Thank you very much for making yourself viral cuz you just get fired for real. For real. >> All shopping centers, including Walmart, have rules for how customers should behave while shopping. Yet, some people brazenly believe they have the right to break them, using products in store or taking items without paying. They would pay a steep price. And everything appeared in today's video when entitled Walmart shoplifters get [music] humbled by nononsense cops. Every moment on camera leaves a lesson behind. Pay attention and don't forget to like and subscribe. Starting with this woman, her judicial system is broken just like her leg. >> Walking stop. >> Stop. >> You You're a big guy, ain't you? You're such a big guy, AIN'T YOU? >> BRO, GET THE OFF MY LEG. ON OCTOBER 30TH, 2024, while on patrol, police were suddenly flagged down by a nearby security officer reporting that a woman had assaulted them at Family Dollar. The man added that her actions went far beyond just that. >> What's up, buddy? >> What is it? >> I just had this lady assault me in that store. >> Which one? >> Family Dollar right there. >> Where's she at? >> She just ran down that way. She's carrying a carpet and some >> What's she wearing? Black, white. >> She's a black female. >> Okay. What What kind of clothes? >> Uh, dark clothes. >> Okay. All right. That's cool. I just got flagged down by security. I think it's that 38 home of the board. He also said that she has salt that they're looking for. Why? >> At that moment, police located the suspect described nearby, but it soon became clear that approaching her would not be easy. >> Stop for a second. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Yeah, I got it right here. Driving cars and uh run. Come here. What? Dude, stop. Are you serious right now? Stop >> walking. Stop. >> STOP. [screaming] >> Stop. >> Why are you tackling me? >> Stop. >> Bro, who are you? >> Get off of me. >> You done? >> No. Get off of me. >> I'm on a broken leg. Bro, >> get off of me. >> Bro, stop. >> For what? In response to questioning, the woman's attempt to flee from the police was recorded as resisting them. And it subtly indicated she was trying to hide something. Yet, when confronted, she outright denied it. >> You can't tell me to stop. >> Yeah, I did. >> For what? >> How did I know you're talking? >> Stop. For what? >> Stop playing. >> You just saying stop. Stop. Stop for what? You can't tell me to stop. Get off of me. My leg is broken. That sucks. Get off of my leg. My leg is all the way broken and you're on it. Get off of my leg. >> Get off of me. >> Stop. >> I don't know. >> Yeah, she said that uh she assaulted that security guard OVER THERE. >> BRO, AIN'T NOBODY ASSAULTING no security guard. You You're a big guy, ain't you? >> You're such a big guy, ain't you? >> BRO, GET THE OFF MY LEG. >> ARE YOU DONE? >> NO, YOU'RE ON MY LEG AND IT HURT. >> OKAY, STOP MOVING. >> I GOT A WHOLE thing on my leg. >> Stop moving. >> GET OFF MY LEG. [screaming] >> RELAX. TO CLARIFY, the woman, Ariel Young, had been arrested 32 times, mostly for minor offenses. Resisting the police was nothing new to her, including pretending to be a victim. >> Damn. Get off my broken leg. >> Relax. >> Tell him to get his fat ass off of my leg. >> Assaulted security guard up there. Can you go to the Can you go to the store up the road? >> Yeah, I saw a security guard. Radio like started like doing some death. >> Are you just telling me to stop? I don't even know who the you talking to. >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Can you get off my leg? It's bleeding. >> Hey, take a breath. ALL RIGHT. >> NO, TELL HIM GET OFF MY LEG. >> BLEEDING, >> BRO. Get the up off of me for I get you with a sword. >> Yeah. >> Damn. >> No, I'm not >> weapons or anything like that. >> Oh, you touching on me and harassing me. My [ __ ] whole leg is broke. That >> sucks. I'll get you a medic. >> Go for me. You got anything? I >> right here. >> What? >> [ __ ] >> All right. You stand up. >> No. >> Why not? >> Look, this what you want to arrest me in front of everybody. Tackle me in the middle of the street. >> I didn't tackle. >> Yes, he did. >> Put my shoe on, bro. >> You touch me in the other side. >> The woman even gave orders to the police, not just one, but two officers to serve her, including during the process of escorting her into the vehicle. We're not doing this, LADY. >> NO, WE'RE NOT. AND YOU'RE PUSHING MY broke ass leg. >> But the one you're dragging >> harassing me for no reason. >> I want to know what is I'm being stopped for. >> There was a theft down the Family Dollar. >> Okay. What that got to do with Nick? Stop it. We're going to figure it out. You kick your legs back. >> No, I'm not. Okay. >> Stop it. >> All right. >> You stop it. >> We can play this game. That's cool. You want me to get on the other side and drag her through? >> Yep. >> All right. Sweet. >> You got her. >> Sure. >> Yep. >> All right. >> You better not spit on him. >> She just spit on you. >> No, she was she was away from me, right? >> Yeah. Keep your light. >> I'm stopping. I I need air. >> I need to pull the car up like >> At one point, even the patrol car seemed to belong to her as simply closing the door became a struggle for the officers. >> Oh, go ahead. You stop me like this. >> Okay. Okay. So, do you want to stop? >> I ain't a medic AND I DON'T WANT TO SEE SOMEBODY RIGHT NOW. YOU JUST [ __ ] UP MY LEG. You >> You're the one that KEEPS KICKING. >> NO, YOU'RE THE ONE BROKE MY LEG. >> I DIDN'T BREAK YOUR LEG. YES, YOU DID. You want any? And I want to Okay, good job. Cool. >> Did she spit on you? >> No. >> Is anybody Is anybody out there? >> Uh, yes. 120 McDonald went over there. The woman's actions were nothing more than resisting the police, but they created extra complications, including the need to arrange additional medical care. Meanwhile, the items she had stolen were quickly recovered. you. >> Yeah, kind of like [ __ ] always like >> for who? No, there's a medical call. Another one just cuz >> dude like no. Dude, there's like I don't know if she like spit on me or what. Ah, it's gross. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and petty theft. She also had active warrants for drug paraphernalia and drug possession. She spent 44 days in jail while awaiting trial and was ultimately found guilty of theft. The remaining charges were dismissed and she was ordered to pay a $50 fine, receiving credit for the 44 days she had already served. Every scream, denial, and bit of drama turned a simple stop into a full-blown mess. The lesson is simple. Staying calm and cooperating keeps a bad situation from becoming far worse. Worse yet, the thieves were entitled teenagers. >> Why are you stealing stuff? >> Um, just not enough money for like the that stuff, I guess. >> On February 6th, 2025, police were dispatched to Walmart after reports of an ongoing theft. The suspects were identified as two women who had hidden merchandise inside a backpack and their clothing. They moved through several aisles collecting items, but at selfch checkckout, they paid for only a single low-v valueue product before walking out. When officers arrived, both women were detained inside the loss prevention office. >> Both of those are stolen merchandise. The shorter the two receipts was that stuff there had in her pockets. The larger the two of the stuff down here you had in your backpack. They have said that some of the stuff that was in the backpack was for both of them. >> Cool. Oh boy. All right, ladies. I'll read this to both of you so I don't have to read it twice. Okay. So obviously you're not free to leave cuz you're not both of you. You have the right to remain silent. You understand that? >> Yeah. >> You understand that? Okay. All right ladies. So with those rights in mind, um are you willing to answer some questions or we're just going to go about business? >> We can answer questions. [music] >> Cool. Why are you stealing stuff? >> Um just not enough money for like the bad stuff, I guess. >> There's not enough money. >> Gotcha. >> The simple reason behind it was that they didn't have enough money. Yet none of the items were true necessities. Everything they took was cosmetics, from skincare to makeup. One of them had hidden items in her bag worth a total of $328.94, while the other only slipped the $23.93 worth of merchandise into her jacket pocket. >> Like life essentials, you know what I mean? >> Yeah. Just like the fun stuff. >> Yeah, the fun stuff. Which there are two more items. These two right here that they pulled out of packaging so they're not >> on your life essentials but like is our life essential. >> Well, I mean if you you could live your life without any of these things and you're not going to >> I mean you know that's your judgment not ours. So >> well it's also kind of common sense but that's okay. >> Okay. It doesn't speak to our common sense. >> Well that's that's that's true. That's very true. All right. So this came out of the backpack. >> Correct. >> This came out of that cart. Correct. >> Her pockets. came out of her pockets. Yes. >> And this was in a backpack that was with her >> on her back. >> Cool. Subtotal 30797 2584. Beautiful. >> Okay. Um, what do you need for you got photos of those? So, you have names and photos and stuff. >> I have the stuff I need written down. Yes. Their claim that they stole the items for themselves wasn't even true because when reviewing the surveillance footage, the two women had arrived at around 10 p.m., choosing a late hour to avoid being noticed. They came together and moved through the aisles one by one. Even when checking out, they scanned only a cheap item, but didn't pay for it. After that, they walked out the door with confident expressions, clearly showing this could be a theft meant for illegal resale. >> All right, I'll explain this form to both of you, and then uh I'll have you each sign your own individual form. So, this is a restriction from property for Walmart. So, this says your trespass from every Walmart location in the continental United States. And it's all Walmarts. >> Just every if it says Walmart on it, you're not allowed there anymore. Period. Okay. Um if you do come back, um you're subject to arrest. Okay? Even if you're purchasing items, you're still subject to arrest. If you come back to a Walmart and steal, especially in the state of Washington, you'll be arrested for felony burglary instead of getting a ticket for theft in the third degree and then being cut loose. Okay? So that means you go to jail, you face prison time, you face a major fine, all XYZ. So no more Walmarts. Understood. This will be yours. I'll need just a signature. This is not admitting to guilt. Just saying that you understand that you're not allowed at Walmarts. Right here on that X. And are those are those two items on the small receipt? They are not on either receipt because they pulled them out of the packaging that had the barcode on it. So I have to go find them. >> Gotcha. But they came out of whose pockets? >> They came out of the backpack. >> They came out of the backpack. Copy that. >> Here. I'll be chasing those two items down and getting them. >> Copy that, sir. >> Did you want them on separate seat or added to the large one? >> Um I mean added to the large one would be great cuz then it just updates the subtotal for me. Not that it's going to make a difference anyway. It's the same charge. Thank you, sir. And then I'll borrow these. Actually, I'll leave that one since you're going to add those two. And then I'll be back in just a minute. These girls showed absolutely no concern for the seriousness of the situation as if it wasn't their first time dealing with the police. Even while the officers were trying to explain what they would be facing, >> again, warrants aren't very fun. So, there's that for you, Miss Gonzalez. They're having a hard time finding your information in the system. >> Did somebody bite this? >> No. Perforated edge on the printer is crap. Anyway, if you're okay with it, it's your backpack. Just my backpack in case you have