That's not mine. Are you kidding? Please don't touch me. That's not mine. You're going to cause a scene. You're going to go on the floor. So, you're done? STOP! >> [laughter] >> WHAT'S UP WITH YOU? LOOK AT YOUR STOMACH. It's not Okay. Stop right now. What? Put my hands back. What? Put your hands behind your back. We got the other one too. Oh, hey now. Hey now. Hey now. Shoplifters often believe that confidently pretending to be innocent will let them escape guilt, even when their cart is overflowing with stolen goods. But the police quickly shattered that illusion. How did they do it? Watch today's video. Cops surprise stop a shoplifter taking an entire cart full from Walmart. We are This is law. Don't forget to like and subscribe. Starting with a woman who had just become a new mother. I got to scan. Yeah, she's got baby clothes, I think, and all that stuff in there. Yeah, dude, I went to Casey's and then What is going on today? For what? My daughter. Okay, how old is your daughter? 10 months. On June 9th, 2025, police received a report from a Walmart store about a woman committing theft. Officers quickly arrived at the loss prevention office. This was what police discovered through surveillance footage. She stole liquor and and a bag. And she also She put pregnancy tests in her bag and then went to the bathroom and used it. Oh. Yeah, went to the bathroom and used it. Um where she at now? Still in the bathroom? >> We assume that's where she is in the bathroom. We know she's close to the bathroom now. What's she look like? She's a white girl with a brown jacket and Is she there? What uh liquor? She put it in the bag. I want to ring it up. Yeah, that's how she scanned. Yeah, she's got baby clothes, I think, and all that stuff in the way. Yeah, dude, I went to Casey's and then I found her like right where the cart originated from. Yep. All right. All right. You guys going? Everyone else is just Ma'am. It was clear the woman ignored the loss prevention staff's attempts to stop her, continuing to walk away, forcing police to intervene and stop her in a more tense manner. Stop right now. What? Put my hands back. What? Put your hands behind your back. Stop resisting. I'm not resisting. Can I put my Then relax and put your hand behind your back. I'm not resisting. CAN I PUT MY STOP MOVING your arm. Stop. You're going to get charged with resisting. You're going to get Well, I'm not resisting. I'm complying. I'm just You are. Yes, you are. Put my That is literally the definition of resisting. I'm just trying No, I'm sorry. I'm just trying to put this in my pocket. Can I put my put my wallet or my card in my pocket? No, we need to cuff you. So, just chill out. Stop moving. Stop pulling away. I'm not pulling away. You were. I'm not. Can I get my phone? >> No, don't reach for anything. What are we doing here? You got a key? Yeah, I need it. All right. You can go back in here. Sit on the bench. All right. So, before anything else goes further, I have to read you this. Go ahead and sit down. It's going to be a minute. Take a seat. >> I'm okay. Okay. Before we ask any questions Her demeanor subtly suggested she acknowledged the situation, yet the underlying reason behind her actions appeared even more irresponsible. What is going on today? For what? My daughter. Okay, how old is your daughter? 10 months. What were you getting for? The formula and Okay. So, >> [snorts] >> what's in this bag? My drink. Okay. So, then where is the formula and everything else? Why is it in your other bag? Because I'm an idiot. Did you steal it? I didn't mean to. I mean, typically when people shop, they put items in bags such as this. So, did you steal it or did you not? I was trying to, but I didn't steal anything. Well, you did. The instant you walk past the final point of sale, which in this case would be that self-checkout register, that's retail theft. So, you don't have to leave the building. So, did you steal? I mean, we've already cut to the chase. It's in a bag that's obviously not a normal bag items are placed in. They're not meant to be comfortable. And that's kind of my situation. And when we were saying stop, stop, most people say, "Oh, what's going on?" You just tried to ignore us. So, did you steal or not? I mean, we've already gone this far. I need you to verbally tell me yes or no. Well, you already know. You what? You already know, so Well, I I'd appreciate it if you've been honest with me up to this point. Why don't we just cut to the chase? Yep to what? >> got items in here that aren't paid for, correct? I do, yeah. Yep to what? What? You said So, you stole. Okay. Because the woman had concealed merchandise in her jacket pockets and pants in multiple places on her body, police proceeded to review the surveillance footage to determine exactly which items had been taken. First one is her concealing this pregnancy test. See the little white box? Mhm. And then that disappears when she's in her bag. And then uh she'll conceal the other items in the way. So, what all's in the bag that's not paid for, ma'am? What all's in the bag that's not paid for? I don't know. Nothing went in my small pocket, but I have a cart in there and Well, I'm not talking about the small pocket. I'm talking about the book bag. So, you don't know what's in there. Well, I just said I have a cart in there and I have food in there. Okay. Did you pay for the food? Yeah, the cart is from my house. Okay. Are there going to be pregnancy tests or I brought this from my house. Okay. So, then how did the clothes, the iPhone case, and the other items get in there? They just appeared? I didn't know where you were going. Hey, babe. What's up? I'll call you after. Is your ID in this bag? Cuz I need that. No, don't have one on me. Okay, what's your name? And if you lie to me about your name, I'm going to charge you with obstructing. Where's that at? On my phone. Okay, can you unlock it and get me to that screen? Let me know. So, we we got two options here. We [clears throat] got to be able to confirm your identity. During the search, officers found a substance suspected to be cannabis in her possession. But since she was not of legal age to use it, they needed to question her further about its origin. Was this in your bag? >> Yes, I got that like 3 days ago. Okay, where was your bag at when you drove here? In my car. Like where at in your car though? In the back seat. Okay. So, I will address this later. I wasn't driving if that's what you're asking. How'd you get here then? Um my friend. Your friends just dropped you off and they're in the parking lot or They're in the parking lot. Okay. Why didn't they come in and shop with you? They didn't want to. Okay. So, if I go out and talk to them, are