STAND UP. >> Get down. >> On the ground. >> What the is in your hand? >> We are in a little bit of traffic. Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. >> Just kids in the car. >> How many kids are in the car? >> Come over here, buddy. Come over here. Come over here. >> Ma'am, you don't have to tell me how to be a mother. I understand. I'm >> not telling you how to be a mother. I said you're setting a bad example. She has to go to jail tonight. Okay. And I don't I'm sorry to have to tell you that, but she made a mistake. >> Cameras were never invisible, but these thieves acted like they were. When caught, they truly thought a few weak lies and a sad face could save them. But once the evidence appeared, the law made sure they paid the price. These are the moments from when shoplifterss act innocent. But cops know the truth. Like and subscribe if you want us to keep releasing more videos. First, meet this lesbian woman. For her, stealing seemed like nothing more than a childish game. >> On the ground. >> What the is in your hand? >> Nothing. Please. >> This isn't >> my girlfriend. >> No one cares. >> Nobody's going to help him. >> It's um 954. >> Bye. >> On April 6th, 2022, police were dispatched to a Home Depot after reports of a theft in progress. The suspect, a woman armed with what appeared to be a firearm, was stuffing a cart full of power tools. When officers arrived, she bolted, sparking a chaotic chase through the parking lot. >> Get down. Get down. >> I got a 30 in progress. Get down. >> Get down. Get down. >> Get down. Get down. Get down. Stop, bro. >> Pointed that on you, BRO. GET DOWN >> on the ground. >> I'm sorry. >> What's the is in your hand? >> Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. >> Oh my god. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Yes. I'm a girl. I'm a girl. I'm a girl. I'm a girl. I'm a girl. >> Keep your hands behind your back. >> Okay. You guys trying to detain them. Hold on. >> Keep your hands behind your back. The officer's drawing of their weapons was entirely justified given reports that she was armed. Immediately afterward, they proceeded to escort the woman while investigating the true nature of the supposed weapon. >> Come on. You a boy or a girl? >> You a girl. Okay, hang on. >> Without checking. Yeah. >> Can you see the M? So, >> sit still. Be quiet. >> What was that that was on the ground? I don't know. >> We'll find whatever that was. If you try to get up from here again, we're going to have a problem. >> But I don't know where she pointed it at me. What? >> What? >> Water? I know. I'm not You didn't get no water. This look like a restaurant. >> You shouldn't You shouldn't point this at people. >> You should You pointed this at me when we were over there. >> Turn around with that thing. You probably would have been dead. >> Anybody else? >> Looks like a gun from a distance now, doesn't it? >> No. >> Okay, >> it does. I thought >> it was a gun. I'm going to go see what they what they got. >> At this point, police went inside the store to gather statements from employees. It was clear that she fully understood her wrongdoing, yet arrogantly walked out with merchandise worth a significant amount. >> You the one that flagged us down? >> Yeah. >> So, what happened? What did she take anything? >> No, we're just standing there and he just kept walking or she kept walking and I'm like, "Yo, stop. Stop." Did she have anything in the shopping cart? >> Yeah. >> So, this is all the stuff she was running out with. >> Yeah. 1,65845. >> Just walk. You just come down this just kept walking and all sitting right here. >> And you guys want to press charges obviously or who would make that determination? >> The managers. Uh Jeff, you coming to work today? >> Yes. Because the schedule says seven. The officers, they need you because they are something right here. There's a customer. >> Yeah. I need the prices of each one of these without taxes. >> This is the club. >> That's what I meant. I don't know why she needed approval. >> It turned out the woman had only used a fake lighter to threaten, which was utterly ridiculous. Even more comical were her pleas as she seemed to think she could buy off the officer's actions. >> Lucky you didn't get Oh, wait. Lucky you didn't get shot over this. >> You see all them run? >> No, I'm not fine. >> You're fine. You're fine. >> We can't underestimate. We're equal opportunists. >> You good though? >> Huh? >> Water? >> Yeah. I'll get you a bottle of water. We're getting a female. I had a pet. Um, you want to stand up? Okay. She going to flee or >> I don't know. She just fled from us. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Yeah. >> Running around with that in her hand. >> We got to We got to keep it like this. I'm sorry. >> That's She pointed that thing right at us. >> If it was a spontaneous turning of the corner and that's pointed at your face. >> She was running around the van playing ring around Rosie. I got >> over You're crazy, girl. You're blessed right now. Okay. We're both We're everybody's blessed right now. >> You didn't get shot. >> Can one of y'all call my girlfriend, please? Why you please don't call nobody? >> I'll tell her for you. >> Hey, can you call my girlfriend, please? Yo, >> people don't know you. Be quiet. >> I give you $100 right now. >> You ain't got no $100. I do. >> Why you stealing that? >> You're good, girl. >> You're good, girl. Don't get weird on me. What have I done to you? >> Do anything to me. >> All right, it's straight. >> Hey, come on. Hey, come here. You call my girlfriend for me, please? You call the number, please? >> This is it. >> My girlfriend. >> No one cares. >> Nobody's going to help him. >> It's um 954. >> Bye. >> 86 865 865. That's a big deal. >> What's the matter with you? >> Just have my phone call. >> I don't need anybody else here. >> She's not coming. I don't know. I'm going to jail. >> Okay, she's going to know. >> Even more surprising, when officers searched her, they discovered the cash she was carrying, raising the question of why she would steal when she already had so much money on her. >> One, Pay attention. This is your money. 1 20 40 60 82 20 40 60 83 82 782 and you're out scaling. Brilliant. >> All right. So, this will be quick. We'll get you some AC. He'll type up some and we'll try to get out of here. There you go. >> Let me get open that for you. >> 1,300 bucks, bro. 13. Oh, that's more >> Look at the >> Yeah, they tried that. The yellow one. >> Oh, from you. >> We came for 21 and probably we were here. >> Wait a minute. She was trying to take it from his truck. >> Oh, separate car. >> Somebody stole the pressure cleaner out of the truck. So, we came here for that and then she >> she came. The woman was charged with thirdderee grand theft and violation of probation for a previous grand theft. And this time she had grand theft, robbery with a weapon, grand theft auto, battery, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence. Arrogance and attempts to manipulate the situation only make consequences worse. No amount of cash or cleverness can excuse breaking the law. Worse, this lying shoplifter even tested the officer's seriousness. What's it for? >> I don't have no warrant. >> I'm telling you, you have a warrant. I'm not even asking you at the point. I'm telling you, you have a warrant. >> On May 2nd, 20124, police were dispatched to a Walgreens after reports that a woman had stolen six gallons of bleach and laundry detergent before fleeing without paying. As officers approached, it seemed a getaway had indeed taken place. Her heavy breathing made it easy to tell. >> I'm over here. I'm stopping you real quick. Okay. Where'd you get all this stuff? >> Be honest. For the store at Pizza. >> You just left the store. Just give me the stuff back so I can take it back to him. >> All right. >> All right. We not going to go through all this. >> All right. Take >> Give me a second. No. Stay right there real quick. 