anything. >> I just like them to check just to make sure there's nothing else in there that you didn't pull out. >> And everything in there is mine though. >> It's your backpack. If you say no, it's a no. >> I said no. >> Okay, cool. Okay. >> Here's that back for you. Same thing. I told them all the things. No court date up here. Website, phone number if in case you need to contact. says right here, "If you don't hear from him within 15 days, let him know." Um, because if you miss court, there'd be a warrant for your arrest and that would be bad. Same same crime, same RCW, theft in the third degree. Up here's all your information, my information, agency information, things like that. And the perforated edges on this side are going to match up with her ticket. So, like a symbol of your guys' friendship if you feel like it. Okay, got that. Good to go. All right. Your guys's trespass takes effect immediately. So, we're going to hang out while you guys bail. Did you have your card? I do. >> All right. >> Do we just open the door? We're allowed to touch the door. >> Yep. Sure are. You're allowed to walk out the other one, too. >> They were charged with theft in the third degree, a misdemeanor offense under state law. Both individuals also received a permanent trespass order prohibiting them from entering any Walmart location in the United States. Stealing is never a solution, and showing a careless attitude when dealing with police only increases the legal trouble they will face in the future. Even worse, the woman seemed to believe that stealing was something she had the right to do. >> I don't know why, but I have a feeling Apple Pay is not going to work. >> And Porsche, thank you very much for making yourself viral cuz you get fired for real. For real. The police received a call from a woman at Publix reporting that she had been assaulted by the staff there, leaving the officers completely confused. But things seemed to shift in another direction when they arrived on scene. Let this manager explain what had happened more clearly. >> Good morning. >> Like 10 things up for soup. >> Oh, put her hand in every box of chicken that we had so we hadn't. >> She didn't have any money to pay for any of that. >> Go get her. So if she can't pay for the soup, we'll like to press charges cuz she ate it all. >> Oh, hey guys. I'm leaving right now. I just But after I pay for the food, of course. >> You want to pay for the food? >> Yeah, but they won't charge my phone any Apple Pay because the other ones that went to saw the other guys, remember? >> No. No. >> There's a thousand of us. >> Oh, you going to Colonial Bad Boy? No. Okay, but what I >> is that I was paying for this with Apple Pay and I didn't know my phone was dead and I have the money to pay for it and they were like I hate broke fat ass white and they were they're harassing me. It's all over the surveillance. I promise you. And then this one right here with glasses said she's stealing money. >> So ma'am you saying you need your phone charged right now to pay. Is that what you're telling us? >> So if you charge your phone, you're going to pay. >> What kind of phone do you got? Apple iPhone uh force brought back 206. >> It seemed the story shifted from suspect to victim through the woman's own words. She said she was ready to pay if she could charge her phone, but her solution was completely flawed. >> You like a phone charger >> triple C for me and then I'll trade you some [music] for it. Which one are you buying for me? >> I'm not buying anything for you. >> Oh, I get to buy the charger and then they >> No, you get No, no. They have a charger. They're going to >> loan you a charger temporarily to charge your phone hopefully. >> They said no. They said they said you're going to 33rd. And I was like what? How do you know about 33rd? Did I see you in there? And she was like, "Yeah, catch me outside." And I was like, "What?" >> Okay. All right. >> Who is the charger back then? >> Just take her. >> Take her. What does taker mean? I've got to pay for it. You can't take me to 30. >> No, I did not. >> We have an opportunity to play. >> We got to try. Otherwise, that's not gonna fly with the state attorney. >> Have to give her an opportunity all the time. That's why I got a class action lawsuit because already >> I have a feeling it's not gonna end up working out. So, but we got we got to try. >> Pull up. Pull up. Pull up. Why did she take my phone? >> How are you supposed to charge it? >> I don't want her. She said to charge it. I want her DNA on my phone. >> What am I going to do if I have her DNA on my phone and she steals the phone from me and I walk out right now and she goes 33rd for life. Ma'am, you said that you want to get your phone charged so you can pay for the stuff you just ate. >> Said she lied to you on camera on your accident to say there's no charges that she said there is. >> It was clear the woman's mindset was completely problematic, especially since she refused to let anyone touch her phone. Yet, she had no issue plunging her hands into the soup. The officers even saw more products she had opened with no intention of using >> the chips, too. >> $3. All of that. >> You opened every single one of these. >> She put her hand in every single one of these boxes. No, they she opened that. >> Some of them are not. I'll tell you what, the ones that are not open, we'll just get rid of them. >> The ones that she has opened and touched something, we'll just get a charter for those. >> What's your first name? >> I'm a YouTuber. And it's um >> What's your What's your first name? >> Ty Dasty. Dy Dasty. >> Uh how many more things of soup? >> How many things of soup total? >> I think it's going to be like eight things of soup. >> What's your date of birth? Dynasty Robertson. >> It's 21946. >> So, ma'am, just confirm, we do have the money on your account to pay for. >> I sure do, but I can't see it right now until the charge comes up. >> Okay. How much is it? >> Hold on. It looks like it's probably going to be over $100. >> Oh, over $100. That's great. >> Okay. As long as you $100, that's fine. >> Yeah, but they they were acting like it was going to be $500,000. Like, >> no, I don't I don't think the the bills generally go up that high. Never told me until they harassed me until you guys got back here after it was going to pay and then he's not off for me charged until you got here. >> Robersonson. R O B E R S O N. >> That's correct. >> Where are you from? >> I'm from the kingdom. >> What state is that? >> Guyana. G A M A. >> How long have you been in the United States? >> Um I'm I can be deported at any time. So I've only been here for about 2 weeks. >> Her story kept growing more circular and those very statements made the officer suspicious about her real identity. You don't have an accent. That's interesting. >> Wow. Isn't that how it is for wife, too? >> Usually that's how long I let go. >> Oh, really? You've been to Guyana before? >> No, but I know Gy people. >> Oh, you know G people, but you have not been to >> I have not been to Guyana. >> That's just like >> See, they always do this. That's why I'm trespassed off like 90% of Orlando because they always think that I'm not going to pay for stuff. Do I look like a broke [ __ ] to you? Like, you know what I mean? >> So, what year did you say you were born? Uh, and would you like to pause, rewind, and then play again because this is all recording on your Axon where I went. >> So, you said 1946, I believe. >> Yeah. So, why did you ask? >> So, because I don't think that's accurate cuz that would put you at like 70 years old. >> No, it would put me at 77, actually. >> Okay. Are you 77 years old? >> That's why I have silver hair. See, you think a 21-year-old would have silver hair like this? Oh, >> you look great for your age. >> Oh, thank you so much. >> The whole counter was filled with S so close. She was just ladling and out. >> Yeah. And she kept going. I'm like, "Well, at this point, we have to say something to her cuz we can't keep her up." So then when she asked her, she was saying that she was feeding the homeless with a $25,000 check that she didn't start. So I'm like, "Ma'am, if you pay on a check, I can't take a check for that amount." She was like, "I never said that. I'm paying with cash." >> I don't know why, but I have a feeling Apple Pay is not going to work. That's just my professional opinion. Um >> then she just thought, "Oh, if I touched it, you can't sell it." And just open every box. >> So the other boxes, >> so okay, so she consumed out something out of each one of these boxes, though. Okay. >> That soup aisle had turned into her own little homemaking game, and she was seen chatting and laughing with other customers as if she had done nothing wrong. And now it was time to see whether she could actually pay like she claimed. >> Turn around. >> There you go. All right, we got just enough juice. Let's pull up this Apple Pay. >> What happened? It came up. >> Yeah, >> I told you I have Apple Pay. >> Well, you have a rung up. >> Thing charged up. >> Come on. Let's go. Let's back up here. We're going to pay. >> Okay. >> You want to go to one of these fine individuals and I'm pretty sure they can ring you out and we'll get you and get you the food since you paid for it now. >> Okay. >> Sorry. turn. >> Yeah. Turn. Turn. Turn it. No. Otherwise. Keep going. No. No. Other way. >> There you go. >> Are you able to walk, ma'am? >> No. >> How did you make it enter the store? >> I I barely came. >> All right. Go that. >> No. No. Other way. Other way. Other way. >> Where's the beer? You guys follow me. Go down. Oh my god. >> What did you say? >> Which one we actually starting to sound like? >> Right here. Right here. >> Right here. >> Right there. >> 19265. That what you said. He said 192. >> Yep. That's exactly what I said. All right. Let's try and see. I'm not >> Del 100. >> So if you're having trouble Oh. Oh, you got Oh. Oh. >> I'm sorry. What was that? >> Hold on. Please wait. Please wait. Not authorized. >> Oh my goodness. >> Let's try another one. Don't worry. Don't worry. >> If you want to use a combination, that's also allowed. >> Is it okay if I call? >> After all the delays at the checkout counter, the result turned out exactly as the officers had predicted. And based on her own story, it seemed this was not her first time. >> You're going to see too the next person in line. 851 central for items. >> And then the funny thing is I would like not pay for it and they would still keep all the food and you wouldn't give me the food. So they win. >> No, actually if you pay for it, it is yours right now. >> What they said is if for some reason, >> but right now they're doubting that you have the ability to pay. >> What they said was if it doesn't go through for some reason, they get to keep the food and charge me. That's what they do all the time. They did a fee the other night. They did Uber all the time. I have class action lawsuits all over the city. And I know more OPD than you know OPD. And you know this name All right. Who wants to write the statement? >> Does she know how to write better than me? >> How about we try another card because I don't think that one's going to work. >> This is not your card. So, you'll know how many times you have to swipe until it actually works. It's part of the uh what's it called? That encryption that I built into it because I did cyber security. Okay. So I know once I hit 17, it's about to right now. >> Hit 17 times it'll accept. >> Total victory to the Bible alone. >> Oh >> yeah. >> Can't argue with that. >> So after Apple Pay failed, she pulled out her card to pay. Something she could have done from the very beginning. But the real shock was that the number of cards didn't stop at just one. There we go. >> Oh, >> approve. Approved. >> Wow. >> How about that? >> Oh, so that took $50 off. >> All right, now we can get uh >> another 142. >> We'll try the Apple Pay again. Now that it's less, maybe the Apple Pay will take a little more. >> I think that card's going to be depleted. So we can try another