Where did you go just now? I will beat you. Do it. Do it. Do it, bro. Beat Cuz I got 450. I got 450, bro. Don't get my Don't get my outfit They thought skipping scans and switching tags made them smart, but when the cuffs came out, every lie, every trick, and every ounce of fake confidence fell apart. Here are moments when shoplifters get caught stealing an entire cart full from Walmart. Smash that like and hit subscribe if you love real-life chaos caught on cam. Starting with the most stubborn shoplifter caught 10 times and still didn't quit. He thought he could Let go of me. Just talk to me. >> No. On March 30th, 2025, police immediately responded to a report from Walmart about a woman who had repeatedly trespassed and come back to steal again. What follows are just two of the many times she was caught in the act. What's going on? I got a marked harness. Uh have a female that we caught stealing here before. She's been trespassed twice over here. Okay. And uh I just want to watch her. Okay. What's she doing now? She has a cart full of stuff. She's marking merchandise off like You can see her back here. Okay. Okay. She's been here two times before and each time Last time was like two grand worth of stuff. I watched her for 3 and 1/2 hours on my shift. Wow. It was $2,100, but it was right at 11:00 when we were closing. Mhm. And I wait I stayed over an hour just watching her. Security recognized her as Ashley, the same woman who stole over $2,000 weeks ago. They watched for hours. Moments later, she was caught red-handed inside the restroom. Do you have anything in your backpack that you haven't paid for? No. That you've taken out of packages. No? No. Okay. Do you mind if I look? It's mine. I didn't do that. Okay. They've got you on video. All right. So, you just might as well cooperate. It's going to be a lot better for you. I don't know what you're talking about. I didn't take anything out of packages. I didn't do anything. Okay. Why don't have a seat there? The officer bravely searched through piles of trash without any protection while Ashley calmly claimed she was innocent, but the evidence told a different story. Okay. Put on your backpack. Come with me. Go to the right. Just come over here. The suspect couldn't deny the pile of unpaid items and ripped tags. It seems she was so used to being caught that she wasn't scared at all. Instead, she started pretending to be forgetful. Take the backpack off, please. So, they did verify she has been trespassed? They said dispatch did not. They did not see >> a hold on her system. I forgot. You forgot you're trespassed? You were told that you were trespassed from here? I I forgot. I forgot. Okay. All right. Go ahead and turn around. You're being arrested for criminal trespass cuz you are not supposed to be here at Walmart. Please be careful with my merchandise. Okay. What about those boxes? I mean, they watched you take the items out of it. >> freaking touch the damn things. And they watched you do it. I don't care what they said on the camera. I didn't touch nothing like that. After processing, she was given a court date for April 28th facing two charges, criminal trespass and retail theft. You'd think she'd learned her lesson, but 2 weeks later, she was right back at it again. Uh she's marked out tags quite a few times previously and has been trespassed Hey, where's at least once. She's over by the fitting room, I believe. Okay. Hey. So, do you have an ID on you by chance? No. What's your name? I don't have one. You don't have a name? This time when asked to stop and show her ID, Ashley refused right away and tried to walk off making the situation tense. Ma'am, can I talk to you for a second? I see what She stole the bag. Ma'am, can I talk to you? No. Ma'am, she's walking back towards the entrance. Hey. My phone's in my My phone's in the car. >> Okay. All right. Hey, ma'am. >> talking to you. Will you talk to me? Hey, Let go of me. >> Just talk to me. >> No. Let go of me. All right. Let go of me right now. Fight customer service. Let go of me. >> Ma'am, please identify yourself. >> No. Let go of me. All right. I'm going to walk you to the entrance, okay? Let go of Let go of me. The suspect kept resisting and even dared to slap an officer, forcing them to arrest her on the spot. Stop. STOP. STOP. >> LET GO OF ME. I'M DONE with this. I'M DONE. >> LET GO OF ME. >> TALK TO ME. WHAT'S WHAT IS YOUR NAME? NO. Let go Let go of me. Go. Let go of me. No. Do you know that you just smacked me? Yeah, because you wouldn't let go of me. Okay. Well, that's assaulting a police officer. Where's your ID at? I don't know. You have a hand on her? She slapped me. Okay. Finally, Ashley was charged with battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and criminal trespass. Yet somehow, she walked free again and again. Hard to believe someone can get caught this many times and still be released. What do you think about that? Next, let's see how this woman tried to pull off her sneaky plan. I'm sure she didn't leave a man cuz there's nothing out there. We'll double-check. My misunderstanding is one, maybe two items, not 23. No, but Not $211 worth. That's not a misunderstanding. On August 14th, 2024, police were called to Walmart after a woman tried to outsmart the self-checkout 23 times. She thought she'd get away with it, but she didn't. Here's how the officers handled it. Hi. Have a seat. You know, I just paid for the stuff because I didn't understand how to work it. We'll