2662. Do we have another unit a Oh, never mind. Uh 2282 is here. >> All right. >> Why? Please take off your bag for me real quick. Is there anything in your pouch? >> Okay. The woman easily admitted what she had done, showing no attempt to deny it. But things soon took a turn when the officers began asking for her ID. >> ID on you? >> I' You have some sort of ID. I'd rather you have an ID. If not, I have to take you in and process you. >> I don't have nothing. >> So, no. I state ID something. >> I don't have nothing. >> Okay. Go ahead. Put that Put that down for me. I just don't like people holding [ __ ] Is there anything? Can you open the back pouch for me? Just so I don't got to search you and all that other stuff. That's cool. I don't get about none of that other stuff. All right, that's the secret wallet. There's no ID in here is what you're telling me. >> So when I ask you for ID while out, I'm trying to actually get you out of the [ __ ] So this is obstruction of identification. This is arrestable because I asked you for your ID cuz you're caught in a commission of a misdemeanor already. Now that's two charges rather than me trying to just let you slide. Why lie? And soon after officers discovered the reason behind her attempt to hide her identity. Badly she knew exactly what stage she was in. Yet she still chose to make the wrong move. >> You on probation? Oh yeah, >> I'm trying to I'm literally trying to let you slide and you just keep lying to me for some >> go ahead. You have a warrant. Anything? >> No. >> Jisha is revoked out of Chicago. Born in 89 is also showing a serviceable warrant. Actually disregard that. So it is good county. 23 service to pull a warrant. >> Do you have a warrant? What's it for? >> I don't have no warrant. >> I'm telling you you have a warrant. I'm not even asking you at the warrant. I'm telling you you have a warrant. They just told me you got a warrant right now. >> What? >> Uh it's service out of Cook County for something. That's why I'm asking you cuz there's difference between warrants with the new >> I have a warrant. >> You're you're trying to tell me something that I'm literally telling you is on physical systems and paper that they just told me. They said you your name and birthday by physical thing and you have a warrant >> for what? >> Stand up. Put your hands behind your back. >> That [ __ ] crazy, man. >> Crazy, man. >> Don't damn >> what? We'll come back and get some stuff in a minute. Walk over this way. >> Showing no hint of remorse, the woman revealed all the worst in her. A thief who was also a liar and to make matters worse, a fugitive. >> What I got a warrant for? >> I'm about to tell you. They didn't tell me. >> Come on, man. Let me go, bro. >> Are you serious? >> Let me go, bro. >> Are you serious? Bend your arm or I'll bend it for you. >> Let me go, bro. Let me go. >> All right. This is the last time I'm going to tell you. It's going to hurt. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. >> 2662. Can you send the other officer back over there? She's getting uh >> fight. Everything's 104. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. Let me go. >> Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. >> Her own actions had led her to this grim outcome. Now there was a look of regret on her face. Not for her wrongdoing, but for being caught. >> Now you have a resistant arrest charge when you would have got out. 2 hours. Two hours. >> Two hours. >> I got it on the ground. >> That wallet right now. >> On the ground. >> I'll get it when you're in custody. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. >> The next time it's going to be worse. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> 144. Oh my god. >> You can close it. >> What's your name? Now you was a simple thing. We would have figured it out. >> I tried to keep the cuffs loose on you. You slipped. She slipped her hand out and she tried to take off on me. So I had to try to cuff her. Then she started fighting. I put her on the ground. Cuffed her up. It's all good. Why would you do that? Why would you do that? I'm trying to help you. I'm even trying to take the Walgreens stuff off you. >> Shortly after, the woman was taken to the police station. Her actions had forced the officers to take a much sterner approach, warning her seriously since no one could predict what might happen next. >> Give me your warrant stuck. It's light work. You You do something to where one of us get hurt. That's a felony. Then you go >> calm down. >> Can we get you some water or something? Take a few cups. Come on. >> Okay. >> You going to bring your backpack back over for whatever you got in there. >> The doctors do what they got to do. That's it. >> You don't want to catch more charges in here. And listen, I'm trying to get you out of here. >> That's a That's a boss. >> I'm trying to get you out of here. You know, there's law, right? And stuff. So, we'll get you what we got to do. Get you out of here. But if you cause more stuff in here, you're going to be here longer. Okay. >> Don't make it worse. It's not deser. Okay. >> You don't even You ain't even got nothing serious. >> It's not serious at all >> at all, man. You good to go. Just let us figure it out. >> The more calm you are, the less tire. >> Absolutely. I'm going try to hurry speed through this. >> What's this for? Just retail >> right now. It's just retails, misdemeanor stuff. Um There is a uh a warrant from somewhere, but that's neither here nor there just yet. I'll figure that out in a second. >> The woman was charged with retail theft and processed on her outstanding failure to appear warrant. Lying and resisting only make consequences worse. Even a minor theft can escalate if you refuse to cooperate. So, honesty and compliance can save you from far more serious trouble. Next, meet the halftruth girl. She tried to maintain her image, but ended up with bad consequences. Like why why give me part of it and not like theft's theft? >> I barely lasted 3 days. >> On March 17th, 2025, police received a call from Walmart about a woman deliberately hiding merchandise in her purse while shopping with her family. When officers arrived, she tried to flee, but was intercepted. Here's what happened next. >> I can't roll my window down. What is it? >> Okay. >> My name's Al Chai Police Department. Okay. The reason why I stopped you is because loss prevention was apparently watching her in the store when I passed you. >> They didn't give me a real good information there. I would have stopped you there. Okay. So, apparently she has some items that she didn't pay for. these. >> No, I'm going to say it's not the Horell uh pepperonis. >> Uh he listed a jacket, a bra. >> Here's a jacket. >> Did you pay for the jacket? >> Jacket. >> Okay, >> there. That's what he's asking you. >> So, the jacket. What else? >> I didn't even notice you didn't have clothing. >> What? How do you know she is that it? >> What else? >> I can't. I'm sorry. >> What else? Is there anything else? >> He wants to >> You can open up that door. >> Yeah. Open up the fuse is blowing or something. It does that sometimes. >> Okay. Is this it? >> No bra. >> No, I'll put it back. >> You put the bra back? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have an ID, driver's license, a anything? Just the picture ID. >> Sure. Don't drive away. Don't run me over your >> These women showed no shock at the police's accusations, even handing over the items they had taken without a hint of shame. Yet, even after returning some merchandise, officers received reports that several items were still unaccounted for. >> I don't know where she dropped that. So, she put it back. I don't know why she would give me the shirt and the shorts and not the bra. She handed it all over to me as soon as I walked up there. >> 23. We ask her where she dropped the bra at. >> I think >> uh near the shoes, I think. >> She says near the shoes. She said she think >> I don't know. >> Near the shoes. Receipt for this. Okay. She's got a Cincinnati shirt, too. >> So, that was it. >> See if she see if she dumped it. >> Ask her if she has a Cincinnati shirt or she dropped it. Also, >> I was just about to call you. You want her to come in the store and show you? >> Well, I mean, is there in her purse or no? >> I mean, she's saying no, but >> can you see it anywhere? >> Here. Where's your purse at? >> Is it in it? >> Yeah. You better get there. >> What? >> I mean, yeah, there's a bra in here. >> What kind of bra was it? Does it matter? I mean, >> go where? >> Where's the tag on? >> XXL black cross sports bra. >> Brand a. >> Yep, that's it. >> Okay. >> Um, you want me to bring her in? >> Tell them they need >> There's a pair of red shorts in here as well. What else? >> Yeah, just bring bring her bring her up here. >> All right. All right. Go ahead and check out for me. All right, walk back to my cruiser. Walk back to my cruiser. >> At this point, the woman behind the theft was handcuffed by police and escorted back to Walmart. Officers then inspected her bag further, uncovering additional items and revealing her incomplete disclosure. >> Can you place your hand together like you're praying? We're just going to the office. Okay. You're not going to jail or anything. We're going to figure out what's going on. I mean, you were you were being honest there for a little bit. So, what happened? What happened? >> So, you didn't want them to know. >> Well, she got there. She's really starting to piss me off now. >> Yeah, she was being honest. She said she lied because her friends are in the car with her and that's her boyfriend's family. She didn't want them knowing. >> They already knew. Wait, those aren't shorts. I thought they were shorts. >> Yeah, >> I know. I don't think she sold that. They didn't sell that one. >> This? >> Yeah, this was it. You >> sell that one? >> This the brawl this thing. >> Is the Is the bag stolen? >> No, the bag's not. >> That's her. The woman also explained her reason for trying to conceal the stolen items. She acted without shame in committing the wrongdoing. Yet in reality, she was careful about maintaining her image. >> He's here too, I assume. >> Why? >> Like why? >> Why give me part of it and not like theft's theft? Like it doesn't matter whether it's a penny or $999.99. I'm thinking it's the same. Like what was the point in giving me a shirt and a pair of shorts? >> Cuz my boyfriend's family was in the car and I didn't want them. >> Well, they already knew obviously cuz I walked up. You gave me a a shirt and a and a sweater. That's all I said. That's not a real good reason. Okay. Well, we'll get a total for this stuff. I barely lasted 3 days. >> Tears of remorse streamed down her face when she realized her relatives already knew the whole truth. She had believed she could hide her wrongdoing, but in reality, they all saw that she was only deceiving herself. >> You're lying. You're being honest. I don't know why you're lying. >> That fine. >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. >> That's it, right? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Just uh I try to tell her not to lie. You know what I mean? I tried. >> Yeah. >> She's 18 and done, you know. >> 19. But yeah, >> whatever. That's my brother's girlfriend. So, >> yeah. Well, she don't have any contacts with us. Like, I put her name on her computer and she don't have any contacts with us at all. >> Been in trouble at all. Really? It's first time. >> Yeah. >> She kicked her off. >> Maybe it'll scare her. Yeah. >> I mean, I I had I had full intentions of taking this stuff. >> I knew you didn't. I knew you did. That's why I tried to tell her. I didn't know she had more in that bag. I said, "Give me that bag. Let me look through it." She >> Yeah. >> All right. Thank you guys. >> Yep. >> Where'd he go? >> He went through the receipt. Yeah. >> You sure those bags not selling? >> He sent us. >> Looks kind of new. Now she was taken to the police station where officers explained the procedures to her. Remarkably, her attitude remained unashamed, treating the experience as just another milestone of being 18. >> You never been here before. Uh, nothing concealed on your brawl, on your body, anything like that. Okay. >> You don't even have any contacts in our system. >> I said you don't even have any contacts in our system. It's a heck of a way to start out here. So, we're going to learn learn a lesson at this point. So, being you never been here. I'll kind of explain the process to you a little bit. Uh they'll come down out here. They want to patch you down and then they'll put you in a little body scanner there. They scan your body. Then they'll book you in, take your picture, and slide you in one of the cells. Okay. You have court tomorrow morning. over here. >> In the end, the woman was charged with theft. Hiding wrongdoing only delays consequences. Even without shame, deception is obvious, and honesty could have spared her legal trouble. You might think the girl was bad. So, let's meet this mother. >> Do you know why you and mom are sitting in there? >> Why? >> You don't know? So, mom did something that she wasn't supposed to do. What does it have to do with you stealing stuff and setting a terrible example for your son? Ma'am, you don't have to tell me I'm being a mother. I understand. >> On August 9th, 2024, police were dispatched to Target after a report of suspicious shopping. CCTV footage showed the woman calmly roaming the aisles, then slipping into a secluded spot to swap price tags, even in front of her own child. At checkout, she scanned only five of 12 items. Ultimately, loss prevention stopped her. At the scene, officers quickly separated mother and child for individual questioning. >> Hi, what's your name? My name's Deputy Rainy. Can I talk to you outside real quick? >> Okay. Who do you have to talk to about? >> Do you know why you and mom are sitting in there? >> Why? >> You don't know? So, mom did something that she wasn't supposed to do. >> Before we talk, I'm just going to read you something. Okay. Do you know why you're in here? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Where'd you get that soda from? >> I got it from the fridge. >> My name is Deputy Fly County Sheriff's Office. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. >> Okay. And did mom or dad buy it at the store? >> Um, I don't know. She buys it. >> Okay. So, when you get something, when you come to a store like this and you put stuff in your shopping cart, what are you supposed to do once you put it all in your cart? >> I I >> You didn't do anything wrong. Just so you know, you're not in trouble. >> Soda. I put the soda next to her, but she forgot it was mine. >> The woman exploited the innocence of her own family to commit the wrongdoing. Grandy raising the question, what drives such reckless and irresponsible behavior? >> Okay, so what is going on tonight? Honestly, it goes a long way. going through divorce. Just kind of don't have any money. Didn't know what to do. >> Okay. So, they have obviously they have camera footage of everything. >> They have been living in a house with no water. >> Okay. >> Nothing. >> Do you still have this on you? >> No, I don't have that on me. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. So, they have you on on on camera swapping tags, price tags >> and stuff like that. Okay. So, the total amount that you should have paid was over $200 >> roughly. >> $200. What >> they're what they're scanning right now is at $189 from what you >> Why? >> Well, just alone that Lego center it was almost $100. >> Oh my god. You figured. >> Okay. >> But when you come and you and you take when you go Did you ever go Have you ever been to the store with your mom before and she puts everything in the cart and then you go and then you pay for it, right? She's not paying for stuff that she's supposed to be paying for, which is stealing. >> CCTV captured the full checkout showing the total should have been $26848. Yet she scanned only $19.50. Everything was clear, but she still stubbornly denied that truth. >> Clothing and stuff. One of the one of the pants was like 2530 bucks and you put a new tag on it. >> How were you putting the tags on them? >> I didn't put those tags on that. They were hanging in the clearance aisle. >> Okay. >> I bought them. Yeah. >> You didn't take any of the tags off the pants. >> No. What tags did you in the clearance aisle the whole time? >> What tags did you swap them? >> Just the um sticky ones. >> Okay. How many items did you swap? >> Um, a folder, the Lego set. I told him that the folder, the Lego set, and and nothing. And then a bag didn't have a tag. >> Okay, >> that's it. Yeah. I'm not sure what the price of that bag. >> Don't violate me, guys. Please. >> So, I'm I can't go to jail. You guys don't understand. >> I don't want her to go jail. Well, we don't we we don't want her to, but the store wants her to be arrested for taking the things that she shouldn't have, and she knows better, and she'll probably tell you that, but unfortunately, she has to go to jail tonight. Okay. >> Clearly, her family didn't deserve to go through this. Next, the conversation with police only exposed her total irresponsibility as a parent. She showed no real concern for anything at all. >> Excited to go back to school? >> Why not? Well, you know what you're supposed to do if somebody bullies you, right? >> Tell nobody cares. >> That's not true. That's not true. We don't like that. You know, we have deputies in every school, right? You tell a deputy, you tell that person to stop to leave you alone. And then you tell a teacher or you tell the the school deputy because they don't tolerate that. Okay? That's not nice and that shouldn't be happening to you cuz you're a nice boy, right? That shouldn't be happening to you. People shouldn't be mean to you. People should nobody should be mean to each other, right? >> Cuz they only bully me. >> Why do they bully you? What do they say? >> I'm fat. >> You are not fat. >> I know that. >> That's mean, right? That's real mean. But you know what? You're going under school now. So maybe you make new friends and you won't have that problem. But if you do, if somebody's mean to you, you tell them to stop it and you tell a teacher or you tell this, you tell any adult, you tell your mom, you tell your dad, you tell your grandfather, you tell anybody. So, just so you understand what's going on, they they might not have pursued charges, but she's done this multiple times in this store. >> In this store? >> Yes. >> I don't understand. I gave her money to go get sleep aids and tea. I'm like, go to Dollar General. >> She's been doing this apparently. >> She didn't know. It not It has nothing to do with your soda, buddy. Okay. But and grandpa will explain everything to you. Her grandfather believed he was still supporting her financially. Yet, she went ahead with the act anyway. Worse, she showed no sign of learning from the experience, ignoring all advice from the police. Why do you keep stealing? Your dad just said he gave you money. >> He did. He gave me $28. And then I just came here to see if they had my mom's sleep aids here. >> Why did you steal? >> Because I've been locked in my house for 9 years with a husband who controlled me. >> What does that have to do with you stealing stuff? to have money or anything. >> What does that have to do with you stealing stuff and setting a terrible example for your son? >> Ma'am, you don't have to tell me how to be a mother. I understand that. >> Not telling you how to be a mother. I said you're setting a bad example. >> I understand. >> Multiple times. >> Yes, you're right. You're 100% right. >> Thank you for admitting it. And I hope you didn't tell your son that you forgot to pay for it. >> I didn't tell him that. >> Okay. And you're really giving your husband I don't know what's going on with your divorce. You said you were going through a divorce. You're giving him ammunition against you to get possibly get your kids taken away from you. And your dad just said that you just got released for this. So the judge and I just got released because I tapped a car and they violated me. >> Okay. Well, you're on probation and they guarantee you that the judge is probably going to violate you. And now you're stuck in jail. Why did you open up the wrapping if you weren't stealing it? >> I didn't. I ripped it in half. I threw the other half. >> Why? >> Why not? Who cares? I don't get it. >> Why would you destroy the packaging? >> Why would you destroy the packaging? So, you're setting an example for your son that he can walk around the store and just rip and open the packaging. >> I don't know if you heard what your dad said, but he says he doesn't want to go to stores with you cuz he doesn't trust that you're not going to steal anything. >> The woman, both an irresponsible mother and an untrustworthy daughter, felt no shame for who she was. The shock didn't end there. Police soon began uncovering items from her bag. They got more money in here. >> Card pen. >> What's in it? >> THC. >> That's a felony. No, I have a bad card. >> Where is it? >> It's not on me, but you can look up my name on my card. >> When you have something like that, you're required to have it with you. And you know that. >> I didn't know that actually cuz my ID always works in the dispensary. I don't have to bring my vet card. I can bring my ID because they can look it up. But once you get