they going to tell me that you told them something along the lines of, "Hey, drop me off. I'm going to take so-and-so items and then come back"? I didn't plan on stealing anything. Well, that's a pretty fair amount of items to accidentally scan. Thus, the situation was quickly resolved thanks to the suspect's cooperation, and her offense was determined at that point. So, I'm going to explain this to you. I'm going to have you sign it once you're out of cuffs. Okay? So, you're getting issued an NTA for the offense of retail theft. So, you're going to have a mandatory court date on July 15th at 9:00 a.m. Okay? Nope, Tazewell County in Beacon. Okay. So, if you don't go to that, they're probably going to issue a warrant. I'm cutting you a massive break because you're 20. I could also do the resisting. I could also do an ordinance violation for the possession of the cannabis. I didn't know that was a thing You have to be 21. It's like alcohol. So, I mean, you have to be 20 to use it. I know. I just say it helps my mental issues. I got you. Do you have a Are you prescribed it? Do you have a medical card? No, but Instead of giving you all these other ordinance violations and resisting charge, I'm just going to take that. Cuz you're not allowed to have it. You're still going to have this court date. But in the future, just don't If somebody says stop and it's the police, you better stop. We don't just do that to random people. We always have a reason. All right, ma'am. So, I got to take that picture of you I was telling you about. All right. I'm doing your left hand first. Okay. Once this comes off, you're putting your left hand on top of your head. Okay. Can I put my card in my pocket? The woman was charged with retail theft and issued a notice to appear in court. Additionally, the suspected cannabis in her possession was confiscated due to underage possession, though no further charges were pursued. Her actions showed that ignoring warnings and making impulsive decisions could quickly escalate a minor mistake into legal consequences that followed her long after the moment passed. Worse, this woman pushed her shoplifting incident even further beyond control. I know it's going to burn. >> Can you give me personal glasses? I know that sounds so stupid. It's going to it Listen, I promise >> So, you have an unruly you just grabbed a sprayer because she was she said these few things to you. Okay. Well, spray me. On September 29th, 2025, police received a call from a Sunglass Hut reporting a woman attempting to shoplift, but the situation escalated when the suspect realized she had been detected, pulled out pepper spray, blasted the employee, and fled. Upon arrival, officers clearly saw the devastating condition the victim had endured. Spray. Come out here. Try to get out of there cuz it's going to affect you. >> It's so bad. Oh my god. Come over here. >> [cough] >> Just sit down. Just sit down. All you got to do No, you're good. Listen. So, we get obviously we get sprayed as well. I'm going to try to walk you through the best thing for you, okay? Just try to breathe, okay? And the best thing you can do is just try to keep your eyes open, okay? It's I know it's going to burn. >> Can you give me personal glasses? I know that sounds so stupid. It's going to it Listen, I promise you sunglasses aren't going to hurt or aren't going to help you. You got to The more you can keep your eyes open like this and let the air get in it, the better it's going to be for you. Okay. Okay. Try to get your See how you're touching like this? Try to get your hands with any of it on cuz it's all oil-based. [music] So, it's just going to >> [cough] >> It's just going to keep getting >> there more? Whatever you Whatever's comfortable for you. I'll stay right by the store. >> Okay. No, let it air out cuz that's the best for you. Just try not to go too far. All right. I know. Just try not to go too far from me cuz I got to The woman's condition made it difficult to obtain a statement, but after assistance from the police, she managed to calm down slightly and provide the basic information she knew about the suspect. I went to get the license plate and that's when they got me. Okay, do you remember what she was wearing when she came in? It was two black girls. One was like huge, like Okay. Sorry. You're good. Can I help you with anything or do you want me >> [snorts] >> No, you're good. We got her. We got her. Okay. We got her. Yeah, yeah. All right, so two black females. Listen, I know it hurts. You got to just stay with me. All right. Just try It's It's going to burn until they get some water for you for you, okay? >> Okay. Two black females. Okay. One was a real heavy set. And what What was the other one? Was she heavy set as well or was she >> a mask on and a silver um Christian Louboutin bag. Okay. And um She had a wallet and and a Louis Vuitton bag with her. Okay. And they just came in. Did they Did they Did they try to Did they Did they Did they Did they just start loading up the stuff and that's when you appeared or or kind of walk me through what kind of >> didn't approach them. Okay. I just stood by them. Mhm. I can see you guys have cameras. Okay. Um and I was like, "I'm going to call the cops." So, I ran the fastest route across the floor. Okay. And that's when they When I was like, "You know what? I'm going to get the license plate." I went to go behind them and ran. Yep. The investigation confirmed that the suspect did not use ordinary pepper spray, but an extremely powerful bear deterrent spray, after which nearly 20 pairs of sunglasses worth $20,000 were taken. But, the suspect never expected that the victim herself would track her down by searching for the stolen items on Facebook Marketplace and actually finding an account with a face matching the suspect. On October 1st, 2025, the suspect was arrested at a tattoo shop. See if we can see if we can get consent to it. See if the bear spray's in there, maybe. She had that bag. She had the glasses we're looking for. >> [music] >> What's that? It was the same jacket and hat that she gave in the robbery. Great. Um Will they handle They'll handle the consent in there? And this is 205. >> [music] >> Oh, that's mine. I smell I smell pot. I smell the pot. The suspect was identified as Alicia Taylor Jones, 28 years old, and her crimes were impossible to deny. She was quickly taken to the police station and informed of the charges she would face. So, before we get into anything, okay, I want to inform you of your charges, okay? While we're here, and I also want to read you your Miranda warnings, okay? So, you're looking at a few charges. All right. I know um All right, so you're like I said, you're looking at a few