verify first and we'll see. Cuz I just was putting it through. Have a seat. We'll go through it all and once we figure out what ain't been paid for, then we'll do it. By this time, evidence of her actions and her family's involvement had been provided, proving there was no mistake at all. If any confusion existed, it was her mistaking herself. So, did you bring her juvenile No. Is the juvenile over here somewhere? >> Yeah, she's in the back of the of the H E B shopping cart. How long was she there with the Yeah, I know. I had I had no idea I got a call telling me that somebody was doing something at 11:00. So, I got there a little after 12:00 which is something 12:30 something. I didn't see this lady there. And until I didn't come up on the receipt, so I didn't get her. Did they even have that in the cart? So, she just left that laying there. She's Yeah. I'm sure she didn't leave a man cuz there's nothing out there. We'll double-check. That's all. She bought them separate on all of them checks. Okay. So, and once All right. So, there's three items in there. No, I scanned all of them. They're paid for. Let's find out. One. I scanned them. Two. Where's the third? There was only one. There was two. There was a pants and a shirt and a pants. There's one that's blue, there's one that's gray, and then there's one that's white. You scanned >> white pants go with the gray with the gray bottom. And then the gray That's a gray bottom. That's a gray bottom to me. The woman even pointed out her family member, still insisting it was just a small mistake. Yet the value of what she took made it a serious problem. [Music] Did they get scanned? No. No. Right there, ma'am? Mhm. [Music] There's three hangers there. Right there. That's three. There was three items, but there's like two outfits on one hanger. That's what I'm trying to say. That's three outfits there. Mhm. No, they like double this. They like double hangers. Like they are outfit and a pants on one hanger >> She scanned two of these. There are three items together and only scanned two. No, I I scanned the pants and they go together, right? I'm going to wear this one. Looks like she scanned the same thing twice. No, they're different. They're different stuff. >> That one is different, but there's still There's still four pieces in there. Yeah. Yeah. My misunderstanding I had a I know the same >> is one, maybe two items, not 23. No, but Not $211 worth. That's not a misunderstanding. That is called theft. No. No. >> Yes. Well, see what happened is my holding up I just scan it like I hit whatever I see the tag over I just scan it like that. One or two items is a misunderstanding. The one that was helping me but I want my problem paid for it because I'm not that type of person. I I'm not going to get in trouble. You already want my name. I'm not going to get in trouble. I'm not that type That's That's what everybody says when they get caught stealing. No, you you want my name, right? You want the name. I I don't get in trouble. There's a first time for everything. It just was a misunderstanding. It wasn't intentional. I don't know. A misunderstanding is one or two items not 23. What was that again? Not $211. I understand the machine and like it's just I just I got two small kids. Officer, please just let me just pay for it, please. >> You had that opportunity when you were doing the self-checkout. Later the woman would have to face the consequences of her actions. Stand up. Officer, I am Go ahead and stand up. Don't make me yank you up. Stand up. [Music] Officer, like I say I'm not a problem person. Please let me just pay for it. No, they don't want that. They want to proceed charges. Press charges. So, you're going to go to jail. You could be released today but your family members have to go to the jail and get you out. Okay? Please don't press charges on me, please. Well, I'll move. All right, where did you go? Just sit. Can I get my ID before I leave out? I have your ID. Stand still. Please, guys. Please just give me my kids and don't press charges, please. I really paid for it. I'm very sorry. I have two kids. Yes. Please. Please, guys. Mom. I I already told you that we cannot go back. Once you're here, you passed point of sales, we cannot I didn't I didn't mean to. I just thought everything get cancelled. This is our rules. This is our our rules. I thought everything get cancelled on one thing. All right, come back here. You copy and paste. Yeah, that's what I'm going to try to do right now. Finally, she was charged with retail petty theft. This case has reminded us, no matter how small the act may seem, dishonesty always leads to consequences that can ruin far more than what you tried to gain. And now let's see spoiled teen's $450 salon scam explodes in her face. I listen, you got to pay for this. Can I please get [ __ ] I DON'T CARE WHO [ __ ] I will beat you On November 18th in Savannah, two young women got their nails and lashes but when it came time to pay, they tried to run. One of them bolted out the back leaving her friend behind. Here's how the police handled it. So For services that were done. The services that have not yet been paid, right? All right. So, she's still here. Her friend is Her friend ran away. Staff said the two women tried to skip out without paying. One used a card with no money, the other ran after pretending to use the restroom. They caught one and she acted smug and defiant. Your ID is in your purse. Okay. Okay. Okay. Let me start with What What's your first name? My name is Andy Person. Spell it for me. All right, so apparently her and her friend came in for nails and lashes. They got it done for like 450. But she said they were supposed to pay together. I don't know what happened from that point. So, again to the bottom line, she's still here. Her friend took off. Andy grew angry, insisting she only went to her car for money. But tension rose fast. Luckily, another officer arrived just in time before the truth turned into a brawl. Well, actually they chased her. They chased They chased her and brought her back. Anyways, she wasn't talking to you. She was talking to me. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. I DON'T CARE. [Applause] [ __ ] I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE. [ __ ] I WILL BEAT YOU DO IT. DO IT. Broke. with me, not her. Okay? Okay. Ignore her. Okay. All right. What? Let her talk. Let her speak with them, okay? Talk You're talking to me right now, all right? Officers quickly separated them for questioning. The staff and a regular customer exposed the suspect's true nature while she kept arguing she'd done nothing wrong. And when she walked, she looked at my straight to the back door. She went to the back door, okay. Then they So So, y'all was able to And I can tell So, one of them I don't know what the other one left. Y'all was able to get her keep her inside and then she gave you a card. She ran out the back door. The men chased her and brought her back. She gave me the card. She gave her the card. She gave She gave you a card. And she tried to walk out the back door. She tried to walk out. And I didn't try to watch her. Everything is She went out the back door. They chased her down and brought her back to the front door. Yes. And then she ran. And I tried to run out to grab her back but when I got her, she threw everything I saw your nail. She scratched her. Yeah. Show your nail. And my nail got thing kind of uh look like that. >> a EMS or anybody to No, I'm good. I got I have to buy pads for my nails. Staff described the scene as pure chaos. Andy ran out, fought back, broke an employee's nail and shouted she had money to pay yet never showed a dime. Can I listen, you got to pay for this. Can I please get That's what I'm in the process of Can I pay for I get the She's speaking with her right now, okay? Okay. So, what happened? You You and your friend came in >> me and my friend had came in for set and lashes, right? Okay. So, me and her already agreed before we came up here that she was going to pay for her half and I was going to pay for my half. We were supposed to put our money together and pay for the whole set. Which was the 450, right? Yeah. Okay. So, when when it was time like when I was getting my lashes done, she had left out to go smoke and and I was trying to tell her to come on. So, like she was like all the dude in front of the door would not I had realized that the dude was standing in front of the door. So, I went to push the door or what not and the door was locked or what not. So, she was like just got out of the exit or what not. So, I tried to go out through the exit door that way to go to her so we could talk about how that we were going to do this cuz we was never going to run away. That's stupid. came and grabbed me and and trying to like hold me and I panicked cuz I wasn't expecting that from I I I wasn't expecting it. So, I panicked and I took my jacket off cuz she was trying to like hold me So, I ran because she scared me and then they had caught me. Okay. And then after car, when we told her back come back, she tell me to charge the car she have money but when I ran the car, the car is saying declined. So, I still have to pay for the nails. Yeah. And she went back. Oh my gosh, she gave me another bad bad. She acting so crazy. She keep running around walking around the middle. No, no, that's it. That's a a private only inside we can walk in. No customer. Faced with witnesses and undeniable evidence, Andy tried to pay hoping to dodge the charges but it was too late. She started cursing at other customers, forcing officers to deal with the wrath and fury of the unruly young woman right away. Pop me. Pop me. Pop your nails. We're not doing that. We're not doing that. Pop pop me. We're not doing that. $2,000 phone. We're not doing that. Pop me. Let her go. We're not You ain't got to press charges. We're not doing that. I ain't going TO PRESS POP ME THEN. POP ME THEN. UH-UH. POP ME THEN. WE'RE NOT DOING I'M GOING TO HAVE TO DETAIN I'm about to put you in my car. Because >> finish calling? You can call but you got to call from my phone cuz put you in my car right now. Can I get my phone? You can get your phone when you get in the car. >> your phone? Yes. Cuz if y'all going to keep arguing, we're not doing that. All right, so what about a payment plan? We're working on it. She's making a couple She's making a couple of calls. Like I said, we're working In the end, Miracle escaped leaving her friend Andy to cover the entire $450 herself. Andy was charged with theft of services for refusing to pay the bill and disorderly conduct for causing chaos inside the salon. She was banned from the property and released with a court summons. Let this be a reminder. Quick lies and cheap tricks may save you once but they always cost more in the end. Let's move on to the next case. [Music] All right. What is it going to be now? It's a theft three. All right. On June 6th, 