car. >> No, it gives people live right now because they're live adding stuff to my cash app. That's why it's going to say not operate if you want to hit 17 since they're watching live and on your axons cuz you guys are part too obviously here. No, you cannot hold on to >> that one. >> We had one car with $50 and we have another car for $4. >> Really? >> So, we're getting there. >> We're getting there. >> The Medicaid card. >> All right, let's skip the Medicaid card. >> That's the uh social work. No cash back. >> Oh yeah, there's no way getting out of this one. >> From Apple Pay to credit cards to a medical card and even EBT, she pulled out everything. Yet none of it had enough funds. The woman had kept everyone waiting far too long. And to put an end to the stalling, the officers decided to act. >> We've satisfied this law. >> Stand up. We know you stand up. >> I can't. No, I don't know. You can't do this. Let me get my cane at least, please. >> Well, Kane's going to come with you. Come on. But we'll help you. We will be your >> Let me get my cane. ABA. ABA. >> Okay. All right. All right. >> All right. Just give me a second. I got to get off this. My ass is so fat. >> Let's go. >> Oh, you did that. >> Oh, no. First 911 911 after call 411. >> Is there an emergency shuttle for this? >> 1800. No. I'm going to 33rd. got my bail money on deck. It's for $137.93 and they took off 50 and they're going to keep all the money and you're going to get free food and my iPhone. This is how it goes. And Latia and Porsche, thank you very much for making yourself viral cuz you getting fired for real. For real. Tell officer Ar what's up caller. I'm on the way. I get >> I can't wait to get locked up. I'll get I'll grab the >> again cuz I'm 7:30 official [ __ ] I'm crazy. >> All right, man. Let's go. >> Marie Cakes with an S85 on Snapchat 6,000 subscribers. Suck my dick. >> Yeah, man. Come on. There's kids here. >> I don't care. Them kids. >> Okay. >> Hide your kids. Hide your wives. This is what we call this how we do it on Sunday night for everyone. In the end, she was charged with pettit theft and misuse of 911. Acting careless, turning herself into the victim, and wasting everyone's time only made things worse. If she had taken responsibility from the start, she could have avoided all of it. Next, these girls had the guts to steal. Yet, they couldn't bear the responsibility that came with it. >> We are two young girls trying to make it out the hood. We literally got stuff in that cart to resell because I've been out of work lately cuz I've been sick. >> On November 11th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a Target store in Florida after receiving reports of a theft that had already taken place. The suspects were believed to be two teenage girls. And the moment officers arrived, the girls stood casually at the storefront, completely unaware that the police were already right behind them. >> Hi. Why don't you come inside? Let's go inside. >> Thank you. You need to have your >> You don't have to grab me. I will cooperate anything you want. You don't have to be aggressive. I'm not being aggressive. >> Back up. Back up. Back. Back. Back. Back up. Back up. All right. Come on. Hi. Come on. Excuse me. Sorry. Thank you. Go ahead and uh sit down and see your picture. >> Thank you. Thank you. Is your ID in these? >> Yeah. >> From the way they looked at each other to the way they cooperated and followed the officers, it was clear they already knew exactly what had happened. At that moment, the police began pulling out the items they had hidden inside their bags. >> Can I get it? Thank you, ma'am. Your ID went in here. Do you have it? >> Yeah, I have it. >> Where did I in my car? >> Okay. All right. So, this one. >> Hey, I have more stuff right here. Okay. Oh, yeah. >> Hey, is this your open? All right. Made sure you didn't try to run off because normally that's what people do when they get caught stealing, especially the mount that you guys have. Okay. Um, give me a sec. >> With everything [music] finally admitted, the decision to take them to jail was unquestionable. One by one, they would have to face the reality of being placed in handcuffs. Don't make this bad to where you have to get two different tickets in. >> They want you to leave. Call corporate. >> I'm on the phone with corporate. >> I got you, babe. You got to go >> after they give me my refund. I'm sitting right here and you're sitting right here. Why can't you just get my refund? >> Because this is a civil matter. >> I need my refund. >> You're not getting your refund from us. We can't do that. You have to get it from corporate. >> No, I can get it from them. I never had a problem here. I've been coming for three years. >> See if she doesn't want to identify. She doesn't want to leave. See if they got a name like on a card she used or something. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. You still have to go out here. >> You can get your hand on my purse. >> I tell you. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, she's pissed off. It's a female. She's pissed off because she wants her refund back, but uh they won't give it to her. I told her it's a civil matter. She was absolutely accusing her identity. I told her they want your trespass so you got to go. But she doesn't want to identify him and she refused to deliver. >> At this point, another officer approached, but the tension from her words continued unabated. She was fully aware of the situation she was in. Yet, she showed no concern. >> What's going on today? >> I already explained it to him and he got rude with me and that's how it was going to happen. >> I just got I don't know what's going on >> because the lady I asked for a refund. They said that I'm trespassing. How in the world am I trespassing? If I already talked to corporate and they literally did that's not called trespassing. I don't have a respons. She would not give me a refund. So, I came inside and asked for a refund and she still wouldn't give me a refund. Then, she walked to the back and