[ __ ] >> No receipts, a cart packed to the brim, and the absolute confidence that nobody noticed. The shoplifter thought they could fool the police, but once the officers showed up, let's see what other tricks they had up their sleeves. It's all in today's video. Walmart shoplifterss think their full cart walk out went unnoticed. Starting with the woman, she was willing to lose her wig just to confront the officers. >> No. I want you turn around. >> I'm already around. Johnson, >> you're not. >> On the 18th of April, 2026, officers were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a report that the store had detained a woman for allegedly shoplifting while she was there with her two children. Several items had never been scanned at the selfch checkckout, but she was not having it and became confrontational, strongly denying the allegations. Everything is on there with the box. >> Everything I can take for in that car. >> You have your ID on you. >> You have your ID on you? >> My in my car. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Juliet. Like I'm pissed off about this situation. So, what is it? I'm sorry. >> Skip scam. >> He said you said what, sir? >> Sir, >> excuse me. What did you say? >> What's a good phone number for you? >> What's a good phone number for you? >> Trying to see what he said. No, don't don't don't cry. Don't cry. Don't cry. And I just And I paid for that. >> That's what I'm saying. And then he And then it's the >> And then it's the ballot. >> But what that he may have been having a conversation about >> the conversation that you wanted to have when you were screaming and shouting and pushing the card at him. >> Not screaming and sh I was telling him cuz he talking about >> I'm not on nobody's side. >> He said we're all the same colors. You you you're making the argument invalid. >> The woman who identified herself as Juliet had allegedly argued with the shopping area staff before and her behavior now seemed to confirm it as she repeatedly bered loss prevention without caring whether her children heard her. >> Zero. >> Don't push out my cart because I thought that >> go through everything that you see right here. You said what? Me. >> And then we brought pads and everything. He got you. Give me give me give give me my receipt. >> I am going to sit down because I want to see. He said he just took out one bag and said I didn't pay for something. >> So what did I not pay for? >> What did I not pay for? >> Do you see? Do you see it on the >> You're not answering my You're not answering my question that I asked you. You're not answering. >> Go through that car. Rece >> go through that card receipt of this. >> Go through the card. It's your receipt right here. >> Let's talk ABOUT THIS. >> NO, I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT THAT. I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THIS >> THAT YOU SEND UP HERE TALKING ABOUT THAT. >> Go ahead and just scan this. >> But no, because I'm getting I'm getting that and I'm going to get my money. I'm going to get all the money that you s you're not going to sit UP HERE AND TAKE ALL MY MONEY. COPY. UH, rap trespasser in the Walmart, please. >> And then you talk and then he talk about that I No, >> no, >> I am sitting sitting down because he's dead ass wrong with that. He talking about ID back. >> Three things in a meeting. >> That's That's improper. That That's just crazy with my children. >> And he can sit up there and he can sit up there, run that back, and see. Everything else was scanned. >> We got What's up? >> Everything else was scanned. I'm not going to sit up there and do that and then sit up there. You want to give me those receipts to give them to I've never I've never been B or or or do something. He said I didn't scan one thing and I didn't scan to me. >> So you're catching me for that? >> So she say but she don't want to hand it to me. I'm not going to argue. >> I did. >> Contrary to the woman's stubborn denial, the store's cameras told a different story. I saw that >> only great value something >> cream cheese. Oh no ice cream sandwiches. >> We're watching you right here. watching. >> So, did you see two of them that I the the Oreo >> and the other? >> Listen, he's he's going to bring up the receipt from everything that you purchased and then we're going to get a receipt from everything that wasn't purchased and then we'll show you the difference. All right. So, just calm down and relax. All right. We'll show it. >> But when we come to that cuz he just literally took out all my stuff and said that I didn't pay for it. And then if it was a ice cream sandwich and I bought and I scanned the two Oreo ice cream, what are you talking about? >> You understand what I'm saying? >> No, I'm okay. But I just didn't like the fact that how he just tried to say something stupid to my kids and they are minor that had me on fight. >> I saw that. >> You saw that? >> Scared something. again. Same thing here. >> Yeah. With the chees. >> At this point, the police were certain of the woman's guilt. After her children were handed over to her family, officers proceeded to handcuff her, but they then faced a new issue with her information. >> I'm not going to lie, I'm failing to believe this is you. You want to try to give me a real a real ID? No, I was just trying to see. >> Don't piss up. >> I'm not I'm not testing up. >> You sure this is you? This don't look like you. >> That's not her. >> This is definitely not you. >> What do you mean that's definitely not me? >> That's not you. Now, >> how is that definitely not me? >> When's your birthday? >> 11. >> When is your birthday? Wait, wait, >> wait. No, no, no. You're lying to us. >> That's not That's not it. I didn't even know that one. Give me this one right here. >> Name is white. And they answer your last name. White. >> My last name is right here. >> When I first walked in, >> what's your name? Where? >> I never I never >> Do you mind if I grab it out first? >> Yeah, right here. >> Okay. Because No, because I didn't even see that that was inside of there. >> I I didn't I I never um I never lied to you about it, Miss Johnson. >> Have a seat for me, please. >> No, I have a seat. >> I grabbed that one out. That's not it. This is it right here. >> Need you to take a seat. >> You already trespassing. >> No, I'm not trespassing here. >> I'm listen. I'm listening. >> So, stay seated then. You can talk. >> I'm not trespassing you. I didn't even know that was inside of that's why I gave that to you. >> No, my name is That's why I gave that one to you. >> You answered that under Miss White. >> No, I never provided that. WHAT? NO, I DID NOT. He asked me what was my name and I told him that. >> It turned out the woman had been trespassed before, which was why she deliberately gave a false name. Yet, she showed no remorse and her escort soon turned into complete chaos. Can you walk? Okay. >> Can those grocery go inside the car? >> Okay. Wait, wait, wait. >> We need you to walk. >> I need I don't need y'all to embarrass me. Let go. >> No, we're not. You're going to walk. >> You don't run this. >> You don't I'm trying to run nothing. >> Don't put my hand. Don't put my hand. >> I'm not stopping nothing. >> Over here. >> Dumb. Like this. Don't make no sense. Damn. Like, let me come through. My butt so big. >> What the? >> Chill out. >> GET MY ASS OFF. I AM CHILLING