2024, police received a report about a woman acting suspiciously at Target. According to security cameras, she had taken items from the toy aisle moving with clear fear that someone was watching her. She then moved through other aisles attempting to conceal her actions but store staff caught her and recovered all the items. Yet when the police approached, the woman had completely forgotten everything that had just happened. Target? No? Let's step over to the black car. Okay? Where are you coming from? I was over at the McDonald's. Yeah, McDonald's? Okay, you matched the description of someone we're looking for. I wasn't at >> Target? Yeah. Hello. She's saying it wasn't her. It wasn't you that was doing that? Okay. I wasn't at Target. You weren't at Target at all? Grace 11, do you have a loss prevention still on the phone? Seems a little bit out of breath. Well, yeah, you guys got me a little like freaked out right now. Yeah, if you could have them respond to my Do you have your ID on you, ma'am? Yeah. So, here's the deal. Like my partner said, there was a theft at Target. Described a white female, green neon shorts, blonde hair. So, the loss loss prevention I know you get they gave it back. So, loss prevention is going to come over here and see if it's you or not. So, if it was you, this be this would be the time to explain to this officer the truth. Okay. Okay? Cuz based on your demeanor, I believe it's you. I'm a little freaked out. Okay. At this point, when questioned about the incident, she didn't even respond. It was likely the moment she was coming up with a story to justify herself afterward. You know they have video cameras and everything else, too, right? 11. You didn't get a warrant in Centralia for theft? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. That was like a misunderstanding. I went into Famous Footwear with a pair of boots that I had purchased, and I called and asked if I could exchange them. I hadn't worn them yet, and they said no, and so I made a mistake and took them in there and swapped them out for a different size. And they couldn't make them fit, and I had to show them which ones I swapped out because they were brand new. I mean, I know it was wrong, and I shouldn't have went about it that way. >> Was that at this Famous Footwear over here? No, it wasn't Centralia. Oh, Centralia. Okay. The police continued to try to get more information from the woman, but all they received was her silence. Unable to let the situation drag on, they decided to take action. This is regarding Target. You don't want to talk about that one? You don't want to talk about Target thing right now? What Target thing? Well, just with the Legos. I just want to know what you did with them and stuff. I don't know what you're talking about. Okay. Well, what this is what we're waiting for them to show up >> You're at where? to identify you, and then we'll have to deal with that appropriately. Oh, so we're going to go on my under arrest? You're detained. Okay. We're just not We're being polite now. We're being handcuffed. You live around here? I live in West Olympia. Okay. All right. Just place your hands behind your back for me, all right? Well, unfortunately, they have video, and the person who's their loss prevention just positively identified you. And you are going to be trespassed from this location, okay? From the Target. If you ever come back here, if you try to commit another crime, it's going to be a burglary charge, all right? What is it going to be now? It's a theft three. All right? In the end, she was transported to the Nisqually Correction Center and booked on one count of theft. Her attempt to hide the theft and stay silent backfired, showing that trying to avoid responsibility or lie only makes the situation worse, and facing the truth is the wiser choice. Next up, we'll bring you even more proof that deceit always leads to downfall. I went in there again, and all I could smell is the smell of the burning smell Are you going to arrest me? This is not going to turn into a fight. Face the vehicle. Please, please don't arrest me. Please, please, please. >> On January 9th, 2024, police rushed to a Burlington store after reports of a woman trying to burn off security tags to steal merchandise. The moment officers confronted her, she flatly denied everything. Okay. Hello, I'm Officer Herrera, Marysville Police Department. So, they are requesting you be trespassed, so just leave those items right here. How come? Uh so, you went in the bathroom and you burned some items and sensors off some items. I didn't burn anything. I was sitting at the smoking area. Okay. So, they're requesting that you be trespassed. Okay. What's the lighter on your wrist for? For my cigarettes, that way when I go to smoke, I just have it right there, that way no one steals it, you know? Okay. I get my stuff stolen a lot. Okay. What's your last name? Okay, I think I got you. I'm just going to write you up a trespass. Um what were you doing in the bathroom that would make them think that you were burning something? I have no idea. I literally I didn't smoke anything at at all. Okay. Although the woman denied everything, the employee firmly testified to what she had witnessed, making it clear that the suspect had acted maliciously. I just think I I think they're burning in there, but it is small. Okay. So, we would just need evidence, some sort of, you know, proof that she's saying she didn't burn anything to have anything