So, I have plenty of money to buy whatever. That's the That's not That's why I'm pissed off right now. >> This time you're under. >> Are you serious? >> Eat the wrong way. >> Are you leaving or not? >> I want >> I didn't even investigate it. >> You should put it to the ground. [Music] entitled playing the victim and convinced that paying after stealing would set them free. But justice never bargains with arrogance. These are moments when entitled shoplifterss act above the law and get humbled. Support us with a like and subscribe. More shocking cases are coming. First, let's watch this wealthy woman. Money couldn't save her this time. >> That's not That's why I'm going to stop right now because I have them. So it's like you just slipped up and you just forgot to put the >> This time you're already under arrest. >> Are you serious? >> On April 23rd, 2023, officers quickly stopped a family leaving Universal Studios after reports that one of them walked out with a pile of unpaid merchandise. Here's what happened next. >> If you want, you can take the kids. Office is right around the corner. >> Can you take the kids and we take the stroller and her back then? >> That's right. other bag possibly. >> So, he's apparently looking for receipts. I just want to ask >> the only paper was a backpack. So, he's going to find the receipts. >> Whatever, babe. Whatever. I'm already here taking everything for you. So, thanks. >> All right. I'm just going to read you something because you're >> When officers approached the mother, she acted busy calling family to prove she had receipts, completely ignoring them. Her excuse for accidentally taking the item sounded reasonable, but could it really be that simple? >> Okay, so why did you take the backpack without >> I shouldn't have I should have left it in there. I came to get her card out of her little Wolverine um fanny pack. >> Okay, so >> my daughter was in the store. My fanny pack's there. I just got it, went across the street. >> So who's with the stroller? >> My husband was supposed to be with the stroller. My 15-year-old used the restroom. So when I got back, he's gone. And my 15-year-old standing there with our stroller. Okay. And then so you left the store with the backpack to get >> her card or her backpack >> or her backpack that she wanted. >> Where was your purse at? Your your coach purse. >> That was on me. >> Okay. So that has money in it. Why wouldn't you pay for it? >> Because she's spending her own money. She's had water bottle sales, chocolate sales. She wants to spend her money. That's our money for competition. >> Okay. >> So I have plenty of money to buy whatever. That's the That's not That's why I'm pissed off right now because I have the money. >> Okay. >> She has her own little cash app car with her own little money. >> Does your daughter have a phone? >> She claims she thought her daughter had already paid for the items, calling it a misunderstanding, then proudly insisted she had plenty of money and no reason to steal. >> Does your daughter have a phone? >> Uh, yes. >> Okay. And you had a phone? >> So why wouldn't you call your daughter to come into the store? >> My daughter was with me. She was with me. >> So why wouldn't she go out to get her money? >> I'm not going to let my dad walk out of the store. I told her to stay right here by the door when she was standing by the door as she watched me look for everything. I'm talking to my kid about where their dad is when they get there because he's not there. So as I'm having the conversation with the backpack, then they come up to me. Hey, this is not She was buying more stuff. She was holding more stuff in the store that she was going to purchase, too. So it wasn't just the backpack she was going to buy. >> What? So the the distance of what maybe 10 ft. You didn't feel comfortable enough leaving your daughter in the store? >> No, she stayed in the store. >> Well, that's what I'm saying. I'm sorry. You didn't feel comfortable enough to let her go to the stroller where your older son was at? >> No. I wanted to make sure all my kids I did not I didn't see him there. That's why I walked across cuz it was only my four-year-old, my three-year-old, and my 15-year-old son. So, I didn't see him. >> Do you ever do you ever leave your daughter alone with your >> No, my 15-year-old. Yes. >> Okay. So, >> he was with my babies. Okay. But if you saw him with the stroller, like you just said, he was standing there in the stroller with the baby, then why would you feel comfortable letting your daughter walk to the stroller to get >> I don't know. >> I I'm just trying to understand >> then cross my mind. Just go across, get her thing, and come back, buy all the stuff she wanted. >> So, it's like you just slipped up and you just forgot to put the >> She claimed the backpack belonged to her daughter and said she only stepped out to grab a