charges from us, okay? So, you have a first-degree robbery charge. All right. You also have an aggravated assault charge on a retail theft employee and unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, as well as a theft. Okay. So, with those being said, all right, so the robbery is a first-degree crime, okay? The aggravated assault is a third Um I think they're all thirds, for me. Third degree. I'm sorry, there's a one fourth in here. Okay. And they um so, you have one first degree I don't know the charges things. Like I don't know the Third degree. We'll discuss it. We'll read the list to you. All right, so the robbery's obviously first. You have two. You have three thirds and one fourth-degree crime, okay? Additionally, the investigation revealed that she was accompanied by another woman during the incident. She admitted everything, but her lack of remorse was truly notable. So, I I know you were with another girl um during that incident. >> [music] >> Um is that a friend of yours? No. No. How do you know her? Just in the streets. She In the streets? Yeah. Do you work for her? Neither one of us work for her. Like Is this like [laughter] a Are you guys like a like a crew or like a a pyramid? No. Like a bunch of you like she like you got to answer to her type of thing or not? No. No, you guys are just the same. You guys are just working together. >> nobody. I got you. I'm by myself. >> All right, good for you. I like that. I wish I could say the same thing. >> [laughter] >> I wish I could say the same thing. All right, so um you and your friend or you and whoever this is, someone you meet on the street, you can come tomorrow at 10:00. Um what made you pick the sunglass? Were you guys in the Promenade for a while or did you guys just know you were going to target that sunglass store? Additionally, her use of bear spray was also addressed and she showed no remorse for doing so. So, you having a little you just grabbed [music] her spray cuz she was she said these few things to you. No, they hurt me. [music] I got you. Um obviously that upset you. So, um you decided to spray her with the spray. After you spray her, what do you guys do then? So, you post them what, a few hours Will you post it on Facebook Marketplace a few hours after you think you guys stole them? >> Couple days. Okay. Did you sell any other sunglasses prior to us contacting you today? A few. It was like my old um news. What's that? My old news. You sold them to him? >> Sold them to him there. Okay. I had my iPhone. So, the other pairs that you sold um is that Marketplace or you sold them to people you know? Yeah, people I know. People you know. Did you sell anything else on Marketplace from that store? [music] No, I was, but um they never came so I could have sold them. I never took it. She was charged with first-degree robbery, aggravated assault on a retail employee, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and theft. Her decision to use violence instead of walking away turned a minor crime into life-altering charges, proving that one reckless choice can destroy everything. Next, the couple believed that lying could truly replace the truth. Okay, okay, you're being detained. Why? Possible shoplifting. I didn't do anything. I ain't got nothing in my No, I'm just holding your pants so you can't run on me. People run on me all day. On the 13th of September, 2025, police were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a report of a shoplifting incident. The suspect was believed to be a woman who had fled into the parking lot. Here was what happened when officers approached her. We got to get this far. We got to talk to you, okay? Okay. You have any ID on you? No. No. What's your name? India Norris. What is it? You what? I'm seeing my boyfriend. >> Your boyfriend? Uh I've not seen him, but you don't have any form of identif- identification on you at all? No. He is He is the He is the one who put the stuff in my put the stuff in the buggy. Put stuff in your buggy? Okay. My boyfriend coming back in there with my car. Okay. So, he put stuff in your buggy? And then he walked out? Okay. >> [clears throat] >> I don't know where you got the bathroom. Now, where's the buggy at? You said he put stuff in your buggy. He left the buggy in the store and he walked out. Okay. So, he left the buggy in the store? Yes, but it's stuff that's stolen. Okay. We just got to put stuff in the buggy. Yeah. Stuff that's stolen. Now, where's the Where's the buggy at? It's in the store. Like where Where in the store? I don't know. You don't know? Didn't you have the buggy last? Who? You. He did leave the buggy with me, but like in the middle of the store, like The woman denied the theft and shifted all responsibility in the items onto her boyfriend. At that moment, officers made a decision regarding her in order to continue the investigation. Okay, okay, you're being detained. Why? Possible shoplifting, but you're you're just being detained, okay? You're not under arrest yet. Just drop that bag for me. Just drop that bag. Yeah, come on. The store is empty. Okay. You didn't stop me. All right. Have a seat in here. Why? We're going to go over there. Am I going to get to see y'all? You may. Oh. Am I being locked up? Well, you I told you you're being detained right now. And we're we're investigating shoplifting here, okay? So, you can come back there? Well, I don't know. I can't tell you what. I have I have not looked at video or anything like that. Shortly after, they spotted the boyfriend she had mentioned, but his appearance was filled with suspicious evasiveness. Hold on. You got an ID on you? No. What's your name? Mark Young. Why you say that? What happened? Why you pull up on All right now because we got a complaint about you. So, I got to ask Get to that in a sec. What's your last name, Mark Young? Young, man. This is crazy. So, try that with Mark Young Young. I ain't taking nothing. What's your birthday, Mr. Young? No, I didn't give it to you. Mr. Young. What's your birthday? What's your birthday? All right, well, if it's a misunderstanding, we'll get to it. All right? I've got you on camera right here. Is Mark Young going to Is Mark Young going to be your actual name? Hey, why you say that? I ain't doing I ain't doing nothing. I ain't I know, they're coming. Mark Young, do me a favor. You're not You're not under arrest. You may not have done anything. I know, but please, but I ain't I ain't doing [ __ ] man. I ain't doing nothing, please. So, try to get him. I'm busy right now. All right, you're not in trouble, all right? All right. No, yeah, I'm just holding your pants so you can't run on me. People run on me all day. I don't want to try to embarrass you, all right? Any