on her. Yeah. So, right now, I'm just writing up a trespass. That's That's fine because the soonest I would be able to get video evidence would be tomorrow. So, and of course, that's too late for you Was there any items Did you check where she left her stuff? Did you see anything burned? So, when she I had another customer who went into the restroom at the same time she did. Yeah. I went in there to check her stuff, and nothing was burning at that time. Okay. The customer came out, and um as she's coming out, she's like, "I smell a lighter." So, I don't know what that was all about, but I had a lighter. So, I went and I went in there again, and all I could smell is the smell of the burning smell of our sensors in the bathroom. Like, it literally still smells like that in there right now. It takes a while because we don't have great ventilation in there, so it takes a while for it to come out of the restroom. >> Yeah. Um do you have to tell us off for the rest of the night? Did you see anything She had like um she had like um some of our stationery stuff that was like a purple pen with like a star on it. Um I know that she had one of those in her hands, and I don't know if she still has that or not, but that was one of the things that she had. And she had some bags and stuff. I did try to pick up as much as I could, but Okay. So, do you So, you just want to trespass her now? After confirming all the details, police made their decision regarding the woman's wrongdoing, a situation that would have been far simpler had deceit not been involved. Okay. Um okay. So, you'll just sign here at the bottom. It says, like I was saying, a one-year trespass. Just write down there acknowledging it. Okay. So, at this point though, I'm going to give you your copy of this, but you are not free to leave. You do have a warrant out of Everett, okay? Looks like you have a quite a few warrants out of Everett. There's one for criminal trespass in the second degree. Are you sure? Yeah. That's not my sister. So, the name that you gave me is not coming back with a return. The only name is coming back with Kylie, and all of the photos, the DOL photo is you. The photo, this is you. So, I'm not believing that your name is Kiara. It's my sister. Kiara is your sister? Yeah. Okay, so Kylie is your name. Kylie. Kylie. Okay, so why did you lie to me about your name? Because you knew you had a warrant? No. Okay. So, you're under arrest for the warrant. Please, please, please, please don't Just face the vehicle. Please, please, don't arrest me. This isn't going to turn into a fight. >> Please, please, don't arrest me. This is not going to turn into a fight. Face the vehicle. Please, please, don't arrest me. Please, please, please. Face the vehicle. Please, please, please. Face the vehicle. Please, don't arrest me. Please. Put your hand behind your back. What do I not understand? What do you have? What do you have? Is it cellulitis or something? She was ultimately convicted of attempted theft and providing false information to police. Clearly, that lying only makes a bad situation worse. If she had been honest from the start, her case might have been simpler, but her deceit turned suspicion into conviction. What do you think about cases like this? Share your thoughts in the comments, and don't forget to like and subscribe so you won't miss the next video. And now, a crazy shoplifter who got tased after going ballistic on cops. Please, please, I didn't steal anything. Stop fighting. OW, SHE BIT ME. ON APRIL 10TH, 2023, a routine shoplifting call over stolen candy escalated fast when the suspect turned combative. Officers faced a chaotic struggle that was anything but routine. Because you stole candy, it's fine, but come back Stop. Don't I'm not doing anything. Listen, they just want you trespassed. If you walk away, you're going to go to jail. Go sit over there. I'm listening. Okay, go sit over there. All right, cool. You're being videoed and audio recorded, just so you know. Have a seat, please. I'm not trespassed. Have a seat. I don't want to have a seat. Oh my god, you're going to make us take you to jail over some stupid Yes, okay, so correct. So you know who I am. I'm Catalina. What's up? You're what? I'm Catalina. What's up? I don't know who you are. Okay, so they said you stole candy, but all I like is to get the candy back and issue a trespass warning and we can be done. You didn't? No. Okay. All right, we'll have to have you show up and stuff and if they say it's you, we'll arrest you, okay? Okay. That works. There's no candy in here. We're just going to see if you were on the store. It's been a while, so whether or not you have whatever they say you stole or not, we'll talk to them, okay? Will you hang out with her for a second? We're just going to go back over there and just talk to them. The woman attempted to deny her thieving actions, but when the truth remained elusive, the officers weren't as quick to let her go as she had hoped. Hi. How are you doing today? You what? Check the bag. There's no candy. Check the bag. Check the cameras. There's no candy. I was going to have an idea. Okay. They asked for someone else to show up here, so here I am. I don't want you digging around in that foxy. Take a seat. Yep. Okay, let me take a seat. Is that what they're saying is you stole candy? Yeah, that's what they're saying. Okay. That's what they said. They said I stole candy. All right, how do you say that? At this point, stop digging