payment card. But when asked why she didn't call her, her story shifted to being lost from her husband and kids. >> All right, so tell me about all the other property that was on the stroller. >> Like I said, everything was there. I've been into Moles. I went into Cresburg. I ordered my son this. My husband's by myself with my daughter. So what he did, >> did you buy that today? >> They have the receipt for this. >> Yeah. But did you buy that today? >> Yes. >> Okay. So you bought that today. The receipt for that is in your bag. No, they already showed it. They took it out. >> Yeah, I know. Cuz I found it in your bag. Okay. Why wouldn't the receipts for the other merchandise be in your bag? >> This is all I bought. >> Okay. So, where did the other merchandise? I don't know. My husband was by himself. >> Okay. But you're in possession of the stroller. >> I walked Okay. My husband was standing with the stroller with all my kids. I walked across the thing looking for my husband that had the stroller and he was gone. That's why I told my oldest son, "Where's he at?" >> I'm not asking about the backpack anymore. I'm asking about all the other merchandise that was found in the store. >> I know. >> So that just you were never with your husband in any other store. All that. >> So why don't why are there any receipts for that? >> There might be. He said the everything ET he has receipts for which he's looking for right now. But he said that he took two backpacks is what he told me. So I'm pitching him out right now. He said all I did was take two backpacks. >> Okay. How much money did he bring with him today? How much he bring with him today? A thousand maybe? >> $1,000 in >> cash or card? >> Officers pressed her about the stroller packed with tagged items and no receipts. She quickly blamed her husband, claiming he paid for everything with $1,000 in cash. A story that only raised more doubts. >> So, every time he went into a store, you guys, what did you do? >> What did he do? What did I do? >> What did you do? >> Walk my kids around and see what they want. We only been to two stores. >> Okay. So, you were So, like you said, none of the cameras of the stores will show you with him at any point. >> No. >> In the store? >> No. >> Okay. >> I mean, that's a lot of merchandise and a lot of that stuff has the security tag still on it. Did you not think that was weird why it had security? >> I didn't look at anything he bought. He was like all excited. I bought this for so and so. I bought this for so and so. >> Did you find it weird that >> So, I thought that he had money. He bought it. >> Did you find it weird? >> So, I didn't think any of it at all. Did you find it weird that he brought the merchandise to you not in bags? >> They were in bags. >> Well, when we were standing out here at the restroom, he walked up and none of the merchandise he had in his hand was a bag. >> When he walked up, I didn't see what he walked up, but every other time he's walked up to me, he had bags. >> She blamed her husband to save herself, but the truth was about to turn against her. Watch how security proved he was never the thief. So, real quick, just to kind of hear where I'm going, um, you saw her in the stroller walk in with the stroller and all those bags. >> No, no, the stroller was over at the restrooms when I first clocked her. I was walking up uh from uh north deeper into the park approaching the restrooms and the I was in the street approaching restroom on my left. >> You saw her take from the store that back? >> Yes. So, what I saw is I saw her with the stroller. I saw her leave the stroller across the street, walk from the stroller into the store. Since I had observed there was a lot of merchandise in the store, I thought I'd walk just I'd walk into the store as well just to observe what she did. I observed her approach the display for the backpack. So sling the back over pack over her right shoulder and observe her exit the stroller without paying and go directly back to the stroller. When she was at the stroller, she took possession of it, tried to bag up the backpack that she had not paid for in a bag that was hanging from the stroller. >> Gotcha. Um, so when you went, so you said you you left the store, you walked over to the restrooms um to check on your kids. >> Well, not to the restroom, to my stroller. >> To the stroller, but I was by the restroom, right? So you walked over there um and you to check on the kids, right? >> Well, to get the card out of my my her card out of her bag on there. >> Oh, that's right. Yeah. >> And then once I saw the dad was missing, I'm like more focused on where why do you need my kids? Security confirmed she walked out with the backpack and tried to hide it in the stroller bag. Flustered and defensive, she called it a misunderstanding, but her shifting story only made things worse. >> That's how I am. I've