NOW. >> YOU'RE NOT. >> IF YOU KISS ME DOWN, >> YOU GOT MY ASS MOTHER. >> You got my [ __ ] out. PUT IT DOWN. >> DON'T PUNCH ME on the mother. Take down my >> move. Move. Move. >> Pull my breath down. I'm going TO PULL IT DOWN. CALM DOWN. >> Run up. If you want to run up if you want to run up against me, that's my mom. >> Back up. Don't run. Don't Don't run up. You sitting in the car. Go ahead and sit in the car. >> Go back in the car. >> Go back in the car. If you run up, you going to get tased. I promise you that. Run up. You going to get tased or you can go sit in the car. >> I'm giving you an order. Go >> in the car. >> You not You not telling me. >> Yeah. Run up like you want to. >> Run up like you crazy. >> I'm explaining what's going on. >> Who? WHO THE >> CHILL OUT? >> YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO MY MOTHER? ARE YOU CRAZY? Are you crazy? >> Lifting it up. She's lifting up. >> I'm not lifting [ __ ] off >> your arms. >> Who is this man YELLING AT MY MOTHER BABY AND mother grabbing her? Do you see that? >> All right, >> Johnson. If he if he touch my baby, it's going TO BE A MOTHER ALWAYS. >> THE suspect's resistance as she tried to portray herself as the victim made her older daughter stubbornly defend her. The daughter tried to intervene and obstruct the situation while the suspect still refused to stop even as the struggle caused her wig to come off. >> But like I said, >> we got to be respectful. We not on that disrespectful [ __ ] >> All right. Come on. That's it. Go. Go ahead. You got that. I got your ass down. >> You got me. >> I got you. And that's what it is. You ain't GOT A MOTHER CRY, BABY. I'm not talking about these offices. >> Like I said, if you touch me like I said, I don't look at you. Stop touching me. >> Bye. Bye. I'MMA KNOCK YOUR HEAD OFF YOUR SHOULDER, [ __ ] I'll be that. I SWEAR TO GOD, I SWEAR TO GOD. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> I am a [ __ ] Turn around. Turn around. I WANT YOU AROUND. TURN AROUND. >> I want you. >> I want you. >> I want you. >> Turn around. >> I'M ALREADY AROUND. >> YOU'RE NOT, >> [ __ ] YOU ALREADY HAD IT. I TOLD YOU. YOU BREAKING MY ARM. >> Get the off me. >> I got it. I got it. >> GET YOUR GET YOUR BIG ASS OFF ME, HO. >> EXACTLY. Arm the way you are this arm right here. >> Yeah. >> Give me this arm. >> NO. DON'T TOUCH YOU. >> Don't touch him. Come out and record this [ __ ] >> Record this [ __ ] all over stuff. Get your big ass off me, [ __ ] >> And you my arm. >> Yep. >> Yeah. Oh yeah. Put me up so I can slap your ass. >> Put me up. >> PUT ME UP. [screaming] >> WHO IS THAT SCREAMING? In the end, the woman was charged with retail theft, resisting an officer without violence, providing a false name, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child. Refusing to accept responsibility can quickly turn a minor offense into a much bigger problem. By resisting the officers and involving her daughter in the confrontation, the woman only escalated the situation and brought even more consequences upon herself and her family. Next, this woman even showed no shame as she slowly described her state. Why'd you steal all those trading cards? And uh I >> make a difference. I'm still going to jail. So it's not going to make a difference if I talk if I don't talk to you. >> I mean, just being an artist. >> On the 11th of August 2025, police were dispatched to the Kroger parking lot after store employees recognized a vehicle that had previously been involved in theft at the store. This group was also known for frequently stealing from Meyer. But to get a clearer picture of what happened, let's hear what the store employee had to say. >> That's the same car that was I have pictures where they were in here stealing. I sent it to my supervisor a couple weeks ago. Well, no, it was a few It was a couple weeks ago. I got pictures. That's the same car. >> Okay. >> If you want to see it, I think I still have them. >> Did you make a report with Janoa yet? >> I don't know if she did or not. >> Okay. If she did, if you want to let her know, have Genanoa contact. We'll give them all the information and all that. They were in here sealing a couple weeks ago, I figured. >> Hold on, babe. >> Oh my god. Cuz right there is there was like I took that picture where cuz I was on break like I am now and then I watch she she had one of those selfch checkout carts and pushed it right on out the door. >> That's what she usually does. Yeah. >> Yeah. And then so I I and then she started cussing me out and so I I got her pictures and right there I did I only got the back side of her. >> Good deal. >> Yeah. >> But Yeah. Yeah, I would let Janoa know. We We know them because they steal from the Myer a lot. So then we got to We saw that they were coming over here. That's why we >> Okay, I'll I'll let my manager know. She's in there that I gave them. >> Good deal. >> The officers then approached the suspicious vehicle where the suspect was trying to hide in the back seat. She was immediately arrested. >> What's going on? >> Hey, Tamara. >> Hey. >> You mind stepping out of the vehicle? I'm call >> finally got caught. Huh? Stealing. You got a bunch of warrants. Turn around. >> Drop whatever's in your hand. >> Call my grand. >> That's fine. >> You have one second. >> Don't stop. Don't. You're not giving her a hug right now. >> I'm not giving you a chance. >> Do not stop resisting. Stop. You are under arrest right now. Okay, >> I love you. >> Stop resisting. >> Okay, >> stop resisting. Okay, >> let me tell her. >> Okay, listen. >> If you work with us, we'll work with you. Okay, >> okay, I'm going to tell you something. Listen. >> What? God. God dang. >> Do not slip out of these cops. >> I'm not going to. >> Then put your hand back in. >> Who's in there right now? >> I don't know. >> What are they doing in there? >> They're not. >> All right. Listen. So, real quick, you do have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can't be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you can't afford one, one will be provided for you by the state. Okay. >> Can I just put a different shirt for one? >> No. >> With how you're acting, I'm absolutely not taking out of these right now. Give my daughter a hug. I didn't even get to rub my hands. >> If you speak with us without a lawyer present, you can exercise your right at any time. Okay. You can answer. >> This one's really tight. Okay. >> I'm sorry. I just wanted to give my daughter a hug. >> Do you understand your >> under arrest, so that's not happening. >> Okay. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me, stick me? >> No. >> Do you understand your rights? >> No. >> Keeping your rights in mind. You wish to talk to us. >> Besides the woman, there was also a man who was believed to be the owner of the vehicle and its driver. As soon as he stepped out, the officers approached him to determine whether he had any involvement in the theft. >> Do you know Tara? >> Terra? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah, I know her. Yeah. >> Do you know her? How well do you know her? >> Uh, she's related to a a friend of mine. Well, my sister grew up with her uh her her husband. >> Okay. >> My sister grew up with my new mom. >> Okay. Um, what were you doing yesterday? >> Yesterday? >> Yeah. >> I was doing yesterday. yesterday. >> Yeah. >> Is this your car here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You weren't driving it yesterday? >> Who was driving it yesterday? >> Where'd she go? >> I have no idea. >> Okay. >> I was asleep. >> You were sleeping? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Uh >> do you live with Terra? >> No. >> You don't? >> No. She stays with me once in a while. >> Okay. >> I'm just right in the room with the lady up a little bit north and I give her a ride here and there. No. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you weren't at the Home Depot yesterday? >> No. >> Okay. Were you at the Meyer? >> No. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. >> I went nowhere near >> You weren't? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, so right now Terra's being arrested cuz uh yesterday she was stealing items from Meer. Okay. So, I don't know if you were there. We can't prove that right now. >> Okay. >> When the man was informed that the woman had been arrested, he showed no surprise, suggesting that he already knew about her actions. However, he continued to give his own version of events to deny any involvement in the theft. >> So, what was it yesterday? She was stealing. We couldn't make out who the driver was. >> This vehicle male driving, but we don't. >> Okay. She took my car. >> Not clear. >> Stupid car that >> she took the car without your permission. No, I just came without permission. Actually, she just took it and I was passed out. She took the car out and trying to get got more charges on her. >> You got his phone number. >> He's looking it up right now. >> I got to get out of the settings. I just got >> check his cell phone if he was up here yesterday to jail. >> Okay. >> If things come out that he needs to be honest about it some >> and that's fine. Your car so it's a reasonable belie you the driver. >> No, I'm the driver. >> She drives my car all the time. You >> say take the car. What's that? >> Take the phone. >> No, we'll just do GPS >> old fashioned way. All right. >> Well, the bureau just do a GPS a geo fence around. >> I mean, I I haven't did anything. I don't know why you guys harassing me. Time out. Nobody's harassing you. >> Well, I mean, I I go to use arrest to come out. I ain't did nothing. >> When Okay, your car was used in a theft yesterday. She's got a bunch of warrants for her arrest. >> I know. I've been scared. >> She's out here screaming. >> I know. She screaming. What are you talking about? >> I won't calm down. He claimed she took his car without permission to commit the theft, potentially exposing her to an additional charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Under Florida statute section $812.014 that could carry up to 5 years in prison and $5,000 in fines as a thirdderee felony. Yet she seemed completely unfased by what she was facing. >> Why'd you steal all those trading cards? And uh >> am I sorry? >> Huh? >> Why'd you steal all the trading cards and stuff from yesterday with the cooler? >> You don't know. You got warrants for like days. >> How many? >> A lot. Four through Delaware County alone and then the the one that I was going to issue on you tonight. So that makes five through Delaware County. Huh? >> You good? >> Yeah. >> Where's the guy at? >> He's right there. The one that helps you drive and steal. >> He had one steel. >> Yeah. You remember when he took Did he take off from officers with you in the car before? >> I'm sure at some point, but we're dealing with something. So, So, you [clears throat] remember stealing yesterday from Meyer? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You know how much items you stole? The worth of it? >> No. >> You don't? $800. >> Who was driving yesterday? >> When? >> Huh? >> I mean, if I talk, it's not going to make a difference. I'm still going to jail. So it's not going to make a difference if I talk if I don't talk like >> I mean just being an honest human going >> to jail like I'm going to jail regardless. >> Yeah. But just being an honest human being. Maybe they could work something out for you. I don't know. >> I think I'm worth nothing. I'm going to jail. >> Yeah. You're going to jail. >> Yeah. I'm not going to get out of that stuff. >> I mean just like I said just being a decent human being and being honest for once. And >> the stolen trading cards and other merchandise from Meyer were worth around $800 and she admitted selling them. But that wasn't all. She also had five outstanding warrants in Delaware County. Officers then brought up another theft which she admitted to without showing the slightest remorse. >> Just want to give you a heads up like everybody up here has your guys' pictures now. Like Kroger just came out about a theft from July 8th or 18th or something. I'm just saying everybody up here is looking for you at this point. So >> time to find someplace else. >> Well, I'm not going to do it no more. I'm done. >> Well, stop is the best. >> I'm done. >> I get it. I You got a bunch of warrants and all that, so I get it. But also just want to be upfront with you that like >> everybody's coming out be like, "Oh, I know them. I know them." >> So what you think? >> Yeah. >> All righty. Well, actually, we're going to go try and catch him. He's driving there. We know he's suspended. So, we're going to go get him now. >> So, I hate to see you take a whole raft when he's the one driving you up here. But >> can I mean, you can you can tell >> I'm not the one. >> We We know you're not driving. >> I understand. I know you're not the one. >> Come on now. No, I T Ser >> My job's about not not what I can not what I know, but what I can prove. >> You can prove it in pictures. >> I don't have any pictures of him driving. >> There's pictures of him driving me away. You can see >> you can't tell it's him. That's the problem. So, >> it's not me. >> Well, I know you're not driving away. >> I'm not getting blamed for driving. >> Well, driving away is the least of the problem. But >> would you uh did you see us behind you? >> No. No. You did pretty good then, huh? >> Yeah, you did. >> Were you going to run if you if you saw us? >> No. >> I can't charge you for something that you were going to say you wouldn't want. >> No, I wasn't. I was I'm not going to run for my daughter. >> In the end, the woman was charged with firstdegree misdemeanor theft, seconddegree misdemeanor resisting arrest, [music] and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The roughly $800 in stolen merchandise kept the theft charge below the $1,000 felony threshold, while her five outstanding [music] warrants added to the consequences she was already facing. The lesson here is simple. Repeated theft and resisting arrest can quickly turn a manageable case into a much bigger legal problem. Being honest and cooperating may not erase the consequences, but fighting the arrest only makes things worse. Next, the employee lost her job because of her own actions. So when she came in here, uh, my initial thought was she's a threat. So I pepper sprayed her. >> On the 20th of July 2025, police received a report from a Walgreens in Savannah about an altercation between a customer and an employee involving the use of mace. Officers arrived at the scene to get more information from the manager's account. >> Okay, so apparently like um her sister has been causing a ruckus with her all day. and like called corporate saying like all bunch of like crazy