around, all right? Just keep your hands where I can see them. I'm going to I'm going to put your handcuffs if you don't. Okay. All right? Yeah. Cuz if you don't, I'm going to slap them on you. Meanwhile, a few officers headed to meet the store manager to discuss what consequences would befit her actions. If you want this or willing to I can What do you want to do? You just want her trespassed? Do you want her charged? What do you guys recommend? I don't I don't know. She's saying she doesn't have any of this stuff on her. What did she steal? She is so I saw her on the camera stealing candy and the chips, but I'm not sure what she did did with the candy, but she What kind of candy? It's yellow color box candy. And so she stole candy and chips. She was eating something when we got up there, but it's probably not. No, that she brought from somewhere else. That's not of us. She just ate it there in the stores. Do you want to see if we can get the stuff back and then we'll just trespass her? If not, then we can arrest her if you want. I mean, it's up to you, really. It's your store. I mean, you guys going to arrest her and then after like 48 hours she's going to be back on the street. Correct. Yeah, I don't I don't know. We can we can Well, I can't tell you what they'll do, right? I mean, you're not I can't say that won't happen. I also can't say that will happen. Maybe she'll be For misdemeanor they won't hold her forever, but we can issue a trespass warning if you want. FINALLY, SHE WAS CHARGED WITH ASSAULT, making false statements, obstructing law enforcement, theft, and resisting arrest. She had to face penalties of up to 60 days in jail or 6 months probation and a $500 fine. This case reminds us resisting only makes things worse. Do you think she truly deserved the punishment she got? Next comes the absurd case where someone ends up in jail over just $1. PUSH ME. HEY. HEY. WALK OUT. HEY. HEY. LET MY SISTER GO. STOP. INSTEAD OF COOPERATING, the suspects' relatives rushed into interfere, screaming and struggling, making the situation even more tense. Police were forced to subdue the entire group amid curses and violent resistance. Get back. Let me go. Nope. Let me go. YOU'RE NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE TOUCHING ME. The suspect screamed, "Call a lawyer." and accused police of using force. But their resistance only made things worse. One woman even damaged store property, prompting staff to demand charges of criminal damage, leaving officers with no choice but to arrest her, as well. Was anything damaged? OH, SHE DONE KNOCKED ALL HER [ __ ] over. I'mma pick it up. Do you want to charge her with criminal damage? Yes. All right. All three of them. Yep. 95. I'm not under arrest. You're going to be under arrest, too. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I'M not under arrest, so [ __ ] Yes, you are. We're telling you right now you are. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. ALL RIGHT. [Applause] HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. YOU'RE STEPPING ON MY GLASSES. I NEED MY GLASSES. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. CAN I HAVE MY GLASSES? YES, MA'AM. We'll get your glasses. I can't SEE WITHOUT MY GLASSES. WE'LL GET YOUR GLASSES. [Music] Let me go. Nope. [Music] In the end, all three were escorted to the station in a state of chaos. They now face a series of serious charges. Assaulting police officers, resisting arrest, and obstruction of justice. From a single $1 pizza fee, the group turned themselves into criminals, and the price to pay is a heavy criminal record. What do you think about cases like this? Share your thoughts in the comments, and don't forget to like and subscribe, so you won't miss the next video. Starting with a reckless thief who never imagined he'd face the consequences. [Applause] On February 25th, 2025, police responded immediately after a JC Kai store reported a young man who had hidden a large amount of merchandise and tried to leave without paying. What seemed like a simple arrest quickly turned tense. The suspect seemed shocked when caught red-handed, and he instantly turned agitated. [Applause] Put on cuffs. [Music] The suspect was escorted to the station, but just minutes later, he began lying, trying to cover up his actions. Cuz it's really cold outside, and I'm just trying to get an apartment. A room where? Anywhere that I could. Okay. You said you were homeless, correct? Yeah. How long have you been homeless for? Since May. October? Where where have you been living before? You said Kennedy? Yeah, but I was living in the Heights. Kennedy Heights? Okay. Why'd you have to move out from there? Cuz my mom moved to the Philippines. Okay. They sold your house? Yeah. Okay. So, you were just picking up clothing for yourself? No, to sell. To sell it? Who would you sell it to? Just people, random people, so I thought I could like think I could get a room or something. Just to make enough money? Cuz it's really cold outside. Do you have any money on you? No, I do not. Zero? Yeah. So, how do you normally buy things or purchase things? Usually ask people. I got a link card. Oh, what's what card? A link card. A link card. Does your current the currently right now does your link card have any money on it? No, I do not. This is for reporting and administrative purposes. I'm going to ask you this question, I want you to be straight up and honest. Do you admit to stealing from JC Penney? Yes, I did. Today you