never stole anything in my whole life. >> Is he still out there? >> Okay, I'm going to go talk to him. Um, I might be more inclined if he admits to taking all of it. taken instead of the kids. >> That's understandable. >> Just because >> I was getting the same sense that maybe he was doing more of this killing, but Maxer steal. >> I still think she she I think she's she's a part of it because she >> she still wanted >> her so-called clean record was about to collapse as officers concluded she had taken part in the theft herself, even if her husband might have been the one behind it all. >> Shut up. >> This time your under arrest. Are you serious? My daughter's competition. >> Can you leave her property with her husband? >> So, you would have something I didn't do. >> Uh, well, I mean, you did walk out of the store without paying for merchandise bags. I can pay for it, but I have money. >> Well, that's the problem, ma'am, is that after the fact, after the crime's committed, everybody wants to uh to, you know, rethink their initial decision. >> I missed my daughter's competition. I've never been in handcuffs. It feels so weird. >> I'm just embarrassing my kid. >> When officers informed her of the arrest, she broke down, begging for another chance. But the decision was made. The law doesn't change just because she regretted it too late. She was charged with thirdderee grand theft for stealing over $1,100 in goods, a felony carrying up to 5 years in prison, probation, and thousands in fines. This case is a harsh reminder. Think before you act because one reckless choice can turn a simple mistake into a lifelong regret. Next, let's meet the whiniest and most ridiculous thief we've ever encountered. >> Please don't. Please go my mom. Mom, no. Please >> don't act like you're five. Okay. On January 29th, 2025, her officers responded to a business after reports of a woman shoplifting while intoxicated. The suspect was caught instantly and what followed was nothing short of a circus. >> Hey, don't resist. Don't resist. >> Hey, I'll tell you anything. >> I don't care. Put your hands down. Way past that. >> Please, I'll tell you anything you want to do. >> Do you want to get resisting? >> No. >> Well, yeah. You already got it. >> Oh, please don't. Please. Don't cooperate. >> Give me your other hand. >> I don't care. Jody, your information is not good. I don't care. >> I know everybody. >> I don't care. >> I know everything. >> Nobody cares. Jody, >> you don't care. >> Nobody cares. >> You don't care what I know. >> No, I don't care. You're under arrest. >> For what? >> You're under arrest to stop listening and resist an arrest. >> Please. >> Put your feet in there. >> Please. >> Put your feet in there and you're under arrest. If you spit a little, >> please. I'm not sorry. I didn't mean to. >> Please. No. >> Right after being caught, the woman begged for mercy, pleading to call her mom and promising to cooperate. But officer stayed firm, already knowing she'd been banned from the store before. >> What do we got? >> I walked up to try to detain her and she started like walking away from me right here. I was like, "All right, you're being tried to put her in here cuz she tries to take off." So, >> we're going to figure this out. Okay. You are allegedly shoplifting. player >> at food line. >> Uh, one of my food line to go people, they had came, she came from the back. I guess she had got a plate from the wing bar. >> Okay. >> And she went out this way. My store manager followed and then she came back. Yeah. >> Went through that back and went all the way around to the back of the building and went to Tractor Supply. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, I think she just stole a plate of food. >> Of food. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, plate of wings food like whatever. Okay. >> And then I know they said that from track supply. I think Nancy, my store manager, said she got a a coat and a Coke from there. >> Okay. So, she trespassed from I mean um shop from them, too. >> Store employees said she stole Hot Wings before running out the back, then grabbed a jacket from Tractor Supply nearby. Confronted with the accusations, she stubbornly insisted the jacket was hers. >> Please, can I call my mom and mama? Please, please, can I call my mom? >> Ma'am, no. You don't have that right right now. >> Please. I would tell you anything you want to hear. Do you hear me? >> Yeah. I don't trust what you say. Okay. Why don't you? >> Cuz I I I know you. >> You know me. Why? >> Yeah. I've been living. >> Okay. >> So, it was really strange. Well, she came in, she went over to the clothing department, and then I didn't see her. She come up here and was hurting around. >> She took a jacket, I think, from here >> with anything. So, I don't know if like she's got I want to say she she worked at Walmart somewhere. So, you wouldn't