weapons on you? No, man. Take this belt off. Pull your arm out. All right, pull your arm out. Pull your arm out. Pull this arm out. Well, like I said, you're not in trouble right now. Turn that way. Turn that way. I didn't say you're under arrest. You're being detained. That does not mean You're not under arrest. I do not want to spray you or tase you. Like I said, you're not in trouble yet. Right after the man was taken back to the loss prevention office, and from there, officers uncovered multiple truths about what he had done. Do you want to do this? Do you want to do this? Where's your receipt? All right, stand up. If I let me check you. Cuz you got some items I noticed in your pocket right here. What's in this? What kind? That little All right, we'll get to that in a minute cuz I don't have gloves. Uh not the pipe in itself. During the investigation, both were confirmed to have placed multiple items into bags in a cart inside the store, and at that point, their guilt was established and they were escorted outside. Do you have the outside? We haven't searched his bag good. In there, his backpack. Yeah. All right, have a seat, full mat. Okay, Corvette hat. The woman was charged with retail theft, shoplifting, [music] and could face an additional accomplice charge. The man was charged with retail theft, providing false information to police, and was suspected of possessing drug paraphernalia. Blaming others and lying to avoid responsibility only made the situation worse, as the truth was still uncovered through evidence and investigation. Next, we return to Walmart with this woman. On the 1st of March, 2025, police received a report from Walmart about a woman who swapped barcodes on some items during checkout and skip scanning others. Upon arrival, the female suspect clearly showed fear, which was evident through her stuttering speech. It it does. Um Like I rang up the flower and I thought I rang cuz I had two of them and I thought I and I ordered I got four and I rang two up, but >> Yeah, but the other stuff you did not Yeah, but you you see but you see what I'm saying? I rang up I rang it up thought I rang up all four of them. May I have your ID, please? She's got it. Okay. >> [laughter] >> I got you. Are you an EMT? Yes, I am. I did ring up that. I got I paid for that. And then evidently one of those little flowers I bought two, but only one rang up. The it was weird. Well, I got you. Well, let me Here Here's that thing of a day. She is amazing at her job. I want to see her at work. So, if I'm here, there's a problem. The woman tried to use her smiles to hide the anxiety of being caught, but the moment another officer arrived, the employees here told a different story. I'm clear. Thank you. Yeah, and I told her I admitted to that. Cuz I thought I scanned them cuz I just scanned pots. I'm ready for some pizza, man. I'm hungry. Yeah, me too. What you get at I get salad cuz I'm weight free. You? Yeah, tell me about it. Gross. Um I think he's here about two two three years now. Oh, really? Yeah, yeah. It's been that long that you've been Yeah, that's yeah, that's how long Wow. So, you just sit back here all day and just watch? Yeah. We I mean we do do some >> [laughter] >> We do other stuff, too. We have to go on the floor. We have to put all that all that stuff like spider wraps and all that stuff you see, we do that. We have to check fire extinguishers, fire doors, all kind stuff, yeah. And everybody always thinks that's all we do is sit back here. No, I didn't know. I mean, that's why I didn't even know what was back here. Shortly after, the police decided on the next course of action regarding the woman. I'm nervous, though. You don't have anything on you you're not supposed to have. I have my phone on me, though. Give me one more. So, what's going to happen now? You're going to go to jail. Now, not really. Hold on. Let's start that over. Yeah, please. So, we're going to go to my patrol car. We're going to be transported to the Warner Robins Police Department. Have you ever been arrested for shoplifting? >> No. Well, okay, let me rephrase that. When I was 17. So, shoplifting's different than anything that I know of. It doesn't matter if it happened when you was 14, >> But it's been 17, and 99 years old. >> It's been um taken off of record. There is just a mention of one in custody. So, you was not convicted? >> No. Well, no, cuz they told me it got expunged. So, on your third conviction, and it doesn't matter if it was a hundred years apart, you're going to jail. Okay. If it's not if you don't have three previous convictions, I'll write you a ticket. You'll have to get your picture taken and fingerprints. And then And then you'll be released. So, out of your car? No, from Warner Robins Police. >> So, how do I get back to my car? My car's here and I don't have anybody who lives here. This was the outcome for her after deliberately committing theft, and it seemed that instead of feeling guilty, she only felt a slight embarrassment over her reputation while being let out. This is rather embarrassing. I know. That's why we try to get you to the car quick. >> Um red car, second one right there on row two. Well, uh we'll we'll take care of that in just a second. Uh but first, I mean, just being completely honest. >> yeah, but I just I had a knee surgery, so it's kind of I got you. Just push push push. Put your butt in the Okay, never mind. You got I ain't trying to be ugly, but you got short legs. You want me to take your sunglasses? Yes, please. Sorry. I forgot about them. And my eyeballs I can see is in my pocketbook. Okay. There ain't nothing illegal in this purse, is there? Okay. Give me just a minute. Is this your car keys right here? Okay. The woman was charged with theft. The lesson here unfolded clearly. Trying to mask wrongdoing with smiles or excuses only worsened her fate. Theft always carries consequences, and embarrassment could not replace legal responsibility. Next, the theft spiraled into something much bigger than anyone expected. Atlanta Police. We got the other one secured. Oh, hey now. Hey now. Hey now. On the 5th of September 2024, police received a call from a victim reporting that their credit card had been used at a Wawa store. Officers quickly arrived on the scene and apprehended the suspect, [music] realizing immediately that this case would not be straightforward. Atlanta police. Police. We got the other one secured. >> Oh, hey now. Hey now. Hey now. Where did that money go? Did take it back in? I did. It's right there. All right. Hey. Funny. Funny. Let's go. This guy's all zeroed up too, wearing a mask. This suspect was identified as just one member of a group stealing money from credit cards, known