did. I appreciate your honesty, thank you. He excused himself by saying he was homeless, broke, with a useless food stamp card, and admitted to stealing from JC Kai. But wait, the story wasn't that simple. Is this stuff yours? Yeah. Is there anything in there that I should be concerned about? Now's your time to tell me, be honest, all right? Nothing in there, no drugs, no contraband of any sort? It's got weed in it, that's all. Just weed? Is it some shake, or have we got some flower? >> No, it's just shakes. Just shakes? About how much, how many grams would you say? Not even 3 grams. Not even 3 grams? I'll just I'm going to be honest, man, too much. All right. When checking his bag, officers found a small amount of marijuana he claimed was only about 3 grams, but during the ID check, he grew evasive, at times admitting to being Nick Ruiz, at other times denying it. Is your name Jose? No, it's not. Were you ever referred to as Jose before? No, I have not. [Music] Is that what it is? Is that what it says on your ID when you had one? Yeah. Are you sure? Yeah, it said Nick Ruiz. What is it? Nick Ruiz. Nick Ruiz. In the end, the suspect was officially charged with retail theft, providing false identification, resisting an officer, and unlawful possession of marijuana. This case is a stark reminder. A bit of stolen goods and just a few grams of weed may seem small, but it was enough to ruin his future. Worse, the woman believed she still had rights even after being caught shoplifting. I got caught stealing today, okay? And that justifies your situation. Cool. [Applause] On August 18th, 2023, police received a report of a woman suspected of shoplifting at Walmart. When approached, she treated the officer like a tour guide, forcing him to repeatedly tell her to move. Excuse me, ma'am. You come back inside the store for me. Bring your cart, come back inside the store. Bring your cart. Bring your cart, come back inside the store. I don't want to embarrass you in the parking lot. You're not going to embarrass me. Bring your cart, come back inside the store, please. Okay. Thank you. Bring your cart inside the store, please. >> I'm coming inside the store, sir. Now. I am coming now. Cuz I don't know what you're looking for. What are you looking for? We'll go back to this store right here. These? Ma'am, push the cart inside the store. I'm putting my cart inside the store before I snap. And keep walking back in towards the cash registers. Okay. We'll make a right here. We're going to walk down to the other side of the store. The woman believed her actions were too ordinary to be considered wrong. She insisted she didn't want to go to jail, yet openly admitted to committing the act, and even flaunted it as an achievement. Let's stop right now, okay? I'm stopping you for shoplifting. If you want to leave out of here, you're going to change your attitude. Stop stop stop stop. If you want to leave out of here, you're going to change your attitude. If not, I'll just take you to the county, cuz I really don't care. >> I don't go to jail. You don't? Cuz you can today. >> is I I don't go to jail. I don't have a record, but what I'm telling you >> Right, but what I'm telling you is today, you can make your way to the county. What did I mean? Number one is this purse, and also the clothes in this cart that you bagged up at the register. So, let's let's let's change the tone. Okay? Let me tell y'all something. I scanned my panties. And there's an employee here that seen me. If you say I shoplifted my panties. They're $3. I'm innocent. I know I I don't set up there. I buy all of these. That's why exactly I don't come in here. I don't do not come to this Walmart, because y'all be on If that's the case, you could have easily said >> Okay, first of all, stop. Stop all that. Back Back away Back away from the cart, ma'am. Back away from the cart, okay? >> away, giving you your receipt. >> at? My receipt is right here. >> Okay, give me your receipt. Cuz I have two transactions. Okay, excellent. At the loss prevention office, she made everything more difficult by refusing to understand the situation. She assumed that by returning the items, all her wrongdoing would be forgiven. Okay, you said shoplifting with the purse and you didn't pay for your things. That's correct. And I paid for everything else. And my soda by my purse. >> Okay, that's fine. So, they're going to go through the cart. You want me to pay for the panties, swipe my card. I know I said put it and go ahead and just refund me my money back and I'll go somewhere else. It's simple. It's common sense. That's why usually people come in and they pay for the stuff and they get to leave. Sir, don't don't don't come at me like this because I'm not a thief. I don't have a record being a thief. Okay, but you got caught stealing today, right? >> caught stealing today, okay? If that justifies your situation, cool. No, it justifies your situation, ma'am. No, it doesn't work that way. What doesn't work that way? You don't just get to leave. Why do I not get to leave? Because you're being stopped. I don't I don't understand why this is so hard for you to understand. I have your wallet. No, you cannot. At this time, she didn't realize that her next actions would lead to regret. By allowing herself to act this way, she unnecessarily escalated the tension. Because what I want to do >> Excuse me. Don't bump me, ma'am, because I didn't do >> you to stop and have a seat. Okay, I am going to