surprise her if she doesn't have a thing. Oh, she might. Despite the suspect's repeated promises and pleas, officers were confident they knew her history. And what the surveillance footage showed was impossible to deny. >> You don't know what I've been through. >> Don't make yourself pass out now. You good? You okay? Please give me some water. >> Okay, we'll get you some. Okay. >> I just been through a lot. I understand. I mean, I don't think you're a bad person. >> I miss my babies. >> Yeah, you just you sometimes make bad choices, but we all do. Explain everything to you if you can talk to me. All right. Food lion says that you took a plate of food. All right. And you you walked out the door with it. >> I did. >> Okay. >> I did. >> Okay. All right. That's what they said. Okay. And then Tractor Supply said that you went in there and you walked around a little bit. You took the jacket and they think it's that one. took the jacket and then you walked around the boots and then you walked outside with the jacket without tail. >> I didn't. >> Okay. >> What kind of jacket? >> That one. >> I've had the jacket on. >> No, this one. This one. >> I've had it on. >> You have it? Okay. >> Once at the station, the suspect quickly changed her tune, admitting to the theft. But as officers explained the charges, she panicked and used her mother's illness as a desperate excuse. >> Food lion, they want you trespassed. That's not a criminal charge. It's just trespassed. Okay. So, you're you can't go to Food Lion. >> Okay. Tractor Supply, >> they want you trespassed. You're not allowed to go there anymore. Don't you? >> Food Lion, it's $9. They want you trespass. So, we're just going to do trespassing for that. Okay. Resisting arrest. >> Please, just please give me a chance. >> How are you How are you going to prove yourself to us? >> I'll do anything you want me to do. Please, just don't charge me. Nothing. My mama. I'm already trying to do my mama. Please. Don't mama's got leukemia. >> So if I got you a bond, right, you're probably a little too intoxicated to do a bond right now. >> I'm not. >> Okay. No, I'm saying even if it was to work for court, I can't put somebody that was intoxicated. >> I'm not, but I'm really not cuz I ain't been I ain't used like >> She tried to stall and play the victim, blaming everything but herself. Officers listened patiently but stayed unmoved. Excuses don't erase consequences. Jody, just like I told you before, begging is not going to make him. >> Please, I just got my job. Please, >> please just give me a bond. Please, I just got my job. I don't want to lose my job. Please. >> Hey, listen. How old are you? >> Please. >> How old are you? >> No. Please >> don't act like you're five. Okay. >> Please don't do this to me. >> I have to. Please call my mom, please. I told you I ain't nobody do [ __ ] >> Okay, that's fine. I don't care. That's not That's not important to me. Okay. >> All I got to say is what I was trying to tell you. >> You said you was going to help me. You didn't charge me with drug. >> Come here. Come here. Come here. >> No, I promise. I'll calm down. >> Remember the resisting back? >> Please. You want another one? >> You want another? >> At the temporary trial, the judge ordered her held without bail for violating probation and offending while drunk. She erupted into another dramatic scene, leaving officers visibly exhausted by the act. >> Here, come on. >> Just listen to me. Please talk to me. Don't Don't walk away from them. Let them do what they're going to do. Talk to me. >> Please. Why are y'all doing this to me? >> Why? >> Listen, too. You might be able to make a deal to drop the resisting arrest. You hear me? So that's why I got these out so you can use. >> On the ride to jail, she suddenly forgot how to breathe. A performance so over the top that even paramedics couldn't help but call it what it was. Pure drama. >> You hear me? So that's why I got these out >> so you can use these. Okay. needles. >> Finally, she was charged with obstruction of justice and petty larseny under $1,000. What began as a sloppy theft ended as a full-blown meltdown. Proof that bad acting can't steal you out of trouble. Now, let's watch chaos erupts at Walmart when entitled women think they're above the law. >> I didn't even do it. >> Why are you arresting me? >> Man, you going to be next, but let's try out. On October 29th, 2024, officers quickly detained an arrogant man after Walmart staff reported he'd been lingering for hours. To make things worse, the woman with him became combative, too. Here's how it all unfolded. >> What happened? Yes. You about to be out of here. >> Do you understand? >> But what did I do? >> Because they don't want you here no more. >> Yeah, but what did I do? >> You don't have to do anything. This is private property. >> It's not private property. It is. It is private property. tell