it, you are legally required to have that at all times. >> Yeah, I know. Pop sockets in there. >> So why did you lie about it? Cuz I felt stupid. >> Cuz you were like, "Oh, I have no idea." I felt stupid. >> You know, you can lose your medical marijuana license for not abiding by their laws, right? You should know that. It's your responsibility to know that. >> Just like having to drive. >> Why are they so mean to you? >> I'm not being mean. I'm being blunt and honest. It's mean. >> Just because you don't like what I'm saying doesn't mean it's mean. It'll being me. It's a It's a statement of fact. It's your responsibility. >> Ma'am, I get it. >> I'm not being mean. I said it's your responsibility to suffer the consequences, right? >> What? >> You have an EBT card? >> Yeah, there's nothing wrong. >> Is charge you with this >> for not following the rules and your Bye-Bye medical marijuana card. The woman was charged with shoplifting items valued between $100 and $749 and scheming to defraud under $749. Even when given support and guidance, reckless choices and repeated dishonesty lead only to consequences. Ignoring advice and exploiting others trust sets a dangerous example for those who look up to you. Next, this reckless mother went even further, recklessly risking her entire family's lives for the stolen items. rolled out auto window. >> Vehicle took off. >> Face away from me. >> Just kids in the car. >> How many kids are in the car? >> On March 3rd, 2025, police received an urgent call from Walgreens reporting a theft and a getaway in progress. Initial checks revealed that a woman accompanied by her two children had fled in a gray Chevy Malibu. When officers approached, they cautiously asked her to roll down the window. But things quickly turned far more complicated than expected. >> Roll down your window, man. Roll down the window. Vehicle took off. >> All right. Traffic still light about 100 miles an hour. We're safely driving. Come on. Drive. Just drive. Just drive. >> A fast and furious style chase unfolded on the road with the woman's driving completely reckless, violating traffic laws, swerving dangerously past trucks, and worse, what the police had feared actually happened. >> We are a little bit of traffic. Crash, crash, crash, crash, crash, crash, crash, crash. >> Big crash, big crash. GET OFF THE VEHICLE. HANDS UP. >> Sheriff to block the 308 westbound at 76 Street. >> I got you. ROLL DOWN YOUR WINDOW. PUT YOUR HANDS UP NOW. >> GO behind my squat. Yep. Go behind my squat. >> KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. >> GET OFF THE VEHICLE WITH YOUR HANDS UP. >> HANDS UP NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS UP NOW. HANDS UP. HANDS UP. PUT YOUR HANDS UP. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. HANDS UP. HANDS UP. >> TURN AROUND. Face away from us. >> Face away. >> She's talking to somebody in a vehicle. >> Start coming back to the sound of my voice. Your hands up. Hands up. Keep your hands up. DON'T PUT THEM DOWN AGAIN. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR. >> START WALKING BACK TO THE SOUND of my voice. NOW WALK BACK. >> WALK BACK TO the sound of MY VOICE. KEEP WALKING. DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS DOWN. Keep walking back. Keep coming. Keep coming. Keep coming. >> Keep coming. Stop. >> Come back. Further to the sound of my voice. Hands up. Hands up. Hands up. Face away from me. >> Just kids in the car. >> How many kids are in the car? >> Come over here, buddy. Come over here. Come over here. >> Fortunately, all the other passengers and the mother herself were safe. Yet, it was utterly blameworthy to risk lives over stolen items. At this point, the mother even continued to act in ways that endangered herself. Immediately after, police recovered the Walgreens items. According to reports, the woman had scanned all the merchandise but never paid with a total value of just $23727. Yet, she was willing to risk her entire family's lives. At this point, officers worked with her to help find a guardian for her relatives. >> Okay. What's grandma's name? Oh, he's going to be >> Has he take any medications? Okay. Any allergies? >> Was he in a seat belt? >> Um, was he in a booster seat or anything? >> You want them transported to the hospital? >> Are they okay? >> They got a couple bumps, but nothing's jumping out obvious. Um, we'll let you know if we find anything. Okay. >> Yeah, you can transport them. I know. >> Where was he seated? Um, in the back driver back driver's side. Yeah. >> So, they were both unrestrained, it sounds like, where they didn't have any seat belts on. No, they both had um the that middle seat belt on and the um so Destiny was in behind the passenger seat. She had her seat belt on. >> Okay. They're both They're both too small to be sitting in the back seat without a car seat. So that seat belt really didn't do anything to protect them. So they do have some bumps and bruises and some scratches. >> Okay. So it's up to you if you want them taken into the hospital. >> I say you >> you want them to go to hospital. Okay, sounds good. Now, we're going to take over the children. >> At the police station, officers allowed her to calm down before beginning the interrogation. There, she admitted to everything, including the theft and putting her family members in danger. >> So, you want to tell me what was going on? How did it start? What were you doing in uh Walgreens? >> I took some food and some baby. Okay. I know the amount of approximately of how much you took. >> Yeah, that's what I took. >> Okay. Uh, and I'm guessing they didn't give you consent. You just took it away. >> No, I swiped my car. She said it was okay. >> Okay. So, when we pulled you over, did you know that you were pulled over? Did you see the lights and sirens? >> Yeah. >> I mean, you stopped. So, you stopped and you rolled down the window for a little bit. Um, and you started running away. What was the reason for running away? Cuz like I I really wasn't thinking like I was like thinking like I didn't want to go to jail and then my kids not have nobody in there. Like me running away still did the same thing. >> So did you recognize that you were putting your children in danger by running away? >> I wasn't thinking about like all the stuff that could have happened at that moment. Like it was like uh >> Okay. Were your children the seat belts? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Where were they located when you were driving away? >> In the back passenger and the back driver. >> Back passenger. Okay. >> They have car seats or no? >> Okay. >> Cuz they just don't have here for a little bit. >> The woman, Danielle Butler, was charged with fleeing and eluding an officer, causing property damage, first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of child neglect, misdemeanor retail theft, and bail jumping. Risking lives for a petty theft is never worth it. Danielle's choices not only endangered her children, but also herself, showing how momentary greed and poor judgment can lead to severe lifealtering consequences. In the next case, the man had prepared a professional excuse after stealing $1,300 worth of merchandise. >> I said I wanted to pay for the stuff. >> I get I wasn't too late. >> I wasn't trying to steal like I like I said, sir. I mean, >> I really am. I've gotten old and absent minded. And >> on September 14th, 2024, police received a report from Home Depot about a 72-year-old male suspect involved in a theft inside their store. Officers immediately arrived at the scene and met the man who appeared cheerful and cooperative. Let's see what happened next. >> Hello, I'm Cmore with Sheriff's Office. >> Hi there. >> Hey, how are you? >> Good. >> What's going on today? So, we had a selection on this gentleman. He selected his merchandise. He went back and forth. He hovered there at the door and then he walked out the door. Uh my uh partner stopped him about there. We identified ourselves as AP he has not paid for any of the merchandise which we have back at the office. >> Okay. >> Once he came back to the office, he refused to give us our his ID or tell us who he was. >> I said I wanted to pay for the stuff. >> Once you steal I wasn't too late. >> I wasn't trying to steal. I'm just I'm just >> certain and crazy. That's >> I'm gonna read you something. Okay. >> Uh yeah, I'm going to read you something. >> Okay. >> You understand the rights that I just write to you? >> Most of them. >> What don't you understand? >> I don't understand why I can't pay for this stuff. >> I'm going to read this to you again. >> I walked >> I'm going to read this to you again. Okay. You may use any of these rights at any time during the interview. Do you understand the rights I've just read to you? >> Yes. Okay. >> So, you walked out of the store with all that stuff and you paid for it, right? Okay. His actions clearly amounted to stealing, and as the staff said, it was already too late to go back and pay. Yet, behind that confident smile, he seemed prepared for the possibility of being caught. Let's see what excuse he offered. >> I have gotten old and absent- minded. >> Is that correct or not? >> I guess so. I got to about here. I was getting ready to turn around and go back in cuz I realized I hadn't paid for it. >> Okay. Um, see where the other >> Okay. So sir, you are detained for a shoplifting investigation. Do you have your ID on you? >> Do you have any weapons in your pockets or anything like that? No. >> I really am absent minded. I've done this a couple of other times and I've turned around, walked back in. >> Okay. >> Cuz I'm >> So why didn't you provide them with the information then? You guys could have squared this away if you would have been willing to talk. Well, I I I said, >> "Let's come over here." So, we're out of everybody's way. >> So, what are you saying? You're not going to call the police and you'll let me pay for this? >> And they said, "Well, I didn't say that." >> They would have just gone with a trespass warning had you had you done that. >> They probably just would have trespassed you here from Home Depot rather than calling us. >> Well, no. The reason the reason why at that point I said, "Well, you're going to call them no matter what." I said, "Well, I don't know what to do." I said, "Well, then of course I felt like leaving." So, okay. But but I said if that's all they were going to do, of course I give them their trespass and all. They said what he started off by saying was I just won't be able to shop at Home Depot for 3 years, I think it was. >> And I said, well, if that's it, you're not going to call the police then. Fine. I mean, then that's good. And then all of a sudden, so I didn't say that. >> I said, well then we write the trespass. What are you saying? We write trespass. So normally they just call us for that, write it up, and call it a day. >> So now if now I don't know what they want to do cuz they walk away. My partner's going to go find out, but we'll see what happens. Now, >> I probably aggravated them because I wouldn't do what they wanted. But like I like I said, sir, I mean, >> I really am. I've gotten old and absent- minded. And >> he blamed it all on his age. Yet, he clearly knew exactly what he was doing, wandering around, choosing items, then forgetting to pay. This made no sense. Guilt was still guilt. Things were never going to be as simple as he thought. >> But you already stole from the store. At the point that you walked past all points of sale, you committed the crime of shoplifting. >> Well, I didn't realize that and I didn't mean to. >> You did do it though and they didn't mean to do it cuz nobody just walks out of the store with items in a cart and don't stop at shop at cash registers that are all the way at the end other end. >> You understand this is the ent door. That's the exit door with the registers over there, right? Have you shopped here before? You ever been to Home Depot before in your life? >> No. >> Okay. So, that's how that works every single time. And it hasn't just changed today just because you decided you want to steal, right? You came in, you exited through the enter door cuz you're trying to get past everybody and not get in trouble. >> Well, what what can I do to go back to bring it on? >> All right, let's go back there. >> Let's get out of this ring. >> If you hadn't said that, of course, >> I want you to >> We're both adults here, right? You know, you left the store without intent. >> Feelings like an adult. Well, I I can understand that, but you know, we both know that you left the store on purpose with those items, right? >> Yeah. My my that's won't make any sense to you, but my thought was >> I've got all these different possibilities and I want to I don't know which one to get and I'm tired of buying stuff and and then bringing it back and going through all it takes I spend my life bringing stuff back. >> So, you just wanted to go over there, test the stuff out at your house and then bring everything else back. Is what you're going to do? >> Yes. Then, >> so that makes sense. I I mean that was the thought which is stupid. It's still a stupid thought. I know. But just so you know, that's what I was thinking. >> Okay. >> Not like I don't have any time. That's all I got is time anymore. So, >> okay. >> He continued insisting that his age truly caused his forgetfulness and that he never meant for any of this to happen. Shortly after, the decision about his charge was made. It seemed that this was just what he wanted. >> This is my third trip here. >> Well, I went to Lowe's two other times. So, >> that's And it's sir, it's not like I can't afford it. I mean, I'm That's why I'm sitting there going, I can afford this. It's just >> Yeah. >> dumb dumb. >> Yeah. >> I agree with you. >> Here's your driver's license back. >> So, this is a trespass warning. Okay. What this means is that from today going forward, you cannot come back to this Home Depot. Okay? You can go to any other Home Depot in any other town, just not this Home Depot. Um, there's one in Sebastian. You can go to that one. Um, this does not expire. Okay? So, if 2 years goes by and you're wondering if you can come back, the answer is still no. If you >> No, it it does not expire at all. >> Oh. Um, >> you said 3 years. >> Yeah. No, does not expire at all. uh if a couple years goes by and you want to come back, you'd have to call them, speak to a manager and see if they would get rid of the trespass. Okay? But otherwise, if you do not call, this does not expire at all. Okay? >> I mean, I won't come back, but what happens if I did? You'd arrest you'd be under arrest for trespassing. Okay? >> So, if you could just go ahead and sign here, it's