to corporate and what she's saying I'm not entirely sure. >> Um she came in here, walked around the store, came over here, started making like ripping things off the shelf, corn chips on the floor. We're in the process of cleaning the oven. >> Um there was a spat altercation between two of them. >> Yeah. >> Um she sprayed mace on her sister to get her away from her. >> She sprayed mace? >> Yeah, she did. Okay. Did she attack her anyway? >> All I know is like she like was causing a ruckus and she >> So like the complete story I don't know. She can come over here and talk to you guys about it. File the reports that she needs to file. >> But I don't need the girl coming back in here in the store. >> Get his info. >> Got it. >> You talk to her. You don't have access to the cameras, right? >> Yeah. >> Oh, you do? >> Yeah. You can smell it, right? >> Yeah. It turned out that the employee and the customer were sisters and they had [snorts] already been arguing with each other before, which the employee later confirmed. >> So, exactly what happened? >> Okay, so um from 1:57 exactly. All day I've been getting text messages. She's been posting on her Facebook just coming for me. Um yesterday was my my niece and nephew's birthday, so I don't know if that would start it all when she seen me. Um, and prior to all of this, um, we had a run in, well, we had a debacle basically where, um, we got into it. We were living together, we got into it, and, um, it resulted in her boyfriend breaking into my apartment and he assaulted me. >> Did you file a police report of that? >> Yes, I did. So, there's already report on file ship for that. And, um, we haven't talked in a while. Um, this is our first time even having conversations since then, which was probably back in November. And when I was getting these text messages, at first I wasn't going to answer, but now she's just like text like she's just been texting me. I have responded back, you know, I was just, you know, talking stuff about each other. And >> was there like what were the text messages? Was it just like name calling? What was >> Yeah, just name calling. Not really like too much, but she was already a threat to me because like from when I was a kid on up, she was used to assault me then like beat me up, all types of stuff. We've gotten in fights, plenty of them. Uh even if you look at her history, she has a lot of family battery because of you know everything we've been through. >> Did she text you anything recently that was like threats towards you? >> I really don't know because like it's just a lot. It's a lot like spammy. So, I really didn't know I have to sit and read. >> Okay. >> But, um, yeah. So, when she >> This could have been a family argument, but when it happened in a public place like this, it was clearly something that deserved condemnation. The employee even went on to admit what she had done at the time. >> The thought was, she's a threat. So, I pepper sprayed her. >> Okay. What happened before you? >> She was just uh she has a video. Um, she was recording me and she's walking up to me. So, I started walking up to her and then I pepper sprayed. >> That was it. There was no like verbal dispute. She didn't touch anything in the store. >> Huh. >> She didn't like walk anything. >> Oh, I really don't know like Well, actually, yeah. So when I seen her, I was just doing my job and then she was walking towards me and she was recording me like this like >> you know she's walking towards me with her friend or whatever. he was a male and and she was just saying um oh look it's like taunting me basically um saying look it's me basically and then I'm walking towards her and then I decided I was going to pepper her because I don't know what she was going to do to me so it was just >> you felt threatened. >> Yeah, basically I felt threatened. So, >> and then after she got sprayed, how soon did she leave after? >> Say again. >> How soon after she left after you sprayed her? >> Um, she went and she knocked some stuff off of the um >> Was it because she was like reacting to getting spray? >> No, I don't think it actually got in her eyes. I think I just sprayed her enough to like it where she backed up like she knew it was Mace, but so she didn't come towards me any longer. >> So, you actually get her eyes? >> I don't think I did. I seen it like on her arm more so. >> But the question remained, if this was a conflict between family members, then why did it happen inside the store? Officers raised the same question with her shortly afterward. >> Was there like a something that happened a day prior? >> You said the birthday party. >> Nothing happened at the birthday party. Nothing. Um I really don't know. >> She'll just come up here today. It has to be something. >> You were texting was >> I wasn't texting her. See, at her she had me blocked >> after her boyfriend broke into my apartment, broke my phone and all of that. >> But let's we're trying to get today. >> Yeah, she had me blocked >> in the past hours. What interactions, phone calls that led up to her coming here? >> I can show you what she text me today. This is what she text me today. I like I said I did text back. >> So we exchanged words >> text messages >> or arguing over text >> basically. Yeah. Or argue over text >> from over text message. I'mma pull up type of thing after. >> No, she didn't say she was going to come here. I didn't know that was like >> that's what happened. Text messages exchanged and she's like okay now I'm going to go see her. And she kind >> I guess in her head she said yeah I'm going to go see about her. I guess Okay, that's all we trying to figure out. Just want to know >> what led up to it is >> the man she was with. You don't know him? >> I seen him for the first time at the birthday party yesterday. >> And you guys, I'm assuming you fought before. You and her fought. >> And it's been going on for how long now? >> Um, since November. >> Since November. >> All right. We going to try to get the footage of what happened in here. is going to help us understand how it happened. >> Shortly afterward, the officers reviewed the surveillance footage to better understand the actions of both women, which could provide stronger evidence to support the allegations. >> This aisle is walking. >> There's her sister right there. >> That's where I asked what like where what that sound was, what happened. I was like, "You have to go because I'm going to call the cops." Well, I recorded the whole thing is her response. >> Okay. So that happened out of >> all is you're going towards her right here. >> Sorry guys. >> Meanwhile, the officers unexpectedly discovered an active arrest warrant connected to the female employee herself which shifted the direction of the investigation. >> We're going to u go to records. She has a warrant. >> Who knows the daughter? That's the >> Yeah, she has a warrant for battery. So, we'll just go over >> cuz now we have >> we got more moving part. >> All right, Yuri, do you mind coming outside with us? >> All right. And Dad might want you to stay over here real quick. All right. Did did anything happen in Chattam County with you or anybody? >> As we know, >> nothing happened in Chattam County. >> Like, but can you fill me in? Like, give me some. >> I'm just trying to see. I know. If something happened, police were involved, you would know about it. >> And who? >> If