you one time or we can take you to jail. It's up to you. >> No. What do you want to do? >> All right. First of all, y'all are getting aggressive. >> Are you going to leave or not? >> Eat the wrong one. Eat the wrong one. >> Are you leaving or not? >> You're the wrong one. >> I didn't even do it. >> Why are you arresting me right now? >> Trying to talk to you when you leave. >> Hello. >> Yeah. I need my license. >> Yes. >> Okay. Wait. Just a minute. I'm right. >> You committed a crime. Hold on. >> What crime did I commit and why am I being detained? When officers told the teen to leave, he defiantly refused, claiming he had every right to stay. Moments later, the woman with him escalated things further by arguing and blocking the officers. >> How old are you? Huh? >> How old are you? >> How old are you, >> man? You're going to be next for obstruction. Now go. You're going to be next. You're going to be next. >> Walk away. >> You're going to be next. >> Come here. Come here. >> You Why is your 13 14-year-old daughter driving? >> No. Look, I'm in pain. You want to see my surgery? >> You cannot. He cannot drive. Keep walking. Come this way. >> Excuse me. I'm trying to talk to Let's not There's nothing to be caught. >> It's fine. It's fine. >> Why am I being detained though? >> You're being arrested. >> For what? >> The warning. >> Congratulations. Put him in my car. >> But you didn't even tell me that. >> I told you that a long time ago. I told you a long time ago. >> Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Yes, I can. Come here. Come here. All right. >> How am I committing a crime by walking into a Walmart? Acting like I hurt anybody. Did I put my hand? Did I curse anybody out? >> Both were quickly escorted to the patrol car as the woman insisted she just had surgery and her son was only helping. But the teen's reckless defiance made everything spiral out of control. >> Ask you to leave. You're not listening. >> Who is we? >> He asked you. >> He didn't ask me to leave. He asked me to put the car thing on. >> Nope. We asked you to leave. >> You're not. You're the one. >> Turn around. Oh, >> I'm about >> Don't sit there and and and do this to me. >> Resisting. >> Get out of here. >> Get out of there now. >> I don't care. Get out. Leave. >> I have a son. >> Leave. Leave. Leave. Or you going to jail. >> I'm not even I'm putting you on your side. >> You just kicked me in my ass. No, I didn't. >> Yo, help. Help. >> Turn around. >> Help. >> No, put. >> Nah, man. They They being too brutal. They just kicked me in my ass for no reason. >> And stop moving. Face. >> Stay in the car. >> Get in the car. >> You're literally hurting me. >> Even in cuffs, the teen insisted he was never told to leave. But his defiance backfired and officer soon discovered the woman faced yet another charge for allowing a minor to drive. How old is that child? >> How old is that child? >> She's 10. >> No. Put her in the back seat. This child needs a a boost. This child needs a a strength you >> No. This child cannot be driven out here like this. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> What's your name? >> My friend. >> Why am I trespassing in a Walmart? You guys don't want to answer You don't want to answer nothing. I have you don't want to ask answer any questions I have from y'all on why I'm being arrested, why y'all being so brutal, but you have the nerve to ask me my name. How dare you? You have no respect. >> Let's close the door. >> Look, I'm trying to give you an opportunity so we can explain everything. >> You're not giving me any opportunity. You never gave me an opportunity. You told me to put the card up and I came to you and I gave the card back to you and you're telling me I'm trespassing. >> What did you say? Tell you go to jail. >> You can't forget to a minor. >> You can go to jail for that >> because your baby's in the back seat with no car seat. >> He's not buckled in. There's a child that's not supposed to be in the front seat. >> On top of that, she couldn't even see the steering wheel. >> Yeah. >> You put the lights to brighten our >> It doesn't matter. She's 14. >> She can She's not 14. >> But still, does she have a Does she have a permit? >> Does she have a license? >> Not yet. >> Okay. If you want to do this, we can take everybody out the car, tow your car, and you can figure out how you're going to get home. If you guys want to do that, it's fine. >> Go do that. Let's do it. Let's go. Give your license. >> Okay. No, no, no. >> Give me your license. >> Hold on. >> Give me a license or you're going to jail. >> No, you can't take my license. >> Give me your license. You're going to jail. >> Ma'am, >> hold on. >> It's No, hold on. I'm the police. Give me your license. >> Call him cuz I need Spanish. >> You don't need SP. You speak Spanish. You speak English. Fine. >> The woman kept making excuses, pretending not to