walked out. >> All right. So, what what did you order? this drink. Clearly haven't touched it. >> Okay. >> And um some chocolate chip cookies or something. >> Did you get the cookies? >> They're in the truck. >> They're in the truck. So, you got everything you paid for? >> I just want to tell you 100% I want to do this your last chance. >> Things quickly escalated as the woman refused to acknowledge the store's authority, even demanding that higher ranking personnel step in. >> They don't want you on the property anymore. >> Where's the lady that said she don't want me on the property? >> The manager said >> because they told me to get her name, too. >> Okay. So, >> when you get >> So, hold on a second. Let me let me explain it. >> That's fine. >> With management not wanting you on the property, >> they have the right to ask you to leave. And at that >> at that point, at that point in time, >> corporate told me to get the name. So what is her name? And then I will I already talked to corporate and they said get her name. You're constantly kicking in my face and I don't want to talk about arrested. I don't want to talk about I don't want to talk to her. I'm not going to >> I asked you not to. Can you please give me her name so I can leave? I will leave after I get her name so I can let corporate know. >> You can stop looking. I'm talking to him. He's been more prone than you have. He's been weird. Please leave me alone. >> Anyways, can you please get her name? >> I can try to get her name. However, I cannot force her to give me give me her name. So that's that's crazy because you can force me to leave but you can't >> because at this point you are trespassing because we've warned you to leave the property. >> Anyways, can you please go give me her name? >> Let me see if I can grab her name real quick. >> Mhm. Thank you. >> If you notice, her family was right behind her and she showed no shame in displaying her arrogance in front of them. She even used her phone to try to record everything that was happening. >> You're so cute though. >> You're just so adorable. >> Step out my face. >> That's not the manager right there. He doesn't have to give your manager phone. All right. So, we keep telling you everything. You're the one who won't listen. >> No, he said he's going to get the manager name. >> Hey, I do want to let you know that she even though she's so confused. She doesn't have a kid, too. Probably 10, eight. >> What was her last name? >> Her her name is And >> her name is That was not the manager that came. She just came. >> She is the one who is in charge. >> She was not here though. You're lying. And so are they. >> I'm not lying. It's all in my head. >> That is not her name. You can look on the camera and see that was not her name. >> All right. So So here here's the deal. I provided you with the person who was in charge. >> Pouring the drink onto the floor was a completely defiant act. And it was this very action that made the situation [music] escalate dramatically. >> Let's go. >> Nope. You're staying here. >> You're staying here. >> Let me go. >> Give me your hands. There we go. >> Let me go. GRAB ME. >> OH MY. >> Get off of me. >> You want to get tased? >> Get the official now. Hey, come let me get my phone. DID YOU JUSTING LEAN ON ME TO GET UP? >> Stay down right now. >> Get off of me. >> The woman could have left easily from the start, but she chose to challenge herself instead, forcing a confrontation that neither the police nor she would have wanted to have in front of her family. >> I've been nice with you this whole time. >> Yeah, and you got rude when he came out. I'm at Starbucks and he THREW ME ON THE GROUND. Mine are completely torn to pieces. So, >> HURRY UP AND GET UP HERE RIGHT NOW. >> Just making sure I'm not dripping blood. >> You didn't care if I would. >> You know, I gave you multiple opportunities. >> No, you didn't. It took two of you to GET ME ON THE GROUND and you threw me on the ground. >> Get the hell OUT OF MY FACE WITH THAT BULL CRAP. >> I'm not in your face. You want to see in your face? I'll get in your face. >> And we going to have a whole contest of you. YOU'LL ARGUE IN MINE. I'M GOING ARGUE RIGHT BACK. >> AWESOME. I've got all day. >> And so do I. Pooky butt. Y'all sell the same thing at CVS. >> We don't our barcode. >> If that's the case, I would have been taking the tags off the same way I was cooking. I would have opened that. >> Look, man. I bars barcode. Okay. Keep the little spoon cuz that's just >> All right, guys. >> Same way these is my baby beer. >> How you doing? >> No, they not. >> Yes, they are. >> No, that's not. >> Yes, they is. >> No, they not. No, they not. >> Yes, they not. >> Ma'am, can we just kind of have a seat? Okay. It's not the end of the world. All right, we'll figure this out. >> I just bumped that. >> You get what I'm saying? >> Dad, I >> What's your name? >> One woman stayed oddly calm, almost detached from everything happening, while the other grew irritated as officers began handling the situation. Clearly, the woman in the black hat had no intention of cooperating easily. >> You all have any ID? >> No, I got my ID on your ID. No ID. >> I don't even have ID, actually. >> Okay. How old are we? >> Yeah, I'm 22. All right. No big deal. We'll figure it out. Not the end of the world. We got to wait for my partner though cuz they're doing the paper on us. >> Paper for what? >> Paperwork. >> Y'all going to take us to jail? >> I don't know. >> Oh, yeah. >> Probably not. >> Y'all got all the stuff. >> We got to figure out what's going on, right? >> Come on. You got to be nicer. You know, >> there's no need for that. >> You guys don't have IDs on you? >> We're all adults here. >> No, I don't have ID. >> You have somebody you can turn the kids over to? >> No. >> Okay, we'll arrange for transportation for them. >> Huh? >> You going to arrange for transportation? >> So, y'all going to take us to jail? Cuz I pay for it now. >> Well, we're trying to figure it out >> cuz I didn't pay for my stuff. So, one of the first