to hit multiple ATMs to withdraw between $3,000 and $11,000. Meanwhile, other suspects also appeared at the scene. Hey, step out of the car and talk to you real quick. All right, bro. Hey, you got a gun on you? No. >> Where's the gun at? Uh it's in the trunk. Okay. All right, come here. Come here. We're going to take this Come on. Not me. Yeah. No. Hey, we're not going to You're just being detained, all right? All right. Where did your phone I'll explain to you in just a second, okay? All right. Where are the other guns? Are in the trunk or just or in the car just in the trunk? Yeah, I just got the gun right here. It's in the uh back seat. Hey, what's up, sir? We're going to take this Yes, sir. How you doing, sir? I'm an officer with the Orlando Police Department. Want to step out of the car for me? I'll talk to you and explain everything in a second. Just put your arms behind you. You're being detained, okay? You got any weapons or anything sharp on you, bro? No, sir. All right. Anything else in the vehicle I should know about? No, sir. Okay. You're smoking a little bit of weed or something? I got I got picked I got picked up from home. What's up? I got picked up from home. I'll bring your phone with you. All right. Is this your car? Yeah. Okay. Come over here to this car. We'll talk to you. We'll talk to you in a little bit. You got two to tell. It was clear that the suspects were fully aware of what had happened. Yet, during the escort, the man still brazenly denied his actions. What's your name? My name is Keyshawn. Keyshawn, I'm going to pat you down and make sure you don't have any guns on you, okay? Right over here. So, I see the holster, but no guns, right? No, no guns. It's in the trunk. That's fine. I'm just asking. Face my car. I'm going to take the holster off you real quick, okay? All right. I'm going to pat you down and make sure you don't have any weapons or anything on you. You got your ID on you? No, I just know it by heart. I'm going to pull your pants up a little bit here for you. What the hell happened? We'll tell you everything in a second. We have >> to overdraft my car for some gas. Is that what it is? Yeah, we did. >> a bunch of cash in your pocket right there though, bro. >> No, that's $300. Yeah, but why you going to overdraft your car for gas then? Cuz Navy Federal let you overdraft up to 225. >> And then I'll charge you like a fee? No, what the thing is, your card can go negative after 2 days. So, you're just like floating the money. Yeah, I'm doing Apple Pay. I got you. Hey, face my car real quick. I got Navy Federal though. It's my personal bank. He initially admitted that the Navy Federal card was his, but shortly after, while explaining how he used it, he gave a different statement. Threatened you or promised anything to get you to speak? No. All right. So, what what was going on with your whole card situation? All right, so uh basically, if you uh we're trying to get fill-ups right now, right? Mhm. So, you know you can overdraft up to 225. >> With Navy Federal? Yeah, Navy Federal, any bank account. Okay. Like say you got uh PNC, anything. So, if you uh put the card in, say you got like $2 on your card, you could overdraft some some of it 100 and some of it 200, 225. All right, mine 225. So, boom, say we don't got no gas, we don't want to pay for gas, being cheap. If you put it in there, if you put the card in there, if you do it from the inside, it's not going to let you do it. >> Mhm. The the pump is like credit. So, if you put the card in and then you take it out, it's going to take the money that's on there, you know, $10, and it's going to keep going and it's going to stop at 100. So, if he give me $20, I like overdraft my card and just pay it back later. I got Navy Federal though. Okay. So, the card you used was Navy Federal. My personal bank account. No, this is his car. It's his card. Yeah, but Navy Federal do it and Fidelity do it too. PNC do it. Chase. Okay. I'm saying but the one today was Navy Federal. No, Fidelity. His card. Mine Navy Federal. So, don't ask me which card were you using at the pumps today? Oh, I ain't using no I ain't using no card. He only the only one who used the card. At this point, police also searched the suspect's vehicle and discovered multiple pieces of evidence that could lead to additional charges. Uh headquarters add another tag. 75 Bravo Romeo Bravo Charlie. All right, drive all the stuff over to me when you're ready. Go ahead, please. 320. 320. Yeah, there's another mag. Yeah, I haven't checked that trunk either. Yep, here it is. The men were charged with multiple counts of credit card fraud, possession of stolen financial information, and providing false statements to law enforcement. Attempting to manipulate or steal from others, even with clever schemes, inevitably leads to consequences. Pretending innocence or lying to authorities rarely works. Honesty and accountability are the only ways to avoid escalating trouble. Let's take a break from the theft cases and turn our attention to this chaotic situation. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Wait. >> Why? Why? Why? >> ounce of meth in there. >> That's not mine. Are you kidding me? >> arrest. Please don't Put your hands on That's not You're going to cause a scene. You're going to go on the floor. >> Listen, I don't know why What are you talking about? On the 8th of August, 2023, police were dispatched to a shopping center after receiving a tip about a woman carrying multiple illegal substances. Upon approach, the woman displayed extreme non-compliance, immediately resisting [music] and arguing with officers. Search her bag. Yeah. Yeah? Wait, wait, wait, wait. >> You're under arrest. Why? Why? Why? >> a second ounce of meth in there. That's not mine. Are you kidding me? >> under arrest. Please don't hands on me. That's not You're going to cause a scene. You're going to go on the floor. Listen, I don't know why What are you talking about? Stop. How am I causing a scene? >> Stop. Oh my god, YOU'RE HURTING YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. Stop causing a scene. There's an ounce of meth in your bag. Stop. YOU'RE DONE. STOP. WHAT DID SOMEBODY DO? MOVE TO YOUR STOMACH. STOP. THIS. That's not mine. That's not mine. Okay. You want to keep arguing? That's why [laughter] it's not mine. The woman blatantly [music] denied ownership of the substances, despite having just admitted they were hers. At that moment, she feigned innocence, acting pitifully as if it could absolve her of guilt. I just stopped. I don't know why this is happening. Are you kidding me? I'm absolutely not kidding you. That's why you're under arrest. But I don't Believe me. Officer. He's the one who put it in my