting me in this like hot thing when I'm pregnant. You're all the world. >> Look at how rude he's being. Shameful on you. Mhm. >> All those steroids for what? Mhm. Can you tell the truth >> that I told you I was going to pay? You're >> done? You're done talking? >> No, I'm not done. I say I can talk however I want. Whatever I want. It doesn't matter. But it's the truth. Yeah, it's recorded. >> It's recorded that I told him that I was paying him that all I needed was a police report. You told me you couldn't give me a police report. Then he tells me he can give me a police report. So which is it? Who's correct? >> To tell you that >> because I want to stand for my rights. Yes. I want to litigate my rights. I want to litigate. >> Absolutely ridiculous. Trying to argue her rights just to dodge a payment to a tow company, which has nothing to do with the first, second, or even third amendment. She acts like she knows it all, but her arrogance only highlights how little she truly understands. >> You wanted different than the one you're going to get now. >> Okay. But no, that's not what he said. When he arrived, he said I could get it regardless. >> All I was going to say is that you weren't going to move and that if you weren't going to move, you're going to go to jail. which is exactly what happened to me in the beginning. In the beginning, he said he would give me the police report for what I was asking for police report. >> Yes. >> That's all I was asking for. >> We need to pat her down so we can get her on the court. >> All right. Stand back here. Back up. >> Let's head back up. >> Don't squeeze my arm. You don't back up. >> Cruising me all over. Watch your strength. Watch your strength. He's holding me too strong. Look at my eyes. >> You need to watch your strength. Hey, >> are you crazy? >> In the car. >> I wanted to grab you hard. >> In the end, she was charged with obstruction of justice. Resisting an officer without violence. Refusing to comply with lawful orders, even during a civil dispute, can quickly escalate into a criminal matter. If you believe you're being wronged, stay calm, comply with officers, and fight the issue later through proper legal channels. Not in the moment. Next, see how a family night out turned into a complete disaster. >> Back up like that. >> Back up. No. Back up. >> Punch her like that. >> She just kicked me. Back up. Otherwise, you're getting up right now. On February 11th, 2024 in Wisconsin, an officer was parked in his cruiser, lost in paperwork, when chaos erupted right before his eyes. In the middle of the street, two women were locked in a heated physical altercation with a man desperately trying to pull them apart. As the officer jumped into action and approached the scene, one of the women suddenly bolted, ignoring the officer's shouted commands to stop. >> You're going to get tased. Put your hand in your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> My gun. >> Four, five, seven. I'm behind Babas. >> Really? >> I have one resisting. I get a surprising drop. Give >> another hand. You just broke my jaw. >> Are you kidding me right now? >> Really? >> Yep. >> Now you're under arrest, too. >> Really? Cuz me and my daughter have an argument. Really? >> 457. Can I get rescue as well? >> Can I stand up? >> Yep. >> Literally cannot. >> You can hold me that way. But you cannot cannot switch up. Yeah. You got to be very >> tuck one of your knees. >> Yeah. You got to be very careful. >> And we're going to stand up that way. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Yep. >> Hold on. >> In the alleyway behind Baba's. Oh my god. >> There's two subjects standing outside of Bob. >> Actually, if you could just >> It turned out the woman hadn't been pushed. She took a drunken fall on her own. The officer had unknowingly witnessed a family feud. A fight between a mother and daughter with the father caught in the middle. Not long after, both the father and daughter returned to check on the mother. >> Phone cops, too. >> Okay, you need to loosen cuz you're literally back up. >> You can back up. Otherwise, you're going to go. You just broke my lip cuz you just punching me. You got to loosen this on my right. >> Now she's going to jail for obstruction. >> What do you mean? She's just She's fine. Do >> you take those two over there? >> All right. You two with me. >> Why are you grabbing her like that? >> You need to loosen my wrist so she doesn't fall. >> I need you two to come with me. >> Give me your phone. Give me your phone. >> Ma'am, I need you to come with me now. >> One notch. One notch. You're literally going to break my wrist. It's >> you need to twist your wrist a little more cuz I can fit a whole finger in it. >> You don't back up like that. >> Back up. >> Like that. >> She just kicked me. Back up. Otherwise, you're getting hands up right now. >> You're going to break my wrist. >> You're going to break my like, >> guys. Don't stay back. Stay back. Stay back. I will put your hand. >> You're hurting her. I watched the whole thing. >> Back up. >> Call Mondo right now. >> Back up right now. >> Call my attorney right now. >> Back up. >> Go ahead. That's fine. Let's do it. >> Dude, I'm not fighting. I'm not fighting you. I am with you. >> Back up now. >> You got it. I'm here. >> You're breaking my ass. >> I'm not breaking. >> This is [ __ ] Heing assaulted her. I saw it. >> It looked like the officers had a whole family of Karens on their hands. The woman kept kicking at police while the father