just acknowledging what I told you. Okay? >> I assume you told me the truth. But it seemed things shifted slightly after the police spent more time investigating. >> Translate back. >> What am I thinking? You're under arrest for shoplifting. >> What? I thought it was >> I'm going to put a second set of handcuffs on you. Okay. Just don't move for me. See, my shoulders are a little tight. I don't want you to get hurt. Just away a little bit for me. There you go. I'm going to search you real quick. Am I going to get stabbed, cut, poked by anything? >> I've got a a little a little knife in my hand. >> So, when I asked you if you had any weapons on you, why didn't you tell me? >> Oh, yeah. There's a weapon. So, So, I'm going to stand here with you with the door open, but I I can't let you back out. Okay. >> What What happened? How come I could >> You committed a crime? >> I mean, they said just trespassing. >> Uh, they didn't say just. They They wanted you to be trespassed from the store and they want to prosecute for the crime of shoplifting. >> Uh, do you live alone or do you live with anybody? >> You're with my girlfriend. >> Your girlfriend? Okay. So, at Home Depot is kind of finicky. It depends on the the value of the things you took >> um for their uh their policies and everything if they're going to prosecute. I think if it's over $100, they prosecute no matter what. >> And then if you are uh >> trying to get a location, you're you work with them, you do whatever they want to do, you know, you give them your information, they get you trespass, and they may that may be it >> under $100, you know, but it's >> in the end, the man was charged with shoplifting and retail theft. Even small lapses in judgment can carry serious consequences. Excusing wrongdoing with age or forgetfulness doesn't erase responsibility. Taking ownership of actions is essential to avoid trouble. No, you aren't need to buckle your seat belt and step out. I >> should get you for something. >> On March 27th, 2024 in California, police suddenly spotted a vehicle matching the description of a recent theft and immediately initiated a traffic stop. Here, what's happened next? >> How we doing? >> How are you? >> Good. Driver's license proof insurance. Also, ma'am, the reason why I pulled you over is you weren't wearing your seatelt. You put it on. Driver's license registration on you or you have your license on you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can we see it, please? >> No. >> I'm sorry. I forgot. >> I don't have my phone. I can give you my name. >> Your phone's on your hand. >> This is not my phone. >> All right. Do me a favor. Unbuckle your seat belt, guys. Step out for me. >> What were you guys doing? Movement in the middle. You guys were doing fertive movements in the middle. Go ahead and unbuckle your seat belts. Go ahead and step out of the vehicle. >> Why do you No. Why are you asking me out? >> I'm stand telling you to step out. Come on. >> You're shaking. Get off the phone. Come on. Step out. >> The woman behind the wheel appeared nervous, failed to provide documentation, and showed unusual trembling, heightening the officer's suspicions. >> I'm recording. >> Come on. Show. >> And I do not want to be touched. Yeah, she she was messing the middle console. Both of them were. >> Yeah. All right. >> No, this >> Where's your ma'am? Where's your ID? >> I told you I left my phone. Oh, wait. I got it on my phone. >> I spilled soda on my >> No problem. No problem. >> That's uh Linquist, right? >> That's Linquist. >> You'll have to get his identification. >> You're from Naples? >> Yes. >> Let me Yes. So listen what it is. You weren't wearing seat belts and you should have warned I'm not going to sight you. Okay. >> Okay. >> So um that's it. So just relax. >> And I'm not No, I was I shake. That's the way I am. And you guys came to be honest. You came at the car like aggressive. And I don't understand why. Over a seat belt. It was very very aggressive. >> So So that the reason why I pulled you over is you have no seat belt. Okay. Also, this vehicle uh I got to check, but um was probably more likely some type of retail theft. So, we'll we'll talk about that a little bit later. You might not have Is this belong to you? >> Yeah, this is my car and it wasn't involved in a retail. >> Okay. Well, like I said, we'll talk about that later, but I pulled you over cuz you weren't wear seat belt, so I'll deal with that and then we'll go from there. Okay. >> The woman blamed the officers for acting aggressively and causing her panic, but when questioned about the car's ownership, she failed to provide any convincing evidence. Like so like >> were you here? You were here. You were here yesterday. >> No, I wasn't here yesterday. >> You weren't here yesterday. >> Your car was >> Your car was >> Oh, at Walmart? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You know what this is about? >> Who Who was driving your car yesterday? >> I'm not sure. >> Okay. >> If I show you a picture, can you tell me who he is? >> Absolutely not. I'm not. No. >> No. Okay. >> I look I'm not No offense, but I'm not a police officer. >> Okay. Okay. >> You know what I mean? And this is your car? >> Yeah, this is my car. >> So, it was used in a crime yesterday. >> No, my car was not used in a crime. That is for sure what happened. >> I'll show you. >> 100%. Hang on. >> When questioned, she adamantly denied her car was linked to the Walmart theft. But officers held video evidence that was about to shatter every denial. >> That's your car, right? >> Y'all are harassing me. >> No, I'm not harassing you, man. >> What is that proof? Okay. What that proves is that that car, the picture of that car was taken by the manager at Walmart when an individual that was shoplifting got in it to leave. >> Someone that was shoplifting got in my car leaving Walmart. Absolutely not true. Do you have video from Walmart proving that? No. No. Because I was present in my car when this car left Walmart and there was no one that shoplifted in my car. >> No. >> Yeah. He was not in my car when we left. >> Okay. Well, >> I'm telling you he wasn't. >> Oh, if that's if that's the if that's what you're thinking too, >> our investigation shows different. >> Okay. >> Although confronted with clear images, the suspect stubbornly insisted it was only a misunderstanding. But by now, officers no longer believed her, and the atmosphere grew increasingly tense. >> Why didn't they take a picture of the hitting in the random. >> Where's that picture? >> Where's the video surveillance footage? I mean, obviously you got something to hide. So I mean I mean you know who the guy is. I mean it's >> I don't have anything. >> It it it's >> I told you I'm not a police officer. It's not my job to look at stuff like that and help you. I have right to say no. You can ask. >> You have the right. But if you come to my county and you commit crimes here, this is going to happen every single time. >> I don't commit crimes >> and and we're going to know when you're here. >> I don't commit crimes. >> Well, obviously this vehicle, like I said, there's video surveillance footage of that individual going into Walmart. >> And like you said, it's not your job to help us identify the person, but obviously he used your vehicle or was in your vehicle. >> No, he did not use my vehicle. This is my car. 10:15. >> While checking the suspect's information and searching the vehicle, officers suddenly discovered she was carrying a dangerous item, forcing them to act immediately. >> All right, ma'am. Give me a sec. Put your hands behind your back. >> What am I being arrested for? We found something. She's reaching. She's reaching. Stop. Stop. Stop [ __ ] reaching, [ __ ] STOP REACHING. SHE'S REACHING for something. She's reaching. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. GOT IT. GOT IT. MA'AM. MA'AM. >> MA'AM. >> I don't know if she's got A GUN OR SOMETHING. >> I GOT to go. >> Taser. >> No. RELAX. PLEASE. PLEASE. >> OKAY. You're breaking my >> Stop fighting. >> All right. Listen up. Please God, >> PLEASE GOD. >> GOT IT. >> There you go. Relax. >> You hurt me. >> Say pee, buddy. Yeah, pee my face. Oh my god. The woman resisted violently, repeatedly reaching into her body as if to draw a weapon, forcing officers to use strong measures and uncover a hidden knife that made the situation even more dangerous. >> I need you. >> Why are you doing this? >> We're past that point. >> No, please stop. >> We're past that point. Just >> No, he's hurting me. >> Listen, stop. We don't know what you're reaching for. If it's a gun, A KNIFE. >> I'M NOT MOVING. I'M I'M TALKING TO YOU. >> I'M ONLY MOVING because he's hurting me. >> I'm talking to you civily. >> [ __ ] insane. >> Listen, I'm talking to you civily. You talk to civil. >> Look at how I'm being treated. Civil. Look at my face. Does that look civil? >> Stop. STOP. >> YEAH. REAL [ __ ] CIVIL. >> OKAY. >> GOD DAMN IT. THE [ __ ] room with you. >> Children. We got Go ahead and search for >> I found a hard object. Did you find any hard object? >> No, she got a knife. >> A knife? Get out of the night. >> Calm down. >> I figured you were reaching for something that was going to hurt us the way you were fighting. Cuz at that point, the gig's done. Everything's done. >> Why can't you just let me go for this? Look at my face. Please. >> Listen. >> Finally, the woman faced multiple charges. Possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer. She was sentenced to 30 months of probation along with heavy fines and court costs. This case shows that resisting only makes things worse, and in the end, the price paid is always bitter under the law. The next case is a prime example of using children as an excuse to justify committing crime. >> You're not freely if you're under arrest. >> Both of you, >> you're being detained. >> I'm sorry. >> On April 10th, 2024, officers responded to a local target for a shoplifting call. This footage is of the events that followed. You're not free to leave if you're under arrest. >> Both of you. You're being detained. What did I do? >> Sir, what did I do? Put your hands on your back. Sir, what did I do? I didn't do anything, sir. What did I do? >> Quit resisting. >> You're under arrest. Police. You're under arrest. >> You're resisting. I'm sure behind your back. >> Resisting. >> I'm sorry. >> So, I advised you were under arrest. >> I advised I was the police. Okay. >> So, you're also under arrest for resisting arrest. >> Don't twist around on us. We do exactly what we tell you to do. You are under arrest. Body cameras are audio and video recordings. Do you understand? >> Okay. >> While the suspect kept insisting they hadn't stolen anything, the security report and the surveillance footage shattered every hope of escaping the charges. >> I really haven't done anything, sir. I swear to God, I haven't. >> So, I'm just going to advise you of your rights right now. Okay. Uh, >> so like I said, right now you're just being detained for reasonable suspicion of theft. We have probable cause for her to arrest her. Right now we're just at reasonable suspicion for you. >> I don't even know. I don't I mean I don't know cuz I've been literally was on the phone with my grandma and everything. Everything is recorded meticulously within the entire city of Lynwood. It's not just inside the stores. It's everywhere. We have cameras everywhere watching everything. Yes, sir. >> So your entire your entire moves were being watched, recorded, and >> bookmarked. I mean, you can check the cameras. I haven't done anything. >> The bag? >> No, sir. I haven't considered. >> That's why That's why I have him checking. I appreciate you being cool with me, but that's just why I have him checking. >> But that wasn't my bag, sir. >> If you were sticking stuff in it. >> No, sir. I haven't checked. >> That's why I'm having That's why I'm having him. >> Please. It's just a misunderstanding. I promise. >> That's why I have him checking. says that he saw reopenage of self concealment in a beautiful bag. >> Yep. >> And that was my bag though, sir. >> But if you were >> This is the only thing that's my bag. Literally, I swear to God. >> Go check your footage because I I saw her do it. Go check to see if she was involved. >> I wasn't in. >> The woman finally admitted the cart held stolen clothes for her daughter. Yet, she kept blaming her companion, desperately trying to dodge responsibility. So, what items did you take and where are they? >> They're in the bags in the in the bottom of the cart. >> What are the items? Do you remember? >> Just the um clothes that's in the bag for my daughter. >> Do you have anything else from the store on your person? >> No. >> Okay. Is this your ID right there? >> No, that's not mine. Okay. >> The Jesse right here on the side. >> Whose ID is that? >> That's my cousins. >> The one right there. >> No, no, that's >> I'm sorry. Sorry. So you said it's your ID is in here. >> Yes, it's on the side right there. >> Might be kiss man. This is so >> Thank you. >> My daughter's birthday. I just wanted to give her some stuff. That's it, man. She's sick. >> We're just going to figure it out if he has video of you concealing. >> Okay. >> I'm You were That basket's not mine, though. You do know that, right? >> The the basket she was pushing out that wasn't that's not my >> but but what I'm saying is if you were sticking stuff inside the bag that was concealing stuff. >> The only thing I did was put stuff in the basket. But that's a different >> and you you've been cool and if it turns out that you were just sticking stuff inside the basket and that's literally they probably you see me stick inside the basket was food stuff like I promised her I haven't done like anything in the store. I don't do stuff like that. I don't >> I didn't even know like she was even doing anything like she she took stuff or she what did I mean like I'm totally miss that. >> The case grew even messier when officers found her carrying someone else's ID raising suspicion of identity theft. The rightful owner confirmed it was stolen and demanded prosecution. >> What she told me she's liar. >> Whose ID is that? >> She said Sarah gave it to her. Sarah met her on the bus originally. You said it was your cousin. >> Then you said you were friends. Then you said you hadn't even met the guy. >> So here's the deal. >> That was found on your person, which means you're in possession of it. So if we call and find out that you were >> Wow. And I took it from her. I'm serious. I took it from her because I thought she was messing with the girl and I was like, who is this? And she was like she met her on the bus. Wow. Oh my god. I don't need this [ __ ] man.