bag. So, long story short of it is, she dropped her bag in Sam's Club. Sam's Club collects it. She's got at least an ounce of meth in her bag. So, she's going to jail for that. So, That's not Okay. She identified it as her bag. Mhm? She identified it as her bag. So, she's going to >> Lovely. Uh there's nothing I can talk to her about. Do I get her keys? Even her own family showed no surprise at the charges, further confirming that what the police found indeed belonged to her. Officers then proceeded to verify her vehicle to gather more details. I just want to talk to Open the window. It's not mine. It's crazy. I'm Okay. Not right now. All right. What's the car key? I mean You know that I don't know. His future is in doubt. You're going to leave this up to a potential baking fiasco? I'd rather just be >> I I don't know. I I All right. Um she has a car as well. It's somewhere in here. It's a '16 Explorer. It's at a friend's house. This is the beginning of it. Um so that'll still need to be searched and then video review has to be done with staff there. So that's where I'm at. Grab them and show them to the kids. So That's where I'm at. What's that? I need to bring those keys to my dad. Yeah. Where's your car parked at? I didn't have them on me and my keys are in You didn't have your keys with you in your bag. I didn't have my keys in So my dad was supposed to be Police conducted a search of her vehicle and discovered it was filled with groceries. They made their own assessments regarding the contents and their significance. So that's her car. It's loaded up with groceries. I just did a um quick search of it. There There's I mean it's completely piled in the back of stuff. So I didn't really bother with that. Just her immediate area in there. So uh dad is in the 1500s, the Ram with the Harley. Okay. Um Jeffrey Jeffrey Julson is dad. Um so the kids are with him right now. Okay. Did they take them loose? What do you want to do with her? She's going to go to jail. Okay. Um so yeah, she'll go to jail for the possession with intent and in the actual drawstring bag. Cuz like she was at the door like as I walked up to the door like trying to get the staff to get it. So and then she quick booked it out of there and then came back and I was like, "Is this your bag?" "Yeah, that's my bag." And then I was like, "All right, you're under arrest." He like opened the bag and I was like, "Yeah, that's a That's a lot of meth." Returning to the woman, she appeared completely unconcerned about her wrongdoing, focusing instead on other matters rather than feeling any guilt. Cuz my house keys and stuff in my bag. I don't know. Those are the keys that you have. There should have been house keys in my bag. I don't know if there is or not. Is that my bag? You identified it as your bag, so yes. >> I I had a teal shoulder bag, yes. It's all I identified is that I'm missing my teal shoulder bag. What if you're stupid enough to carry it in there? I'll search your bag. I just paid with it. So the only way it got in the bag is with my bank wallet. Okay. You want your keys to go with your dad so you can get your stuff. Okay. So you're going to go with this officer and you're going to go down to jail. Okay. Okay. I don't understand why. All right. Can you step out for me? Because The woman was charged with possession of illegal substances with intent to distribute and taken into custody. The woman's attempt to deny responsibility failed, showing that pretending innocence cannot erase the consequences of illegal actions. Her family's lack of surprise and the evidence found confirmed her guilt, serving as a stark reminder that trying to evade accountability only worsens the outcome. THE OFFICERS tried to calm her down to make the situation easier, but the woman did not seem to understand the current situation and even accused the police instead. Liar. Stay down on the ground. >> No, you're a monster. I'm not. I'm the police. >> not. >> Okay. Stay on the ground. >> You're a liar. Liar! No! [screaming] You're being hypnotized. You can't. And I didn't do this to myself. I'm not a liar and I'm NOT BEING MEAN. OW! [screaming] OW! YOU JUST DID THAT ON PURPOSE. You don't The chaos showed no sign of stopping, forcing the officers to use other measures to detain the woman. I'm not being mean. I'm a liar. I'm not being mean. Please be gentle. I know I don't want to be under arrest. I wasn't supposed to go to jail at all. That's what the President of the United States said. I didn't do anything wrong. I really did not do anything wrong. What the woman was doing did nothing to free herself from the situation. She failed to prove any of the claims she was making and at that point she was escorted outside. You guys >> [clears throat] >> This is Vincent McCray Anderson. too. No, I'm not. This isn't my fault. You said I wasn't going to go to jail for the rest of my life. Oh my Why are you doing this to me? Please stop. Please let me go. I don't I'm not supposed to go to jail. And they promised. It's not a lie. You were hypnotized in a way because of those girls. Now put me down and let me go, please. That's what happened to me. Yeah. No. No. I'm not supposed to go to jail. I'm not. President You know it said that I wouldn't have to go to jail for the rest of my life for what because of what I did for this country. Oh. Please. [laughter] It's not a lie. They just said a couple things and then out. And then it went out. MY LEG. COME ON. OW. After successfully taking the suspect into custody, a store employee stepped forward to testify and gave statements confirming that the real story was far different from the woman's claims. So this was found in her bag? Yeah, the ice cream's ours. I can >> Okay. I can scan the other ones and tell them that they're ours. Okay. If you want to, let's do that. Yeah. Um but yeah, I definitely know she picked up that. She put a couple things back but then she Okay. >> in here and she was just kind of all over the So she definitely had the ice cream in her hand, yeah. >> in her hand and that was found in her bag, I believe. >> Yeah, she was trespassed from here, too. She was verbally trespassed by Greg a couple of months ago. So she's been trespassed verbally twice but never by us. But I that doesn't matter. He can He can positively identify her as the person. Um he already did on on body camera. So um so obviously the person that came out was the person we were talking about, the flyer that you showed me. And you guys are willing to pursue charges? Okay. What happened a couple months ago? On that flyer um one of my employees saw her put on nail polish on the aisle. That she didn't purchase that. She didn't purchase it. She She was just doing it right in the