understand English while stalling officers. But with a child still in danger inside the car, police had no reason to listen any longer. >> What are you trying to take my license for? >> I'm jumping on our investigation. You were obstructioning inside when you walked up on us. Yes, you were. You're not going to tell us how we're going to do our job. We're not going to do this. >> Give me your ID right now. You want to jail? >> You're still on the Uh-uh. Okay. >> Don't resist. >> Okay. >> Don't resist. >> No, I'm not resisting. >> Put your phone down. >> He's taking me to jail for him trying to do the same thing as he did to the other kid. No, you can't take away. >> Yes, we can because if you're going to jail, >> you can't. What are you arresting me for? >> Contributions of a minor. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Drop. Drop. Can just put on Put it right here then. Put it right here. >> Drop your Leave your license, too. >> Hold on. >> Put your license on too, please. Miss, you're not going to do this back and forth. >> You know why he's trying to arrest me? Cuz I took a video on >> No, that's not why. >> And he said that I was obstructing their way. >> Give him your license. >> You can't do that. >> I just did. >> You cannot do that. >> Yeah. Come on, [ __ ] I'm not going to do this with you. We We tried We tried to ask you major. No, >> but it's fine >> cuz you're doing an injustice. That's why you're trying to >> First of all, are you done talking? I'll tell you what's going on. >> Okay. >> Are you done? >> Yeah, I'm done. >> All right. So, your child has No, your child has Does your child have pain? >> No, I'm in pain. >> Yeah. >> Hey, you don't listen too. >> I'm trying to go to the hospital. Yes. I need to Yes. >> Have a seat, my friend. >> Give me your hands. I can't give you my hands. How am I giving you my hands? >> Y'all know she got kids in the car, right? >> They're going to They're going to DCF. They're going to DCF. You have to give your name, date of birth. When you're accused of a crime, you have to give your name, date of birth. >> Obligated to by who? >> The state of Florida. >> Take me. Okay. >> Both were taken to the station immediately, while the child in the car was released to a legal guardian. Soon after, the store manager statement revealed the full story behind the chaos. >> This afternoon around 5:00 p.m., I encountered her over there by the uh seasonal area. Uh she was riding in the electric cart and I was like, "Do you need any help trying to be helpful to a potential customer and she started to give me an attitude." She's like, "Do you need help?" And I was like, "No, I was asking you if you needed help." She's like, "Well, do you need help?" And she continued to go. After that, I didn't see her anymore until around 8:00 p.m. over here by the uh GM selfch checkouts. And I approached the officer and said, "This kid has been here uh pretty much all afternoon." That was it. The officer told me that um he would check on her. And then a few minutes ago, about 20 minutes ago possibly, we saw her again with the other two coaches and we all kind of turned because she was like looking at us and she said, "What are you guys looking at?" And she came back and kind of tried to like pick a fight with us almost. And we told her, you know, there's no problem. Um, you don't want to be looked at. Maybe you need to go home. And she started arguing with us back and forth. and we asked her to leave. We were like, "We need to leave." And um at that point, the officer had been informed already that he needed to remove. In the end, the young man was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest, while the woman faced charges for obstruction and allowing a minor to drive without a license. Both now banned from all Walmart properties for one year. This case is a stark reminder. When parents ignore the rules, their children learn to do the same. Responsibility starts at home and one careless choice can put an entire family in danger. Next, these reckless suspects will truly shock you. >> You were worried more about your phone than That is wild to me. How old are you? >> I'm 16. >> On July 23rd, 2025, police received a call reporting a group of suspects who had stolen several Nike items and fled the scene. Upon arriving, officers realized from the descriptions that this group seemed all too familiar with such crimes. >> Hi, are you the one that called? Okay, I think we got them. We're in a pursuit with them now. So, I need to know what all what they look like, what they took. >> I say they I know the one girl had a bunch of tech police. I was standing right here waiting for like kind of trying to like detour them like we usually do cuz we can do and then she literally grabbed it and walked this way and said, >> "What what did she grab?" >> She had a bunch of the Nike tech fleece stuff on there.