have a seat. Stop or I'm going to take you to the ground. Because you're hurting >> Stop or I'm going to take you to the ground. Sir, first of all, sir, Stop or I'm going to take you to the ground. I'm telling you right now, if you do not stop tensing up, I'm going to take you to the ground. No. Now you're going to get put in cuffs. For what? Stop tensing up or I'm going to take you to the ground. And bump me again like that. And I'm I'm trying to get I'm I told you to stop. WHAT THE [Applause] TURN OVER. TURN OVER. ON THE GROUND, NOW. On the ground, now. On the ground, now. On the ground, On the ground, now. On the ground, now. The police identified a total of $32.75 in unpaid merchandise. The woman was taken away immediately, but it's clear that nothing about the situation was easy. Don't do that. Come on. Don't do that. I'm not doing anything. I'm not touching anything. >> what you're doing. What am I'm doing? >> You are making the situation so much more difficult than >> How am I making it difficult when I'm not even touching anything? I'm holding my stuff. And you are trying to slip the cuffs. How am I trying to slip the cuff? I'm holding my hand. You're making it tighter than what it has to be. Stop trying to slip the cuffs. >> How can I slip the cuff when I have a small purse, sir? This doesn't make any sense. You already have it tight. Call the ambulance now. I'm not leaving with you until I see the ambulance. You want to go out this door or I can open this one up. I can open this one. [Music] [Applause] Where's the EMT, sir? They're in the other corner of the parking lot. They'll be here. What What What other corner? I don't even Call my brother now, please. Call my brother now. Call my brother now, please, BECAUSE WASH YOUR HANDS. YOU DID NOT EVEN CALL EMT. You did not EVEN CALL EMT. STOP. STOP. STOP. LISTEN. STOP. SHE WAS CHARGED WITH theft and resisting arrest without violence. From her actions, the lesson is clear. Attempting to justify wrongdoing while refusing to cooperate only escalates conflict and leads to inevitable consequences. And now, let's meet the woman who acted like a pro at playing innocent. The Red Bull is on here, either. Mhm. It's going to be Red Bull. On August 2nd, 2023, police officers were dispatched to a Target retail store due to reports of a theft. When officers arrived, a Target employee identified the shoplifter. Here's what happens next when this alleged frequent shoplifter pushes her luck one too many times. Can you wait right here with us? Okay, so it was brought to our attention that What's your name? Robin. Robin, what's your last name, Robin? Okay. Um do you happen to have an ID on you? I don't. No ID? Mhm. Okay. So, it was brought to our attention that you purchased um food, but you had other items that you were leaving with. >> I wasn't leaving. I hadn't walked out the store yet. Cuz you saw us. No. On camera, that's what it looks like. >> Well, that's not what happened. Okay. It doesn't look like the Red Bull is on here, either. Mhm. It's going to be Red Bull. Do you have your receipt? I know it's going to be Red Bull. It was the first thing I scanned. Funny enough, when Robin got stopped, she happened to be holding the very Red Bull she hadn't paid for. A small detail that made suspicion skyrocket. You had a different or another receipt, too, that had printed I guess it printed out two different times. >> Can I see your receipt? Here's the thing. We're going to do a trespass. And you can no longer shop here at at Target, okay? You can't be on their property. That includes the parking lot. Okay. Okay? If you are on the property in the store, you will be arrested for criminal trespass. Okay. All right. I just Yes. What are you returning, then? That's how I always did it. >> What's your What are you returning? >> Well, I already had brought it with the um the filter. So, you already returned it? No. Well, I gave it to them. When officers asked for identification, Robin had none. She kept spinning a story about returning items, clearly stalling for time. Don't Don't pick yourself out of the cart. Right. >> I told you you're not going anywhere until we confirm your information. So, you might as well just put it down. Is this your backpack in the cart? Who does it belong Target Target. Did you pay for it? No. You did? No. You didn't pay for it. Okay. So, what were you going to do with all of that stuff? Put it down. Yeah, why would you put it inside the backpack? >> Because it was too full. People usually don't shop like that. That's not It was too full. I couldn't have room in my car. If you saw me That's not a normal way of shopping. If you saw me before, I didn't have room in my car. There's There's plenty of room. So, you decided to walk this way to see if maybe you can just get by us. Like maybe we wouldn't notice. No, you did not. Am I stupid to do that? Of course you saw me. Like it's stupid to do that. >> So, why wouldn't you just walk right there and then behind us? Because I was going to go to customer service. And I also wanted And I also wanted to get a Starbucks. While the suspect tried to justify stuffing items into her backpack instead of the cart, claiming there was no space, Wisconsin and District Nojaneros and officers received store evidence proving otherwise. This was the moment they decided to act. Okay. Um go ahead and put your stuff down. Ma'am, put your put your drink in there. Why? Take this off. I'm going to arrest you for shoplifting.