aisle and she stormed off. So we trespassed her. Okay. Uh then when I trespassed her, she had came in and she was in the bathroom for probably an hour or 2 hours. An hour or 2 hours, okay. >> Yeah. And it was really hard to get her out. I recognized her and I was like, oh my god. From the previous incident you told me about? I wasn't there for that but I have the photo of her. >> Okay. It was the same person. So trespassed her, she got really upset, started causing >> And you physically told her you're trespassed, you're not willing to come back. What Do you remember what your words were? I told her don't come back or we'll call the police. Don't come Okay. Yeah, I just told her Okay. So Okay. She came in today? And then she came in today and then can you tell me what you saw happen when she came out of the bathroom? When you When she came out, she saw you immediately, you told her she was under arrest and she bolted and went for the exit. Exit was Yeah, it has a timer on it. You can't open it until Did Did the door Did the alarm go off on the door? In the end, she was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree burglary, and resisting arrest. Refusing to accept reality and resisting only made her situation worse. A moment of cooperation could have prevented multiple charges but this next woman was far worse, utterly irresponsible, shameless, and devoid of any humanity. Can Can Can you please just un- undo it? Undo Undo it. >> That's not going to happen. I'm going to call my god. On June 20th, 2025, police responded to a hospital report about an employee stealing from patients. When they arrived, they immediately approached her as she left the parking lot. Completely shocked by the police presence. As a nurse, she should have shown at least some moral integrity yet she displayed none. So the question remains, why would she steal when she already had a job like that? This thief had the audacity to commit a crime and even the boldness to argue face-to-face with the police. Yet sadly, she showed no responsibility for the consequences of her actions. In the end, she was charged with theft. Committing crimes and then denying responsibility only worsens the situation. Taking accountability early and cooperating with authorities is essential to prevent further consequences. Next up, the former shoplifter returned and she did not forget to bring [music] chaos. I'm sorry but maybe it's time for them to see your face. >> You can. You can because you're being recorded right now. to the ER. If I don't go to the ER, you're going straight to prison. On the 18th of June, 2025, police accidentally approached a woman who was believed to have previously stolen at Publix and had now returned. But it seemed that this reunion between them would not be pleasant. This was what happened at that time. You haven't been here in a while and all of a sudden you pop back up and I know you steal stuff before. >> Great. Oh, I stole it. Yes. Yes. But let's ask him to scan the items. Don't worry about it. Cuz there's no reason to put any of that stuff in your backpack when you come up here. I doubt it. Exactly. And it's buy one get one free for this. I have my receipt for everything else but my phone's on one percent so make sure you get his ID and mine. If you don't get his or you don't get mine, my phone died. But make sure you get these items on our seat cuz Publix is done. Sorry. Don't be sorry to me cuz you're the one that's concealing all that stuff in your backpack. >> but maybe it's time for them to see your face. >> You can. You can because you're being recorded right now. Thank god. The woman clearly showed her irritation toward the officer she had encountered before and it did not stop there. She also tried her best to confuse and overwhelm the cashier. I'm going to make sure that the wine is also placed in the bottle So I have the the buy one get one free, was that tequila? I have your receipt for that because I I had to return the other one but you said I got it on buy one get one So she said to grab the other one. I just saw her when Brown mouth and hair, glasses on. I'll show you. She said Oh, my phone died. Hold that. Okay. Write your name down and get me your receipt tomorrow. I also write all of these Just write that information down. Write all of these items, okay? And hold that with it. I'm not going to do that cuz I mean I just You just come back tomorrow. >> This one is a buy one get one free. Take care of that. But you don't have any of the receipts. I have my phone died so I can't do anything until I get my >> you want me to save it then until you're ready? >> Okay. And you'll be back tonight? >> time? Yeah. Okay. So you want me to just hold everything or Hold everything. I took a picture of him. We'll charge it up. The only thing I want is the bottle of wine. Okay. So let's just And then I'm going to have you do a a sequence of scans, okay? So 1596. Scan everything on one of them except for this one. But make sure you only do the ones that look old first. That look old. No. You have to look at the ones that aren't even used first. Now, take your time and scan. It seemed that this time she had learned from her previous confrontation with the police but after successfully completing her payment, she did not forget to throw a challenge at the officer. I still have to Now you're going straight to Yeah, okay. >> And I hope it's seven bullets in your Yeah, okay. Have a nice day. Get out of here and don't come back. >> Don't let me Don't come back here. You hit me and you go to jail. If he touches me ever >> Go. I'm fully Get out of here. >> filing a full report if you ever >> Get out of here. Goodbye. This is where it is done. >> Goodbye. Go. Prison for the rest of his life. Get out of here or you're going to jail. GO. GO TO PRISON AND GET THE out of my face, you dirty Go. Go. >> Touch me. Go. You have it on camera. He touched me. >> Go. You have it on camera. She clearly moved toward the man prompting only a slight defensive response from the officer. The only real act of aggression in that moment came from her and that action brought her an immediate lesson. He physically assaulted me. Go. No, HE TOUCHED ME. NO, YOU HAVE IT ON CAMERA. HE TOUCHED ME. You have it on camera. He touched me. He had no right to touch me. I'm protecting myself. I'M PROTECTING MYSELF after he touched me. I have it on camera. No, he touched me. I have it on camera. He touched me. Stop talking. >> it on full camera. He touched me. I have it on full camera. He touched me. I have it on camera. He touched me. I have it on camera. He touched me. I have IT ON CAMERA. YEAH, I KICKED HIM IN HIS NUTS AFTER HE TOUCHED ME. HE HAD NO RIGHT TO TOUCH ME. He touched me. You have no right to [ __ ] touch me. You have no [ __ ] right to touch me. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TOUCH ME. NO. NO. NO, I DID NOT. HE ASSAULTED ME. >> BACK UP. [laughter] Back up. >> bleeding. Okay. Get him off of me. I need the handcuffs. Get him off of me. He struck him. NO, I DIDN'T. YOU'RE A LIAR. HE WOULDN'T He backed off. No, he didn't. He literally touched me. He shocked me twice. Nope. You have everything >> Roll over and put your hands The shameless woman turned around and accused the officer as if she were the victim. Her words grew more and more outrageous and irrational by the second. >> If you don't go to the ER, you're going straight to prison. Sure. Oh, this is a joke. No, you don't get to take my fanny pack off. Ouch. Ouch. You don't get to do that. Do what? >> You are ripping my body. It's like a test tube. It is literally stuck to me because of what he did. >> That's the stuff. And you're stuck to me. Let him Tell him to let me go. Tell him to let me go. Just go over here. Really? Just come over here so they don't see it? So they don't see it? So they lie? So you lie? It is stuck to my [ __ ] body. You need to take me to the ER. Yeah, cuz you're a [ __ ] lying bastard. You got kicked in the nuts cuz you raped since you were 15. We've been 15 years old in this community while he raped people. >> on to her. I'll tell you what you got to do. Do what you got to do. I'll hold on to her. Yeah, do what you got to do, bro. No, I won't stop. You're making him the best guy. You literally have something stuck in my body. That's what he did. Yes, he tased you. >> No, he lied. I paid for my And he still tried to rape somebody. Guess what you get. Cuz I'm not the one lying. What you going to do? >> time. Thank you. Yeah, so She turned the entire situation into something about herself and wasted an excessive amount of resources. Even the medical check she had personally requested became something she made unnecessarily difficult. It's so disgusting. >> Back at the mall, you're going to jail. He's going to prison. He literally raped and assaulted me. He touched me un- unequivocally. And yes, straight to the hospital. You want to go to the hospital? >> Yes, please. And send him straight to prison. I want my house keys in my satchel. Can I see my house keys, please? I would like to see all of my property cuz I had items I had to take back to the store. I had so much stuff in there. So we need to check all of my items first. So let's go, Grace, to my items. Let's go. I didn't steal anything from this store. So therefore I have no right to be trespassing. I need all He's going straight to prison. I need all of my stuff checked. I didn't steal anything. I didn't take anything. I didn't touch anything. All of my items should be straight in my purse. One. No, he doesn't get to take anything out. I need my keys and I need my bag. All right, you want to go to the hospital by ambulance? >> Yes, I said so. But I'm not being charged for that. I want my I want to make sure that I have my house keys. Before we do anything, I just want my property. Okay, so >> That that that's that's >> Okay, so as as an officer, I'm not under arrest. Can we step towards my property here? Here we go. I'm going towards my property right here. Hold on. Hold on. Right here. Hold on. Yes, I am. I'm checking my property. Stop. Stop. Ma'am, can you check my property and make sure my house keys and everything are in it before they touch my stuff? >> I'm not allowed to? They are legally illegally touching my stuff. And they are illegally trying to kick again. No, stop [ __ ] lying, you disgusting bastard. I'm so [ __ ] sick of you, nasty [ __ ] you. So now have you In the end, Alicia was charged with resisting an officer without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. Playing the victim, refusing accountability, and turning a small encounter into chaos only leads to harsher outcomes. A moment of self-control could have prevented jail time, probation, and lasting damage to her record. In the next case, this woman treated shoplifting as if it were a habitual routine. I have a horse. That's why I came back like this. I have allergies. I have allergies. I asked you if you've been arrested for shoplifting before. You said no. I said yes. On August 19th, 2023, police received a report from a shopping center about a woman caught shoplifting. And it was revealed this was not her first offense. Upon arriving at the scene, the manager provided additional details about the suspect. >> Afternoon. How are you, sir? Good. I caught this lady shoplifting. Uh it's not her first time either here. Yes. I have her Is she on the band list? Uh actually we just Is she not in the car? We actually just researched it this past couple of days. I don't think we've had a chance to call them. Oh, okay. But I have her on five other occasions stealing up to $340. Today was another $92. Okay. Do you have the DVDs from the other ones? I can go look if you Well, I don't have LP here with me today. So let me go look see if they burned them for you. If not, I can definitely uh Okay. get that put together. But I just happen to have her in the building and Okay. Just so you guys know, my camera's on too, okay? That's fine. But uh I did catch her with $94 of stuff walking out the entrance door. What's your name? Stella McCartney. Do you have ID on you? Eight times [music] in total. >> Yeah. For the last >> I'll go I'll take him upstairs right now. It's still real quick. He caught her walking out with 90 something dollars worth of stuff today. Um they have a flyer on her cuz she's been doing other ones. Um He said he didn't even think they reported it to what she had. I might I might have them already burned, but I guess I don't know how she found out. Go up with him and then we'll come back down. To further verify all statements, the police, together with the store employee, reviewed historical surveillance footage, which helped solidify the evidence for the case file. She's done five times. Yeah. Here she comes. Going out that door. Yeah. And then that's where I stopped her right there and I put her back in. According to the report, this incident marked the seventh time the woman committed the same offense. Perhaps accustomed to encounters with the police, she still showed no sign of remorse during this incident. All right. So we're not going to cuff you here in front of everybody. We'll bring you out to the car and you can call your husband and let him know, too. All right. So what's what's going >> You want to do that? We're going to go back to the station to do some paperwork. Okay. >> But we're being polite. So we're not doing this in front of everybody. Okay.