steps I don't have nobody to watch my son, right? >> Hold on. Give me one second. Okay. One of the first steps that we do is we try to identify who you guys are cuz you have no ID, right? >> All right. We get that done, then we move to the next step. All right. We're not trying to make this difficult. All right. We're just trying to get the process going cuz everyone wants to go home. I'm sure I'm sure the kids are going to get antsy, right? We're not trying to make it difficult. >> While this was the third time officers had to calm the woman down, the other remained surprisingly upbeat, even brushing off the situation, believing that simply paying for the items would let her walk free. >> Well, [snorts] since I only had three things, can I just pay for that? I gave it back to him and I didn't even like I didn't struggle or anything. I have money if it was up to me. I can just take the items. I will pay for it for real. >> If it was up to me, I would say yes, please. But it's not up to me. It's a process. Um they got to do what they got to do. We got to do what we got to do. >> It ain't the end of the world. I promise you that. >> Yeah, I know. >> I'm more concerned for the kids. >> Yeah, that's why I'm Yeah. >> So, all right. Well, mine in jail, so it's okay. Y'all might >> not, too. >> Oh, good world. >> Can't nobody out here. >> Yeah. >> What's up, buddy? How are you? Let me guess. Four. >> Four. Going to be four. >> He's going to be four. See, I'm good at that. >> Going to be four. >> Have you guys ever been >> arrested for retail? >> No. >> No. >> No. Never. Mine's basically for filing stuff like that. >> Okay. >> I can't even go get your body in the car. [crying] >> Ma'am, can I pay for the >> Can I take my >> They tried every tactic to change the outcome. From begging to pay for the items to even shedding a few tears. But unfortunately, every move only made the situation more complicated. >> I said I'll pay for it. >> Too late. So, >> pass that point. You already >> So, is y'all going to arrest somebody? >> We're waiting for uh your history. We haven't gotten yours back yet. And we're waiting for the paperwork from Walmart. >> Waiting for who history? Both parts. >> Yeah, cuz you're both involved. >> Tell me something less than $100. >> See if we want to get some. >> Yeah. If he's coming from the >> You going to hear him? >> Yeah. >> I don't have nobody to get my son. Like, come on out. It's not even that serious. >> It's a theft. It's crime, >> bro. I will pay for it. It's not that serious. I'm all the way out here, bro. My son's not going to have nowhere to go. >> Like, please don't do this. >> That's just wrong. Like, for real. Y'all could have gave somebody a chance. I ain't never been arrested for no stealing. >> Well, I'm still waiting for your criminal history. >> Like, bro, you they already called them to come get them. >> What was the >> Nobody's going to come pick him up. >> 164. >> Is that the one without holding the kid or the other one? the one against the wall or >> this one was the $84. Did you take those spoons off? >> Did y'all didn't see me grab those spoons? >> I got some real stuff. >> Y'all still have no problem. Y'all don't have IDs. We need to know who you are. >> The women truly had no intention of resolving the situation. calmly, especially as they believed they weren't at fault, that the incident happened only because no staff had stopped them. >> Thank you, sir. >> Now, the consequences solely depend on y'all actions first. >> If somebody would have walked up to us up in that stove and asked us what we were doing or something, I would have took that stuff out and put that right up in the house. >> Right hand up to God. >> Cuz the way you was stuffing it over here, you >> Yeah. But if somebody would have walked up to me and said something, I would have took that stuff out my bag. I would never even walk to the door. Let me tell you something, okay? I that all makes sense, right? But their job is not to go walk around and tell people who are doing that >> committing shoplifting, hey, why don't you go ahead and take that out of your bag and put it away. Their job is to protect the merchandise from Walmart and as it walks out the door, that's a crime. Their job >> make it out the door. >> Part of their job description doesn't say, "Hey, if you see somebody putting their stuff in the bag, >> go over there and tell them to take it out." So, the first set of double doors. When you cross that door, that mean you cross the point of sale. That mean you you walk past every register. You don't have to be outside the building for us to be taken. >> Even as the officers tried to ensure her children's safety, she showed no concern, continuing to shift the blame, insisting it wasn't her fault since no one had warned her. >> All right, so I want you to understand this. >> We don't even have to do this. Like real life, I don't have nobody to get him. I don't I don't live over here. I live miles and miles away. >> Can I tell you something? >> You got somebody right here next to you or vice versa. It all depends on the situation, right? Who can take custody of your child? >> Nobody. >> Can I tell you this? If she says, "I'll take your child from you while you go get processed." What are you going to say? >> I'm saying y'all going to take both of us. So, what difference does that make? >> What? >> Eventually, you're going to get out, right? We're going to try to process somebody quicker than the other, right? Trust me, we don't want to babysit because it's not in our job description to babysit children. All right? We don't have the facilities. All right? One thing we do have to do is keep your children safe. That's why I ordered up some car seats. I'm not just going to put your kids in the back of my car with no car seat. >> That'd be the wrong thing to do, right? >> Well, that's not up to me. It's up to them. It's their merchandise. It ain't my merchandise. I'm not the victim here. >> It's not even like we stole nothing. >> I get you. But, you know, a theft