and daughter, now turning their attention from each other to the cops, were warned they'd be arrested for obstruction if they didn't back off. The family feud quickly turned into a standoff with law enforcement. >> Please don't. >> You're going to go in handcuffs pretty quick. Shut up. >> Hey, don't do not do not do not. >> Mom, kicked him multiple times. >> She was breaking with your daughter. I saw the assault. Gentlemen, we areing on tape here. >> Hey, can you guys please go back? >> I want you guys over here >> so I can go over here so she can >> The mother refused to cooperate, prompting the officer to call for a restraining kit. Meanwhile, with the father and daughter growing increasingly aggressive, officers had to act fast to regain control of the scene. Before long, all three were in handcuffs, like one big happy family of entitled criminals. >> You're being the tank. >> Stan, stop. >> Stop, ma'am. Ma'am, >> are youing kidding me? >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. Ryan, take him. >> Stop resisting. >> Listen. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> We're not anymore. >> Oh my god. >> You're going to get dropped. >> Are you kidding? >> Throw it to my car. Throw it in my car. Are you kidding? >> Yeah. >> All of you. >> Yeah. >> You're under arrest for resistance. >> Mom, stop. >> Mommy, >> stop. >> Are youing kidding me? >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. Please don't. Please don't. >> You get it. No, >> she's making me. >> She's tight. >> Literally, relax. You're strong enough. Be strong. Hold me back. You're strong enough. Don't. >> The father was secured in the back of a cruiser. The mother restrained from head to toe and the daughter handcuffed against a patrol car. At last, the officers were beginning to bring the chaos under control. The incident was a clear testament to the value of teamwork and backup. Handling this unruly trio alone would have been impossible >> issues. So that's why we are bringing a rescue. >> Right arm. Don't grab my Don't grab my right arm. >> Bicep. >> That way it'll help with uh get her on always on the error side of caution. We get them medically checked out. Okay. >> Okay. >> Uh I did not see any visible injuries on her. >> Is she in the back of your car? >> No, she's in the same >> We're going to deal with her in a second. here >> and I saw the whole thing. So, >> okay. Like I said, I I don't >> I understand. I understand. >> Okay. Um >> you and I are fine. >> We're good. >> So, what's probably going to go on tonight is I'll probably after I just confirm with them. Sounds like I'll probably just release you. You You're just going to go to the hotel, go to go to sleep tonight. >> That's always the first time for everything, >> I guess. >> Right. I I don't even know. Nobody have an argument with their daughter. Well, there's one you can have arguments. What you can't do is you can't cause a disturbance and you can't be pushing and shoving in the middle right outside of a bar. >> That's what you can't be doing. >> And then it sounds like possibly uh your wife's going to be going to jail. Um and then your daughter's also going to be going to jail. >> The father's demeanor had shifted dramatically. Though clearly unhappy, he seemed to finally accept that his wife and daughter were in the wrong and that jail was inevitable. Soon after, the mother was secured in the back of a cruiser, and officers turned their attention to the daughter, who by then had begun to calm down enough for a conversation. >> It's just so you don't fall out. >> I understand, but you don't know it. >> No. No. Don't put it across my neck. Take it over my neck. No, I don't want to see. Don't take it off, you silly. >> Okay. Okay. >> That's a lot of care money spent on a silly situation. >> Okay. All right. Well, you have a better night, ma'am. Okay. You know what? Bless you. >> God bless you. >> Bless you. >> All right, Sergeant Magno, how are you? Okay. The reason why this is all is apparently my officer saw you and your mom pushing each other outside the bar. It didn't sound like it was anything major. >> But at the end of the day, when my officer tries to to stop you guys to make sure everything's okay, and it sounds like people were walking away, >> resisting, and I understand if mom um wants to act the way she does, that's where you have to be accountable for your actions. >> She just didn't like >> I know it's not easy. The reason why we do that >> is because we want to make sure she doesn't hurt herself number one and number two anybody else that comes in contact. >> Absolutely. >> And that other I mean the way that you were acting you know that's why you're at hand. >> And then when we show up there's lots of us. We're not trying to be or anything but then when we're asking you to step back >> then all of a sudden you grab out to that pole and you're yelling and fighting with the county officers or something. Well, we still have to control the situation. Okay. >> So, you're going to go with the state trooper here. You're going to go to jail for DC, disorderly conduct, and resisting obstructing. Okay. Any questions for me? >> I mean, what was I just I guess I just don't I I don't understand, but I I just explained. >> In the end, the mother was charged with felony pottery threat to an officer, misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer. The daughter was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and resisting obstructing an officer.