something happened, and police were involved, you would know about it. I mean, only thing I could think of is um the situation with my sister and her boyfriend broke into my apartment. >> What happened? >> Uh her boyfriend broke into my apartment. He assaulted me. I had a I had a um a report sent out on the guy. But is this like involving like me being in trouble or something? like cuz if that's the case, I'm unaware of it. >> The woman was taken off her shift and brought to the police station. Shortly afterward, she was charged with domestic battery in connection with the incident involving her sister at Walgreens. She was also terminated from her job at the store. Family conflicts should never be allowed to escalate into violence, especially in a public place. Seeking help and walking away is always a better choice than turning a personal dispute into a criminal incident. Next. This racist woman still seemed to think that being [music] a celebrity meant the law did not apply to her. >> What's your middle name? >> I'm a celebrity. I don't >> I'm a celebrity. I >> Okay, that's why I want your autograph. >> 9139. >> On the 14th of June 2024, police approached a woman named Michelle in connection with a theft that had previously occurred at Menard's. She had taken a sleeping bag along with some food without paying for them. But when officers approached her, she acted as if she had absolutely nothing to do with the incident. >> Hey, what's going on? How you doing? You all right? You been drinking or what? Well, I'm here cuz you stole that and you stole a bottle of soda and some chips. Okay. Yeah, you did. All right. So, we got to figure out what's going on and then we'll we'll get you out of here. Okay. What is it? What's your name? >> What's your first name? >> The doctor said I >> You took that sleeping bag and a bottle of soda and chips without paying for it from Menard. >> They have you on video. >> Where's the video? >> He's getting it right now. Okay. What's your first name? Huh? >> We're going to get it in a minute. What's your first name? So, look, don't make this harder than it has to be, right? Because if you don't give me your name, I'm going to charge you with obstruction. That's another charge. Okay? And I don't want to do that. I'm trying to work with you. >> Okay? So, what's your first name? >> Michelle. >> Michelle. Okay. Miss Michelle, what's your middle initial? >> Where's the video? >> Michelle, what's your middle initial? >> What is it? >> It's in there. They're giving me What's her name? She could probably become a new actress given her current performance of Innocence, but honestly, we don't even need to make that comparison since she had already strangely declared herself a celebrity. >> It's not going to go good for you if you don't. >> What's your middle initial? >> A celebrity. I don't >> Huh? >> I'm a celebrity. I don't >> Okay, that's why I want your autograph. What's your last name? >> I'm scared of my name. You're what? >> Cuz I'm I'm I feel like you're disturbing me. >> No, you're disturbing me by by stealing from Menard. >> No, Mard loves me. >> No, they don't love you anymore. >> No, >> cuz you keep stealing from me. >> From the things she said, it seemed that she might not have been in a stable state of mind. The officers seem to recognize that as well, so they did not prolong the investigation and instead took immediate action. All right, put your hands behind your back. Thank you. All right, come on back here. >> Take this back to him. >> Okay, thanks, man. They got video, right? >> Yeah. >> Right. Ah, come on there, Miss Celebrity. Michelle, have a seat. >> At this point, the woman was taken back to the police station where she continued to be difficult and even brought up an unreasonable claim of racial discrimination. >> But they're not coming. They're not coming over. either black or Hispanic. I'll just feel more safer. >> I know, but >> I don't feel safe white people. >> I'm sorry to hear that. Come on over this way. >> Okay. >> Well, either black or Hispanic. >> You can talk to my supervisor if you want. >> I still want black or Hispanic. I'm busy. >> I understand. But they're busy. So, >> well, they're busy. >> Black or Hispanic? >> Yeah. >> Either. >> I'm Asian. Does that count? >> Hispanic. What do you think about his Have a seat right there. >> I never heard that a black guy >> or a black woman and a white person ever got ever. And I I'm I'm I'm much younger than you, but I never read an intense book. And then whites and blacks got along. >> Really? >> Never. >> That's weird. >> The officers also clearly recognized that she was not in a stable state of mind, but they still tried to continue the investigation. However, once again, she remained fixated on playing the race card. >> So, do you mean someone who's in or what? What's your last name, Michelle? >> I don't know. >> Okay, you're just going to get going get another charge. It's fine. >> Well, no. >> Well, no, it is. It's a fact, actually. >> Well, you're white. I'm white. >> Yes. Correct. It doesn't make a difference. >> It makes a huge >> No, it doesn't. >> Huge. >> Why? Why are you discriminating? Because I'm white. >> Huge. Why you Why you being discriminated? >> I'm getting I'm getting you telling me you did that and I'm not. >> No, Minard is telling you you did. I'm just enforcing the law. >> Well, I'm a huge fan of the >> notard. I'm sure you are if you steal from them. >> I am like my customer. >> I bet you are. But you're white. So like is there Hispanic or black? >> Nope. >> So you're telling me there's no one who's a Hispanic or black? >> Correct. >> That's not fair. When black and white never got along. >> Never. After some time, the woman finally admitted to what she had done. Although there was, of course, no shame or sense of guilt from her whatsoever. >> You can have a seat now. Cover. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. What do you mean? >> Um, when the arresting officer came, he it was a cover of present. Did you take it? >> A co Oh, you're the the sleeping sleeping bag that you took from the store, >> right? Did you take it? >> It's back at the store where it belongs. Cuz you didn't pay for that. That's why you're here. It was paid for. >> It was not It was not paid for, Michelle. That's why we're here in the first place. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, you see >> that's that's back at the store. Who owns it until you pay for it? They own it. Just like the bag of Doritos and the and the cup of cheese sauce and the Mountain Dew that you ate without paying for it. >> I think so. >> Those are >> You didn't pay for them, though. That's how I feel. >> You can't take things from people and not pay for them. >> Yeah, that's right. That's right. >> You didn't walk into Mard's hotel, what? >> No. Homeless. >> Okay. Well, then you'll be able to tell the judge that on your court date, but Menard says that it's theirs. >> Okay. Well, tell that to the judge, not me. Okay. Because >> Yep. Sergeant. >> In the end, the woman was charged with retail theft and obstruction. The lesson is simple. Claiming to be a celebrity or playing the race card will not erase the consequences of your actions. Cooperating with officers and taking responsibility is always a better choice than making the situation worse. Next, let's meet the woman who used a $3 coke to scam $2,549 from the store where she worked. >> I made him purchase a Coca-Cola and um basically suspended the transactions. So, I do thank the daily for that. Um, I do and willing to pay back to $2,000. >> On the 10th of June 2024, police were dispatched to a Nordstrom store after receiving a report of a theft that had occurred there. The female suspect was reportedly an employee who worked as a cashier at the store. More specifically, let's hear from the loss prevention employee to better understand what happened. >> Get anything out of today or what's you say $2,500? like >> it was an accumulation of a whole bunch of incidents. So it started back in May 13th and she was basically bringing up merchandise and handing it off to the customer. So she was ringing up the items but then passing it off the transaction >> and then giving the merchandise still to the customer. So it resulted >> so she was passing merchandise. >> So it resulted so many times. One time was like 500 another time was 1300 another time was 300. So it all accumulated up to 25. >> So she was not keeping the money. She was just given the merchandise for free, >> right? But the merchandise was apparently for her. >> So that's probably somebody that she knew was coming. >> She said she had just met him. >> So all of them with one specific >> one specific individual. Yes. >> Um have you guys interviewed her? >> Yes. Where interview is process already done? >> Okay. >> Um it's on video. >> Yes. Everything's on recording. I mean not the interview but the transactions and stuff. It's all on the screen. >> We have all the videos. >> We'll go talk to her and then you have the video so we can watch. >> The suspect was identified as Ashley. When questioned by the officer, she admitted to her wrongdoing and explained the reason behind her actions. >> You want to talk about what happened today? Um, I did some things um that I take full responsibility for. >> Okay. >> Um, >> what are those things? >> Mother >> where um I seen an opportunity and I kind of used that [snorts] just so I can put food on the table and a place to stay for my daughter. That doesn't give me the right to, you know, obviously I did what I did and it was wrong. Um, I did take merchandise and um, pond it just so I can get a hotel and stuff like that. Uh, like I said, what I did is not saying that it's right because of my situation or anything. So, I do take full accountability before that. Um, I do am willing to pay back to $2,000 that I did $2,500. >> Yes. Um, I am willing to pay that back full price. Um, if I get the opportunity to, like I said, you know what I did was wrong. Um, to full accountability for it. Um, I did do what I had to do, though. >> She immediately offered to pay for the merchandise in hopes of being forgiven, even though she did not yet know how much it was worth. She then had no hesitation in explaining exactly how she carried out the scheme. >> I did take the merchandise, hand it off, and so I can sell it. So, I sold the merchandise just uh pawn shops, >> just generic pawn shops or do you have a pawn shop that you normally go to or >> No, I think it was one on the east side that I was just driving around and I happened to see and I stopped there. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Who who you were handing the merchandise to? >> Um this person that I've just met. Um I asked him if he can do it for me. Um >> it's like a friend of yours. >> No, I actually just met him. It was at the club. Somebody always trying to get my number, whatever the case may be. And um I seen the opportunity to use him um [snorts] so that I can do that. >> How many times did you do? >> I believe it was three, four, three or four times. >> Three or four times with the same guy when he was at the store. Like did he purchase anything? >> Uh yes. Uh Coke. >> He purchased what? uh Coca-Cola. >> Oh, so he came in, purchased a Coca-Cola. >> I made him purchase a Coca-Cola and um basically suspended the transactions and then um let him walk out with the >> And what you were doing like you were basically he would bring the merchandise to you at the cash register. >> Yeah. So I would tell him what I want and he would go like clothes for my daughter, shoes and stuff like that. that I know that I can um use to get a little bit of money. Extra money. >> Did you cap any of the merchandise? >> Cap as >> Yeah, like you you you have >> Oh, cap. >> Clearly carrying out the scheme four or five times with the same man could hardly be considered a first encounter. It was clearly planned and the woman also seemed to know exactly how to sell or pawn the merchandise afterward. the ones that you sold that it was mentioned that uh the the store price is 24 about a little over $2,500. How much do you get at pawn shops? >> Um less than that. They don't never give me the full price. Um >> uh for example uh a watch a fair watch was 700. I got uh 4 400 from it. >> We got 400 for >> 400. Yeah. Do you have any idea how much money did you get on all the sales at the pawn shops? >> Um, a lot of them, not everything I sold to the pawn shops. Some I just sold to people that I knew or um I just sold like basically if it wasn't pawn shop, just people that I knew or people that knew that I knew people that knew people, right? >> Um, altogether I would say out of everything probably wasn't even a little bit more than half. I didn't get I didn't really get too too much from anything. Um especially cuz I kept most of the clothes for my daughter. So I would say around 1,000 300 I want to say round up. Yeah. >> And uh what were you and you said you were using that money to pay hotels, >> right? >> Which hotels you staying at? >> Um different different ones. There was motel that I paid um where Pine Hills area. Um, I've had one on International. >> The police then continued investigating the man involved in the case. However, what was rather difficult to understand was that she seemed to know surprisingly little about him. >> Watch. Anything else? >> So, who's this person? >> Like, this is somebody I >> You have his information? >> No, I don't. >> You You've dealt with him over multiple occasions. You have his phone number on my list. >> No, that's my number I have. Um, >> how did you communicate with this person? >> Email. >> Email. >> You said you got his number at a club and now he's sending an email. >> No, no, no. I've never got his number. He wanted my number. That's how I [snorts] got in contact with him. >> Okay. >> So, from there. >> So, what was his cut? >> Nothing. So >> because he liked me [snorts] I that's why I said I use that took advantage of that because he liked me. >> Okay. >> So when we when if I if I ran your record you would never been arrested for anything related to this. >> Have you ever got caught for shoplifting before? Anything like that? >> Never shop. I had one miscondina before. It was a better charge. >> Okay. >> That was a long time ago. Um, how did you So, you would how would you decipher what you wanted before you left? Like, hey, I want these items. [snorts] Can you explain to me like how you did that before he did you stage the merchandise? Did you grab the merchandise? Did he grab the merchandise? >> Oh, no. I made him grab whatever I told him that I wanted. >> So, was this before your shift? You said, "Give me this, this, this, and that." >> No, this was Oh, you said before my shift? Yeah. >> Yeah. So, how would he know what to pick >> for me? Like >> well like I would just nothing specifically. I wouldn't tell him like it's something like um I would just say like okay >> you would email him this you would or would you text them? How did you know? >> Email um like >> do you have those emails? >> I do not. >> Like for example the clothes um I was going to get the size clothes for my daughter and >> you will go into the life of the clothes. >> Yeah. Right. >> Finally Ashley was charged with grand theft. Stealing from an employer is never worth the risk, especially when every transaction leaves a digital trail. A suspended sale does not erase the evidence. It can actually become the proof that exposes the entire scheme. Next, this man still showed no remorse whatsoever, even until the very end. >> Like, I ain't got nothing. >> Don't make it worse. >> Look, like Officer Higgy already knows who I am. >> If you kick that door again, you're going to be charged criminally for that. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Dalton, I'm not going to tell you again. All right. On the 7th of December 2023, police received a call from Walmart reporting two men suspected of shoplifting. When officers arrived at the scene, one of the men was already outside and they immediately detained him. >> Pretty good. Were you in here just a minute ago? >> Yeah, I went to the back >> with your buddy. Okay. All right. We'll just step over here real quick. We're just going to make sure you don't have any weapons on you. >> I do got a knife. Am I arrested? >> Well, you've been detained right now. You're not free to leave. Okay. You're not under arrest just yet. Uh, it is >> on the >> Do you have anything in Walmarts besides the walkie-talkie? >> No, sir. >> Okay. >> But that was something that y'all got in there. >> Only him. >> Huh? >> Only him. >> What? >> Only him. >> Okay. But you got one of them to your belt. I've been having that grocery refusing to really stop or pull off break. >> We're 1026 with the one with the camouflage outside. >> I'm not arrested. >> You're detained right now. We got to talk to Walmart and figure out, you know, exactly what we're going to do. >> You're lying about that and that's the property and that's what they told us the property was in the call that it was TB or walkie talkies. >> It [snorts] seemed like he knew exactly what was going on and tried to blame his other friend. Meanwhile, another team of officers had also approached the other man, but he appeared suspiciously evasive. >> He's just been walking around the store. >> All right. >> All right. I got tired of walking. There you go. Yeah. I now >> Hey, Matthew. We need to talk to you though. >> We need to talk to you, okay? >> About what's been going on in the store. We're talking to your buddy outside. Okay. >> Okay. Look, I I came in >> Uh-huh. >> don't know how long ago. >> Okay. >> I went to go to the restroom. >> Okay. >> The front ent front bathroom was full and I had really had to take a bow movement. Okay. >> And I didn't want to take a bow movement on myself. >> All right. >> So, I went to go to the back bathroom. >> Mhm. >> In the family's room to use it. >> Okay. >> Cuz that's I have PTSD. >> Do me a favor. Just take that backpack off for just a second. >> I mean, you going to have to have a warrant, man. >> 6ix9ine, was there any update? Oh, 70's got eyes on. >> Look, take the backpack off, okay? We don't want to escalate this more than it has to be. >> Sir, come on, man. >> Like, I ain't got nothing. >> Look, >> like Officer Higgy already knows who I am. >> You're not under arrest right now, but you are being detained. Okay. >> What? >> Because of your activities here in the store. They're investigating a shoplifting. Okay. >> My acties? >> Yeah. They're investigating a shoplifting. I mean, I ain't been doing >> So, I need you to take that backpack off for me. >> What do I tell you? >> I mean, I I have no >> He had no intention of letting the police search his backpack, which only raised their suspicions even further. On top of that, this could also lead to additional charges he clearly did not want to face. >> Okay. >> I have a right for a warrant. Well, that's not a thing having a right for a warrant. >> Uh, okay. >> You already ain't doing what the officer tell you. So, that's obstruction right there. >> I mean, >> it could be for sure. >> Take your backpack. >> So, just take your backpack off for a second. We'll work through this. >> I bought some items at Academy. So, >> okay, we'll figure that out. Y >> 10:26. >> Do you have an ID on you somewhere? >> Yeah, it's in my back pocket. >> Okay. >> What's your birthday? >> 01. >> 10. >> Items I bought at Academy Sport. >> All I'm taking out right now is your ID. Okay. >> That's what I bought at Academy Sport. >> I lost 70 central ID card. that you got from here and went to the bathroom with. >> Yeah, I bought it at Academy. >> Okay. >> Why don't we walk up to the office up at the front? >> Y'all want to arrest somebody, man. >> I want somebody. >> Get Higgy up here. Get Higgy up here. Careful. >> You get higgy up here. >> During the process of escorting them, officers continued investigating with the loss prevention staff who clearly identified their shoplifting activities. >> What were they doing? >> So, they went over to electronics and they got um two packages of walkie-talkies. >> Well, no. I have the packages. >> Okay. There. >> Are these familiar to y'alls as well? >> I don't I'm not sure about that. the two pack the two things that we saw him pick up and they went to the bathroom and opened the packages and I went back there and got them to packages. >> Okay. Have y'all recovered the items that they have? >> No. >> So they're I'm assuming in here in the back. Okay, cool. >> Me, man. You ever been arrested for shoplifting before? >> No. >> No. >> Why would Why would I stop this? I don't know. >> Why would I even stop this in the first place? >> I got a job. >> Trying to get another job. >> All right. How are you? Let's get another job just for that. >> All right. Do you got anything on you I need to know about? >> 70. >> I'm going to check this out here. >> All right. >> Additionally, officers searched the man's backpack and discovered several other items that appeared to be related to additional offenses. >> Don't touch any of that. There's needles, >> but they're empty. But I don't know what this is. >> I can't read it. You want to read? Look up this one. >> Yeah. >> So C94. >> Yeah. C's on one side, 94's on the other. Howdy. >> What about Nlloxxone? >> Oh, it's methodone. >> That's what I thought. But >> is it in a jar with his name on it? >> Uh, I don't know if it has a name on it, but >> No, it's in here. >> I ain't going to let this one ever again. >> Yeah, it probably shouldn't because you're going to be barred. No, quite a few of them in here. >> I mean, it's something you can get pretty freaking easily. It's not methadone, but it is like methodone. It's the same thing as far as like >> So, you'll get sick when you're uh >> coming off. Yeah. >> Voter ID today. >> Okay. >> Uh he got it in his wallet. >> Okay. He's holding on to your ID. >> Yeah. Where you get it from? >> Yeah, I'll get it. >> Ain't nothing but trouble, man. my friend someone to take back his book bag tomorrow. >> You have his ID in your wallet. His voters. >> He's got an extra a wallet. He said he didn't have an ID in the wallet, though. >> Yeah, he got a voter's ID. >> A voter ID. >> Oh, it's in that one. >> What are you doing, man? Building the clubhouse. What do you need on walkie-talkie? >> So, these are yours? >> These aren't? >> Yes. >> Start an organization. >> So, but you're not buying them. You're taking them. >> I'm not buying it. >> No, that's >> I'm not taking >> the man's calm responses made the officers distrust everything he said. On top of that, his attitude showed no remorse whatsoever. He even acted dismissive and arrogant toward the officers. >> Arrest me for reason. >> No, it's for shoplifting. >> Shoplifting? >> Y >> I'm going to hang on to that and I'm going to hang on to that cuz they got all the chains and stuff on them. What the [ __ ] What? >> All his stuff. >> Watch your shoelaces. There you go. >> Uh, shoplifting. >> If you kick that door again, you're going to be charged criminally for that. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Dalton, I'm not going to tell you again. All right. And if you want this to reflect badly on you, then that's you. Okay? You not damage police property. And that's the last time I'm going to tell you that. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> You know that there's no need for that. Okay. >> Me and y'all arrest me for no reason. >> Okay. No, the reason is for shoplifting. Okay. Nobody's being like that to you. So, you don't mistreat our property. All right. >> I've been kind to you over the years and I think you can think about that now. This was a bad decision. All right. But you're not going to damage police property just because you're upset right now. >> So, just maintain yourself. We're doing what we have to do based on what Walmart wants to do. Okay? And that's it. That's the last time that needs to be said, man. >> Yeah, I'm not sure. I'm going to get out. >> In the end, the man was charged with theft by shoplifting. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced [music] to 30 days of confinement, followed by 12 months of probation. Staying calm does not make suspicious behavior disappear, especially when the evidence tells a different story. Cooperating with officers can make a major difference when facing a relatively minor offense. >> [screaming] >> On the 4th of June 2022, officers were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report that a woman who had been trespassed had returned. However, when officers approached her, she tried to walk away, ignoring their repeated commands to stop. >> The police department, I need to talk to you. Thank you. Just real quick, you're not in trouble. Ma'am, if you keep walking away, we're gonna have to arrest you because I've already listen to you. I will arrest you. I will arrest you. >> I have to talk to you. >> Well, you have to stop cuz you're under detention. >> How? >> Because I'm going to if you let me explain it to you, I can explain it to you. >> So, the ladies across the people across the street want to issue you a criminal trespass. >> How? Whenever I >> can I explain it to you? >> No, you can't because they're [ __ ] didn't even get to buy food or anything. >> You know, I I I understand that. I get it. I understand that. I understand. You don't understand. >> Yes, I do. They didn't want you to go inside. That's why they didn't even go inside. And I go to that store all the time. >> And that's why they want us to issue a criminal trespass. >> I go to the store all the time and I buy [ __ ] >> I get it. I I get it. I get it, too. And I'm not saying that you steal anything. I'm not >> I'm just telling you that's what they want to do. And so I have to do that. I I have to somebody uh since they called us and told me to come and issue you a criminal >> officer >> because you're starting to you're starting to obstruct what I tell you to do because you're refusing to go back to my car. This is your last chance. Let's go. Go. >> Go grab Grab the leash. Grab the leash or the dogs. >> I don't care. You're about to go to jail. You were going TO GO TO JAIL. GO TO MY PATROL CAR. >> STOP. >> The woman showed no signs of cooperating, forcing the officers to take action. [music] However, she only caused the situation to escalate, turning the encounter into complete chaos. >> My dog. Like, I'll give you the dog. >> Okay. >> For what? Like I don't even want to make it hard. >> Like >> Okay. >> Twisting it the wrong way, dude. >> Stop. Like I'm not even resisting arrest or anything. >> You're going in handcuffs. >> No, I'm not. Like all I said is all I said is that I wasn't going to sign the paper. >> Like you can't do this to me. I haven't done nothing. >> You're going to GO NOTHING. >> I DIDN'T HEAR YOU. I GRAB IT. I GRAB IT. >> Now you're under arrest. >> Now you're under arrest. Stand up. >> Stand up. Stand up. Bend your legs and stand up. >> Stand up. >> Waiting for my friend. >> Stand up. Stand [crying] up. Stand up. Stand up. >> Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. NO, HOLD ON. >> I HAVEN'T DONE NOTHING. DUDE, >> stand up so we CAN WALK. >> I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. >> Get that dog back now. >> Come here. Come here, buddy. Hey. >> Stand up and walk. >> I'M NOT GOING WITH YOU ANYWAY. You are. You're going to jail. I can even SHOW YOU MY ID. I WAS WAITING for something to >> You're going to [laughter] jail at THIS POINT OUT OF THE STORE. >> You're under arrest. WE'RE DONE. >> HOW? >> BECAUSE I TOLD YOU MULTIPLE times to go to my car. >> You didn't tell you were ordering me. >> I didn't do anything. >> She had unknowingly gotten herself charged with resisting arrest. Even being escorted to the patrol car became difficult. Yet, she continued to believe that she was being wrongfully arrested. You guys are falsely arresting me and I'm going to sue. >> Good. >> Like I haven't done nothing. No, >> I haven't done anything, dude. Like I swear. >> I was waiting for him to bring me some food from inside and he didn't even bring me food. >> You're going to jail. GET >> I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN IN THAT STORE. You I don't have warrants. Nothing. And now YOU GO. >> FOR WHAT? >> FOR OBSTRUCTION. >> FOR WHAT OBSTRUCTION? I WAS SITTING THERE WITH A DOG. >> GET IN THE CAR. YOU'RE GETTING PREGNANT. >> NO. >> YOU can't taste me cuz I'm pregnant. You >> Okay, we're not going to do this. So, get in the car. >> No. >> There's no way around it. Okay. >> You No. >> I want a real REASON TO GO TO JAIL CUZ I WAS JUST SITTING THERE WAITING FOR FOOD. >> I HAVEN'T even been in the car. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> NO. LET'S figure out what WE'RE >> You kick me, you're going to get another charge. Get all the WAY UP. >> STOP. [screaming] [crying] YOU HAVE no right. I haven't EVEN DONE ANYTHING. I'M WAITING FOR FOOD. >> GET IN. >> GET IN. GET IN. She immediately claimed that she was pregnant, seemingly hoping to receive more lenient treatment. However, her continued refusal to cooperate only made the situation worse. And even inside the patrol car, she continued to act out of control. [laughter] [screaming] [screaming] >> [screaming] >> Now what is your name? >> I WAS WAITING FOR FOOD. >> What is your name? >> Estella. >> Estella. [crying and screaming] >> [screaming] [laughter and gasps] >> You probably break anything in my car.