is a theft is a theft. We could have been stealing medicine or stuff that was like $50 a piece and stuff like that. We stealing baby stuff like now. >> But a theft is a theft is a theft. You get what I'm saying? >> And I would have paid for it to make it not a nobody say nothing. It's like y'all was waiting for somebody try to walk out the door to try to arrest somebody knowing we sitting here with these kids. That's bogus. >> Can I tell you something? Nobody set you up for that. All right. You came in here. >> Somebody could have just told me to take it out. >> I would took it out right there. like I'm not even understanding. >> Backup officers arrived and they realized that one of the two women had a jurisdictional issue complicating the process. So they asked her to step aside for separate questioning. >> All right, let me talk to you real quick. We're trying to work this out so we can focus on Walmart. We just put down you guys. The four-year-old is mine. >> We're checking her neighbor comes back. She's got jurisdiction. >> We're checking We want to make this as seamless as possible. Obviously, it's a major thing, but we want to, you know, get it done. But if we can like citation, you take custom in the meantime, all we can deal with is what she's got to do cuz more likely. Okay. All right. And I understand no. >> Don't listen. It is what it is at this point, >> right? We can't un You can't unravel all the paperwork when you're doing it. Maybe tell us one thing and it's the other one. You understand? >> No. On my background like why would y'all even do the thing? Y'all write me a ticket for that? >> No. >> I was on [ __ ] >> It was clear that the wrongdoing came from her own choices. Yet, this woman refused to accept the consequences, making it extremely difficult for officers to handcuff her. My baby is in the car. That's fine. We're going to get it. Okay. So, we can go get it now. Okay. Listen. I'm being very nice. I'm going to tell you what. >> You're not being nice. Like, no, you're not. >> You're not. I'm going to go to jail. What the You mean somebody's being nice. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, what the I could have done this. >> Okay. Y'all could have did this in the beginning. Okay, we're going to go back to the not. >> The woman was charged with resisting or obstructing a [music] peace officer and retail theft. Even when faced with clear consequences, refusing to take responsibility only makes situations harder for everyone involved. Accountability is unavoidable. Next, meet the woman who used her parental responsibility as a shield to storm into the bank. Ma'am, >> if I have to tell you again, I'm going to tase you. Let go of the child right now. >> Assault. >> You assault a child. You should be ashamed of yourself, but you're not. You're eagle. I called Lieutenant because your sergeants were too aggressive and they were yelling and being um violent. I didn't refuse. At that moment, officers approached her without her noticing. >> Ma'am, can we talk to you for a second? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Okay. You want to grab your purse? >> I mean, I'm buying all this. >> Okay, we're not. You're not purchasing it. We're going to step outside. >> Okay. You can put it in the basket. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Wait. I have nothing in my purse. >> Um, there is. >> Her very first words to the officers seemed to reveal her startled nature even before any accusations were made. Remarkably, at this point, she admitted to having items in her purse, but in a surprisingly [music] deceptive way. >> My boyfriend did in here. >> I'm sorry. >> My boyfriend did put these in here. >> Mhm. >> And I'll be honest with you. >> Okay. >> So, >> where's your boyfriend at? >> He already walked out of the store. I have nothing. >> Okay. Where is >> I didn't see my pockets. >> Okay. The woman tried to blame her boyfriend, but everything only highlighted the poor quality of her lies as officers gradually discovered more items hidden in her jacket. Could it be a coincidence? [music] >> Take your hands out of your pockets. Let's see. We're going to do this. What is this? Are you concealing anything? >> That this is his jacket. >> Okay, I don't care. I'm asking you. >> Okay, that's his jacket. I didn't know he put him in there. >> There's no mail. >> No, there was >> Stop fighting me. Please get off me. I'm not doing this. Stop. >> He did it. Help me. >> I lost my body camera. >> The moment she resisted spoke for itself. Every lie had collapsed and there was no way out. Gradually, she began admitting everything while lying on the ground. A result of her own defiance. >> I'm really not a bad person. >> Didn't say you're a bad person. >> Just hungry. >> Okay. All right. Well, then escalate to this. Okay. >> Please forgive me. >> Okay. I mean, my knee hurts, but >> Okay. >> I really didn't want to be like that. >> Here's where we got to go. >> At this point, the woman even began lamenting about her life, as if that would excuse her actions. Yet, what she had done made it hard for the officers to take her words seriously. >> I've been trapped in a house with no food and no water. Did anybody come in here and do this to kill me? Who's this? Your boyfriend? >> And he's where? >> He's supposed to be out in the truck in the parking lot. >> I'm from Indiana. >> Okay. You got the resisting because you didn't want to comply. >> You got the drug charge, which is a felony, and then a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. >> What's the drug charge? >> The methamphetamine. >> Okay. So why is it a felony? >> Because drugs in Florida are a felony on certain classifications. >> I mean, I didn't know. I'm sorry. >> You know drugs are bad, right? >> In the end, Audriana was charged with secondderee petty theft, resisting an officer without violence, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Attempts to lie, resist, and shift blame backfired, proving that [music] dishonesty and defiance only escalate legal consequences.
